Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to specific examples, but the scope of the invention is not limited thereto.
Example 1, apartment complex bed, as shown in fig. 1 to 25, comprises upper bunk a, foldable mosquito net frame b, ascending and descending ladder c, stairs d and cabinet e.
The upper berth a is arranged at the top of the cabinet e, the foldable mosquito net support b is arranged at the edge of the rear side face of the upper berth a, the top of the lifting ladder c is connected with the front side face of the upper berth a, the bottom of the lifting ladder c is connected with the ground, and the stair d is arranged on the lifting ladder c.
The upper bed a comprises two combined and spliced combined bed units, and each combined bed unit comprises a bed body a 1.
The bed bodies a1 of the two combined bed units are fixedly connected, the upper surface of the joint of the two bed bodies a1 is vertically and upwards fixedly provided with a middle baffle a4,
the bed body a1 is fixedly provided with a side baffle a3 vertically upwards relative to the edge of one side of the middle baffle a 4; the length of the side baffle a3 is the same as the length of the side edge of the bed a1, and the side baffle a3 is arranged along the side edge of the bed a 1.
The length of the middle baffle a4 is half of that of the side baffle a3, one end of the middle baffle a4 extends to the rear side of the bed a1, and the front side of the middle baffle a4 is spaced from the front side of the bed a1 by a certain distance. The top of the front side of the middle baffle a4 is integrally provided with a pull handle a 41. Thus, a space is left on the front side of the bed body a1 for connecting with the top of the ladder of the apartment combined bed, and a user can pull the handle a41 to lift and lower the ladder.
The edge of the rear side of the bed body a1 is vertically and upwards fixedly provided with a rear baffle a 2; the length of the tailgate a2 is the same as the length of the rear side of the bed a1, and the tailgate a2 is arranged along the rear side edge of the bed a 1.
The front side edge of the bed body a1 is vertically and upwards detachably provided with a front baffle plate a5, and the front baffle plate a5 is detachably connected with the front side edge of the bed body a1 through a back-buckling bracket rod a 6.
The front side of the bed body a1 is fixedly provided with a connecting square tube a11, the front side wall of the connecting square tube a11 is provided with a plurality of square tube front holes a111, and the top of the connecting square tube a11 is provided with a plurality of square tube top holes a 112.
The left-hand side-buckled support rod a6 comprises a left-hand side-buckled support rod upper part a61 and a left-hand side-buckled support rod lower part a62, wherein the left-hand side-buckled support rod upper part a61 and the left-hand side-buckled support rod lower part a62 are fixedly connected from top to bottom and are integrally formed.
The rear side surface of the upper part a61 of the back-buckling type support rod is provided with an upper part groove a611, the upper part groove a611 is fixedly provided with a plurality of upper part mounting round tables a612 from top to bottom, and the upper part mounting round tables a612 are provided with upper part screw holes a 613. The bottom of the upper part mounting boss a612 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the upper part groove a611, and the side wall of the upper part mounting boss a612 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the upper part groove a611 through an upper part reinforcing rib a 614.
The rear side surface of the lower part a62 of the back-buckling type support rod is fixedly provided with a lower part mounting block a621, the rear side surface of the lower part mounting block a621 is provided with a lower part groove a6214, the lower part groove a6214 is fixedly provided with a plurality of lower part mounting round tables a6211 from top to bottom, and the lower part mounting round tables a6211 are provided with lower part screw holes a 6212. The lower member screw hole a6212 penetrates through the turnbuckle-type cradling bar lower member a62, the lower member mounting block a621, and the lower member mounting boss a6211, thereby communicating the front side surface of the turnbuckle-type cradling bar lower member a62 with the front side surface of the lower member mounting boss a 6211. The bottom of the lower part mounting circular cone a6211 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the lower part groove a6214, and the side wall of the lower part mounting circular cone a6211 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the lower part groove a6214 through a reinforcing rib.
