Referring to fig. 6 to 8, the side keel 16 is provided with threaded holes 19 corresponding to the fixing bolts 20 at both ends on the same side of the dovetail groove 21, the side keel 16 is provided with a row of circular grooves two 22 corresponding to the circular tenons 6 on the side contacting the wall 1, the circular tenons 6 and the circular grooves two 22 are in interference fit, the diameter of the circular grooves two 22 is 0.1-0.2mm larger than that of the circular tenons 6, the two rows of circular grooves two 22 are provided on the side of the middle keel 17 contacting the wall 1, the threaded holes 19 corresponding to the fixing bolts 20 are provided at both ends of one side of the middle keel 17 provided with the dovetail groove 21, and the circular grooves two 22 are provided at the center of the side of the reinforcing brace 23 contacting the wall 1.
It should be noted that the exterior surfaces of the wall 1, the keel 3 and the reinforcing brace 23 are all coated with fireproof paint, so as to increase the fireproof performance of the modeling wall and reduce the potential safety hazard thereof.
A use method of an art batten modeling wall structure comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: firstly, the cross beam 2 is stamped and processed by steel, and then the keel 3 and the reinforcing support 23 are processed by wood;
step two: the two cross beams 2 are respectively fixed on the top and bottom surfaces by expansion bolts 7, and then the silica gel layer 10 is fixed on the cross beams 2;
step three: coating nail-free glue on the periphery of the dovetail 24, then installing the keel 3 between the cross beams 2 by using the fixing bolt 20, and completing the tenon joint of the reinforcing support 23 and the keel 3;
step four: spraying fireproof paint on the outer surfaces of the keel 3, the artistic wood square plate 4 and the reinforcing support 23;
step five: coating nail-free glue on the periphery of the round tenon 6, tenon-jointing the artistic wood square boards 4 on the keel 3 and the reinforcing support 23 through the round tenons 6, and filling the nail-free glue in gaps between the adjacent artistic wood square boards 4;
step six: the waterproof coating 11 is coated on the bottom of the front side surface of the wall body 1.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes in the embodiments and/or modifications of the invention can be made, and equivalents and modifications of some features of the invention can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. An art batten modeling wall structure comprises a wall body (1), a cross beam (2) and keels (3), and is characterized in that the wall body (1) is composed of a plurality of art batten boards (4), a notch groove I (8) is formed in the front side of the cross beam (2), a bonding layer (9) is arranged on the notch groove I (8), a silica gel cushion layer (10) is fixedly connected with the cross beam (2) through the bonding layer (9), clamping grooves I (12) are formed in two ends of the rear side of the cross beam (2), a clamping groove II (13) is formed in the middle of the rear side of the cross beam (2), the keels (3) are installed between the two cross beams (2), the keels (3) are processed by a wood material, each keel (3) comprises a side keel (16) and a middle keel (17), each side keel (16) is installed in each clamping groove I (12), a notch groove II (18) is formed in two ends of one side of each, the middle keel (17) is arranged in the second clamping groove (13).

An artistic flitch modeling wall structure according to claim 1, wherein five circular grooves I (5) are arranged on the rear side of the artistic flitch plate (4), the five circular grooves I (5) are respectively arranged at the four corners and the center of the artistic flitch plate (4), a circular tenon (6) is arranged in the circular groove I (5), the circular tenon (6) and the circular groove I (5) are in interference fit, and the diameter of the circular tenon (6) is 0.1-0.2mm larger than that of the circular groove I (5).

An artistic flitch moulding wall structure according to claim 1, wherein two cross beams (2) are arranged, the cross beams (2) are made of stainless steel materials, the cross beams (2) are fixedly connected with the top and bottom surfaces through expansion bolts (7), and through holes for installing the expansion bolts (7) are arranged in the first notched grooves (8).
4. An artistic flitch-shaped wall structure according to claim 1, wherein the lower part of the front surface of the wall body (1) is provided with a waterproof coating (11).
5. The artistic batten moulding wall structure according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of clamping grooves (13) are formed and correspond to the connecting seams of the artistic batten boards (4).

An artistic flitch modeling wall structure according to claim 1, wherein one side of the first clamping groove (12) and one side of the second clamping groove (13) are respectively provided with a fixing plate (14), the fixing plate (14) and the cross beam (2) can be integrated into a whole or welded, the keel (3) is fixedly connected with the fixing plate (14) through a fixing bolt (20), a fixing hole (15) is formed in the position, corresponding to the fixing bolt (20), on the fixing plate (14), both ends of the side keel (16) on the same side of the dovetail groove (21) are provided with threaded holes (19) corresponding to the fixing bolt (20), and both ends of the middle keel (17) on one side provided with the dovetail groove (21) are provided with threaded holes (19) corresponding to the fixing bolt (20).

An artistic flitch modeling wall structure according to claim 1, wherein the side keel (16) is provided with a group of dovetail grooves (21) at the opposite side of the second notch groove (8), the middle keel (17) is provided with a group of dovetail grooves (21) at the same side and the opposite side of the fixing bolt (20), a reinforcing support (23) is transversely arranged between the two adjacent keels (3), both ends of the reinforcing support (23) are provided with dovetail joints (24) corresponding to the dovetail grooves (21), and the reinforcing support (23) and the dovetail joints (24) are integrated and are made of wood materials.

An artistic flitch-shaped wall structure according to claim 2, wherein the side keel (16) is provided with a row of round slots two (22) corresponding to the round tenons (6) on the side contacting with the wall body (1), the round tenons (6) and the round slots two (22) are in interference fit, the diameter of the round slots two (22) is 0.1-0.2mm larger than that of the round tenons (6), the middle keel (17) is provided with two rows of round slots two (22) on the side contacting with the wall body (1), and the center of the side contacting with the wall body (1) of the reinforcing support (23) is provided with the round slots two (22).

An artistic flitch modeling wall structure according to claim 1, wherein the outer surfaces of the wall body (1), the keel (3) and the reinforcing support (23) are all coated with fireproof paint, and the connecting gap between two adjacent artistic flitch plates (4) and the peripheries of the round tenon (6) and the dovetail (24) are coated with nail-free glue.
10. An artistic batten style wall structure according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the method of using the artistic batten style wall structure comprises the steps of:

step four: spraying fireproof paint on the outer surfaces of the keel (3), the artistic wood square plate (4) and the reinforcing support (23);
step five: coating nail-free glue on the periphery of the round tenon (6), tenon-jointing the artistic wood square plates (4) on the keel (3) and the reinforcing support (23) through the round tenon (6), and filling the nail-free glue in the gap between the adjacent artistic wood square plates (4);
step six: and (3) coating a waterproof coating (11) on the bottom of the front side surface of the wall body (1).
