A) assembling the workpiece carrier mechanism on the end effector and then securing the workpiece on the support assembly such that the sleeve of the workpiece carrier mechanism extends into the interior of the workpiece;
B) placing the bottom plate in a container, adding liquid to the container so that the liquid completely submerges the workpiece, and heating the liquid in the container to a specified temperature;
C) starting the servo motor, wherein a motor shaft of the servo motor drives the adapter to rotate, and the connecting rod assembly can move along with the adapter, so that the end effector rotates, and the workpiece carrier mechanism moves along with the end effector to enable the workpiece to perform torsional motion;
D) and recording the working condition of the workpiece, and resetting the whole device after finishing the data acquisition of the workpiece.
