Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a method, a system, a storage medium and a terminal for managing a petrochemical logistics park.

Furthermore, the decision support module is provided with an intelligent decision subsystem, collected data information is combined with the internet of things technology through a database technology, a data mining tool and the like by using an application technology in the internet of things, a decision maker is assisted in performing prediction analysis, statistical analysis and simulation of decision process and scheme environment, various information resources and analysis tools are called, the decision maker is helped to improve intelligent decision level and service quality of the park enterprises, and the park enterprises are helped to realize intelligent management.
Further, the intelligent decision subsystem comprises industry data processing, distributed decision, joint decision, intelligent decision, business management and service management.
Further, the service subsystem includes: the system comprises a park basic information service subsystem, a park public service subsystem, a park electronic commerce subsystem, a park internal management subsystem and a park enterprise business subsystem;
the park basic information service subsystem is oriented to management committees, enterprises, related organization groups and individuals in the park according to the principle of openness and resource sharing, and provides related services related to park layout management, park function management, park personnel and organization management, park credit management and park facility management; the main functions comprise park layout management, park function management, park personnel and organization management, park credit management, park facility management, statistics and analysis;
the park public service subsystem is an important carrier and an implementation way of park public service and is used for cooperation and communication of enterprises, talents and park managers; the park public service subsystem is used for optimizing and configuring park resources and realizing professional division work cooperation, and development, transfer and application of common key technologies are promoted;
the park public service subsystem comprises fund support, public talents, technological innovation, electronic commerce, facility equipment and public commerce services.
Furthermore, the park electronic commerce subsystem provides services for electronic commerce, including online transaction, electronic tax, customer service, online finance and information display, and provides a commodity transaction environment integrating commodity display and transaction for users;

the method helps garden and enterprise clients establish an integrated collaborative office platform by means of the Internet and a wireless network, a convenient and fast communication channel between the garden and the enterprise is established, office work inside the garden and between the garden and the enterprise is carried out, requirements for reporting and reflecting important data, information and major emergencies of the garden are provided for major enterprises in the garden, and a business collaborative office circle between the garden and the enterprise is established;

Further, the management system of the petrochemical logistics park further comprises a cloud computing module, wherein the cloud computing module comprises:
an IaaS service unit that obtains processing power, storage, network and other underlying computing resources so that any software, including operating systems and applications, can be deployed and run on it; control of the operating system, storage, deployed applications, or have partial control over the selection of network components (e.g., firewalls);
the PaaS service unit is used for deploying the created or acquired application to the cloud infrastructure by using a programming language, a library, a service and a tool supported by a provider; can control the deployed applications and possibly the hosting environment in which the applications are configured;
the SaaS service unit uses applications which are operated on cloud infrastructure by a provider, and can access the applications at various client equipment by client interfaces such as a Web browser (such as Web-based e-mail); the underlying cloud infrastructure is not directly managed or controlled, including network, server, operating system, storage, or even individual application functionality, except for some limited user-specific application configuration settings;
the security service unit verifies the identity through a user name and a password and controls the authority of users with different identities; auditing the network behavior; meanwhile, the method for confirming the identity of the network equipment and authenticating the identity avoids establishing connection with wrong equipment and avoiding information leakage; comparing the security guarantee of the network behavior, and realizing the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information; encrypting the confidentiality of the information to be realized and establishing a corresponding firewall;
and the operation and maintenance service unit is used for providing 7 x 24 hour operation and maintenance service for enterprise clients in the petrochemical logistics park management system, and bearing daily maintenance work of an information platform in the enterprise, and the cooperative enterprise does not need to set information technology departments and professional technicians.
By combining all the technical schemes, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that: the logistics park management system mainly aims at the internal management work of a park, and manages equipment facilities and materials in the park on one hand; on the other hand, the system provides services for financial settlement, e-commerce, e-government affairs and the like; in addition, the logistics park management system also counts and classifies the customer information, and mainly comprises a park basic information service subsystem, a park public service subsystem, a park electronic commerce subsystem, a park internal management subsystem, a park enterprise business service subsystem and an intelligent decision-making subsystem.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
In view of the problems in the prior art, the present invention provides a method, a system, a storage medium, and a terminal for managing a petrochemical logistics park, which are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, a petrochemical logistics park management system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the system comprises a decision support module, a service subsystem, a park cooperation module, a data center 9, a security center 10 and a data analysis processing module 11.
The decision support module is provided with an intelligent decision subsystem 1, collected data information is combined with the Internet of things technology through a database technology, a data mining tool and the like by using the application technology in the Internet of things, a decision maker is assisted to carry out prediction analysis, statistical analysis and simulation of the environment of a decision process and scheme, various information resources and analysis tools are called, the decision maker is helped to improve the intelligent decision level and service quality of a park enterprise, and the park enterprise is helped to realize intelligent management. The method mainly comprises the functions of industry data processing, distributed decision making, joint decision making, intelligent decision making, business management, service management and the like.
