the existing sweet potato cleaning method adopts a manual cleaning method, the cleaning method is time-consuming and labor-consuming, meanwhile, the outer surface of the sweet potato is uneven, the sweet potato is easy to be cleaned incompletely, and the cleaning efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a sweet potato washing device to solve the above problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a sweet potato cleaning device comprises an inclined groove, wherein a single-shaft driving motor is welded on the outer surface of the right end of the inclined groove, a main shaft is welded on the outer surface of the left end of the single-shaft driving motor, a rotary bearing is welded on the outer surface of the main shaft, a rotating rod is welded on the outer surface of the main shaft close to the inner wall of the inclined groove, a shaft pin is welded on the outer surface of the rotating rod close to the other end face, a side limiting plate is connected on the outer surface of the shaft pin in a rotating manner, a belt pulley is installed on the right end of the outer surface of the shaft pin close to the side limiting plate, a first belt is connected on the outer surface of the belt pulley in a rolling manner, an auxiliary bearing is welded on the inner wall of the side limiting plate, a rolling shaft is welded on the inner wall, the outer surface of the auxiliary gear is connected with a driven gear in a meshed mode, and an iron rod is welded to the outer surface of the right end of the side limiting plate.
Preferably, the outer surface of the lower end of the inclined groove is welded with a waterproof driving motor, and the outer surface of the upper end of the waterproof driving motor is welded with a stirring paddle close to the inner part of the inclined groove.
Preferably, the rotary bearing and the inclined groove are welded integrally, and the main shaft is rotatably connected with the inclined groove through the rotary bearing.
Preferably, the number of side limiting plate is eight, and one of them group the side limiting plate welds in the right-hand member of iron set, the number of belt pulley is two sets of, and another group the belt pulley welds in the surface of roller.
Preferably, the roller is rotatably connected with the side limit plates through auxiliary bearings, and the spiral bearings and the side limit plates are integrally welded.
Preferably, the outer surface of the lower end of the inclined groove, which is close to the corner, is welded with supporting legs, and the shaft pin and the belt pulley are welded integrally.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. through being provided with main shaft, iron set, side limiting plate and unipolar driving motor, when the device normally used, unipolar driving motor's operation drove the inside circulation rotation of side limiting plate at the inclined groove, place the sweet potato in the upper end of roller bearing, can accomplish the washing to the sweet potato, be favorable to driving the sweet potato and use the main shaft to rotate as the axle center, make things convenient for placing and taking of sweet potato.
2. Through being provided with belt one, belt pulley, auxiliary gear and driving gear, when the device normally used, make the sweet potato roll at the upper end surface of roller bearing, improve the abluent efficiency of sweet potato, waterproof driving motor's operation drives the stirring rake and rotates in the inside of inclined groove, is favorable to making water rapid movement, and is higher speed to the washing of sweet potato, makes the abluent efficiency of sweet potato faster.
