Claims (20)

内橡胶层和外橡胶层,所述内橡胶层和所述外橡胶层粘附在所述金属涂覆的膜的相反侧上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔膜,其中所述热塑性膜由聚三氟氯乙烯、FEP、CTFE、ECTFE、PVF、具有聚酰胺的含EvOH层压材料和具有聚酯的氟碳膜层压材料中的一种制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的隔膜,其中所述内橡胶层和所述外橡胶层由粘合剂粘附到所述金属涂覆的膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的隔膜,其中所述热塑性膜具有在4密耳与8密耳之间的厚度。
5.根据权利要求4所述的隔膜,其中设置在所述圆顶形热塑性膜上的所述金属层具有在1500与5000埃之间的厚度。
6.根据权利要求4所述的隔膜,其中所述金属层设置在所述热塑性膜的两侧上。
7.根据权利要求4所述的隔膜,其中所述金属层由铝制成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的隔膜,其中所述内橡胶层和外橡胶层中的每一者由聚氨酯、HNBR、硅橡胶、氟碳橡胶和ECO橡胶中的一种制成。
9.一种形成蓄压器的隔膜的方法,其包括:
将热塑性膜形成为限定形状;
在所述热塑性膜的至少一侧上气相沉积金属层以形成金属涂覆的热塑性膜;以及
将内橡胶层和外橡胶层粘附在所述金属涂覆的热塑性膜的相反侧上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中所述热塑性膜由聚三氟氯乙烯、FEP、CTFE、ECTFE、PVF、具有聚酰胺的含EvOH层压材料和具有聚酯的氟碳膜层压材料中的一种制成,并且所述金属层由铝制成。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中所述热塑性膜具有在4密耳与8密耳之间的厚度。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中设置在所述热塑性膜上的所述金属层具有在1500与5000埃之间的厚度。
13.一种用于蓄压器的囊胆,其包括:
热塑性膜,所述热塑性膜形成为球根形状;
金属层,所述金属层设置在所述球根形热塑性膜的至少一侧上以形成金属涂覆的球根形膜;以及
内橡胶层和外橡胶层,所述内橡胶层和所述外橡胶层粘附在所述金属涂覆的球根形热塑性膜的相反侧上。
14.根据权利要求13所述的囊胆,其中所述热塑性膜由聚三氟氯乙烯、FEP、CTFE、ECTFE、PVF、具有聚酰胺的含EvOH层压材料和具有聚酯的氟碳膜层压材料中的一种制成。
15.根据权利要求13所述的囊胆,其中所述内橡胶层和所述外橡胶层由粘合剂粘附到所述金属涂覆的球根形膜。
16.根据权利要求13所述的囊胆,其中所述热塑性膜具有在4密耳与8密耳之间的厚度。
17.根据权利要求16所述的囊胆,其中设置在所述圆顶形热塑性膜上的所述金属层具有在1500与5000埃之间的厚度。
18.根据权利要求16所述的囊胆,其中所述金属层设置在所述热塑性膜的两侧上。
19.根据权利要求16所述的囊胆,其中所述金属层由铝制成。
20.根据权利要求13所述的囊胆,其中所述内橡胶层和所述外橡胶层由聚氨酯、HNBR、硅橡胶、氟碳橡胶和ECO橡胶中的一种制成。
