本发明公开了一种磁吸式智能消防挡板,安装有烟感报警器和温感报警器,具体结构包括挡板和开口相对设置的左U型框及右U型框;左U型框内设置有同向延伸的左U型卡槽,左U型卡槽的左侧边和左U型框之间弹性连接;右U型框内设置有同向延伸的右U型卡槽,右U型卡槽的右侧边和右U型框之间弹性连接;左U型卡槽和右U型卡槽的开口侧相对设置,挡板的左侧边和右侧边分别卡接于左U型卡槽和右U型卡槽内;左U型框的左侧边以及右U型框的右侧边均设置有用于吸附门框的磁石;该装置具有火灾报警功能,并且安装方便,无需打孔和螺栓固定;该装置还具有感应探头和自动升降机构,在检测到行人时,该装置可以自动降低高度,行人通过后自动复位。

技术领域
本发明涉及消防挡板技术领域,具体涉及一种磁吸式智能消防挡板。
背景技术
消防挡板的用途很广,被广泛布置于餐厅厨房、仓库、电力电信机房等场所的场所出入口。传统的消防挡板高度多约为50cm,固定在门框下部阻断明火和尘土,并起到防虫、鼠害的作用。
消防挡板的作用非常明显,但是安装不便,传统的消防挡板多为高门槛插板式,先将消防挡板的左右支架分别用螺栓固定在门框的两侧,再将消防挡板从上部插入支架。
但是传统的消防挡板结构简单,功能较单一,发生火灾时仅能起到阻断作用,不具备提前报警的功能。另外使用不方便,如需要通过较宽的运货车辆时,需要拆除支架再次安装;每次进出都需要抬腿50cm以上,尤其是工作人员手持重物或着裙装时很不方便。
发明内容
鉴于上述,本发明提供了一种磁吸式智能消防挡板,该装置安装方便,无需打孔和螺栓固定;在检测到行人时,该装置可以自动降低高度,行人通过后自动复位,并具有火灾报警功能。
一种磁吸式智能消防挡板,包括挡板和开口相对设置的左U型框及右U型框;
左U型框内设置有同向延伸的左U型卡槽,左U型卡槽的左侧边和左U型框之间弹性连接;
右U型框内设置有同向延伸的右U型卡槽,右U型卡槽的右侧边和右U型框之间弹性连接;
左U型卡槽和右U型卡槽的开口侧相对设置,挡板的左侧边和右侧边分别卡接于左U型卡槽和右U型卡槽内;
左U型框的左侧边以及右U型框的右侧边均设置有用于吸附门框的磁石;
餐厅厨房、仓库、电力电信机房等场所通常也是具有防火要求的场所,因此必须适用消防防火门,消防防火门及其门框的外部采用铁板,门和门框夹层内设置防火棉,因此非常适合磁铁吸附;
本发明安装时,将左U型框及右U型框分别吸附在左右门框上,再将挡板插入左U型卡槽和右U型卡槽,因为U型卡槽和U型框之间弹性连接,本发明可以适用于大多数非标的消防门框。
优选的,挡板包括上挡板和下挡板;
下挡板内具有纵向延展的中空夹层,上挡板可上下伸缩的安装于中空夹层。
优选的,中空夹层的底部安装有电机,电机的转轴连接有竖直设置的螺杆,螺杆螺纹连接有升降板;
上挡板设置有底部开口的盲孔,盲孔用于容纳螺杆;
当上挡板落下时,上挡板的底部承载于升降板上;
当上挡板需要升起时,电机转轴旋转驱动螺杆转动,螺杆通过螺纹配合使升降板向上运动,上挡板随升降板一起升起;
上挡板升起到复位位置后,电机反转使升降板降下复位。
优选的,上挡板设置有锁止机构,锁止机构包括电磁铁、左锁止杆和右锁止杆;
电磁铁的磁极位于左右两侧,左锁止杆和右锁止杆分别留有间隙的设置于电磁铁的左右两侧;
左锁止杆和右锁止杆的杆身上分别设置有用于复位的弹簧;
左U型卡槽和右U型卡槽分别设置有左锁止孔和右锁止孔;
工作时,上挡板随升降板一起升起,此时弹簧处于压迫状态,直至上挡板到达复位位置,左锁止杆和右锁止杆分别插入左锁止孔和右锁止孔;
当有行人通过时,电磁铁通电,左锁止杆和右锁止杆在电磁铁两侧磁极的吸引下回缩,上挡板快速自由下落。
优选的,上挡板的前侧面和后侧面设置有竖直方向的限位凸条,中空夹层的前、后侧壁上设置有与限位凸条对应的限位滑槽;
限位凸条和限位滑槽的作用是限制上挡板在升降过程中发生左右方向的位移。
优选的,左U型框和右U型框的上部的前、后两侧分别设置有感应探头,感应探头与电机和电磁铁联动设置;
在下挡板的的中空夹层可以安装用于控制感应探头、电机和电磁铁的控制器,以及用于供电的蓄电池。
优选的,上挡板的顶部设置有挡沿,挡沿的底面安装有粘鼠板;
该设计进一步防止了老鼠及昆虫侵入室内空间,即使老鼠即将攀爬到了本发明的顶部,但是挡沿和上挡板形成的T型结构使老鼠难以翻越,并会被粘鼠板控制住;
另外该设计还可以粘住蚂蚁、蟑螂等昆虫,减少室内虫害。
优选的,左U型框和右U型框的底部前后两侧分别设置有支撑板,支撑板的底部可以加装胶垫等增大摩擦力;
在支撑板的作用下,本发明安装后更加稳定,避免意外引起的碰撞导致本发明发生位移。
优选的,为了提高火灾防范效果,左U型框或右U型框设置有烟感报警器。
优选的,为了进一步提高火灾报警的可靠性,左U型框或所述右U型框还设置有温感报警器。

