When the polishing powder is poured into the charging barrel 3, the polishing powder contacts with the first perforated plate 124, and further when the speed reduction motor 104 starts to rotate reversely, the rotating shaft 102 also rotates reversely to drive the transmission assembly 121 to rotate reversely, the transmission assembly 121 rotates reversely to drive the rotating rod 123 to rotate reversely, the rotating rod 123 rotates reversely to drive the first perforated plate 124 to rotate reversely, the first perforated plate 124 rotates reversely to drive the polishing powder to rotate reversely, when the hole of the first perforated plate 124 corresponds to the hole of the second perforated plate 125, the polishing powder drops into the rotating barrel 91 through the first perforated plate 124 and the second perforated plate 125, and similarly, when the hole of the first perforated plate 124 continues to rotate reversely so that the hole does not correspond to the hole of the second perforated plate 125, the polishing powder stops dropping into the rotating barrel 91, and the operation is repeated, so that the polishing powder intermittently drops into the rotating barrel. When the speed reducing motor 104 is turned off, the rotating shaft 102 stops driving the transmission assembly 121 to rotate reversely, and the first perforated plate 124 also stops rotating reversely. Thus, it is possible to prevent a large amount of polishing powder from falling into the rotary drum 91 to affect the discharge.

On the basis of the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, the device further includes a fixing rod 13 and a material distribution plate 14, the fixing rod 13 is fixedly connected to the center of the bottom of the rotary drum 91, the material distribution plate 14 is fixedly connected to the fixing rod 13 at regular intervals, and the material distribution plate 14 corresponds to the annular plate 93.
The fan-shaped plate is characterized by further comprising a rubber rod 15, and the rubber rod 15 is fixedly connected to the left portion of the front side of the bottom of the fan-shaped plate 111.
When the polishing powder drops into the rotary drum 91, the polishing powder contacts the material distribution plate 14, the rotary drum 91 rotates forwards and drives the material distribution plate 14 to rotate forwards through the fixing rod 13, and the material distribution plate 14 rotates forwards to enable the polishing powder to be thrown into the first discharge pipe 96 better. When the drum 91 stops the forward rotation, the fixing lever 13 also stops the forward rotation of the material separation plate 14. In this way, the polishing powder in each first discharge pipe 96 can be thrown into it.
When an operator pulls the stop lever 113 to move outwards to be separated from the sector plate 111, the operator can pull the rubber rod 15 to drive the sector plate 111 to rotate forwards without blocking the opening of the rotating cylinder 7, and when the table tennis and the polishing powder fall into the collecting container, the operator can pull the rubber rod 15 to drive the sector plate 111 to rotate backwards to reset. Thus, the operator can more conveniently rotate the sector plate 111 forward and backward.
While the disclosure has been described with respect to a limited number of embodiments, those skilled in the art, having benefit of this disclosure, will appreciate that various other embodiments can be devised which do not depart from the scope of the invention as disclosed herein. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be limited only by the attached claims.

Claims (7)

