技术领域
本发明涉及一种铜包铝导线用压接端可密封压接的接触件。
背景技术
为了减重的目的,铜包铝导线较纯铜导线有明显优势,因此,铜包铝导线使用量逐渐增多。目前铜包铝导线的端接方式主要为接线卡的端接方式,但由于铜、铝电位差的原因,铜包铝导线暴露在空气中容易出现端面腐蚀的问题,因此上述接线卡的端接方式导致电路连接可靠性低,容易出现电信号、电源连接失效的问题。在特定使用场合中,如在该场合中电路连接维修性差,上述端接方式的由于铜包铝导线端接容易失效而不能应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能密封压接铜包铝导线的接触件,以提高铜包铝导线端接可靠性,方便在特定场合中使用。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种压接端密封的接触件,包括接触件基体,该接触件基体由压接端、固定台阶、插合端组成。压接端包含护套,护套插合在压接端底部内。
所述接触件基体压接端外形分为两段,前段外形为圆柱形,尾段外形为喇叭形。
所述接触件基体压接端压接筒分为两段,压接筒前段、后端均为延轴向的圆孔,且圆孔直径前大后小。
所述接触件基体插合端可为插针或者插孔。
所述护套为圆柱形,护套为中空结构,一端封闭,另一端开口。
所述护套材料为银。
本发明专利接触件中创新点是压接端具有密封压接功能,密封压接功能是通过压接端的结构实现的。所述接触件基体压接端压接筒分为两段,压接筒前段、后段均为延轴向的圆孔,且圆孔直径前大后小。
压接端的压接筒内装有护套,护套材料为银。该护套为圆柱形,护套为中空结构,一端封闭,另一端开口。护套封闭端与压接筒底部贴紧,置于压接筒前段孔位置。护套内用于安装电缆导体部分并压接以实现导体与接触件的电气连续。
所述接触件基体压接端外形分为两段,前段外形为圆柱形,尾段外形为喇叭形。对喇叭外形段进行压接,实现金属变形挤压压接筒后段内的电缆外护套堆积形成密封圈起到密封作用。
固定台阶为圆柱形。
插合端可为插针或插孔,插针可采用圆柱型、麻花针型;插孔可采用侧开槽型、直开槽型、双曲线型。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明中的接触件压接端具有密封压接功能,使用铜包铝导线传输电信号、电源时,导线端接面可通过该接触件的密封压接端压接后保护起来,该密封压接端阻止了空气中潮气的进入,进而防止了使铜、铝材料发生电化学反应。本发明的目的在于提供一种能密封压接铜包铝导线的接触件,以提高铜包铝导线端接可靠性,方便在特定场合中使用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明专利,并非用于限定本发明专利的范围。
本发明的接触件的实施例1,如图1-2所示,接触件基体1由压接端、固定台阶、插合端组成。该实施例插合端选用圆柱型。
所述接触件基体1压接端压接筒分为两段,压接筒前段、后段均为延轴向的圆孔,且圆孔直径前大后小。
压接端的压接筒内装有护套2,护套2材料为银。该护套2为圆柱形,护套2为中空结构,一端封闭,另一端开口。护套2封闭端与压接筒底部贴紧,置于压接筒前段孔位置。使用时电缆端部外护套剥除一段,剥除长度与压接筒前段孔相等,露出导体。将剥除电缆外护套的电缆导体部分装入银护套内部,电缆导体后续带护套的部分装入压接筒后段孔。
所述接触件基体1压接端外形分为两段,前段外形为圆柱形,尾段外形为喇叭形。对该接触件基体1压接端压接时,使用两端式压接钳,对压接端圆柱外形段实行四点坑压,促使接触件基体、护套、导线的金属流动,实现导线与接触件的电连续,对压接端喇叭外形段实行六方压接,实现喇叭外形段金属变形挤压压接筒内的电缆外护套流动堆积形成密封圈起到密封作用。

1.一种压接端密封的接触件,包括接触件基体,该接触件基体由压接端、固定台阶、插合端组成。其特征在于:压接端包含护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的接触件,其特征在于:接触件基体压接端外形分为两段,前段外形为圆柱形,尾段外形为喇叭形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的接触件,其特征在于:接触件基体压接端压接筒分为两段,压接筒前段、后端均为圆孔,且圆孔直径前大后小。
4.根据权利要求1所述的接触件,其特征在于:接触件基体插合端可为插针或者插孔。
5.根据权利要求1~4所述的接触件,其特征在于:所述护套为圆柱形,护套为中空结构,一端封闭,另一端开口。