The top of the rear side of the lower part a62 of the left-hand side bracket rod (the position where the lower part a62 of the left-hand side bracket rod is connected with the lower part a62 of the left-hand side bracket rod) is provided with a horizontal plate a622 which extends outwards horizontally, the lower surface of the horizontal plate a622 is provided with a mounting protrusion a6221, and the mounting protrusion a6221 is in the shape of an inverted cone frustum. The mounting projection a6221 functions as an auxiliary fixing.
The cross plate a622 is triangular, the upper surface of the cross plate a622 is an inclined surface, and the inclined surface inclines downwards from the side of the cross plate a622 close to the lower part a62 of the left-hand buckle type bracket rod to the side far away from the lower part a62 of the left-hand buckle type bracket rod. The inclined plane on the upper surface of the transverse plate a622 can avoid the damage of acute angle to the user and can also increase the fixing effect.
The length of the upper part a61 of the left-hand side bracket rod is larger than that of the lower part a62 of the left-hand side bracket rod; the installation of the front baffle a5 with a larger area is convenient.
The front baffle a5 is arranged on the back-buckling type bracket rod upper part a61, and a plurality of front baffle holes a51 are arranged on the front baffle a 5;
the area of the auxiliary plate a7 is smaller than that of the front baffle a5, the auxiliary plate a7 is mounted on the front baffle a5, and a plurality of auxiliary plate holes a71 are arranged on the auxiliary plate a 7.
The front side of the bed body a1 is fixedly provided with a connecting square tube a11, the front side wall of the connecting square tube a11 is provided with a plurality of square tube front holes a111, and the top of the connecting square tube a11 is provided with a plurality of square tube top holes a 112.
The sum of the thicknesses of the front baffle plate a5, the upper part a61 of the turnbuckle type support rod and the auxiliary plate a7 is equal to the sum of the thicknesses of the lower part a62 of the turnbuckle type support rod and the transverse plate a622, so that the rear side surface of the auxiliary plate a7 and the rear side surface of the transverse plate a622 are positioned on the same vertical straight line, and the use space on the upper side of the bed body a1 is not reduced as much as possible.
When the upper bunk bed a is used, the mode that the front baffle a5 is arranged on the bed body a1 is as follows:
the square tube front side hole a111 corresponds to the lower member screw hole a6212, and the lower member bolt a81 passes through the lower member screw hole a6212 and the square tube front side hole a 111; meanwhile, the lower surface of the transverse plate a622 is abutted against the upper surface of the connecting square pipe a11, and the mounting protrusion a6221 passes through the square pipe top hole a112, thereby fixing the lower part a62 of the reverse buckle type bracket rod and the square pipe a 11.
The bottom of the front baffle a5 abuts against the upper surface of the transverse plate a622, the front baffle hole a51, the auxiliary plate hole a71 and the upper part screw hole a613 are correspondingly matched for use, and the upper part bolt a82 passes through the auxiliary plate hole a71 and the front baffle hole a51 and then extends into the upper part screw hole a613, so that the front baffle a5 and the auxiliary plate a7 are fixed on the upper part a61 of the left-hand bracket rod.
Thus, the front flap a5 is mounted on the bed a 1.
The top of the back baffle a2 is fixedly provided with a foldable mosquito net bracket b, which comprises a mosquito net main rod b1 and a mosquito net bracket main body frame b 2.
The position of the front side surface of the mosquito net main rod b1 close to the top is fixedly provided with a mosquito net mounting part b101, the lower half part of the mosquito net mounting part b101 is provided with a mosquito net mounting part through hole b106, the top of the mosquito net mounting part b101 is provided with a fixed groove b102, and the left side surface and the right side surface of the fixed groove b102 are communicated with each other.
The front side surface of the mosquito net mounting part b101 is provided with a mosquito net mounting part screw hole b104 communicated with the fixing groove b102, and the fixing screw b103 can pass through the mosquito net mounting part screw hole b104, and the screw rod of the fixing screw b103 extends into the fixing groove b 102.
