Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of antiskid, and particularly relates to a method for improving performances of a tire and a sole, and the tire and the sole obtained by the method.
Background
In muddy or snowy ground, various foreign matters such as silt, snow and the like can enter the grooves of the soles and the tires, and in order to avoid the soles and the tires from slipping on the muddy or snowy ground, the foreign matters in the grooves need to be discharged in time. If the grooves of the tire and the sole are filled with foreign matters such as silt, snow and the like and cannot be discharged in time, the grip of the tire and the sole can be seriously affected, and the problem of skidding of the tire and the sole is caused.
At present, the method for preventing the tire and the sole from slipping in a muddy ground and the sole is to change the structure of the groove and achieve the purpose of timely discharging foreign matters in the groove by increasing the size of the groove. Although the foreign bodies can be discharged in time to avoid skidding, the increase of the size of the groove inevitably weakens the full grip of the tire and the sole.

The present invention provides a method of improving the performance of tires and shoe soles by providing a low surface energy layer in the grooves of the tire and shoe sole.
Through set up low surface energy layer in the ditch inslot at tire and sole, the low surface energy layer of ditch inslot can reduce the slot to the adhesive force of silt, snow for silt, the snow of ditch inslot are thrown away easily, make tire and sole also can continuously keep strong land fertility of grabbing in silt ground and snowfield, prevent tire and sole slot because of the problem that attached silt, snow are skid easily.
The material of the low surface energy material layer is not particularly limited as long as it maintains high adhesion with tire rubber and has a contact angle with water of more than 90 °, wherein the material of the low surface energy layer may be fluorocarbon resin, silicone resin or polytetrafluoroethylene, but is not limited to the above low surface energy material.
The method for arranging the low surface energy layer on the grooves of the tire and the sole can be characterized in that a film is firstly coated on the outer surface of the tire or the sole, then a low surface energy substance is sprayed on the grooves, and after the low surface energy substance is sprayed, the film is torn off; there are many ways to arrange the low surface energy layer on the groove of the tire and the sole, but not limited to the above two ways.
The above-mentioned method of coating with a film is, for example, a tire: the tire is rolled on the peelable protective glue, so that the outer surface of the tire is coated with a layer of peelable film, and then the low-surface-energy substance is sprayed, and the condition that the outer surface of the tire is coated with the low-surface-energy substance to influence the ground gripping performance of the tire can be prevented. Sole: the sole is placed on the strippable protective glue, so that the bottom surface of the sole is covered with a layer of strippable film, and then the low-surface-energy substance is sprayed, thereby preventing the bottom surface of the sole from being covered with the low-surface-energy substance to influence the ground-grasping performance of the sole. It should be noted that the amount of the peelable protective adhesive is not required to be too much, and if the amount of the peelable protective adhesive is too much, the peelable film is easily coated in the groove, and the spraying of the surface energy substance is affected.
