Abstract

本发明涉及一种药品及其制备工艺，特别是一种用于戒毒用的药品及其制备工艺。
麻醉药品(毒品)是指连续使用后易产生依赖性，能成瘾的药品，其中包括：阿片类、可卡因类、大麻类、合成麻醉类药类，对人体健康危害十分严重，一次使用大量或频繁应用可致中毒、致死。目前戒毒药的状况是：国内外均以具有依赖性的西药进行戒毒治疗，这类西药往往不易治本，复吸毒的复发率高，且造价高，具有一定的毒副作用。对于阿片类成瘾的戒毒治疗一直是世界各国都在研究攻关的课题，目前采用的西药美散痛(美沙酮)和盐酸苯氨咪唑啉片在服用后，伴有口干、倦怠、眩晕、便秘和体性低血压等不良反应。而利用中草药等天然植物进行戒毒已成为该研究课题新的发展方向，但仍未见疗效显著的方剂上市，多处于试验阶段。中药戒毒的关键是合理的配比组分及其制药工艺，此方面有待于不断地进行探索。
本发明的目的在于提供一种根据中医药理论，以天然中草药为原料制成的片剂型戒毒药品，该药品具有无化学药品的毒副作用、不易复发、效果显著等特点；同时围绕该药品提出一种新的制备工艺。
本发明是由以下技术方案实现的：
本发明所提出的戒毒片是由下列方法制成的：
a.按下列重量百分比称取原料：
粟壳19.64％、党参13.09％、杜仲7.85％、砂仁2.62％、炮姜6.54％、陈皮2.62％、山药6.54％、甘草19.64％、金银花7.85％、旋覆花7.85％、生地5.24％、硬脂酸镁0.52％，备用；
b.水煎：取粟壳、党参、杜仲、炮姜、陈皮、生地加水煎煮二次，第一次加水10倍煎煮3小时，第二次加入金银花、旋覆花加水8倍，煎煮3小时，合并煎液，静置12小时；
c.浓缩：取上清液浓缩至稠膏，在80℃时的相对密度为1.20-1.22；
d.取甘草，润透，切片，加水煎煮三次，每次2小时，合并煎液，放置过夜，沉淀，取上清液浓缩至稠膏状干燥，粉碎，过筛100目，细粉备用；
e.混合：取砂仁、山药粉碎细粉，过筛100目与c步所制的稠膏拌匀，用乙醇制粒烘干，加入甘草浸膏，干燥、粉碎兑入，混匀；
f.压片：用硬脂酸镁作润滑剂，将合格的粉粒压制成片；
g.包衣：以常规包衣法包衣。
其中的原料用量为：粟壳750克、党参500克、杜仲300克、砂仁100克、炮姜250克、陈皮100克、山药250克、甘草750克、金银花300克、旋覆花300克、生地200克、硬脂酸镁20克。

本发明的中药成份的药理是：
1.粟壳(功能与主治)：敛肺止咳，涩肪止泻，用于久咳、久泻、久痢，心腹筋骨诸痛，滑精。
2.党参(功能与主治)：补中益气，健脾益肺，用于脾胃虚弱，气短心悸，食少便溏，虚喘咳嗽，内热消渴。
3.杜仲(功能与主治)：补肝肾，强筋骨，安胎，用于肾虚腰痛，筋骨无力，妊娠漏血，胎动不安，高血压症。
4.砂仁(功能与主治)：化理开胃，温脾止泻，理气安胎。用于湿浊中阻，脘痞不饥，脾胃虚寒，呕吐泄泻，妊娠恶阻，胎幼不安等症。
5.炮姜(功能与主治)：温中散寒，回阳通脉，温肺化痰。适用于脾胃虚寒，脘腹冷痛，阳气衰微，脉微欲绝，肺寒咳嗽，形寒背冷等症。
6.陈皮(功能与主治)：利水渗湿，健脾宁心。用于水肿尿少，痰饮眩悸，脾虚食少，便溏泄泻，心神不安，惊悸失眠。
7.山药(功能与主治)：补脾益胃，养肺固肾，适用于脾胃虚弱，食少便溏，小儿疳积，肺虚咳喘等症。

取粟壳、党参、杜仲、炮姜、陈皮、生地加水煎煮二次，第一次加水10倍煎煮3小时，第二次加入金银花、旋覆花加水8倍，煎煮3小时，合并煎液，静置12小时，取上清液浓缩相对密度为1.20-1.22(80℃)稠膏。取甘草、润透、切片，加水煎煮三次，每次2小时合并煎液，放置过夜，沉淀，取上清液浓缩至稠膏状干燥，粉碎，过筛100目，细粉备用。取砂仁、山药粉碎细粉，过筛100目与上述稠膏拌匀，用乙醇制粒烘干，把甘草浸膏干燥、粉碎兑入，混匀。
压片：用硬脂酸镁作润滑剂，将合格的粉粒压制成片。
包衣：以常规包衣法包衣，外层色素为柠檬黄。
Claims (4)
1.戒毒片，其特征在于它是由下列方法制成的：
a.按下列重量百分比称取原料：
粟壳19.64％、党参13.09％、杜仲7.85％、砂仁2.62％、炮姜6.54％、陈皮2.62％、山药6.54％、甘草19.64％、金银花7.85％、旋覆花7.85％、生地5.24％、硬脂酸镁0.52％，备用；
b.水煎：取粟壳、党参、杜仲、炮姜、陈皮、生地加水煎煮二次，第一次加水10倍煎煮3小时，第二次加入金银花、旋覆花加水8倍，煎煮3小时，合并煎液，静置12小时；
c.浓缩：取上清液浓缩至稠膏，在80℃时的相对密度为1.20-1.22；
d.取甘草，润透，切片，加水煎煮三次，每次2小时，合并煎液，放置过夜，沉淀，取上清液浓缩至稠膏状干燥，粉碎，过筛100目，细粉备用；
e.混合：取砂仁、山药粉碎细粉，过筛100目与c步所制的稠膏拌匀，用乙醇制粒烘干，加入甘草浸膏，干燥、粉碎兑入，混匀；
f.压片：用硬脂酸镁作润滑剂，将合格的粉粒压制成片；
g.包衣：以常规包衣法包衣。
2.根据权利要求1所述的戒毒片，其中原料的用量为：粟壳750克、党参500克、杜仲300克、砂仁100克、炮姜250克、陈皮100克、山药250克、甘草750克、金银花300克、旋覆花300克、生地200克、硬脂酸镁20克。
3.戒毒片的制备工艺，其特征在于：
a.按下列重量百分比称取原料：
粟壳19.64％、党参13.09％、杜仲7.85％、砂仁2.62％、炮姜6.54％、陈皮2.62％、山药6.54％、甘草19.64％、金银花7.85％、旋覆花7.85％、生地5.24％、硬脂酸镁0.52％，备用；
