Description

Operation scheduling method and device for operation room
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of computers, in particular to a surgical scheduling method and device for a surgical room.
Background
The scheduling is a daily management work content of many units, and a fair and reasonable scheduling method has very important significance for adjusting the enthusiasm and improving the work efficiency. Also, in the hospital system, efficient and rational arrangement of operating rooms and staff in the hospital becomes an important part for gradually improving the hospital management system.
At present, the scheduling method is mainly to manually schedule, but with the increase of hospital departments, the scheduling work of an operating room is increasingly complicated. If the mode of fixing the operating room by the department is adopted, the waste of the operating room can be caused; if a non-fixed mode is adopted, operation scheduling needs to be performed in the whole hospital system, great manpower needs to be consumed for obtaining operation information and operation scheduling between operations, and the problems of inaccurate allocation or more time consumption exist.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide an automatic surgical scheduling method for a surgical suite, so as to realize efficient and reasonable scheduling.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a surgical scheduling method and device for a surgical suite, which are used for providing an automatic surgical scheduling method for the surgical suite, so that efficient and reasonable scheduling is realized.
The embodiment of the invention provides a surgical scheduling method for a surgical suite, which comprises the following steps:
determining the anterior operation of the surgical room from the operation to be scheduled in the surgical room according to the existing surgical scheduling of the surgical room; the anterior segment surgery is a pre-operative surgery that may be inserted into the earliest beginning of the existing surgical shift;
determining the middle section operation of the operation room from the operation to be scheduled according to the existing operation schedule; the middle-stage operation is an operation which can be inserted between adjacent operations in the existing operation shift;
determining the back-stage operation of the operation room from the operation to be scheduled according to the existing operation schedule; the posterior segment surgery is a surgery after the last surgery that can be inserted into the existing surgical shift;
and determining the operation scheduling of the operation room according to the anterior operation, the middle operation and the posterior operation.
The operation scheduling of the operation room is divided into three sections through the existing operations of the operation room, and the three sections are respectively as follows: the three operations are respectively inserted into the operations before the earliest started operation in the existing operation schedule, between the adjacent operations in the existing operation schedule and after the last started operation in the existing operation schedule. Therefore, for each newly inserted operation, the relation between the newly inserted operation and the existing operation in the operation room is considered, the influence of the historical scheduling data of the operation room on the operation scheduling of the operation room is fully taken into account, and the scheduling process is more reasonable and simple. The operation to be arranged in the operation room is matched with the operation room and is not arranged in the operation room, so that the front section operation, the middle section operation and the back section operation are determined from the operation to be arranged in the operation room, and the particularity of the operation and the adaptability between the operation and the operation room are fully considered. The original complex operation scheduling is changed to be carried out by taking the operation room as a unit, the operation matched with the operation room is firstly screened, and then the arrangement of the front-section operation, the middle-section operation and the back-section operation is carried out according to the existing operation scheduling of the operation room, so that the scheduling process is clear and intelligent, and the efficiency of the operation scheduling is greatly improved.
Optionally, determining an anterior segment of the surgical suite from the surgeries to be performed in the surgical suite includes:
determining a front section operation to be arranged from the operations to be arranged; the front section to-be-scheduled operation is an operation of which the ending time is earlier than the starting time of the earliest operation in the existing operation schedule;
sequencing the operations in the front section to-be-discharged operation according to the starting time, and adding the ith operation into the front section operation; the ith operation is the operation with the latest starting time in the anterior segment to-be-discharged operation;
determining whether the i-1 operation in the anterior segment to-be-discharged operation and the operation with the earliest starting time in the anterior segment operation meet the anterior segment insertion regulation or not;
if so, adding the i-1 operation into the anterior operation; and circularly determining whether the i-2 operation in the anterior segment awaiting surgery and the operation with the earliest starting time in the anterior segment surgery conform to the anterior segment insertion regulation.
