the outer side of the waist pack main body (100) comprises two tightness adjusting parts (103), and the two tightness adjusting parts (103) are arranged corresponding to the left side and the right side of the user respectively;
the tightness adjusting component (103) comprises two rows of fixing rings (1031) and a drawstring (1032) which are fixedly arranged on the outer side of the waist pack main body (100), the drawstring (1032) is arranged on the two rows of fixing rings (1031) in a crossed mode, and the drawstring (1032) is pulled to enable the distance between the two rows of fixing rings (1031) to change.
