Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be used for explaining the present application and should not be construed as limiting the present application.
Hereinafter, a centralized control network-based device control and access method and a device thereof according to an embodiment of the present application will be described with reference to the drawings. The centralized control network in the embodiment of the present application includes a centralized controller and a device to be accessed, where the device to be accessed includes a control device and a controlled device, where the control device may be understood as a secondary control device such as a line controller in fig. 1.
Aiming at the problem that equipment access in the centralized control network is mechanical in the background art, the application provides a mode of realizing automatic network access by using a software communication mode to protocol the communication address of each equipment in the centralized control network, thereby improving the access efficiency of the equipment.
For clarity of description, the following description will first focus on the hub side. The centralized controller in the embodiment of the present application serves as a central processing unit to control all devices connected in a centralized control network, including a control device and a controlled device, where the control device may be a line controller, and the controlled device may be an air duct machine in a living room, an air conditioner indoor unit in a bedroom, and the like. In addition, all the devices in the centralized control network are connected through simplex wired communication cables such as 485, Can or power line carriers.
Specifically, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a device control method based on a centralized control network according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step 101, obtaining an access instruction, and broadcasting a discovery message of a device to be accessed according to the access instruction.
The device to be accessed in this embodiment is a device newly accessed in the current centralized network or all devices, when the device is a single device newly accessed, the capacity expansion of the centralized network is realized based on the mode, and when the device is all devices, the one-to-many centralized access of all devices is realized, so that the efficiency is higher.
It should be noted that the access instruction in the embodiment of the present application includes an active access instruction sent by a certain or some devices to be accessed later, or may be that the centralized controller obtains the centralized access instruction, where when the access instruction is actively sent, the capacity expansion of the centralized network may be implemented, and when the access instruction is the centralized access instruction, the one-to-many total access operation is implemented.
When the centralized controller acquires the centralized access instruction, it indicates that there is an access device that needs to access the centralized control network, and thus actively discovers the device to be accessed, and broadcasts a discovery message to be accessed, for example, broadcasts the discovery message in a wired network where the current centralized controller is located.
It should be noted that, in different application scenarios, the manner of obtaining the centralized access instruction is different, as a possible implementation manner, when the centralized controller first accesses the centralized control network, the centralized access instruction is directly triggered to implement one-to-many communication connection, and as another possible implementation manner, a device search instruction to be accessed, which is input by a user in the centralized controller, is received, for example, an access device search key is arranged on an operation interface of the centralized controller, and when the key is triggered, the centralized access instruction is triggered.
Specifically, after the access instruction is obtained, the discovery message of the device to be accessed is broadcast according to the access instruction, in an embodiment of the present application, the centralized controller broadcasts a discovery message frame in the centralized control network, and enters a message receiving mode within a first preset time duration, where the first preset time duration may be 30 seconds or the like, so as to ensure that the communication connection request can be received when the centralized controller enters the message receiving mode, and further, the duration of entering the message receiving mode is monitored, that is, the centralized controller receives the communication connection request in the message receiving mode in the embodiment of the present application, and of course, the message receiving mode may affect other controls of the centralized controller, and therefore, the duration of the message receiving mode has a requirement, for example, the duration may last for a second preset time duration, which may be 20 seconds or the like. Therefore, before acquiring the communication connection request fed back by the device to be accessed according to the discovery message, the duration time should be determined to be less than or equal to a second preset time, otherwise, the message receiving mode is exited, and the communication connection request is not received any more.
And 102, receiving and storing the device identification information fed back by the device to be accessed according to the discovery message so as to control the device to be accessed according to the device identification information.
Specifically, after acquiring the discovery message, the device to be accessed in the current network feeds back device identification information, where the device identification information may include information of uniqueness of the device, such as a wireless module MAC address of the device to be accessed or an SN code of a machine.
As a possible example, after obtaining the discovery message, the device to be accessed in the current network may feed back a communication connection request to the centralized controller, for example, a connection message may be sent, for example, a request may occupy a bus in communication with the centralized controller, and the centralized controller establishes a communication connection with the device to be accessed according to the communication connection request, and obtains and stores device identification information sent by the device to be accessed after the communication connection is successfully established. For example, if the bus of the device to be accessed is successfully occupied, the device identification information fed back by the access device that establishes the communication connection request is acquired and stored.
