The embodiment of the present application will be described from the perspective of a case ratio query device based on a block chain, where the device may be integrated in any node of the block chain, and the node may be a single device or a device cluster.
Where the blockchain may be a federation chain (i.e., a federation blockchain), such as one that may be cooperatively maintained by a plurality of different law enforcement agencies, the federation chain constructed by the devices of the plurality of different law enforcement agencies on a contract basis. The nodes in the alliance chain can be single equipment of a law enforcement agency or equipment clusters. The case ratio query device based on the block chain can be integrated in any node in the alliance chain.
The case ratio query method based on the blockchain provided by the embodiment of the application can be executed by a processor of a first node in the blockchain, for example, the first node can be any node in the blockchain; as shown in fig. 6, the specific flow of the case ratio query method based on the blockchain may be as follows:

The information processing method comprises the steps that a timestamp server of a third party can be added for case ratio data, a terminal sends a storage request to the timestamp server, the timestamp server can add a timestamp to case ratio information according to terminal system time, and the storage request is sent to a first node after the timestamp server adds the timestamp to the case ratio data.

For example, the first node broadcasts the encrypted data to a second node of the block chain (i.e., other nodes except the first node in the block chain), and the second node verifies the received encrypted data, if the second node does not receive the encrypted data broadcast from the first node to the block chain before, the verification result is passed, otherwise, the verification result is not passed. And if the verification result is that the encrypted data passes, the second node compresses the encrypted data to form a block to be identified, and stores the block to be identified to the block chain based on an identification algorithm.
In one embodiment, the blockchain may be a federation chain, a plurality of different law enforcement agencies correspond to different nodes on the federation chain, the first node broadcasts the encrypted data to other nodes on the federation chain, and the other nodes on the federation chain verify the encrypted data and store the verified encrypted data on the nodes, so that the blockdata of the different nodes are consistent.
After a plurality of different law enforcement agencies store the case ratio data in the block chain, the subsequent terminal can acquire the case ratio data from the block chain for statistical analysis to obtain the case ratio. For example, the terminal can receive query information of a case ratio to be queried, which is input in a case ratio query page, through a case ratio data service platform, and generate a data acquisition request based on the query information; sending a data acquisition request carrying query information to a block chain basic service platform through a case ratio data service platform; acquiring case ratio data corresponding to the query information from the block chain through a block chain basic service platform, and sending the case ratio data to a case ratio data service platform; then, carrying out statistical analysis on the case ratio data to obtain a case ratio; and finally, outputting the case ratio through a case ratio data service platform.
The above operations can be implemented in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.
After the case ratio data to be stored, including case ratio data of different law enforcement agencies, are subjected to hash operation and digital signature to obtain encrypted data, and then the encrypted data are broadcasted to the second node, so that the second node stores the encrypted data to the block chain based on a consensus algorithm, and the case ratio data service platform of the terminal performs statistical analysis on the case ratio data corresponding to the query information from the block chain to the block chain, so as to obtain the case ratio, and the second node is a node on the block chain except the first node. According to the embodiment of the application, case ratio data of databases of a plurality of different law enforcement agencies are uploaded to the block chain, the databases of the plurality of different law enforcement agencies are fused based on the block chain, a decentralized database is realized, the data (such as the case ratio data) is guaranteed to be untrustable and traceable, and the case ratio data originally stored in the plurality of different databases is easily found on the block chain, so that the calculation result is accurate.
On the basis of the above-described embodiments, further details will be given below by way of example.
In the embodiment of the present application, a case ratio query device based on a block chain integrated in a terminal and another case ratio query device based on a block chain integrated in an arbitrary node of a federation chain are described as an example. As shown in fig. 7, a alliance chain is established by taking the devices of three different law enforcement agencies, namely a public security agency, a detection institute and a court, as nodes according to a convention to realize data sharing,
the terminal can include a mobile phone, a wearable intelligent device, a tablet Computer, a notebook Computer, a Personal Computer (PC), and the like; the nodes in the federation chain may be individual devices of a law enforcement agency, or a cluster of devices.