The mosquito net frame main body frame b2 comprises a mosquito net frame main body frame front side rod b202, a mosquito net frame main body frame rear side rod b201, a mosquito net frame main body frame left side rod b203 and a mosquito net frame main body frame right side rod b204, wherein the mosquito net frame main body frame front side rod b202, the mosquito net frame main body frame rear side rod b201, the mosquito net frame main body frame left side rod b203 and the mosquito net frame main body frame right side rod b204 are enclosed to form a rectangle.
The mosquito net frame main body frame back side rod b201 can also hang a pocket b105 for placing articles.
One side of the mosquito net frame main body frame b2 (the mosquito net frame main body frame back side lever b201 of the mosquito net frame main body frame b2) is hinged with the mosquito net mounting part b101, namely, the mosquito net frame main body frame back side lever b201 passes through the mosquito net mounting part through hole b106 and can rotate therein.
A mosquito net connecting rod b207 is arranged on one side close to the main mosquito net rod b1 in the inner frame of the main mosquito net frame b2, two ends of the connecting rod b207 are respectively and fixedly connected with a left side rod b203 of the main mosquito net frame and a right side rod b204 of the main mosquito net frame, and the connecting rod b207 is arranged in parallel with a front side rod b202 of the main mosquito net frame and a rear side rod b201 of the main mosquito net frame. The distance between the connecting rod b207 and the front side rod b202 of the main frame of the mosquito net frame is larger than the distance between the connecting rod b207 and the rear side rod b201 of the main frame of the mosquito net frame.
The main mosquito net frame b2 further comprises a plurality of auxiliary supporting rods b206, the auxiliary supporting rods b206 are arranged in parallel, one end of each auxiliary supporting rod b206 is fixedly connected with the connecting rod b207, and the other end of each auxiliary supporting rod b206 is fixedly connected with the front side rod b202 of the main mosquito net frame b 2. The auxiliary supporting rod b206 and the connecting rod b207 and the front side rod b202 of the main frame of the mosquito net support form a certain angle (the included angle can be selected to be b45 degrees), so that the length of the auxiliary supporting rod b206 can be increased under the condition that the connecting rod b207 and the front side rod b202 of the main frame of the mosquito net support are not changed, the strength of the main frame b2 of the mosquito net support can be increased, and the mosquito net can be hung conveniently.
The mosquito net frame main body frame b2 further comprises a plurality of reinforcing support rods b205, and two ends of the reinforcing support rods b205 are respectively and fixedly connected with the mosquito net frame main body frame back side rods b201 and the connecting rods b207, and are perpendicular to each other.
The connecting rod b207 is hinged with a clamping device b 3.
The clip device b3 includes a clip b301 and a clip frame b302,
the clamping frame b302 is a long strip frame.
The clamping piece b301 is provided with a first clamping through hole b3011 and a second clamping through hole b3012,
the clamping piece b301 is sleeved on the connecting rod b207, that is, the connecting rod b207 penetrates through the clamping through hole b3011 and the connecting rod b207 and the clamping through hole b3011 are fixedly connected through screw fixation, welding and other modes. The tail end of the clamping frame b302 penetrates through the second clamping through hole b3012, and the clamping frame b302 can rotate by taking the second clamping through hole b3012 as the center.
The head end of the clamping frame b302 can be sleeved into the fixing groove b102 and then fixed by a fixing screw b 103.
When the foldable mosquito net support is not used, the mosquito net support main body frame b2 droops to be in a vertical state, and the mosquito net support main body frame b2 is attached to the mosquito net main rods b1, so that the space occupied by the foldable mosquito net support is reduced.
When the foldable mosquito net support is used for hanging a mosquito net, the mosquito net support main body frame b2 can be turned upwards until the mosquito net support main body frame b2 is inclined upwards at a certain angle, then the clamping device b3 is rotated upwards, so that the head end of the clamping frame b302 of the clamping device b3 is sleeved in the fixed groove b102 until the clamping device b3 reaches the bottom of the fixed groove b102, the fixed screw b103 is used for penetrating through the screw hole, the head end of the clamping frame b302 is fixed in the fixed groove b102 through the screw rod of the fixed screw b103, and at the moment, the mosquito net support main body frame b2 is arranged horizontally and can be used for hanging the mosquito net.