一种磁吸式智能消防挡板,包括挡板1和开口相对设置的左U型框2及右U型框3;
左U型框2内设置有同向延伸的左U型卡槽21,左U型卡槽21的左侧边和左U型框2之间弹性连接;
右U型框3内设置有同向延伸的右U型卡槽31,右U型卡槽31的右侧边和右U型框3之间弹性连接;
左U型卡槽21和右U型卡槽31的开口侧相对设置,挡板1的左侧边和右侧边分别卡接于左U型卡槽21和右U型卡槽31内;
左U型框2的左侧边以及右U型框3的右侧边均设置有用于吸附门框的磁石4。

所述上挡板(11)设置有底部开口的盲孔(53),所述盲孔(53)用于容纳所述螺杆(51);
所述上挡板(11)设置有锁止机构,所述锁止机构包括电磁铁(61)、左锁止杆(62)和右锁止杆(63);
所述电磁铁(61)的磁极位于左右两侧,所述左锁止杆(62)和所述右锁止杆(63)分别留有间隙的设置于所述电磁铁(61)的左右两侧;
所述左锁止杆(62)和所述右锁止杆(63)的杆身上分别设置有用于复位的弹簧(64);
所述左U型卡槽(21)和所述右U型卡槽(31)分别设置有锁止孔;
所述左U型框(2)和所述右U型框(3)分别设置有感应探头(7),所述感应探头(7)与所述电机(5)和电磁铁(61)联动设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的磁吸式智能消防挡板,其特征在于,所述上挡板(11)的前侧面和后侧面设置有竖直方向的限位凸条(111),所述中空夹层(121)的前、后侧壁上设置有与所述限位凸条(111)对应的限位滑槽(122)。
3.如权利要求1所述的磁吸式智能消防挡板,其特征在于,所述上挡板(11)的顶部设置有挡沿(112),所述挡沿(112)的底面安装有粘鼠板(113)。
4.如权利要求3所述的磁吸式智能消防挡板,其特征在于,所述左U型框(2)和所述右U型框(3)的底部前后两侧分别设置有支撑板(8)。
5.如权利要求4所述的磁吸式智能消防挡板,其特征在于,所述左U型框(2)或所述右U型框(3)设置有烟感报警器(9)。
6.如权利要求4所述的磁吸式智能消防挡板,其特征在于,所述左U型框(2)或所述右U型框(3)设置有温感报警器(10)。