As shown in fig. 8, the public security organization, the inspection yard, and the court interact with the block chain basic service platform through the basic data platform, and upload case ratio data to the block chain. The case ratio data service platform interacts with the block chain basic service platform to obtain case ratio data of the alliance chain, workers of a public security organization, a detection hospital and a court access the case ratio data in the alliance chain through the case ratio data service platform and inquire the case ratio, and the process of inquiring the case ratio is shown in fig. 9, for example, after the case ratio data generated in the case handling process is uplinked (uploaded to the alliance chain) by the public security organization, the detection hospital and the court, the workers of a law enforcement agency can log in the case ratio data service platform and select the inquired case ratio/input inquiry information through the case ratio data service platform; and the case ratio data service platform acquires case ratio data from the alliance chain, calculates the case ratio and outputs the case ratio.
The basic data platform, the block chain basic service platform and the case ratio data service platform may be computer programs which are all stored in storage media of devices or device clusters corresponding to a public security organization, a hospital and a court, and the computer programs are loaded by processors of the devices or device clusters corresponding to the public security organization, the hospital and the court and are used for executing the case ratio query method based on the block chain provided by the embodiment of the application.
As shown in the figure, the method for querying case ratio based on block chain provided by the embodiment of the present application may be executed by a processor of a first node in a federation chain, where the first node may be any node in the federation chain.
Firstly, building a federation chain:
firstly, a federation chain is required to be constructed by the equipment of the public security agency, the inspection yard and the court according to the convention, and each node in the federation chain corresponds to a single equipment or an equipment cluster of the public security agency, the inspection yard or the court. Each node corresponds to block data, the block data comprises transaction records, the transaction records comprise case ratio data, and the case ratio data comprises case information and record information of litigation links; the case information comprises case number, case setting information and investigation information, and the record information of the litigation links comprises times, trial information and document information of the litigation links.
The nodes in the alliance chain can be single devices of a public security organization, a detection institute or a court, or device clusters, and the nodes in the alliance chain can communicate with each other and share data.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the databases corresponding to the public security organization, the inspection yard and the court may include a trial library, a case standing library, a file library and a document library, where the law enforcement organization stores the case information generated in the case handling process and the record information of the litigation links in the corresponding databases, for example, after the public security organization sets up a case, the case ratio data is stored in the case standing library, and after the court examines a case, the case ratio data is stored in the trial library. And the basic data platform interacts with the block chain basic service platform to realize the storage of case ratio data in databases of a plurality of law enforcement agencies to the block chain.
As shown in fig. 11, the block chain basic service platform adopts a modular design mode, and through decoupling, the expandability and the usability of the whole platform are improved, the modular design is clear, and the expansion capability of the platform can be conveniently improved. And uploading case ratio data which needs to be uploaded to the block chain by the basic data platform to the block chain.
The basic data platform interacts with an API (application programming interface) module accessed by the SDK provided by an application access layer of the block chain basic service platform through a Software Development Kit (SDK) to realize data transmission. SDKs are a collection of development tools used by software engineers to build application software for a particular software package, software framework, hardware platform, operating system, etc.
Different channels can be added into the public security organization, the inspection yard and the court, namely channel modules of a platform service layer of the block chain basic service platform, each channel is provided with an independent account book, account book data in the channel can be acquired by adding the same channel, and law enforcement agencies of different channels cannot access the data in the channel.
The alliance chain is constructed by single equipment or equipment groups of a public security organization, a detection institute and a court, interaction is carried out between the basic data platform and the block chain basic service platform, case ratio data can be uploaded to the alliance chain for data sharing, and the terminal can obtain the data from the block chain for statistical analysis to obtain the case ratio data.
As shown in fig. 12, the specific flow of the case ratio query method based on the blockchain may be as follows:

For example, the system may specifically be a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) module, that is, a PKI management module of an application access layer of a block chain basic service platform performs certificate management on a law enforcement agency of an access node, and performs digital signature on case ratio data to be stored carried in a storage request by using a certificate, so as to ensure credibility and untrustworthiness of the case ratio data, and realize trust of the data through certificate trust.
Where PKI is an infrastructure established using public key mechanisms. As shown in fig. 13, the PKI management module adopts a three-layer Certificate Authority (CA) structure, the top layer uses a Root Certificate Authority (Root CA), the Certificate of the Root Certificate Authority is stored in an off-line manner to prevent the loss of the Certificate, the Root Certificate Authority issues the Certificate to a Subordinate Certificate Authority (Subordinate CA), the Subordinate Certificate Authority is responsible for issuing the Certificate to the final law enforcement authorities, namely, the public security agency, the court and the inspection institute, and the trust between the public security agency, the court and the inspection institute is confirmed by the parent Certificate.
The certificate adopts a digital signature mechanism and a Hash algorithm to ensure the correctness of the signed case ratio data to be stored and the authenticity of law enforcement agencies related to authentication.
The authority issuing the digital certificate is an authority responsible for issuing and managing the digital certificate, and serves as a trusted third party in the transaction to undertake the responsibility of validity check of the public key in the public key system.
303. And initiating and broadcasting the transaction through the block chain basic service platform.
For example, after the PKI management module digitally signs the case ratio data to be stored, the transaction module (i.e., the transaction module of the platform service layer of the blockchain basic service platform) initiates a transaction proposal, where the transaction proposal includes the case ratio data to be stored with the digital signature. The communication protocol layer broadcasts the transaction proposal to the other nodes of the federation chain.
The nodes in the alliance chain communicate with each other on the basis of a point-to-point communication network (Peer-to-Peer, P2P), a communication protocol Layer of a block chain basic service platform provides efficient, universal and safe network communication basic functions, unicast, multicast and broadcast of alliance chain messages are supported, point state synchronization of alliance chain links is supported, multiple protocols are supported to realize data exchange among nodes corresponding to a public Security agency, a court and a detection institute through a Gossip protocol, and case ratio data uploaded to the alliance chain are guaranteed to be safe through a Transport Layer Security protocol (TLS).
P2P is a point-to-point communication network, where all nodes are equally located and there is no centralized control mechanism.
The Gossip protocol is a protocol for data synchronization among a plurality of nodes in the P2P network, and for example, a neighboring node is randomly selected for data forwarding.
304. And storing case ratio data to a alliance chain by using a consensus algorithm through a block chain basic service platform.
For example, the chain code module may specifically execute a transaction proposal initiated by the transaction module by calling the contract code, where the transaction proposal includes case ratio data to be stored with a digital signature, and the ledger module stores the case ratio data to each node of the federation chain based on a consensus algorithm.
Secondly, after the alliance chain is constructed, case ratio query can be carried out based on the alliance chain:
as shown in fig. 14, the case ratio query may be performed based on a case ratio data service platform, the case ratio data service platform interacts with the block chain basic service platform through the SDK module to obtain case ratio data on the block chain, and writes the case ratio data into a data warehouse, and the case ratio data service platform may further provide functions such as data statistics, data analysis, and data display.
The data warehouse can be a database of a case-to-case data service platform.

The login page can comprise a login mode selection control; the login mode can be in various modes, such as: account password verification, short message verification code verification, face recognition or fingerprint recognition, iris recognition and the like.
According to the login mode selected by the user, the identity of the user is verified, and whether the user has the access right or not is determined; and if the user has the access right, displaying a case ratio query page.
The access authority can be preset through the authority management module.
Optionally, the access control module may set a role-based access control or a resource-based access control.
For example, the case ratio condition of the staff in the whole inspection yard can be inquired by the inspection officer; the division of the inspection yard can check the case ratio of the person and the personnel in the division; other staff in the inspection yard can only inquire the condition of the case ratio of the staff. For example, the case ratio data in the data warehouse is screened according to the received query information of the case ratio to be queried and the query range indicated by the operation of the user on the query control, so as to obtain the case ratio data related to the query information. And matching the case information with the record information of the litigation link, namely matching the case information of the case with the record of the litigation link to obtain statistical data if the litigation link is experienced after the case enters a judicial program.
The case ratio refers to the ratio of a case, namely a case, to the number of pieces counted in the related litigation links after entering the judicial program, and can be used as an index for reflecting case handling quality.
In the case handling process, some litigation links are indispensable procedures and are inevitable, and if the litigation links are taken as 'cases' of case ratios, the result cannot accurately reflect the case handling quality.