The top of the lifting ladder c is connected with the front side joint of the bed bodies a1 of the two combined bed units, and the bottom of the lifting ladder c is connected with the ground.
The lifting ladder c comprises a ladder body c2, a ladder mounting bracket c1, an upper telescopic device and a lower telescopic device.
The ladder mount c1 is vertically disposed and the ladder mount c1 is attached to the apartment complex bed.
The upper and lower telescopic devices are provided on the ladder mount c1 in this order from top to bottom.
Ladder body c2 is located on one side of ladder mount c1 and upper and lower retractors are located on the other side of ladder mount c1, both embedded in an apartment complex bed. The ladder mount c1 is located outward from the ladder main body c2, and the ladder mount c1 is located outward from the upper and lower retractors.
The ladder mounting rack c1 is provided with an upper mounting through hole c11 and a lower mounting through hole c12, and the upper mounting through hole c11 and the lower mounting through hole c12 are both vertically arranged long strips.
The upper retractor comprises an upper storage c3, an upper stair turn bar c5, an upper pneumatic rod c57, an upper bumper c55 and an upper bumper hub c 54.
The upper storage device c3 comprises an upper telescoping device upper plate c31, an upper telescoping device lower plate c32, an upper telescoping device left side plate c33 and an upper telescoping device right side plate c34, wherein the upper telescoping device upper plate c31, the upper telescoping device lower plate c32, the upper telescoping device left side plate c33 and the upper telescoping device right side plate c34 enclose to form an upper storage cavity.
The head end of the rotary rod c5 of the upstairs is hinged with the lower plate c32 of the upper telescopic device through an upper rotary hinge c56, and the tail end of the rotary rod c5 of the upstairs is hinged with the ladder main body c 2. The upper stair rotation rod c5 passes through the upper mounting through hole c 11.
The stair ascending rotating rod c5 is zigzag, and comprises a stair ascending rotating rod c51, a stair ascending rotating rod second c52 and a stair ascending rotating rod third c53 which are fixedly connected in sequence.
The first stair ascending rotating rod c51 is parallel to the third stair ascending rotating rod c53, and the included angle between the second stair ascending rotating rod c52 and the first stair ascending rotating rod c51 and the third stair ascending rotating rod c53 is an obtuse angle or a right angle (i.e., the included angle is greater than or equal to c90 degrees).
The head end of the first stair ascending rotating rod c51 is hinged with the lower plate c32 of the upper telescopic device through an upper rotating hinge c56, the tail end of the first stair ascending rotating rod c51 is fixedly connected with the head end of the second stair ascending rotating rod c52, the tail end of the second stair ascending rotating rod c52 penetrates through an upper mounting through hole c11 and is fixedly connected with the head end of a third stair ascending rotating rod c53, and the tail end of the third stair ascending rotating rod c53 is hinged with a ladder main body c 2.
An upper abutting plate c58 (generally, two upper stair rotating rods c5 are symmetrically arranged, two ends of the upper abutting plate c58 are fixedly connected with the two upper stair rotating rods c51 respectively) is fixedly connected to the middle position of the upper stair rotating rod c51, two ends of an upper air pressure rod c57 are hinged with the upper abutting plate c58 and the upper telescopic device upper plate c31 respectively,
two ends of an upper buffer shaft seat c54 are respectively fixedly connected with an upper telescopic device left side plate c33 and an upper telescopic device right side plate c34, an upper buffer c55 is fixedly arranged on an upper buffer shaft seat c54, and an upper buffer c55 is matched with an upper abutting plate c58 for use.
