Description

Retaining element assembly
Technical Field
The invention relates to a retaining element assembly, in particular for use in a motor vehicle. The retaining element arrangement is used in particular for fastening a hose line in a motor vehicle. The hose line is in particular a component of a coolant, refrigerant, oil or air circuit.
Background
A multiple hose retainer is known from DE 8802421.0U 1. In this case, the two hose holders are connected to one another via the expansion element-receiving sleeve pairing. A pin-like part which can be moved into the counterpart is used for the fixed connection.
DE 102015102825B 3 discloses a clamp for hose lines. The clamping part has a receiving region for receiving the spring clip. The clamping element can be fixed to the rib via a spring clip. The spring clip can be arranged in the receiving region in a form-fitting manner.
A clip device is known from DE 202008002237U 1. The clip device includes a hose retainer with a foot member having an interruption for disposing the clip. Via the clip, the hose retainer can be arranged at the wall.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the invention is to provide a further hose support. The holding element arrangement provided for this purpose comprises a holding element to be fixed at a wall region (of a motor vehicle, for example). The holding element should be particularly simple to assemble and, if possible, to disassemble.
This object is achieved by a retaining element assembly having the features according to patent claim 1. Advantageous developments are the subject matter of the dependent patent claims. The features listed individually in the patent claims can be combined with one another in a technically meaningful manner and can be supplemented by facts from the description and/or details from the drawings, in which further embodiments of the invention are indicated.
A retaining element assembly, in particular for use in a motor vehicle, is proposed. The retaining element arrangement is used in particular for fastening a hose line in a motor vehicle. The hose line is in particular a component of a coolant, refrigerant, oil or air circuit.
The retaining element arrangement has at least one wall region (for example a component of a motor vehicle; in particular a component of a motor vehicle) and a retaining element to be fixed at the wall region. The holding element has a receptacle for fastening a component (e.g. a hose line; if possible also another component) to the holding element. The holding element has a base part which extends in a first direction between a first side and an opposite second side. The base part has a first contact area on the first side, which for the purpose of being arranged on the first partial area of the wall area has a negative shape (Negativeform) that is adapted to the first partial area embodied as a positive shape (Positiveform). The holding element has a clamping area with a first clamp at the second side. The retaining element can be pushed with the first contact area onto the male shape and can then be pivoted relative to the first sub-area, so that the first clip interacts with a stop arranged at the second sub-area of the wall area and thus positively engages relative to the reversed pivoted configuration. With a form-fitting configuration, the retaining element is (then) arranged at the wall region in a form-fitting manner at least with respect to a first direction and with respect to a second direction running transversely to the first direction.
The receptacle is particularly suitable for fixing the component to the holding element. In particular, the receptacle has a (second) clip for opening and closing the receptacle, so that the component is arranged in the open receptacle and can be reliably fixed in the closed receptacle.
In particular, the wall region has a male shape in the first partial region, which, in the same way as the female shape (i.e. as the clip and the stop), forms a positive-locking connection with respect to the first direction.
The first subregion can, for example, comprise a rib, wherein the first contact region is then, for example, fork-shaped, so that the first contact region can be pushed onto the rib in the fork shape and then encloses the rib on both sides.
The terms "male shape" and "female shape" are to be understood in such a way that the first sub-region and the first contact region are embodied in such a way that the above-described function (i.e., pushing the holding element or the first contact region onto the first sub-region, then pivoting the holding element relative to the first sub-region, and in particular here and/or then forming a positive-locking connection between the first sub-region and the first contact region relative to the first direction) can be fulfilled.
In particular, the first partial region and the first contact region are therefore shaped accordingly to one another, wherein a clearance fit exists between the first partial region and the first contact region.
In particular, the retaining element is arranged between the first partial region and the second partial region. In particular, the first partial region and the second partial region are arranged opposite one another.
In particular, the first partial region and the first contact region are embodied such that, after the first contact region has been pushed onto the first partial region, pivoting can be achieved at an angle of at most 60 degrees, preferably at most 45 degrees, particularly preferably at most 30 degrees.
The pivoting is effected in particular in a plane spanned by the first direction and the second direction.
In particular, the holding element has a second contact region which can be pushed onto a third partial region of the wall region during pivoting about the first partial region, wherein the holding element is arranged on the wall region after pivoting in a form-fitting manner with respect to a third direction extending transversely to the first direction and the second direction.
In particular, the first direction runs parallel to the base part and rotates with the holding part during pivoting. The second direction and the third direction each extend in particular transversely to the first direction. In particular, the second direction extends transversely to the first direction only if the retaining part is arranged in a form-fitting position at the wall region (i.e. in the first partial region and in the second partial region of the wall region in a form-fitting manner).
The second contact area extends at least in the first direction, in particular from the base part.
In particular, after pivoting of the holding element about the first partial region, the third partial region is arranged in the third direction between the second contact region and the base part.
