The following components are connected to the I/O interface 605: an input portion 606 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 607 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 608 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 609 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 609 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The driver 610 is also connected to the I/O interface 605 as needed. A removable medium 611 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 610 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted as necessary on the storage section 608.
In particular, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, an embodiment of the present invention includes a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the above-described multi-type government affair unified processing method.
In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 609, and/or installed from the removable medium 611.
Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various units by function, and are described separately. Of course, the functionality of the units may be implemented in one or more software and/or hardware when implementing the present application.
The present invention is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the invention. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be stored in a computer-readable memory that can direct a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to function in a particular manner, such that the instructions stored in the computer-readable memory produce an article of manufacture including instruction means which implement the function specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The application may be described in the general context of computer-executable instructions, such as program modules, being executed by a computer. Generally, program modules include routines, programs, objects, components, data structures, etc. that perform particular tasks or implement particular abstract data types. The application may also be practiced in distributed computing environments where tasks are performed by remote processing devices that are linked through a communications network. In a distributed computing environment, program modules may be located in both local and remote computer storage media including memory storage devices.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, for the system embodiment, since it is substantially similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. A unified processing method for multiple types of government affairs matters is characterized by comprising the following steps:
obtaining a government affairs service request, wherein the government affairs service request comprises: a government affair identifier and request data;
searching for a processing flow of the corresponding type of the government affairs and the calling configuration in the affair scheduling node according to the government affair identification;
and processing the request data according to the processing flow and carrying out outbound routing through outbound configuration in the item scheduling node.
2. The method for unified processing of multiple types of government matters according to claim 1, further comprising:
the processing flow of each type of government affairs is dynamically pre-configured through a dynamic form technology.
3. The method for unified processing of multiple types of government matters according to claim 2, wherein the dynamically pre-configuring the processing flow of each type of government matters through the dynamic form technology comprises:
judging whether the government affair items to be configured are inquiry items or not;
if not, judging whether the government affair matters to be configured adopt universal form configuration or not;
if the government affairs to be configured adopt the universal form configuration, performing government affair processing flow configuration through the configuration form;
and if the government affairs to be configured do not adopt the universal form configuration, performing government affair processing flow configuration through the APP page.
4. The method for unified processing of multiple types of government matters according to claim 1, further comprising:
and carrying out outbound configuration on each item scheduling node.
5. A device for uniformly processing multiple types of government affairs matters, comprising:
the service request acquisition module acquires a government affairs service request, wherein the government affairs service request comprises the following steps: a government affair identifier and request data;
the matching module is used for searching the processing flow of the corresponding type of the government affair and the calling configuration in the affair scheduling node according to the government affair identification;
and the outbound processing module is used for processing the request data according to the processing flow and carrying out outbound routing through outbound configuration in the item scheduling node.
6. The unified processing apparatus for multiple types of government matters according to claim 5, further comprising:
and the dynamic configuration module is used for dynamically pre-configuring the processing flow of each type of government affairs through a dynamic form technology.
7. The device of claim 6, wherein said dynamic configuration module comprises:
the first judging unit is used for judging whether the government affair affairs to be configured are inquiry affairs or not;
the second judgment unit is used for judging whether the government affairs to be configured adopt universal form configuration or not if the government affairs to be configured are not inquiry-type affairs;
the form configuration module is used for configuring the government affair processing flow through the configuration form if the government affair to be configured adopts universal form configuration;
and the APP page configuration module is used for performing government affair processing flow configuration through the APP page if the government affair to be configured does not adopt universal form configuration.
8. The unified multi-type government affairs transaction processing device according to claim 5, further comprising:
and the outbound configuration module is used for carrying out outbound configuration on each item scheduling node.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and operable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method for unified processing of multiple types of government matters according to any one of claims 1 to 4 when executing the program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, realizes the steps of the unified multi-type government affair processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