The bottom of upper mounting through hole c11 is flush with upper retractor lower plate c32, the distance from the bottom of upper mounting through hole c11 to upper rotary hinge c56 is equal to the length of upper stair rotary rod one c51, and the distance from the top of upper mounting through hole c11 to upper rotary hinge c56 is equal to the distance from the head end of upper stair rotary rod one c51 to the tail end of upper stair rotary rod two c 52.
The upper damper pivot c54 is located directly above the upper swivel hinge c56, the upper damper c55 is angled downward toward the ladder body c2 side, and the upper damper c55 is located on a circle centered on the upper swivel hinge c56 and having a radius of the upper stair swivel lever c 51. When the stair ascending rotation rod c5 rotates around the rotation hinge c56, the upper abutting plate c58 abuts against the upper buffer c 55.
The lower telescopic device comprises a lower storage device c4, a lower stair rotating rod c6, a lower pneumatic rod c66, a lower buffer c65 and a lower buffer shaft seat c 64;
the lower storage device c4 comprises a lower telescopic device upper plate c41, a lower telescopic device lower plate c42, a lower telescopic device left side plate c43 and a lower telescopic device right side plate c44, wherein the lower telescopic device upper plate c41, the lower telescopic device lower plate c42, the lower telescopic device left side plate c43 and the lower telescopic device right side plate c44 enclose to form a lower storage cavity.
The head end of the lower ladder rotating rod c6 is hinged with the lower telescopic device lower plate c42 through a lower rotating hinge c67, and the tail end of the lower ladder rotating rod c6 is hinged with the ladder main body c 2. The lower stair rotation rod c6 passes through the lower mounting through hole c 12.
The lower stair turn bar c6 includes a lower stair turn bar one c61 and a lower stair turn bar two c 62.
The head end of the first lower stair rotating rod c61 is hinged with the lower telescopic device lower plate c42 through a lower rotating hinge c67, the tail end of the first lower stair rotating rod c61 is fixedly connected with the head end of the second lower stair rotating rod c62, and the tail end of the second lower stair rotating rod c62 penetrates through a lower mounting through hole c12 and then is hinged with a ladder main body c 2. An included angle between the first stair descending rotating rod c61 and the second stair descending rotating rod c62 is an obtuse angle, and the second stair descending rotating rod c62 bends downwards relative to the first stair descending rotating rod c 61.
The second stair rotary rod c62 is bent to form a joint c63 near the tail end. The abutting port c63 is matched with the lower mounting through hole c12 for use.
The first lower abutting plate c68 (generally, two first lower stair rotating rods c6 are symmetrically arranged, and two ends of the first lower abutting plate c68 are respectively and fixedly connected with the two first upper stair rotating rods c5) is fixedly arranged at the joint of the first lower stair rotating rod c61 and the second lower stair rotating rod c62 of the lower stair rotating rod c6, and two ends of the lower air pressure rod c66 are respectively hinged with the lower telescopic device lower plate c42 and the first lower abutting plate c 68.
A second lower abutting plate c69 (generally, two lower stair rotating rods c6 are symmetrically arranged, and two ends of the second lower abutting plate c69 are respectively and fixedly connected with the two first lower stair rotating rods c61) is also fixedly connected to the middle position of the first lower stair rotating rod c 61.
The bottom of the lower mounting through hole c12 has a higher level than the lower retractor lower plate c42, and the distance from the bottom of the lower mounting through hole c12 to the lower rotation hinge c67 is equal to the length of the lower stair rotation lever c 61. The distance from the top of the lower mounting through hole c12 to the lower rotating hinge c67 is equal to the distance from the abutment c63 to the lower rotating hinge c 67.
Two ends of the lower buffer shaft seat c64 are respectively fixedly connected with the lower telescopic device left side plate c43 and the lower telescopic device right side plate c44, the lower buffer c65 is fixedly arranged on the lower buffer shaft seat c64, and the lower buffer c65 is matched with the lower abutting plate two c69 for use.