The screening of the operation to be scheduled at the front section is carried out firstly, so that the operation which can be scheduled before the earliest operation in the existing operation scheduling is not omitted, the hierarchy of the screening is increased, and the data volume is not too large when the screening of the operation at the front section is carried out subsequently. And operations in the front-section to-be-discharged operation are sequenced according to the starting time, so that the subsequent judgment process is simplified, and the judgment accuracy is improved. Since the anterior segment to be excluded operation is screened according to the condition that the ending time is earlier than the starting time of the earliest operation in the existing operation schedule, the operation with the latest starting time after the operations in the anterior segment to be excluded are sequenced according to the starting time, namely the ith operation, can be arranged before the existing operation, so that the operation is firstly added into the anterior segment operation to become the operation with the earliest starting time in the anterior segment operation, thus, a judgment standard is set for whether the next anterior segment to be excluded operation can be added into the anterior segment operation, and particularly, the i-1 operation in the anterior segment to be excluded operation is compared with the operation with the earliest starting time in the anterior segment operation. If the operation is in accordance with the operation starting time, adding the i-1 operation into the anterior segment operation, and if the operation is not in accordance with the operation starting time earliest in the i-2 operation and the anterior segment operation in the anterior segment to be discharged, circularly determining whether the operation starting time earliest in the operation to be discharged in the anterior segment meets the anterior segment insertion regulation. And repeating the above steps, wherein each operation newly added with the anterior segment operation becomes the operation with the earliest starting time of the anterior segment operation, namely the judgment standard for judging whether the anterior segment operation can be added in the next anterior segment operation to be discharged or not. The circulation setting is adopted, the relation between each operation in the anterior section waiting and arranging operations and the anterior section operation is considered, the reasonability of the determined anterior section operation is guaranteed, and because the anterior section waiting and arranging operations are arranged according to the time sequence, each operation in the anterior section waiting and arranging operations only needs to be compared with the operation newly added in the previous anterior section operation, so that the whole process is simpler, more convenient and more efficient.
Optionally, determining a mid-stage operation of the surgical suite from the to-be-scheduled operation includes:
determining a middle section operation to be arranged from the operations to be arranged; the middle section to-be-scheduled operation is an operation with the starting time later than the ending time of the earliest operation in the existing operation schedule and the ending time earlier than the starting time of the latest operation in the existing operation schedule;
sequencing the operation in the middle section to-be-scheduled operation and the operation in the existing operation scheduling according to a set sequence;
adding the ordered existing operation shifts into the middle-stage operation;
determining whether the ith operation in the middle section to-be-discharged operations and the jth operation and the j +1 th operation in the middle section operations conform to the middle section insertion regulation or not according to the set sequence;
if yes, adding the ith operation into the middle section operation according to the set sequence, and circularly determining whether the (i + 1) th operation in the middle section operation to be discharged and the (j + 1) th and (j + 2) th operations in the middle section operation meet the middle section insertion regulation or not;
if not, circularly determining whether the ith operation in the middle section to-be-discharged operations and the j +1 th and j +2 th operations in the middle section operations accord with the middle section insertion regulation.
The screening of the middle section operation to be scheduled is carried out firstly, so that the operation which can be arranged between the earliest operation and the latest operation in the existing operation schedule is not omitted, the hierarchy of the screening is increased, and the data volume is not too large when the subsequent screening of the middle section operation is carried out. And the operations in the middle section to-be-scheduled operation and the operations in the existing operation scheduling are sequenced according to a set sequence, so that the subsequent judgment process is simplified, and the judgment accuracy is improved. And adding the ordered existing operation shifts into the middle-section operation, so that the existing operation shift data is not lost, and a judgment standard is established for judging whether the next middle-section operation to be performed can be added into the middle-section operation. Comparing the ith operation in the middle section to-be-discharged operation with the jth operation and the j +1 th operation in the middle section operation, if the ith operation meets the middle section insertion rule, adding the ith operation into the middle section operation according to the set sequence, and if the ith operation does not meet the middle section insertion rule, comparing the ith operation with the j +1 th operation and the j +2 th operation in the middle section operation. And repeating the above steps in a circulating manner, wherein each operation newly added into the middle section operation and the next operation become the judgment standard for judging whether the middle section operation can be added into the middle section operation in the next middle section operation to be discharged. So circulation setting had both considered each operation in the operation is waited to arrange in the middle section with the relation of middle section operation has guaranteed the rationality of the middle section operation of determining, again because the operation is waited to arrange according to setting for the order in the middle section, consequently the middle section treat arrange each operation in the operation only need with the operation of last one newly joining in the anterior segment operation carries out the comparison can, make whole process more simple and convenient and high-efficient.
