s4, closing the shutter 37 to prevent water vapor from entering: when the rain and snow sensor 28 detects that rain and snow weather comes, the rotating motor 44 is started to drive the rotating disc 45 to rotate, the rotating disc 45 rotates along with the third connecting rod 43, and then the second connecting rod 41 can be driven to rotate by taking the cylindrical block 42 as a fulcrum, along with the rotation of the second connecting rod 41, the first connecting rod 40, the fixed blocks 38 and the connecting plate 39 start to move upwards, so that the two fixed blocks 38 rotate by taking the rotating shaft 36 as a fulcrum, the louver 37 is closed, water vapor is prevented from entering the shell 23 from the ventilating box 35, components in the transformer 48 are wetted, and a short circuit in a circuit in the transformer 48 is caused;
s5, opening the louver 37 to discharge the water vapor from the housing 23: after temperature and humidity sensor 49 detects that temperature and humidity exceed standard in casing 23, restart rotation motor 44, along with rotation motor 44's rotation, second connecting rod 41 rotates along with it, and then drive connecting plate 39, head rod 40 and fixed block 38 and begin to move down, thereby make two fixed blocks 38 use pivot 36 to rotate as the fulcrum, thereby open tripe 37, then start ventilation fan 34, ventilate casing 23 inside, discharge steam, prevent excessively moist in the casing 23, lead to parts to wet in the transformer 48, cause the circuit short circuit in the transformer 48.

The working principle is as follows: firstly, after the water level sensor 47 detects that the accumulated water outside the baffle 10 exceeds, firstly, the first driving motor 7 is started to drive the second synchronous wheel 8 to rotate, the second synchronous wheel 8 drives the two first synchronous wheels 6 to rotate through the synchronous belt 9, and then drives the two bidirectional screws 3 to rotate, because the screw nut 4 is in threaded connection with the bidirectional screws 3, the screw nut 4 starts to move towards two sides along with the rotation of the bidirectional screws 3, and then drives the clamping block 33 to move towards two sides, so that the clamping block 33 releases the fixation of the shell 23, secondly, the second driving motor 20 is started to drive the second belt pulley 21 to rotate, the second belt pulley 21 drives the first belt pulley 19, the rotating rod 17 and the second belt pulley 18 to rotate through the belt 22, because the second helical gear 18 is meshed with the first helical gear 15, the first helical gear 15 and the worm 14 rotate along with the first helical gear, and the worm 14 is meshed with the worm gear 12, thereby driving the first screw rod 11 and the worm wheel 12 to rotate, the first nut 25 in the sleeve 24 is in threaded connection with the first screw rod 11, while the first screw rod 11 rotates, the sleeve 24 drives the shell 23 to move upwards to keep the shell 23 away from accumulated water, in the third step, then the third driving motor 30 is started to drive the second screw rod 59 to rotate, and the second nut 60 in the sliding block 31 is in threaded connection with the second screw rod 59, so that along with the rotation of the first slide rail 50, the sliding block 31 starts to move upwards along the telescopic rod 55, further the supporting plate 32 can move upwards, the supporting plate 32 is positioned below the shell 23 to support the shell 23, then the first driving motor 7 is started to drive the synchronous belt 9 to rotate, the first synchronous wheel 6 and the bidirectional screw rod 3 are driven to rotate by the second synchronous wheel 8, further the screw nut 4 moves inwards, so that the clamping block 33 fixes the shell 23 again, fourthly, when the rain and snow sensor 28 detects that rain and snow weather comes, the rotating motor 44 is started to drive the rotating disc 45 to rotate, the rotating disc 45 rotates along with the third connecting rod 43, and then the second connecting rod 41 can be driven to rotate by taking the cylindrical block 42 as a fulcrum, along with the rotation of the second connecting rod 41, the first connecting rod 40, the fixed blocks 38 and the connecting plates 39 start to move upwards, so that the two fixed blocks 38 rotate by taking the rotating shaft 36 as the fulcrum, the louver 37 is closed, water vapor is prevented from entering the shell 23 from the ventilating box 35, parts in the transformer 48 are damped, and a circuit in the transformer 48 is short-circuited, and in the fifth step, after the temperature and humidity sensor 49 detects that the temperature and the humidity in the shell 23 exceed standards, the rotating motor 44 is started again, along with the rotation of the rotating motor 44, the second connecting rod 41 rotates along with the rotating rod, and then the connecting plates 39, the first connecting rods 40 and the fixed blocks 38 are driven to move downwards, so that the two fixing blocks 38 rotate around the rotating shaft 36 as a pivot, thereby opening the louver 37, then starting the ventilation fan 34 to ventilate the inside of the shell 23, discharging water vapor, and preventing the excessive moisture in the shell 23 from causing the damp of the components in the transformer 48 and causing the short circuit of the lines in the transformer 48.