1. A table tennis joint department polishing equipment, characterized by including:
the device comprises a base (1), wherein L-shaped support plates (2) are fixedly connected to one side of the base (1) at intervals;
the charging barrel (3) is fixedly connected among the end parts of the three L-shaped support plates (2) far away from the base (1);
the connecting rods (4) are fixedly connected to the periphery of one side of the charging barrel (3) facing the base (1) at intervals;
the vertical pipes (5) are fixedly connected among the end parts of the three connecting rods (4) far away from the charging barrel (3), and discharge holes (51) are formed in the vertical pipes (5) at intervals in a circumferential symmetrical mode;
the number of the annular blocks (6) is two, and the annular blocks (6) are fixedly connected among one sides of the three L-shaped support plates (2);
the rotating cylinder (7) is rotatably connected between the inner side peripheries of the two annular blocks (6), and the vertical pipe (5) is positioned in the rotating cylinder (7);
the feeding hopper (8), the feeding hopper (8) is fixedly connected to one side of the outer side of the rotating cylinder (7) far away from the base (1) and communicated with the rotating cylinder;
the discharging mechanism (9) is arranged between the end part of the charging barrel (3) facing the base (1) and the circle center position of one side in the rotating barrel (7), is positioned in the vertical pipe (5), is matched with the discharging hole (51), and is used for throwing polishing powder out;
the driving mechanism (10) is arranged between one side of the base (1) and the outer sides of the two annular blocks (6), is circumferentially and fixedly connected with the outer side of the rotating cylinder (7) and is used for enabling the rotating cylinder (7) to rotate forwards;
and the sealing mechanism (11) is arranged at one side of the outer side of the rotating cylinder (7) close to the base (1), is matched with the opening of the rotating cylinder (7) and is used for blocking the table tennis ball and the polishing powder.
2. A table tennis joint polishing apparatus as defined in claim 1, wherein the discharging means (9) comprises:
the rotary drum (91) is rotatably connected and communicated with the end part of the charging barrel (3) facing the base (1), the end part of the rotary drum (91) facing the base (1) is fixedly connected with the circle center position on one side in the rotary drum (7) far away from the charging barrel (3), and the rotary drum (91) is positioned in the vertical pipe (5);
the guide blocks (92) are symmetrically fixed on the outer circumferential direction of the rotary drum (91) at intervals;
the annular plate (93) is slidably sleeved between the two guide blocks (92) on each side;
a first spring (94), the first spring (94) being connected between a side of the guide block (92) and an inside of the annular plate (93);
the first magnet (95) is symmetrically and fixedly connected to the outer circumferential direction of the annular plate (93);
the second magnets (97) are symmetrically fixed on the inner circumferential direction of the vertical pipe (5) at intervals and are correspondingly matched with the first magnets (95);
the second discharging pipe (98) is symmetrically connected to the circumferential direction of the annular plate (93) and matched with the discharging hole (51), and the tail end of the second discharging pipe (98) is in circumferential contact with the inner side of the vertical pipe (5);
the first discharging pipes (96) are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the circumferential direction of the rotary drum (91) at intervals, every two first discharging pipes (96) correspond to the annular plate (93), and the tail ends of the first discharging pipes (96) are in circumferential contact with the inner side of the annular plate (93).
3. A table tennis joint polishing apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the drive mechanism (10) comprises:
the tooth blocks (105) are fixedly connected to the periphery of the outer side of the rotating cylinder (7) far away from the charging cylinder (3) at intervals;
the fixing block (101), the said fixing block (101) is affixed to one side of the periphery of the said annular block (6);
the rotating shaft (102), the rotating shaft (102) is rotatably connected between one sides of the two fixed blocks (101) in a penetrating way;
the gear (103) is fixedly sleeved on the circumferential direction of one side of the rotating shaft (102) close to the tooth block (105) and meshed with the tooth block (105);
the speed reducing motor (104) is installed on one side of the base (1), and the end part of an output shaft of the speed reducing motor (104) is fixedly connected with the end part of the rotating shaft (102) facing the base (1).
4. A table tennis joint polishing device according to claim 3, wherein the closing means (11) comprises:
the fan-shaped plate (111) is rotatably connected to the position of the circle center on one outer side of the rotating drum (7) close to the base (1) and matched with the opening of the rotating drum (7);
the stop block (112) is fixedly connected to one side, close to the outer side of the rotating cylinder (7), of the sector plate (111) and is in contact fit with the sector plate (111);
the stop lever (113), the stop lever (113) is slidably connected to one side of the rotating cylinder (7) close to the sector plate (111) in a penetrating manner, and the stop lever is in contact fit with the sector plate (111);
and the second spring (114), the second spring (114) is symmetrically connected between the inner side of the stop lever (113) and the outer side of the rotating cylinder (7).
5. A table tennis joint polishing apparatus according to claim 4, further comprising an intermittent feeding mechanism (12), wherein the intermittent feeding mechanism (12) comprises:
the bracket (122) is fixedly connected among the outer sides of the three L-shaped support plates (2) far away from the base (1);
the rotating rod (123), the rotating rod (123) is rotatably connected to the middle part of the bracket (122) in a penetrating way;
the transmission assembly (121), the transmission assembly (121) is connected between the end of the rotating rod (123) far away from the base (1) and the end of the rotating shaft (102) far away from the speed reducing motor (104);
a first perforated plate (124), wherein the first perforated plate (124) is fixedly connected to the end part of the rotating rod (123) facing the base (1), and is positioned in the charging barrel (3);
and the second perforated plate (125), the second perforated plate (125) is fixedly connected between the inner sides of the charging barrels (3) close to the first perforated plate (124), and the second perforated plate (125) is matched with the first perforated plate (124).
6. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
the fixing rod (13), the fixing rod (13) is fixedly connected to the position of the circle center of one side in the rotary drum (91) far away from the charging barrel (3);
the material distributing plates (14) are fixedly connected to the circumferential direction of the fixing rods (13) at intervals and correspond to the annular plates (93).
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the rubber rod (15) is fixedly connected to one side, facing the base (1) and close to the fan-shaped plate (111) of the stop rod (113), of the rubber rod (15).