Optionally, determining a posterior segment of the surgical suite from the surgeries to be performed comprises:
determining a posterior segment operation to be arranged from the operations to be arranged; the posterior segment to-be-scheduled operation is an operation with the starting time later than the ending time of the latest operation in the existing operation schedule;
sequencing the operations in the posterior segment to-be-excluded operation according to the starting time, and adding the ith operation into the posterior segment operation; the ith operation is the operation with the earliest starting time in the posterior segment to-be-discharged operation;
determining whether the i +1 st operation in the posterior segment to-be-discharged operation and the operation with the latest starting time in the posterior segment operation meet the posterior segment insertion regulation or not;
if so, adding the (i + 1) th operation into the posterior segment operation; and circularly determining whether the i +2 operation in the posterior segment to-be-discharged operation and the operation with the latest starting time in the posterior segment operation meet the posterior segment insertion regulation or not.
The screening of the posterior-segment operation to be performed is performed firstly, so that the operation which can be arranged after the latest operation in the existing operation shift is not missed, the hierarchy of the screening is increased, and the data volume is not too large when the subsequent posterior-segment operation is screened. And operations in the posterior segment to-be-excluded operation are sequenced according to the starting time, so that the subsequent judgment process is simplified, and the judgment accuracy is improved. Since the posterior segment surgeries to be performed are screened according to the condition that the starting time is later than the ending time of the latest surgery in the existing surgery shift, the surgeries with the earliest starting time in the posterior segment surgeries, namely the ith surgeries, can be arranged after the existing surgeries, and are added into the posterior segment surgeries to become the surgeries with the latest starting time in the posterior segment surgeries, so that a judgment standard is established for judging whether the next posterior segment surgeries to be performed can be added into the posterior segment surgeries, and particularly, the i +1 surgeries in the posterior segment surgeries are compared with the surgeries with the latest starting times in the posterior segment surgeries. If the operation is in accordance with the operation specification, adding the (i + 1) th operation into the posterior segment operation, and if the operation is not in accordance with the operation specification, circularly determining whether the (i + 2) th operation in the posterior segment to-be-discharged operation and the operation with the latest starting time in the posterior segment operation are in accordance with the posterior segment insertion specification. The operation of each new posterior segment operation becomes the operation with the latest starting time of the posterior segment operation, namely the judgment standard for judging whether the posterior segment operation can be added in the next posterior segment operation to be performed or not. The circulation setting like this, both considered the back end treat each operation in the operation and the relation of back end operation, guaranteed the rationality of the back end operation of determining, because the back end is treated the operation and is arranged according to time sequence, consequently the back end treat each operation in the operation only need with the last operation of newly joining in the back end operation carry out the comparison can, make whole process more simple and convenient and high-efficient.
Optionally, after determining the surgical shift of the surgical suite, the method further includes:
determining whether a surgical procedure in the surgical team has scheduled a surgical personnel;
if there are scheduled surgical personnel, determining whether the surgical personnel can schedule other procedures in the surgical schedule;
if other operations in the surgical team cannot be scheduled, determining surgical personnel for each operation in the surgical team from the personnel who do not schedule the operation.
The personnel arrangement is carried out by taking an operation room as a unit, and if the operation in the operation schedule is determined to have the arranged operation personnel, other operations in the operation schedule are preferably considered to arrange the operation personnel in the operation schedule, so that the operation personnel can be arranged in the same operation room as much as possible, unnecessary time waste and workload aggravation of the operation personnel caused by frequent switching of the operation rooms are avoided, the difficulty of personnel arrangement is reduced, and the adaptability between the operation personnel and the operation room, the particularity of the operation room arrangement and the habits of the operation personnel on the operation room and cooperative personnel are fully considered.
Optionally, if there are scheduled surgical personnel, determining whether the surgical personnel can schedule other procedures in the surgical schedule includes:
if the m operation has the arranged operation personnel, determining the n operation matched with the operation personnel in the operation schedule; the nth operation and the mth operation meet the requirement of a preset time period;
and if the operating personnel is not scheduled in other operation rooms in the time period of the nth operation, determining that the operating personnel is the operating personnel of the nth operation.
Through setting up the nth operation with the mth operation satisfies the time interval requirement of predetermineeing, can make operating personnel arrange in the time interval of predetermineeing of same operation room as far as possible, avoid frequently switching the operation room and cause unnecessary time waste and aggravate operating personnel's work load, fully considered the suitability of operating personnel and operation room, the particularity of operation room arrangement and operating personnel's use custom.