For example, the statistical data may be analyzed from a plurality of different dimensions, such as case names, departments, inspectors, case types, and the like, to obtain case ratios of the plurality of different dimensions.
The dimension can be selected by a user through operating a dimension selection control, and can also be preset according to the actual scene needs.
In one embodiment, the preset analysis dimensions are three dimensions of an inspector, a case type and a department, and the query information of the case ratio to be queried, which is input by the user in the input area of the case ratio query page, is 2018-2019. Analyzing the case ratio data between 2018 and 2019 from three dimensions of inspectors, case types and departments to obtain the case ratio of each inspector, the case ratio of different case types and the case ratio of each department (related departments handling cases) in 2018 and 2019.
Alternatively, in addition to analyzing case ratio data from different dimensions, the number of individual litigation links may be analyzed.
For example, taking criminal inspection as an example, the frequency of multiple abnormal and irreconcilable procedural litigation links in criminal inspection at a certain time period is analyzed respectively, and the influence of the abnormal and irreconcilable procedural litigation links on the case ratio is obtained.

As can be seen from the above, in the embodiment of the present application, after the storage request sent by the basic data platform is obtained, the case ratio storage request is sent to the block chain basic service platform, and the case ratio data to be stored is digitally signed by the block chain basic service platform; then, initiating and broadcasting transaction through a block chain basic service platform; storing case ratio data to a alliance chain by using a consensus algorithm through a block chain basic service platform; displaying a login page of the case ratio data service platform, and if the login is successful, displaying a case ratio query page of the case ratio data service platform, wherein the case ratio query page comprises a query confirmation control and an information input area; responding to the confirmation operation of a query confirmation control aiming at a case ratio query page, receiving query information of a case ratio to be queried, which is input in an information input area, generating a data acquisition request based on the query information, and sending the data acquisition request to a block chain basic service platform; acquiring case ratio data on a alliance chain based on a data acquisition request through a block chain basic service platform; counting case ratio data in the data warehouse through a case ratio data service platform to obtain statistical data; and analyzing the statistical data through the case ratio data service platform to obtain the case ratio. According to the embodiment, case ratio data of databases of a plurality of different law enforcement agencies are uploaded to the block chain, the databases of the different law enforcement agencies are fused based on the block chain, a decentralized database is realized, the data (such as the case ratio data) is guaranteed to be untrustable and traceable, the case ratio data originally stored in the different databases is easily found on the block chain, and the calculation result is accurate.
In order to better implement the method, the embodiment of the application also provides a case ratio query device based on the block chain, and the device can be integrated on a terminal. As shown in fig. 15, the case ratio query apparatus based on the block chain may include a receiving unit 401, a transmitting unit 402, a first obtaining unit 403, an analyzing unit 404, and an outputting unit 405 as follows:

Counting the number of cases according to the case information, counting the times of litigation links according to the recorded information of the litigation links, and calculating the proportion of the number of cases to the times of the litigation links to obtain the case ratio.
Optionally, the analysis unit 404 may include a matching subunit, and the matching subunit is configured to:
matching case information in case ratio data with record information of litigation links to obtain first data information;
and calculating the proportion of the number of cases in the first data information to the number of times of litigation links to obtain a case ratio.
Optionally, the matching subunit may include a priority setting module, and the priority setting module is configured to:
setting priority for case information according to the case handling state;
and matching case information in the case ratio data with the recorded information of litigation links according to the priority sequence to obtain first data information.
Optionally, the data processing unit 404 may include an analysis subunit, and the dimension analysis subunit is configured to:
selecting an analysis dimension from different dimensions;
screening the first data information according to the analysis dimension to obtain second data information;
and calculating the proportion of the number of cases in the second data information to the number of times of undergoing litigation links to obtain a case ratio.