In the actual execution process, the access of the device to be accessed may be confirmed by the user, that is, after the device identification information sent by the device to be accessed is acquired and stored after the communication connection is successfully established, the device information connected to the centralized controller in the current centralized control network is displayed on the interface of the centralized controller, where the device information may be the device identification information or any other information corresponding to the device identification information, and a device control instruction input by the user for the target device information on the interface is received, where the input mode of the control instruction may be voice, gesture, control trigger, and the like, the target device identification information corresponding to the target device information is determined, and the device control instruction is sent to the target device corresponding to the target device identification information, so as to implement control of the target device. For example, the device information is a device name and a device location, where the device name and the device location establish a correspondence with the device identification information in advance, and based on a target device name and a target device location corresponding to a device control instruction selected by a user, the correspondence is queried, and the corresponding target device identification information is determined, so as to send the device control instruction to the target device, thereby implementing control over the target device.
Of course, as described above, the device to be accessed may be a controlled device such as an air conditioner and a ducted air conditioner, or may be a secondary control device, and the operations performed by the centralized controller are different for different devices to be accessed, so in this embodiment, after establishing a communication connection with the device to be accessed according to the communication connection request, the device type information sent by the device to be accessed is obtained, and the device type information is used to indicate the type of the device, and the device type may be text information or preset character string information. In this example, the centralized controller stores the device identification information and the device type information in a one-to-one correspondence, and may implement control on the access device based on the correspondence of the binding storage.
Specifically, since the device type information can distinguish the control device from the controlled devices, and some control devices may control only a certain controlled device or some controlled devices, it is necessary to determine a target controlled device corresponding to the control device among the controlled devices.
Namely, if the device to be accessed comprises the control device according to the device type information, the device information of the controlled device to be bound is sent to the control device, so that the control device selects the target controlled device in the controlled device to be bound for binding.
As a possible implementation manner, location information corresponding to each device identification information may be stored in advance, and a controlled device in one room with the control device may be determined as a target controlled device of the control device according to the location information.
As another possible implementation manner, device information of the controlled device may be displayed on an interface of the controlled device, and the corresponding target controlled device may be determined according to the selected operation of the user.
If it is determined that the device to be accessed includes the controlled device according to the device type information, determining a target control device corresponding to the controlled device, and controlling the controlled device to store target device information of the target control device corresponding to the controlled device, so that control over the related controlled device can be achieved on the target control device, where the target control device may be newly accessed currently or accessed historically, and the manner of determining the target control device corresponding to the controlled device may be determined based on the distance of the location or based on manual confirmation of the user, and its implementation manner may refer to the determination of the target controlled device in the above example, and is not described herein again.
Based on the above embodiment, in the actual implementation process, it is considered that some devices to be accessed may not be connected to the centralized controller due to communication failures, for example, signals at the locations are shielded or cables are broken, in this way, after the devices to be accessed are accessed, messages may be sent to all the access devices, device identification information of the access devices receiving the messages is statistically fed back, when the device identification information is consistent with the number and the type of the actual device identification information, it is determined that all the devices to be accessed have been accessed, if the device identification information is inconsistent with the number and the type of the actual device identification information, the device identification information without the access devices is screened out, the device is subjected to communication failure troubleshooting, and the device is accessed to the centralized network after the troubleshooting.
Therefore, the centralized controller provided by the embodiment of the application only has the wired network communication address based on the equipment identification information protocol in a software communication mode, reduces the operation of mechanical operation means such as dial switches and the like, and improves the flexibility of accessing a centralized network.
Next, description is made focusing on the to-be-accessed device side.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a centralized control network-based device access method according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
step 201, monitoring the discovery message sent by the centralized controller, and sending the device identification information to the centralized controller according to the discovery message, so that the centralized controller controls the device to be accessed according to the device identification information.
In an embodiment of the present application, a discovery message sent by a centralized controller is monitored, a communication connection request, for example, a bus preemption message is sent to the centralized controller according to the discovery message, after a communication connection is established with the centralized controller, device identification information is sent to the centralized controller, so that the centralized controller controls a device to be accessed according to the device identification information, for example, the centralized controller stores the device identification information in a database, and subsequently controls the device to be accessed according to a control instruction of a user, where the device identification information may include information identifying uniqueness of the device to be accessed, such as a wireless module MAC address of the device or an SN code of a machine.