Optionally, the anterior segment insertion is specified such that the end time of the operation to be inserted is earlier than the start time of the operation with the earliest start time in the anterior segment operation;
the mid-stage insertion is specified in such a way that the start time of the operation to be inserted is later than the end time of a first operation of adjacent operations in the mid-stage operation and the end time of the operation to be inserted is earlier than the start time of a second operation of the adjacent operations in the mid-stage operation;
the posterior segment insertion is specified such that the start time of the operation to be inserted is later than the end time of the operation with the latest start time in the posterior segment operation.
By setting the front section insertion rule, the middle section insertion rule and the back section insertion rule, the start time and the end time between adjacent operations in the operation scheduling of the operation room are not conflicted, and the integration of the front-end operation, the middle-section operation and the back-section operation is facilitated, so that the scheduling method is more reasonable and efficient.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
At present, the hospital scheduling is manual scheduling such as paper or white board scheduling, only digital scheduling is only to electronize the scheduling process, and specific scheduling still needs to be carried out manually, so that convenience is not provided for scheduling. The embodiment of the invention is based on the automatic scheduling, combines the scheduling service of the hospital operation, comprehensively considers the historical scheduling data of the current operation room, the particularity of the operation and the operation room (only a certain operation room can do the special operation), the adaptability of the operation and the operation room, the adaptability of the operation personnel and the operation room, the habits of the personnel such as doctors, nurses and the like on the operation room and the cooperation personnel, the personnel vacation and other factors, and efficiently and reasonably schedules the operation room and the personnel in the hospital.
The main flow is that the operation room is taken as a unit, the operation is allocated to the operation room according to the adaptability between the operation and the operation room (the characteristics of no conflict with the starting time and the ending time of the existing operation in the current operation room, the specificity of the operation, the experience duration of the operation and the like), and the operation personnel is allocated to the operation in the operation room according to the adaptability between the operation personnel and the operation room.
Fig. 1 illustrates a surgical scheduling method for a surgical suite according to an embodiment of the present invention, including:
step 101: determining the anterior operation of the surgical room from the operation to be scheduled in the surgical room according to the existing surgical scheduling of the surgical room; the anterior segment surgery is a pre-operative surgery that may be inserted into the earliest beginning of the existing surgical shift;
step 102: determining the middle section operation of the operation room from the operation to be scheduled according to the existing operation schedule; the middle-stage operation is an operation which can be inserted between adjacent operations in the existing operation shift;
step 103: determining the back-stage operation of the operation room from the operation to be scheduled according to the existing operation schedule; the posterior segment surgery is a surgery after the last surgery that can be inserted into the existing surgical shift;
step 104: and determining the operation scheduling of the operation room according to the anterior operation, the middle operation and the posterior operation.
The three sections can be synchronously carried out, the relation between each newly inserted operation and the existing operation in the operation room can be considered for each section, the influence of the historical scheduling data of the operation room on the operation scheduling of the operation room is fully taken into account, and the scheduling process is more reasonable and simple.
The method for determining the anterior segment operation of the surgical suite from the to-be-scheduled operation of the surgical suite is shown in fig. 2.
Step 201: determining a front section operation to be arranged from the operations to be arranged; the front section to-be-scheduled operation is an operation of which the ending time is earlier than the starting time of the earliest operation in the existing operation schedule;
specifically, the existing operation shifts of the operation rooms are sorted according to the time sequence, the operation with the earliest starting time is taken as a standard, the operation to be scheduled at the front section is screened firstly, namely, the operation with the ending time earlier than the starting time of the earliest operation in the existing operation shifts is screened, so that the operation which can be scheduled before the earliest operation in the existing operation shifts is not missed, the hierarchy of screening is increased, and the data volume is not too large when the subsequent operation for the front section is screened.
Step 202: judging whether the size of the operation to be arranged at the front section is 0 or not; if the value is 0, quitting the front-section operation scheduling; if not, go to step 203;
if the anterior segment pending operation is 0, returning to null, indicating that the operation with the earliest starting time in the existing operations in the operation room is the operation which can be arranged earliest in the operation room, and no operation can be arranged in front of the operation room.
