Abstract
本发明提供一种治疗肝炎病的药物，它采用纯中药制成，包括杏叶防风35-50%，天胡荽15-25%，酢浆草20-30%，虎掌草5-15%。具有温补肾阳、活血化瘀、祛湿解毒等功能，总有效率达90%，长期服用不会产生毒副作用，且持久稳定，不但能治疗性肝炎，还能治疗慢性肝炎，且是一个安全有效的药物。
Description
本发明涉及一种中草药，尤其是一种治疗肝炎病的中草药。
肝炎病是危害人类身体健康的一大病害，特别是乙型肝炎等对人体的危害更大，因乙肝病到目前为止仍属于难于完全治愈的病症，尤其在现实生活中，乙型肝炎病毒携带者人数较多，且他们中的部分人还将发展为慢性乙型肝炎病人，这又增加了该病的治疗难度。现有治疗肝炎病的中药虽有很多，但疗效大多不太明显，因此，为众多的肝炎病患者寻觅既有效又安全的治疗药物，已成为当务之急。
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗甲肝及乙肝的纯天然中草药制剂，且疗效确切，副作用小，适应性强。
本发明提供下列重量百分比的药物组分：
杏叶防风 35-50％ 天胡荽 15-25％
酢浆草 20-30％ 虎掌草 5-15％。
其中，所述杏叶防风为伞形科植物(即Pimpinella Wight etArn)，其性温，味辛，无毒，具有行气，祛风除湿，活血消肿等功效。天胡荽为伞形科植物(即Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides Iam.)，含有黄酮甙、酚类、氨基酸、挥发油、香豆精(Coumarin)，其性味：苦辛，寒，具有清热，利尿，消肿，解毒等功效。酢浆草为酢浆草科植物(即Oxalis corniculata L.)，含有多量草酸盐，柠檬酸，酒石酸，苹果酸等，其性味：酸，寒，具有清热利湿，凉血散瘀，消肿解毒等功效。虎掌草为毛茛科植物(即Anemone rivularis Buch.-Ham.)，其性味：苦辛，平，有毒，具有清热解毒，活血舒筋，化瘀镇痛等功效。配伍后具有治疗肝炎病毒的作用。
本发明采用下列方法制得：
1，取1/6量的杏叶防风，将其粉碎成粗粉，备用；
2，余下的杏叶防风及天胡荽用常规方法提取挥发油；
3，将2步骤余下的药渣与虎掌草、酢浆草混合后加水煮沸1小时，提取滤液后，再重复一次煮沸过程，合并两次滤液后将其浓缩成浸膏，其比重是1.28-1.3；
4，将1步骤的杏叶防风粗粉拌入3步骤的浸膏中，干燥；
5，将2步骤的挥发油喷在药表面，压制成药片或者装入胶囊或者制成药丸即得产品。
本发明提供的治疗肝炎的药物，经60例疗效观察表明，治疗慢性乙型肝炎一个疗程后，总有效率为86.3％，治疗慢性迁延性肝炎(CPH)时的总有效率为95％，治疗慢性活动性肝炎(CAH)时的总有效率为68％，CPH的e抗原转阴率达947％，CAH的e抗原转阴率达63％，因此，能较好的抑制乙肝病毒(HBV)在肝内的复制，另该药具有迅速降低转氨酶(ALT)的作用，多数病人在服药30-60天后，转氨酶可降至正常，并对患者外周血象、血小板计数没有明显影响，表明长期服用不会产生毒副作用，且持久稳定，另该药具有温补肾阳、活血化瘀、祛湿解毒等功能，不但能治疗急性肝炎，还能治疗慢性肝炎，且是一个安全有效的药物。
实施例1
按下列组分取100公斤原药：
杏叶防风 35公斤 天胡荽 25公斤
酢浆草 25公斤 虎掌草 15公斤
将上述100公斤原药按下列方法制做：
1，取6公斤杏叶防风，将其粉碎成粗粉，备用；
2，余下的29公斤杏叶防风及天胡荽用常规方法提取挥发油，余渣待用；
3，将提取了挥发油的药渣与虎掌草、酢浆草混合后加水煮沸1小时，提取滤液后，再重复一次煮沸过程，合并两次滤液后将其浓缩成浸膏，其比重是1.28；
4，将1步骤的杏叶防风粗粉拌入3步骤的浸膏中，干燥；
5，将2步骤的挥发油喷在药表面，压制成药片即得产品。
实施例2
按下列组分取100公斤原药：
杏叶防风 50公斤 天胡荽 15公斤
酢浆草 30公斤 虎掌草 5公斤
将上述100公斤原药按下列方法制做：
1，取8公斤杏叶防风，将其粉碎成粗粉，备用；
2，余下的42公斤杏叶防风及天胡荽用常规方法提取挥发油，余渣待用；
3，将提取了挥发油的药渣与虎掌草、酢浆草混合后加水煮沸1小时，提取滤液后，再重复一次煮沸过程，合并两次滤液后将其浓缩成浸膏，其比重是1.3；
4，将1步骤的杏叶防风粗粉拌入3步骤的浸膏中，干燥，粉碎；
5，将2步骤的挥发油喷在药表面，装入胶囊即得产品。
实施例3
按下列组分取100公斤原药，并采用实施例1的方法制成中药丸：
杏叶防风 45公斤 天胡荽 23公斤
酢浆草 23公斤 虎掌草 9公斤。

1，一种治疗肝炎病的药物，其特征在于它是由下述重量配比的中药原料按下述方法制成的：
杏叶防风 35-50％ 天胡荽 15-25％
酢浆草 20-30％ 虎掌草 5-15％
A，取1/6量的杏叶防风，将其粉碎成粗粉，备用；
B，余下的杏叶防风及天胡荽用常规方法提取挥发油；
C，将2步骤余下的药渣与虎掌草、酢浆草混合后加水煮沸1小时，提取滤液后，再重复一次煮沸过程，合并两次滤液后将其浓缩成浸膏，其比重是1.28-1.3；
D，将1步骤的杏叶防风粗粉拌入3步骤的浸膏中，干燥；
E，将2步骤的挥发油喷在药表面，压制成药片或者装入胶囊或者制成药丸即得产品。
