Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. Fig. 1 to 4 show a backpack shoulder strap 2 and a backpack according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and are applied to a backpack 1. As shown in fig. 2, the backpack 1 includes a pair of left and right shoulder straps 2, 2 on the back side. The upper end of each shoulder strap 2 is attached to a swing arm 12 of a back ring 11 provided on the upper part of the back plate 10 of the backpack bag 1, and the lower end is attached to a hook 13 provided on the bottom surface of the backpack bag 1.
Fig. 1 and 3 show the shoulder straps 2 for the right shoulder of the backpack 1. The shoulder strap 2 is composed of 3 parts, an upper strap 3, a middle strap 4, and a lower strap 5.
As shown in fig. 1, the upper band 3 is provided at an upper end portion with a coupling ring 14 for attaching to the swing arm 12 of the back ring 11. The connection ring 14 is fixed to the upper band 3 by a rivet 15, and when the connection ring 14 is attached to the swing arm 12, the base of the shoulder band 2 is held upward as shown in fig. 2. As shown in fig. 3, the upper band 3 is formed by overlapping the front part 16 and the back part 17. The surface element 16 and the back element 17 are formed with substantially the same width from the upper end to the intermediate portion 18, and the surface element 16 and the back element 17 are sewn at the substantially same width portion. The lower part of the front part 16 than the middle part 18 is deeply dug from both sides to be narrower than the back part 17, and a belt-shaped guide part 9 having a constant width is formed at the lower part. The portion of the watch part 16 which is narrower in width than the intermediate portion 18 is not sewn to the back part 17, and the lower end portion of the guide portion 9 is fixed to the back part 17 by a rivet 19. A cylindrical portion 20 through which the upper portion of the intermediate belt 4 is inserted is provided at the lower end portion of the upper belt 3.
A cord winding device 8 is provided on the surface of the intermediate portion of the watch part 16, and cords 7 and 7 extend annularly downward from the cord winding device 8. As shown in fig. 3, the cords 7, 7 are guided to the back side of the watch element 16 through holes 33, 33 provided in the watch element 16, and the leading ends thereof are tied to the ring 21 provided at the upper end portion of the intermediate belt 4 on the back side of the guide portion 9.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the intermediate belt 4 has a ring 21 at an upper end portion, the tip end of the cord 7 is tied to the ring 21, and a plurality of pin insertion holes 24 are inserted at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction below the intermediate portion.
The upper part of the intermediate belt 4 is passed through the cylindrical part 20 of the upper belt 3 and is superposed on the front side of the upper belt 3, the guide part 9 of the upper belt 3 is passed through the ring 21, and the tip of the cord 7 is tied to the ring 21 on the back side of the guide part 9. Therefore, the connection portion of the cord 7 of the intermediate belt 4 is hidden in the guide portion 9.
As is well known, as shown in fig. 1, the lower band 5 is provided with a pin buckle 6 (connecting member) at the upper end portion and a connecting ring 22 at the lower end portion for connecting with the hanging ring 13 attached to the bottom surface of the backpack bag 1, and the lower side of the intermediate band 4 is inserted through the pin buckle 6, so that the pin 23 of the pin buckle 6 is selectively inserted into any one of the plurality of pin insertion holes 24 of the intermediate band 4, and the length of the shoulder strap 2 can be adjusted at a fixed interval between the intermediate band 4 and the lower band 5.
As shown in fig. 3, the cord winding device 8 provided in the upper belt 3 includes a base 25 fixed to the upper belt 3 and a dial 26, and includes a reel for winding the cords 7 and 7, a ratchet mechanism for restricting rotation of the reel, and the like. The dial 26 is rotatable only in a fixed direction (clockwise in the case of the right shoulder strap and counterclockwise in the case of the left shoulder strap) in a state where the ratchet mechanism is operated, and when the dial 26 is manually rotated in this direction, the built-in reel rotates together with the dial 26, and the cords 7, 7 are wound around the cord winding device 8 as shown by an arrow 28 in the figure. Then, the intermediate belt 4 is pulled by the cords 7 and pulled upward as indicated by an arrow 29 in the figure, and the length of the shoulder belt 2 between the upper belt 3 and the intermediate belt 4 becomes short.
Further, when the dial 26 is pulled forward as indicated by an arrow 32 in fig. 4 (b), the rotation restriction of the dial 26 and the reel by the ratchet mechanism is released, and when the intermediate belt 4 is pulled downward by being gripped by hand as indicated by an arrow 30 in the drawing, the cords 7 and 7 are pulled out from the cord winding device 8 as indicated by an arrow 31 in the drawing, and the length of the shoulder belt 2 between the upper belt 3 and the intermediate belt 4 becomes long.
Such a cord winding device 8 is already put into practical use and sold in the market as a device for winding shoelaces, and, for example, Boa (registered trademark) manufactured and sold by Boa Technology corporation, TGF (registered trademark) manufactured and sold by japan corporation, and the like can be used. The internal structure of such a cord winding device is disclosed in, for example, japanese patent application laid-open No. 2015-293.
The material of the cord 7 is not limited as long as it has the required strength and durability, and for example, a synthetic fiber cord, a plastic cord, a metal wire, or the like can be used.