As can be seen from the above, in the embodiment of the present application, the receiving unit 401 receives, through the case ratio data service platform, query information of the case ratio to be queried, which is input in the case ratio query page, and generates a data acquisition request based on the query information; sending a data acquisition request carrying query information to a block chain basic service platform through a case ratio data service platform by a sending unit 402; the first obtaining unit 403 obtains case ratio data corresponding to the query information from the block chain through the block chain basic service platform, and sends the case ratio data to the case ratio data service platform; then, the case ratio data is subjected to statistical analysis through the analysis unit 404 to obtain a case ratio; finally, the case ratio is output by the output unit 405 through the case ratio data service platform. In order to better implement the method, an embodiment of the present application further provides a case ratio query device based on a blockchain, where the case ratio query device based on the blockchain may be specifically integrated in any node of the blockchain, and the node may be a single device or a device cluster. As shown in fig. 16, the case ratio query device based on the blockchain may include: the second acquisition unit 501, the encryption unit 502, and the broadcast unit 503 are as follows:

The case ratio data to be stored can be case information generated in the case processing process of law enforcement agencies or record information of litigation links.
For example, the case ratio information may be added with a timestamp according to the terminal system time, for example, the terminal time may be directly used as the timestamp, and the like.
The system comprises a client side, a server side and a partition chain, wherein the server side is used for adding timestamps to case ratio data, the server side can be a timestamp server of a third party, the terminal sends a storage request to the server side, the server side can add timestamps to case ratio information according to terminal system time, and the server side sends the storage request to a case ratio query device based on the partition chain after adding the timestamps to the case ratio data.
(2) An encryption unit 502;
the encryption unit 502 is configured to perform hash operation and digital signature on case ratio data to be stored to obtain encrypted data.
Among them, a hash algorithm (hash) can generate a code called a message digest by using a text, and maps a binary system of an arbitrary length to a binary value of a short fixed length, and the hash algorithm includes MD4, MD5, SHS, and the like.
The digital signature is a string of digital strings which can be produced only by a sender of information and cannot be forged by others, and the digital strings are used for binding the sender and the sent information and are effective proof of the authenticity of the sent information of the sender of the information.
For example, the hash operation is performed on case ratio data to be stored to obtain an information digest code of a fixed length, and if the case ratio data to be stored is tampered, the code of the information digest obtained after the hash operation is changed, so that the data can be prevented from being tampered.
And carrying out digital signature on the case ratio data to be stored after the Hash operation is carried out, authenticating the identity of the user sending the storage request, and binding the identity of the user sending the storage request with the case ratio data to be stored to obtain encrypted data.
(3) A broadcasting unit 503;
the broadcasting unit 503 is configured to broadcast the encrypted data to the second node, so that the second node stores the encrypted data in the blockchain based on a consensus algorithm, so that the case ratio data corresponding to the query information, which is obtained by the case ratio data service platform of the terminal from the blockchain to the receiving blockchain basic service platform, is subjected to statistical analysis to obtain a case ratio, and the second node is a node on the blockchain except the first node.
For example, the first node broadcasts the encrypted data to the second node of the block chain, the second node verifies the received encrypted data, if the second node does not receive the encrypted data broadcast to the block chain by the first node before, the verification result is passed, otherwise, the verification result is not passed. And if the verification result is that the encrypted data passes, the second node compresses the encrypted data to form a block to be identified, and stores the block to be identified to the block chain based on an identification algorithm.
In a specific implementation, the above units may be implemented as independent entities, or may be combined arbitrarily to be implemented as the same or several entities, and the specific implementation of the above units may refer to the foregoing method embodiments, which are not described herein again.
As can be seen from the above, in this embodiment of the application, after the second obtaining unit 501 obtains the storage request, the encryption unit 502 performs hash operation and digital signature on case ratio data to be stored, which includes case ratio data of different law enforcement agencies, to obtain encrypted data, then the broadcast unit 503 broadcasts the encrypted data to the second node, so that the second node stores the encrypted data to the block chain based on the consensus algorithm, so that the case ratio data service platform of the terminal performs statistical analysis on case ratio data, which is obtained from the block chain by the reception block chain basic service platform and corresponds to the query information, to obtain a case ratio, and the second node is a node on the block chain except for the first node. According to the embodiment of the application, case ratio data of databases of a plurality of different law enforcement agencies are uploaded to the block chain, the databases of the plurality of different law enforcement agencies are fused based on the block chain, a decentralized database is realized, the data (such as the case ratio data) is guaranteed to be untrustable and traceable, and the case ratio data originally stored in the plurality of different databases is easily found on the block chain, so that the calculation result is accurate.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a computer device, where the computer device may be a server or a terminal, as shown in fig. 17, which shows a schematic structural diagram of the computer device according to the embodiment of the present application, and specifically:
the computer device may include components such as a processor 601 of one or more processing cores, memory 602 of one or more computer-readable storage media, a power supply 603, and an input unit 604. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the computer device configuration illustrated in FIG. 17 does not constitute a limitation of computer devices, and may include more or fewer components than those illustrated, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components. Further, the memory 602 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device. Accordingly, the memory 602 may also include a memory controller to provide the processor 601 with access to the memory 602.
The computer device further comprises a power supply 603 for supplying power to the various components, and preferably, the power supply 603 is logically connected to the processor 601 through a power management system, so that functions of managing charging, discharging, and power consumption are realized through the power management system. The power supply 603 may also include any component of one or more dc or ac power sources, recharging systems, power failure detection circuitry, power converters or inverters, power status indicators, and the like.
The computer device may also include an input unit 604, the input unit 604 being operable to receive input numeric or character information and to generate keyboard, mouse, joystick, optical or trackball signal inputs related to user settings and function control.