Step 203: sequencing the operations in the front section to-be-discharged operation according to the starting time, and adding the ith operation into the front section operation; the ith operation is the operation with the latest starting time in the anterior segment to-be-discharged operation;
and operations in the front-section to-be-discharged operation are sequenced according to the starting time, so that the subsequent judgment process is simplified, and the judgment accuracy is improved. Since the anterior segment to be operated is screened according to the condition that the ending time is earlier than the starting time of the earliest operation in the existing operation schedule, the operation with the latest starting time after the operations in the anterior segment to be operated are sequenced according to the starting time, namely the ith operation, can be arranged before the existing operation, so that the operation is firstly added into the anterior segment operation to become the operation with the earliest starting time in the anterior segment operation, and thus, a judgment standard is set for whether the next anterior segment to be operated can be added into the anterior segment operation.
Step 204: determining whether the i-1 operation in the anterior segment to-be-discharged operation and the operation with the earliest starting time in the anterior segment operation meet the anterior segment insertion regulation or not;
specifically, after the ith operation is added to the anterior segment operation in step 203, the ith-1 operation in the anterior segment pending operation, that is, the operation immediately preceding the ith operation in step 203 is obtained in the reverse order, and it is determined whether the operation with the earliest starting time in the ith-1 operation and the anterior segment operation meets the anterior segment insertion rule. The anterior segment insertion is specified such that the end time of the operation to be inserted is earlier than the start time of the operation with the earliest start time in the anterior segment operation.
Step 205: if so, adding the i-1 operation into the anterior operation; and circularly determining whether the i-2 operation in the anterior segment awaiting surgery and the operation with the earliest starting time in the anterior segment surgery conform to the anterior segment insertion regulation.
Until the operation cycle in the anterior segment to-be-discharged operation is completed.
Step 206: deleting the operation added to the anterior segment operation from the anterior segment to-be-excluded operation;
and deleting the operation added with the anterior operation from the anterior operation to be excluded, so that the influence on efficiency and accuracy caused by repeated calculation in the subsequent operation room is avoided.
Step 207: arranging the operation tables of the anterior operations according to the time sequence;
specifically, the first of the anterior segment procedures may be scheduled with a "1" procedure, the second with a "2" … … procedure, and so on. The above are merely examples, and embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
The method for determining the anterior segment operation will be described in detail below by taking the surgical suite A as an example.
The prior surgeries for surgery a are shown in table 1:

Table 3 the last procedure D3 in table 3 was added to the anterior segment procedure, as in table 4:
operation room A
9:30-10:00 D 3
TABLE 4
It was determined whether D2 in table 3 and the earliest starting surgery in table 4, D3, met the anterior segment insertion criteria. If it is judged that the rule of the previous stage insertion is satisfied, D2 is inserted into Table 4 to obtain Table 5:
operation room A
8:00-9:20 D2
9:30-10:00 D3
TABLE 5
It was determined whether D1 in table 3 and the earliest starting surgery in table 4, D2, met the anterior segment insertion criteria. It is judged that the former stage insertion rule is not satisfied.
The anterior segment of the surgery to be performed has been completed, and table 5 is the anterior segment of the surgery room a.
It should be noted that the above is only an exemplary and simple description, and the listed operations are only for the convenience of describing the scheme and do not constitute a limitation on the scheme.
The method for determining the middle surgery of the surgery room from the surgeries to be arranged in the surgery room is shown in figure 3.
Step 301: judging whether the size of the existing operation schedule is 0, if so, exiting the middle-stage operation schedule;
if the size of the existing operation team is 0, the middle section of the operation room to be scheduled cannot be screened, and the middle section operation arrangement is quitted.
Step 302: determining a middle section operation to be arranged from the operations to be arranged; the middle section to-be-scheduled operation is an operation with the starting time later than the ending time of the earliest operation in the existing operation schedule and the ending time earlier than the starting time of the latest operation in the existing operation schedule;
specifically, existing operation shifts in the operation room are sorted according to a time sequence, and the end time of the earliest operation in the existing operation shifts and the start time of the latest operation in the existing operation shifts are taken as a standard, and the middle-section operations to be scheduled are screened first, namely, the operations with the start time later than the end time of the earliest operation in the existing operation shifts and the end time earlier than the start time of the latest operation in the existing operation shifts are screened, so that the operations which can be scheduled between the earliest operation and the latest operation in the existing operation shifts are not missed, the hierarchy of screening is increased, and the data volume of the subsequent operations in the middle-section is not too large during screening.