In particular, the second contact region has a clamping region and a residual region, wherein the clamping region is elastically deformable relative to the residual region at least relative to the third direction.
Via the clamping region, a clamping force can be generated between the third partial region of the wall and the holding element, so that there is at least one friction-fit connection between the clamping region (and the base part) and the third partial region with respect to the first direction.
The clamping region can also be embodied as a clip which interacts with the stop in the third partial region, so that a positive connection is then additionally formed between the clamping region and the third partial region (for a positive connection relative to the third direction) relative to the first direction.
In particular, the base part is embodied rigidly, i.e. elastically undeformable, between the first and second sides and the first contact region (with the exception of the first clip).
In particular, the first contact area is at least partially elastically deformable. In particular, the holding element can be arranged on the first partial region in such a way that it is simpler and can pivot relative to the first partial region.
In particular, the holding element is embodied in one piece (one piece).
The single-piece (or one-piece) embodiment means in particular that all components of the holding element (base part, first contact area, second contact area, receptacle, clamping area, first clamp) are connected to one another in a material-locking manner and therefore cannot be separated from one another without damaging the individual parts.
In particular, the holding element is composed of a plastic material.
Preferably, the holding element is an injection-molded part, preferably made of a plastic material, if possible a plurality of plastic materials.
Alternatively, the holding element may be manufactured by an additive manufacturing method (e.g. a 3D printing method) and/or by an extrusion method and/or by a sintering method.
In particular, the receptacle is a hose support and the component is a hose.
Furthermore, a holding element for the described holding element assembly is proposed. The holding element has a receptacle for fastening the component to the holding element and a base part which extends in a first direction between a first side and an opposite second side, wherein the base part has a first contact area at the first side and a clamping area with a first clip at the second side.
Embodiments of the retaining element assembly may be transferred to the retaining element and vice versa.
Furthermore, a method for arranging a (in particular described) retaining element at a wall region for constructing the described retaining element assembly is proposed. The method at least comprises the following steps:
a) providing a wall region and a retaining element;
b) arranging a first contact region of the holding element at a first partial region of the wall region;
c) the retaining element is pivoted relative to the first sub-region and a positive-locking connection is formed between the clip of the retaining element and a stop arranged at the second sub-region of the wall region, so that the retaining element is then arranged at the wall region at least relative to the first direction and relative to a second direction running transversely to the first direction in a positive-locking manner.
In particular, the holding element has a second contact area which is pushed onto a third partial area of the wall area during the pivoting according to step c) about the first partial area. The holding element is additionally arranged on the wall region after the pivoting in a form-fitting manner relative to a third direction extending transversely to the first direction and the second direction.
The embodiments for the holding element assembly and for the holding element can be transferred to the method and vice versa.
It should be noted prophylactically that the terms "first", "second" … are used here first (only) to distinguish a plurality of objects, sizes or processes of the same type, i.e. the relevance and/or order of the objects, sizes or processes to one another is not mandatory in particular. If dependencies and/or sequences are required, this is explicitly stated here or it will be obvious to the person skilled in the art in the case of learning the specifically described design.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows the holding element assembly 1 according to step a) in a view along a third direction 20. Fig. 2 shows the holding element assembly 1 according to fig. 1 during step b). Fig. 3 shows the holding element assembly 1 according to fig. 1 and 2 after step c). Fig. 4 shows the holding element assembly 1 according to fig. 1 to 3 according to step a) in a perspective view. Fig. 5 shows the holding element assembly 1 according to fig. 4 during step b). Fig. 6 shows the holding element assembly 1 according to fig. 4 and 5 after step c). Fig. 1 to 6 are collectively described below.
The retaining element arrangement 1 has a wall region 2 (in this case a component of a motor vehicle) and a retaining element 3 to be fixed at the wall region 2. The holding element 3 has a receptacle 4 for fastening a component 5 (e.g. a hose line) to the holding element 3. The holding element 3 has a base part 6 which extends in a first direction 9 between a first side 7 and an opposite second side 8. The base part 6 has a first contact area 10 on the first side 7, which for the purpose of being arranged on a first partial area 11 of the wall area 2 has a female shape adapted to the first partial area 11 embodied as a male shape. The holding element 3 has a clamping area 12 with a first clamp 13 at the second side 8. The holding element 3 can be pushed with the first contact region 10 onto the male shape and can then be pivoted relative to the first subregion 11, so that the first clip 13 interacts with a stop 15 arranged at the second subregion 14 of the wall region 2 and is thus form-fitted relative to the opposite pivot 16. With a form-fitting construction, the holding element 3 is arranged at the wall region 2 in a form-fitting manner with respect to the first direction 9 and with respect to a second direction 17 running transversely to the first direction 9.
The receptacle 4 has a second clip 23 for opening and closing the receptacle 4, so that the component 5 (see fig. 10 and 11) is arranged in the open receptacle 4 and can be reliably fixed in the closed receptacle 4.