The lower bumper boss c64 is located between the lower rotary hinge c67 and the ladder main body c2, and the lower bumper c65 is disposed obliquely upward toward the lower rotary hinge c67 side.
The upper shock absorber c55 and the lower shock absorber c65 are both ACJ hydraulic shock absorbers. The upper buffer c55 can abut against the upper abutting plate c58, and the upper buffer c55 plays a supporting role for limiting the rotation angle of the rotating rod c5 for ascending stairs. The lower buffer c65 can abut against the second lower abutting plate c69, and the lower buffer c65 plays a supporting role for limiting the rotation angle of the rotating rod c6 for going downstairs.
The length from the head end of the first lower ladder rotating rod c61 to the tail end of the second lower ladder rotating rod c62 is larger than the length from the head end of c51 to the tail end of c53, so that the ladder body c2 is vertically arranged when being contracted, and the ladder body c2 is obliquely arranged when being stretched.
The use process of the lifting ladder c is as follows:
after the user gets out of the bed from the upper bed or when he/she is on the upper bed, the ladder main body c2 can be retracted to reduce the space occupied by it. At this time:
for the upper telescopic device, the second stair rotating rod c52 and the first stair rotating rod c51 are both positioned in an upper receiving cavity of the upper receiving device c3, and the joint of the second stair rotating rod c52 and the third stair rotating rod c53 is abutted against the top of the upper mounting through hole c 11. The upper buffer c55 abuts against the upper abutting plate c58, the upper air pressure rod c57 is compressed and is arranged obliquely downwards towards the inner side, and the upper air pressure rod c57 generates an inward force on the upper abutting plate c 58;
for the lower telescopic device, all of the first lower stair rotation rod c61 and part of the second lower stair rotation rod c62 are located in the lower receiving cavity of the lower receiving device c4, and the abutting port c63 abuts against the top of the lower mounting through hole c 12. The lower buffer c65 is separated from the second lower abutting plate c69 without contact, the lower air pressure rod c66 is compressed and is obliquely arranged upwards towards the inner side, and the lower air pressure rod c66 generates an inward force on the first lower abutting plate c 68;
the ladder main body c2 is jointed with the ladder mounting rack c1 and kept fixed under the action of the upper pneumatic rod c57 and the lower pneumatic rod c66, and the height of the ladder main body c2 is larger than that of the ladder mounting rack c1, so that a user on a bed on the upper berth can push the ladder conveniently.
When the user desires to get on or off the bed, the ladder body c2 may be extended by applying an outward force to the ladder body c2 by pushing on the top of the ladder body c2 on the upper bed or by pulling the ladder body c2 on the lower bed.
After the ladder main body c2 is stressed, the ladder main body c2 drives the rotating hinge c56 above the stair ascending rotating rod c5 to rotate clockwise by taking the rotating hinge c56 as a circle center until the joint of the stair ascending rotating rod two c52 and the stair ascending rotating rod one c51 is abutted against the bottom of the upper mounting through hole c 11; the first upstairs rotating rod c51 is attached to the lower upper telescoping device plate c32, the lower upper telescoping device plate c32 provides a supporting force, the upper pneumatic rod c57 is changed from being obliquely downward toward the inner side to being obliquely downward toward the outer side, and the upper pneumatic rod c57 generates a downward force on the upper abutting plate c58, so that the first upstairs rotating rod c51 is attached to the lower upper telescoping device plate c 32.

the front side wall and the rear side wall of the upper part (e402) of the pedal body are inclined planes, and concave-convex anti-skid stripes (e405) are arranged on the front side wall and the rear side wall of the upper part (e402) of the pedal body.

the top of the noctilucent sheet (e5) is flush with the top of the pedal body (e 4).

the noctilucent sheet (e5) narrows from bottom to top; the pedal through hole (e403) is gradually narrowed from the bottom to the top to be matched with the noctilucent sheet (e 5).
10. A ladder as claimed in claim 9, adapted for use in a student apartment bed, wherein:
the pedal body (e4) is made of a translucent silica gel material.