Step 303: judging whether the size of the existing operation schedule is 1 or whether the middle-section operation to be scheduled is 0, if so, adding the existing operation schedule into the middle-section operation, and quitting the middle-section operation arrangement;
if the size of the existing operation schedule is 1, the fact that one operation is arranged in the operation room is indicated, and no gap is left in the operation room for inserting the operation, the existing operation schedule is added into the middle-stage operation, and the middle-stage operation schedule is withdrawn; or, if the size of the middle section operation to be scheduled is 0, indicating that no middle section operation can be scheduled, adding the existing operation schedule into the middle section operation, and exiting the middle section operation schedule.
Step 304: sequencing the operation in the middle section to-be-scheduled operation and the operation in the existing operation scheduling according to a set sequence;
and the operations in the middle section to-be-scheduled operation and the operations in the existing operation scheduling are sequenced according to a set sequence, so that the subsequent judgment process is simplified, and the judgment accuracy is improved. Optionally, the set order is a time order.
Step 305: adding the ordered existing operation shifts into the middle-stage operation;
and adding the ordered existing operation shifts into the middle-section operation, so that the existing operation shift data is not lost, and a judgment standard is established for judging whether the next middle-section operation to be performed can be added into the middle-section operation.
Step 306: determining whether the ith operation in the middle section to-be-discharged operations and the jth operation and the j +1 th operation in the middle section operations conform to the middle section insertion regulation or not according to the set sequence;
optionally, the ith operation is an operation with the earliest start time in the middle-stage to-be-excluded operation, the jth operation is an operation with the earliest start time in the middle-stage operation, and it is determined whether the ith operation in the middle-stage to-be-excluded operation and the jth operation and the j +1 th operation in the middle-stage operation meet the middle-stage insertion rule. The mid-stage insertion is specified such that a start time of a surgery to be inserted is later than an end time of a first surgery of an adjacent surgery in the mid-stage surgery and an end time of the surgery to be inserted is earlier than a start time of a second surgery of the adjacent surgery in the mid-stage surgery.
Step 307: if yes, adding the ith operation into the middle section operation according to the set sequence, and circularly determining whether the (i + 1) th operation in the middle section operation to be discharged and the (j + 1) th and (j + 2) th operations in the middle section operation meet the middle section insertion regulation or not;
it should be noted that in the mid-surgery arrangement, the order of the mid-surgery is changed with the surgery added to the mid-surgery, so that after the ith surgery is added to the mid-surgery in the set order, the j +1 th surgery of the mid-surgery becomes the ith surgery newly inserted in the mid-surgery, and so on. Until the operation cycle of the posterior segment to-be-discharged operation is finished.
Step 308: if not, circularly determining whether the ith operation in the middle section to-be-discharged operations and the j +1 th and j +2 th operations in the middle section operations accord with the middle section insertion regulation or not;
specifically, if the ith operation is the operation with the earliest start time in the middle-stage to-be-excluded operation, circularly determining whether the ith operation in the middle-stage to-be-excluded operation and the (j + 1) th and (j + 2) th operations in the middle-stage operation meet the middle-stage insertion rule.
Step 309: deleting the operation added to the middle-stage operation from the middle-stage operation to be discharged;
and deleting the operation added into the middle-stage operation from the middle-stage operation to be discharged, so that the influence on efficiency and accuracy caused by repeated calculation in the later operation room is avoided.
Step 310: arranging the middle-stage operations according to a time sequence, and then arranging operation tables for the middle-stage operations;
specifically, the maximum operating procedure number +1 in the anterior segment surgery is arranged as the procedure number of the first surgery in the middle segment surgery, the maximum operating procedure number +2 in the anterior segment surgery is arranged as the procedure number … … of the second surgery in the middle segment surgery, and so on. The above are merely examples, and embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
The method for determining the mid-stage operation will be described in detail below by taking the operation room a as an example.
From the end time of Y1 and the start time of Y2 in Table 1, the mid-procedure is determined from Table 2 as shown in Table 6:

It should be noted that the above is only an exemplary and simple description, and the listed operations are only for the convenience of describing the scheme and do not constitute a limitation on the scheme.