Specifically, in this embodiment of the present application, the processor 601 in the computer device loads the executable file corresponding to the process of one or more application programs into the memory 602 according to the following instructions, and the processor 601 runs the application programs stored in the memory 602, thereby implementing various functions, such as:
when the computer equipment is a terminal, the terminal receives query information of a case ratio to be queried, which is input in a case ratio query page, through a case ratio data service platform, generates a data acquisition request based on the query information, and then sends the data acquisition request carrying the query information to a block chain basic service platform through the case ratio data service platform; acquiring case ratio data corresponding to the query information from the block chain through a block chain basic service platform, and sending the case ratio data to a case ratio data service platform; then, carrying out statistical analysis on the case ratio data to obtain a case ratio; and finally, outputting the case ratio through a case ratio data service platform. When the computer equipment is a server, the server acquires a storage request, and carries out hash operation and digital signature on case ratio data to be stored, including different law enforcement agencies, to obtain encrypted data; and then, broadcasting the encrypted data to a second node, so that the second node stores the encrypted data to the block chain based on a consensus algorithm, and the case ratio data service platform of the terminal performs statistical analysis on case ratio data corresponding to the query information, which is obtained from the block chain by the receiving block chain basic service platform, to obtain the case ratio, wherein the second node is a node on the block chain except the first node.
According to an aspect of the present application, a computer program product or computer program is provided, comprising computer instructions (which may also be referred to simply as instructions) stored in a computer readable storage medium. The processor of the computer device reads the computer instructions from the computer-readable storage medium, and the processor executes the computer instructions to cause the computer device to perform the method provided in the various alternative implementations of the above embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps of the methods of the above embodiments may be performed by instructions or by associated hardware controlled by the instructions, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium and loaded and executed by a processor.
To this end, an embodiment of the present application further provides a storage medium, where the storage medium is used to store a computer program, and the computer program is loaded by a processor to execute the method for querying a case ratio based on a block chain provided in the embodiment of the present application.
Wherein the storage medium may include: read Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), magnetic or optical disks, and the like.
Since the computer program stored in the storage medium may execute the steps in any case ratio query method based on a block chain provided in the embodiment of the present application, beneficial effects that any case ratio query method based on a block chain provided in the embodiment of the present application can achieve may be achieved, which are detailed in the foregoing embodiments and are not described herein again.
A case ratio query method, a case ratio query device, a case ratio query computer device, and a case ratio query system based on a block chain provided in the embodiments of the present application are described in detail above, and a specific example is applied in the description to explain the principle and the implementation of the present application, and the description of the embodiments above is only used to help understanding the method and the core idea of the present application; meanwhile, for those skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present application, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present application.
Claims (14)
1. A case ratio query method based on a block chain is characterized by being applicable to a terminal and comprising the following steps:
receiving query information of a case ratio to be queried through a case ratio data service platform, and generating a data acquisition request based on the query information, wherein the query information is input in a case ratio query page displayed by the case ratio data service platform;
sending the data acquisition request carrying query information to a block chain basic service platform through the case ratio data service platform;
acquiring case ratio data corresponding to the query information from a block chain through the block chain basic service platform, and sending the case ratio data to the case ratio data service platform, wherein the case ratio data comprise case ratio data uploaded to the block chain by a plurality of different law enforcement agencies;
carrying out statistical analysis on the case ratio data to obtain a case ratio;
and outputting the case ratio through the case ratio data service platform.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the case ratio data includes case information and documentary information for litigation links, the case information including the number of cases, the documentary information including the number of litigation links experienced;
the statistical analysis is carried out on the case ratio data to obtain the case ratio, and the method comprises the following steps:
matching case information in the case ratio data with record information of litigation links to obtain first data information;
and calculating the proportion of the number of cases in the first data information to the number of times of litigation links to obtain a case ratio.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein calculating the ratio of the number of cases to the number of litigation episodes in the first data message to obtain a case ratio comprises:
selecting an analysis dimension from different dimensions;
screening the first data information according to the analysis dimensionality to obtain second data information;
and calculating the proportion of the number of cases in the second data information to the number of times of litigation links to obtain a case ratio.