The wall region 2 has a male shape in the first sub-region 11, which, like the female shape (i.e. the clip 13 and the stop 15), forms a positive-locking connection with respect to the first direction 9.
The first subregion 11 comprises a rib, the first contact region 10 being designed in the form of a fork, so that the first contact region 10 can be pushed onto the rib in the form of a fork and then encompasses the rib on both sides.
The holding element 3 is arranged or arranged between the first partial region 11 and the second partial region 14. The first subregion 11 and the second subregion 14 are arranged opposite one another.
The first subregion 11 and the first contact region 10 are designed such that the pivoting movement 16 is possible at an angle of up to 45 degrees after the first contact region 10 has been pushed onto the first subregion 11 (and until the first clip 13 latches with the stop 15). In contrast, it can be stated that the first contact region 10 can be pushed (at least partially) onto the first subregion 11 only when the retaining element is pivoted at an angle of at most 45 ° relative to the predetermined end position of the retaining element 3.
The pivoting 16 is realized in particular in a plane spanned by the first direction 9 and the second direction 17.
The holding element 3 has a second contact region 18 which can be pushed or pushed onto a third partial region 19 of the wall region 2 during the pivoting movement 16 about the first partial region 11, wherein the holding element 3 is arranged after the pivoting movement 16 on the wall region 2 in a form-fitting manner with respect to a third direction 20 extending transversely to the first direction 9 and the second direction 17.
The second contact area 18 extends from the base part 6 in the first direction 9 and in the second direction 17.
The third subregion 19 is arranged between the second contact region 18 and the base part 6 in the third direction 20 after pivoting 16 of the holding element 3 about the first subregion 11.
The second contact region 18 has a clamping region 21 and a residual region 22, wherein the clamping region 21 is elastically deformable relative to the residual region 22 relative to the third direction 20.
A clamping force is generated between the third partial region 19 of the wall 2 and the holding element 3 via the clamping region 21, so that at least one friction-fit connection exists between the clamping region 21 and the base part 6 and the third partial region 19 with respect to the first direction 9.
The base part 6 is embodied rigidly, i.e. non-elastically deformable (in the set use) between the first side 7 and the second side 8. The first contact area 10 is likewise embodied rigidly. In this case, only the first clip 13 and the clamping region 21 (and parts of the receptacle 4) are embodied elastically deformable.
The holding element 3 is embodied in one piece (one piece).
The method for arranging the retaining element 3 at the wall region 2 for constructing the described retaining element assembly 1 comprises according to step a) providing the wall region 2 and the retaining element 3 (see fig. 1 and 4). In step b), the first contact region 10 of the holding element 3 is arranged at the first partial region 11 of the wall region 2 (see fig. 2 and 5). In step c), the pivoting 16 of the holding element 3 relative to the first subregion 11 and the formation of a positive-locking connection between the clip 13 of the holding element 3 and the stop 15 arranged at the second subregion 14 of the wall region 2 are carried out, so that the holding element 3 is then arranged at the wall region 2 at least in a positive-locking manner relative to the first direction 9 and relative to a second direction 17 running transversely to the first direction 9 (see fig. 3 and 6).
The holding element 3 has a second contact area 18 which is pushed onto a third partial area 19 of the wall area 2 during the pivoting 16 according to step c) about the first partial area 11 (see fig. 5). After pivoting 16, the holding element 3 is additionally arranged on the wall region 2 in a form-fitting manner with respect to a third direction 20 extending transversely to the first direction 9 and the second direction 17.
Fig. 7 shows the holding element 3 of the holding element assembly 1 according to fig. 1 to 6 in a view along the third direction 20. Fig. 8 shows the holding element 3 according to fig. 7 in a view along the second direction 17. Fig. 9 shows the holding element 3 according to fig. 7 and 8 in a view along the first direction 9. Fig. 7 to 9 are collectively described below. Reference is made to the embodiments with respect to fig. 1 to 6.
The holding element 3 has a receptacle 4 for fastening the component 5 to the holding element 3 and a base part 6, which extends between a first side 7 and an opposite second side 8 along a first direction 9, wherein the base part 6 has a first contact area 10 at the first side 7 and a clamping area 12 with a first clamp 13 at the second side 8.
The receptacle 4 has a second clip 23 for opening and closing the receptacle 4, so that the component 5 (see fig. 10 and 11) is arranged in the open receptacle 4 and can be reliably fixed in the closed receptacle 4.
The holding element 3 has a second contact area 18, which extends from the base part 6 in the first direction 9 and in the second direction 17.
The second contact region 18 has a clamping region 21 and a residual region 22, wherein the clamping region 21 is elastically deformable relative to the residual region 22 relative to the third direction 20.
Fig. 10 shows the holding element 3 according to fig. 7 to 9 with a hose line as component 5 in a first perspective view. Fig. 11 shows the component 5 and the retaining element 3 according to fig. 10 in a second perspective view. Reference is made to the embodiments for figures 1 to 9.