The method for determining the posterior segment operation of the surgery room from the to-be-scheduled surgery of the surgery room is shown in figure 4.
Step 401: determining a posterior segment operation to be arranged from the operations to be arranged; the posterior segment to-be-scheduled operation is an operation with the starting time later than the ending time of the latest operation in the existing operation schedule;
specifically, the existing operation shifts of the operation rooms are sorted according to the time sequence, the operation with the latest starting time is taken as a standard, the subsequent operation to be scheduled is screened firstly, namely, the operation with the starting time later than the ending time of the latest operation in the existing operation shifts is screened, so that the operation which can be scheduled after the latest operation in the existing operation shifts is not missed, the hierarchy of screening is increased, and the data volume is not too large when the subsequent operation is screened.
Step 402: judging whether the size of the posterior segment to-be-discharged surgery is 0 or not; if the number is 0, quitting the back-stage operation scheduling; if not, go to step 403;
if the posterior segment pending operation is 0, returning to empty, which indicates that the latest operation in the existing operations in the operation room is the latest operation which can be arranged in the operation room, and no operation can be arranged behind the latest operation.
Step 403: sequencing the operations in the posterior segment to-be-excluded operation according to the starting time, and adding the ith operation into the posterior segment operation; the ith operation is the operation with the earliest starting time in the posterior segment to-be-discharged operation;
and operations in the posterior segment to-be-excluded operation are sequenced according to the starting time, so that the subsequent judgment process is simplified, and the judgment accuracy is improved. Since the posterior segment to-be-scheduled surgeries are screened according to the condition that the starting time is later than the ending time of the latest surgery in the existing surgical schedule, the surgeries with the earliest starting time in the posterior segment to-be-scheduled surgeries, namely the ith surgeries, can be arranged after the existing surgeries, so that the surgeries are added into the posterior segment surgeries at first to become the surgeries with the latest starting time in the posterior segment surgeries, and thus, a judgment standard is set for judging whether the next posterior segment to-be-scheduled surgeries can be added into the posterior segment surgeries.
Step 404: determining whether the i +1 st operation in the posterior segment to-be-discharged operation and the operation with the latest starting time in the posterior segment operation meet the posterior segment insertion regulation or not;
specifically, after the ith operation is added to the posterior operation in step 403, the (i + 1) th operation in the anterior to-be-planned operation, that is, the operation subsequent to the ith operation in step 203, is obtained in the positive order, and it is determined whether the operation with the earliest starting time in the (i + 1) th operation and the anterior operation conforms to the posterior insertion rule. The posterior segment insertion is specified such that the start time of the operation to be inserted is later than the end time of the operation with the latest start time in the posterior segment operation.
Step 405: if so, adding the (i + 1) th operation into the posterior segment operation; and circularly determining whether the i +2 operation in the posterior segment to-be-discharged operation and the operation with the latest starting time in the posterior segment operation meet the posterior segment insertion regulation or not.
Until the operation cycle of the posterior segment to-be-discharged operation is finished.
Step 406: deleting the operation added to the posterior segment operation from the posterior segment pending operation;
and deleting the operation added with the posterior operation from the posterior operation to be excluded, so that the influence on efficiency and accuracy caused by repeated calculation in the subsequent operation is avoided.
Step 407: arranging the posterior segment operations according to a time sequence, and then arranging operation tables for the posterior segment operations;
specifically, the maximum operating table number +1 in the middle-stage operation is arranged as the number of the first operation in the back-stage operation, the maximum operating table number +2 in the middle-stage operation is arranged as the number of the second operation in the back-stage operation … …, and so on. The above are merely examples, and embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
The method for determining the posterior segment operation is described in detail below by taking the operation room a as an example.
From Table 2, the end time of Y2 in Table 1, the posterior surgical procedure is determined as shown in Table 10:
time of day Operation number
16:00-16:30 D11
17:00-18:00 D12
Table 10 the first procedure D11 from table 10 was added to the posterior segment procedure, as in table 11:
operation room A
16:00-16:30 D11
TABLE 11
It was determined whether D12 in table 10 and the latest ending surgery in table 4, i.e., D11, met the posterior segment insertion criteria. If it is judged that the rule is satisfied, table 12 is obtained by inserting D12 into table 11:
operation room A
16:00-16:30 D11
17:00-18:00 D12
