When building a block chain of security responsibility, registering each responsibility item into the block chain, such as 5.2 and 5.2.1, 5.2.2, 5.2.3, 5.2.4, 4.4 and 4.4.1, 4.4.2, 4.4.3, which can be submitted in a block mode, or directly registering in a basic information table of the block chain, and simultaneously including basic information of registration related posts, personnel, scoring rules, and the like.
Example 5
With reference to fig. 5, the responsibility score table 1 and the statistical summary table 1, for example, in a month of a year, the handheld terminal (or the mobile phone) automatically reminds the secondary unit that emergency drilling should be performed in the month, meanwhile, the terminal app automatically lists the requirements of the emergency drilling, and the security ring ensures that the working space is in place through RFID association (or other association methods).
And when the drilling is finished, the blocks are automatically submitted to form blocks, and the app automatically scores according to the scoring rule, submits the scores to an security ring and automatically broadcasts the scores. Blocks are also generated when the responsibility of the security ring is submitted, and meanwhile, the scoring items can be corrected and summarized.
The secondary responsibility list comprises the steps of scoring the associated items according to the work completion effect, for example, the scores of automatic scoring of a first plant, a second plant, a third plant and a fourth plant of a secondary unit are 83, 85, 75 and 91 respectively, 4.4.1 is automatically scored into 84 when the safety ring is summarized, the scores of the secondary unit are respectively added and subtracted according to the supervision and inspection condition, the scores are 83, 84, 80 and 92 respectively, and the total score is 85.
Meanwhile, the score of 4.4.2 is 86, the score of 4.4.3 is 90, and the score of 4.4.4 is 83, the same condition is submitted to a sub-master manager for managing safety production to form the score and summary of the score, and the sub-master manager for managing safety production revises the score again according to the condition.

2.2.2 according to the circumstances:
(1) the emergency drilling is not required to be performed on time, and the drilling is performed on time;
(2) requiring no drill assessment, the drill assessment must be performed and the emergency protocol modified based on the problem.
2.2.3 require the ring installation position to strengthen direct supervision and inspection again;
once the major problems in emergency are found, the major problems are directly reported to a general manager, and corresponding measures are taken.
When work is temporarily scheduled, or the conditions of leaving the post, resigning the post or merging or withdrawing the post occur, the responsibility list containing all responsibility items can be modified through the register, and correspondingly, each node synchronizes the modified responsibility items according to the ID.
Through the steps, the information processing flow is reconstructed through the responsibility list, the effective implementation of the safety production responsibility layer by layer is realized through the effective management of the block chain, the mutual confidence and the efficient authentication of the information are realized through the block chain, the score evaluation is carried out simultaneously, the implementation effect of the safety production responsibility of multiple levels and multiple units is effectively evaluated, and the accurate management of the whole process is realized through an informatization mode.
It is to be understood that the above description is not intended to limit the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above examples, and those skilled in the art may make modifications, alterations, additions or substitutions within the spirit and scope of the present invention.