The service subsystem comprises: a park basic information service subsystem 2, a park public service subsystem 3, a park electronic commerce subsystem 4, a park internal management subsystem 5 and a park enterprise business subsystem 6;
the park coordination module includes: a logistics module 7 and a commercial transaction module 8; the fund flow, the commodity flow and the commodity flow in the logistics module 7 are subjected to commodity separation to carry out logistics and information flow to form four-flow integration; the commercial transaction module 8 comprises production enterprises and logistics enterprises which are cooperatively shared, logistics enterprises and business enterprises which are cooperatively shared, and the business enterprises and the production enterprises and financial enterprises which are cooperatively shared.
The data center 9 includes: basic database, data integration, document library; relational databases, data integration, real-time databases.
The security center 10 includes: identity authentication, user management, authority authentication, network security, data security and architecture security.
The data analysis processing module 11 includes: big data technology, internet of things technology, cloud computing technology and system interface technology.
The petrochemical logistics park management method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps that the Internet of things equipment collects internal data of trucks, tank cars, warehouses, goods and pipelines in an actual operation process, and transmits related data to a data center in a real-time transmission or delay transmission mode;
the method comprises the steps that external data related to the management of a petrochemical logistics park are obtained through docking with an external system;
on the basis of acquiring internal and external data, a data center and a data analysis tool are used for providing basic information service, public service, electronic commerce, internal management and enterprise business service for the park, and finally, the park enterprise is helped to realize intelligent management and decision support.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the park basic information service subsystem 2 is oriented to management committees, enterprises, related organizations and individuals in the park according to the principle of openness and resource sharing, and provides related services related to park layout management, park function management, park personnel and organization management, park credit management and park facility management. The main functions include campus layout management, campus function management, campus personnel and institution management, campus credit management, campus facility management, statistics and analysis.
In the embodiment of the invention, the park public service subsystem 3 is an important carrier and an implementation way of park public service, bears the functions of cooperation and communication of enterprises, talents and park managers, and plays an important role in promoting industrial development and improving the park development environment. The system plays an important role in promoting optimal configuration of park resources and professional division of labor and promoting development, transfer and application of common key technologies, and mainly comprises functional modules such as fund support, public talents, technological innovation, electronic commerce, facility equipment and public commerce services.
In the embodiment of the invention, the park electronic commerce subsystem 4 provides services for electronic commerce, mainly comprises functions of online transaction, electronic tax, customer service, online finance, information display and the like, and provides a commodity transaction environment integrating commodity display and transaction for users.
In the embodiment of the invention, the park internal management subsystem 5 comprises the functions of cooperative office, property management, parking lot management, customer relationship management, settlement management, decision support and the like, so that the efficiency of finishing various works in the park is improved, and the information management of park operation and office is realized.
In the embodiment of the invention, a park enterprise business service subsystem 6 is a set of simple and practical office automation solution provided by a comprehensive office management system developed for parks and enterprises based on a fixed network and a mobile network, and aims to help park and enterprise clients to efficiently realize an integrated cooperative office platform by means of the internet and a wireless network, construct a convenient and quick communication channel between the parks and the enterprises, realize efficient office work inside the parks and between the parks and the enterprises, meet the requirements of important data, information and major emergency reporting and reflecting of important enterprises in the parks and create business cooperative office circles between the parks and the enterprises. The system mainly comprises functional modules of product project management, business information popularization, contract management, bid and tender management, business negotiation and transaction, order management, financial management and the like. The effect of the present invention is shown in fig. 2. The logistics park management system can display the conditions of external transportation and storage in a park in real time.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the petrochemical logistics park management system further includes a cloud computing module, and the cloud computing module includes:
an IaaS service unit that obtains processing power, storage, network and other underlying computing resources so that any software, including operating systems and applications, can be deployed and run on it; control of the operating system, storage, deployed applications, or have partial control over the selection of network components (e.g., firewalls);
the PaaS service unit is used for deploying the created or acquired application to the cloud infrastructure by using a programming language, a library, a service and a tool supported by a provider; can control the deployed applications and possibly the hosting environment in which the applications are configured;
the SaaS service unit uses applications which are operated on cloud infrastructure by a provider, and can access the applications at various client equipment by client interfaces such as a Web browser (such as Web-based e-mail); the underlying cloud infrastructure is not directly managed or controlled, including network, server, operating system, storage, or even individual application functionality, except for some limited user-specific application configuration settings;
the security service unit verifies the identity through a user name and a password and controls the authority of users with different identities; auditing the network behavior; meanwhile, the method for confirming the identity of the network equipment and authenticating the identity avoids establishing connection with wrong equipment and avoiding information leakage; comparing the security guarantee of the network behavior, and realizing the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information; encrypting the confidentiality of the information to be realized and establishing a corresponding firewall;
and the operation and maintenance service unit is used for providing 7 x 24 hour operation and maintenance service for enterprise clients in the petrochemical logistics park management system, and bearing daily maintenance work of an information platform in the enterprise, and the cooperative enterprise does not need to set information technology departments and professional technicians.