It should be noted that, because the devices to be accessed and the centralized controller are connected in a one-to-one manner, when there are multiple devices to be accessed, it is obvious that only one device to be accessed and the centralized controller can be connected at a time, and other devices to be accessed need to make a request again.
Specifically, after the communication connection request is sent, if the communication connection with the centralized controller is not successfully established, for example, a communication connection failure feedback message is received, or a communication success message is not received within a preset time, the connection is considered to be failed, so that a delay time is obtained according to a preset strategy and the communication connection request is sent again after the delay time until the communication connection with the centralized controller is successfully established, wherein the obtaining strategy of the delay time may be a random obtaining strategy or the like, for example, a time within 0 to 1000ms is randomly obtained as the delay time, the communication connection request is sent again after the delay time, the bus is repeatedly requested to be occupied until the communication connection with the centralized controller is successfully established, and the implementation time of the connection request is within the time range of the centralized controller being in the message receiving mode.
In an embodiment of the application, when the device to be accessed is a control device, the control device may further receive device identification information of the controlled device to be bound, which is sent by the centralized controller, and further display device information corresponding to the device identification information on an interface of the control device, and receive target device information of the target controlled device, which is determined on the interface by a user, for example, the device information selected by the user is the target device information, and bind the target device information, so as to control the corresponding target controlled device according to the target device information.
The device information may be the device identification information, or may be any other information that can correspond to the device identification information. For example, the device information is a device name and a device location, where the device name and the device location establish a correspondence with device identification information in advance, and based on a name and a location of a target controlled device selected by a user, the correspondence is queried, identification information of the corresponding target controlled device is determined, and a device control instruction is sent to the target controlled device to implement control of the target controlled device.
In an embodiment of the present application, the centralized controller may also directly allocate the target device information controllable by the controlled device to the controlled device for binding.
In order to make the embodiments of the present application more clear to those skilled in the art, the following description is made with reference to specific examples, in which the device to be accessed includes a line controller and a controlled device, and the following description is provided:
as shown in fig. 4, when the centralized controller first accesses the wired network corresponding to the centralized control network or a user triggers a device searching control, the centralized controller broadcasts a discovery message frame in the wired network, and then enters a message receiving mode in a time interval (e.g., 30s), and further, the wired controller and all the controlled devices request to occupy the bus in a certain time interval, the duration of the time interval is less than or equal to the time sequence duration of the message receiving mode, if the bus occupation is unsuccessful, a settable time interval (e.g., 20s) is used to try to request the bus occupation continuously, a random number is generated in 0-1000 ms as a delay time, and retry is performed after the delay time.
If the related equipment requests to occupy the bus successfully, a message carrying the unique equipment identification information and the unique equipment type information is sent to the centralized controller, and the centralized controller records and binds the corresponding relation between the equipment identification information and the equipment type information so as to realize the control of the access equipment. And if the time for entering the message receiving is overtime, controlling the centralized controller to exit the message receiving mode. At this time, the device identification information of the optional controlled device needs to be pushed to the line controllers in all the systems. The wire controller receives the communication address of the optional controlled equipment pushed by the centralized controller, displays the communication address in the UI for being bound by clicking of a user, and then all command operations of the wire controller can be only distributed to the bound controlled equipment unless the centralized controller is used for restarting an address distribution process.
In this example, the device information of all the access devices may be displayed on the interface of the centralized controller for the user to operate, and all the subsequent control access commands use the uniquely identified device identification information recorded in the database as the communication address of the wired network.
In summary, the device access and control method based on the centralized control network in the embodiment of the application has the advantages that the wired network communication address is agreed in a software communication mode, the unique identification information of the machine is used as the communication address, the operations of mechanical operation means such as a dial switch and the like are reduced, the random time-delay and time-sharing preemption of the device to be accessed is reduced, the bus occupation efficiency is ensured, the flexible access based on the centralized control network in the centralized control system is realized, and the access efficiency is improved.