In this backpack schoolbag 1, the lengths of the shoulder straps 2, 2 are roughly adjusted to the back by the pin buckles 6, and the lengths of the shoulder straps 2, 2 are finely adjusted by operating the dial plates 26 of the cord winding devices 8 of the left and right shoulder straps 2, 2. This enables the shoulder straps 2, 2 to fit the body properly.
When the backpack 1 to be carried is detached from the body, if the dial 26 of the cord winding device 8 is pulled toward the front to release the ratchet mechanism, the intermediate band 4 can be pulled down to increase the length of the shoulder straps 2, so that the backpack 1 can be easily detached.
As described above, since the shoulder straps 2 of the backpack 1 include the upper strap 3, the intermediate strap 4, and the lower strap 5, the intermediate strap 4 and the lower strap 5 are connected by the buckle 6, and the upper strap 3 includes the cord winding device 8, and the cord winding device 8 and the intermediate strap 4 are connected by the cords 7 and 7, length adjustment can be performed at both the buckle 6 and the cord winding device 8, the length of the shoulder straps 2 can be roughly adjusted by the buckle 6, and then the backpack 1 is carried on the back, and the length of the shoulder straps 2 is finely adjusted by operating the cord winding device 8, whereby the body can be easily attached.
Further, since the upper belt 3 has the guide portion 9 for guiding the upper portion of the intermediate belt 4 in the longitudinal direction, when the cord winding device 8 is operated to wind the cords 7 and 7, the length of the shoulder belt 2 can be smoothly adjusted without being caught. Further, by hiding the connection portion of the cord 7 of the intermediate belt 4 in the guide portion 9, the cords 7, 7 can be made less likely to rub.
The backpack schoolbag 1 is provided with the shoulder straps 2, so that the length of the shoulder straps 2 can be finely adjusted, and the body can be easily attached.
Fig. 5 and 6 show a second embodiment of the shoulder strap for a backpack of the present invention. In the shoulder strap 2, 2 pins 34, 34 (connecting members) are provided at the same pitch as the pin insertion holes 24 of the intermediate strap 4, instead of providing the buckle 6 on the upper portion of the lower strap 5. In addition, the lower band 5 is provided with band rings 38, 38 at two positions above and below the pins 34, 34.
As shown in fig. 6, in the shoulder strap 2, the bolts 34 and 34 are inserted into any two adjacent positions of the plurality of bolt insertion holes 24, and … provided in the intermediate strap 4, whereby the length of the shoulder strap 2 can be adjusted at a constant interval. The points other than this are the same as those in the first embodiment.
The shoulder straps 2 of the second embodiment can be easily fitted to the body by roughly adjusting the lengths of the shoulder straps 2 by adjusting the positions of the pins 34, putting the backpack 1 on the back, and finely adjusting the lengths of the shoulder straps 2 by operating the cord winding device 8.
Fig. 7 and 8 show a third embodiment of shoulder straps 2 for a backpack and a backpack (backpack bag) 1 according to the present invention. The shoulder strap 2 is composed of 2 parts of an upper strap 1 and a lower strap 35. The lower belt 35 corresponds to the intermediate belt 4 of the first and second embodiments, the upper belt 3 and the lower belt 35 are connected by the cords 7, and the upper belt 3 is provided with a cord winding device 8. Further, a plurality of pin insertion holes 24, … are provided at equal intervals in the lower band 35.
As shown in fig. 8, the strap attaching members 36 are provided to the hanging rings 13 provided on the bottom surface of the backpack 1 so as to be connected by the connecting rings 22. In the tape attachment 36, 2 pins 34, 34 are provided at the same pitch as the pin insertion holes 24 of the lower tape 35, and a cover 37 is provided so as to be openable and closable. The lower tape 35 is attached to the tape attachment 36 so as to be adjustable in position in the longitudinal direction at fixed intervals by inserting the pins 34 and 34 of the tape attachment 36 into any adjacent two of the plurality of pin insertion holes 24, and ….
In the shoulder strap 2 of the third embodiment, the length of the shoulder strap 2 can be finely adjusted by roughly adjusting the length of the shoulder strap 2 between the lower strap 35 and the strap attaching member 36, and then finely adjusting the length of the shoulder strap 2 by carrying the backpack 1 on the back and operating the cord winding device 8. This makes it possible to easily fit the shoulder straps 2 to the body.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and for example, the buckle 6 may be provided at the lower end portion of the intermediate belt 4, and the pin insertion holes 24 may be formed at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction in the lower belt 5. The coupling member for coupling the intermediate belt and the lower belt is not limited to the one using the buckle and the latch, and may be any of various structures capable of adjusting the length of the shoulder belt 2, such as a buckle other than the buckle. The strap attachment provided to the backpack is not limited to the structure using the latch, and may be a structure using a buckle such as a latch. The shoulder harness of the present invention can also make it possible to adjust the length at 3 or more places, for example, by combining the connecting member, the belt attachment member, and the cord winding device. In addition, the specific configuration of the cord winding device is not limited. The present invention can also be applied to backpacks other than backpack bags, such as backpack bags, rucksacks, and satchels.