Meanwhile, the invention can adopt a mixed cloud scheme to realize the safe networking of the logistics park management system and the service provider cloud platform and establish a safe channel for network intercommunication of public and private environments; the data synchronization and migration of public and private environments are realized, and the value of a supply chain and logistics operation data is mined by fully utilizing the big data processing capacity of a cloud service provider; the method realizes application interaction in a public and private environment, balances application service load and accelerates the construction of a logistics park management system by utilizing various open service interfaces of a cloud service provider.
The embodiment of the invention provides a design for building a network and cloud service for a petrochemical logistics park management information platform, which specifically comprises the following steps:
1. information platform construction network
According to a construction target, the requirements of information platform construction are combined with the network structure characteristics in information construction, and the requirements of data transmission and network service capacity of comprehensive platform construction are met. The communication efficiency among enterprises is improved, effective communication and cooperative operation among management departments in the system are enhanced, and the safety maintenance of basic data is enhanced. The information platform construction network structure shown in figure 3 is specially constructed.
2. System cloud service
2.1 cloud facilitator selection
The system is constructed on a cloud service provider distributed computer and storage system, and high-efficiency, virtualization and universalization of platform operation are realized.
2.2 cloud services collaboration scenarios
Based on the existing IT assets and business requirements of an enterprise, a mixed cloud scheme design can be adopted, the existing IT assets of a client are protected, business development can be assisted through a service provider cloud platform, not only can the resources be transversely expanded through cloud service be realized, but also various open services such as big data, artificial intelligence, searching and the like integrated by the service provider cloud platform can be seamlessly utilized, and a self high-efficiency business system can be quickly constructed, as shown in fig. 4.
2.3 cloud service Pattern design
The cloud service architecture takes physical resources such as a server, a power supply system, a blade server, storage equipment, network transmission equipment and the like as a basic layer, constructs a corresponding storage, calculation and transmission virtual resource layer, and provides various cloud services such as IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, safety, operation and maintenance and the like for enterprise customers in a supply chain. As shown in fig. 5.
(1) IaaS service
IaaS, infrastructure as a service, is the utilization of all computing infrastructure, including processing CPU, memory, storage, network and other basic computing resources, that a user can deploy and run arbitrary software, including operating systems and applications. The enterprise customers in the supply chain do not manage or control any cloud computing infrastructure, but can control the selection, storage space and deployment application of an operating system, and the method comprises the steps of building an optical fiber network and a data center machine room, and providing IT basic resources and supporting facility leasing services for the enterprise customers and individual users in the supply chain. And infrastructure such as network broadband access service, server cabinet leasing, cloud host leasing, cloud storage host leasing and the like are provided.
(2) PaaS service
PaaS is a platform as a service, which is a service that submits a software development platform to a user in a SaaS mode. Enterprise customers in the supply chain no longer need any programming to develop any enterprise management software including CRM, OA, HR, SCM, inventory management, etc., and do not need to use other software development tools and run online immediately. The system can provide a middleware platform for enterprises to carry out customized research and development, and simultaneously covers a database, an application server and the like.
(3) SaaS service
SaaS (software as a service) is a mode for providing software through the Internet, application software is uniformly deployed on a server of a platform, enterprise customers in a supply chain can order required application software services from an information platform through the Internet according to actual requirements of the enterprise customers, the expenses are paid according to the amount and time of the ordered services, and corresponding services are obtained through the Internet. Enterprise customers in the supply chain do not need to purchase software any more, and only need to rent Web-based software to the information platform to manage enterprise business activities, and the cloud service software comprises an enterprise electronic mail system, an OA office automation system, an ERP system, a CRM system, an HR system, a financial software system, a CAD aided design system and the like.
(4) Secure service content
The platform can provide various security value-added services for related enterprises while solving the problem that enterprise clients in a supply chain access to an internet outlet, and the security value-added services comprise security management, identity authentication and audit, terminal authentication, anti-spam, intrusion detection, security monitoring and other security services.
(5) Operation and maintenance service content
The platform can provide 7-24-hour operation and maintenance service for enterprise clients in a supply chain, undertakes daily maintenance work of an information platform in an enterprise, and a cooperative enterprise does not need to set information technology departments and professional technicians, so that enterprise investment and operation cost are reduced.
It should be noted that the embodiments of the present invention can be realized by hardware, software, or a combination of software and hardware. The hardware portion may be implemented using dedicated logic; the software portions may be stored in a memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system, such as a microprocessor or specially designed hardware. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the apparatus and methods described above may be implemented using computer executable instructions and/or embodied in processor control code, such code being provided on a carrier medium such as a disk, CD-or DVD-ROM, programmable memory such as read only memory (firmware), or a data carrier such as an optical or electronic signal carrier, for example. The apparatus and its modules of the present invention may be implemented by hardware circuits such as very large scale integrated circuits or gate arrays, semiconductors such as logic chips, transistors, or programmable hardware devices such as field programmable gate arrays, programmable logic devices, etc., or by software executed by various types of processors, or by a combination of hardware circuits and software, e.g., firmware.