The method of claim 3, wherein the case ratio data service platform comprises a case ratio display page, and the outputting of the case ratio by the case ratio data service platform comprises: displaying the case ratio in a case ratio display page, wherein the case ratio display page comprises the case ratio and a dimension selection control;
the selecting an analysis dimension from different dimensions comprises:
and responding to the selection operation of the dimension selection control, and selecting an analysis dimension from the different dimensions.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the case ratio display page further comprises a time unit control;
the method further comprises the following steps:
and responding to the trigger operation of the time unit control, and displaying the case ratio of each time unit based on the time unit indicated by the trigger operation.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the case ratio display page further comprises a download control;

7. The method of claim 2, wherein the case information includes case transaction status, the case transaction status including case transaction and case transaction;

setting priority for the case information according to the case handling state;

receiving the department name of the case ratio to be inquired, which is input by the user in the department name input area;
and receiving the time interval of the case ratio to be inquired input by the user in the time interval input area.
10. A case ratio query method based on a block chain is applied to a first node, wherein the first node is any node of the block chain, and the case ratio query method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a storage request, wherein the storage request carries case ratio data to be stored, and the case ratio data to be stored comprises case ratio data of different law enforcement agencies;
carrying out Hash operation and digital signature on case ratio data to be stored to obtain encrypted data;
and broadcasting the encrypted data to a second node, so that the second node stores the encrypted data to a block chain based on a consensus algorithm, and a case ratio data service platform of the terminal performs statistical analysis on case ratio data corresponding to query information, which is obtained by a basic service platform of a receiving block chain from the block chain, to obtain a case ratio, wherein the second node is a node on the block chain except the first node.
11. A case ratio query device based on a block chain is characterized by being suitable for a terminal and comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving query information of a case ratio to be queried through the case ratio data service platform and generating a data acquisition request based on the query information, wherein the query information is the query information of the case ratio to be queried, which is input in a case ratio query page displayed by the case ratio data service platform;
the sending unit is used for sending the data acquisition request carrying query information to the block chain basic service platform through the case ratio data service platform;
