Further, when the magnet 72 moves to the triggering range of the first fixed end of the magnetic switch 74, the movable end of the magnetic switch 74 is connected with the first fixed end, and a high-level signal is output to display a normal brake application state; when the magnet 72 moves to the triggering range of the second stationary end of the magnetic switch 74, the movable end of the magnetic switch 74 is connected with the second stationary end, and a low level signal is output to display a normal brake release state.
For example, referring to fig. 12, in the present embodiment, when the triggering range of the first stationary terminal B of the magnetic switch 74 is equal to or less than L1, in the triggering range, the moving terminal a of the magnetic switch 74 and the first stationary terminal B are turned on, and a high level signal is output to indicate a normal brake application state. When the triggering range of the second stationary end C of the magnetic switch 74 is that the distance between the magnet 72 and the magnetic switch 744 is greater than L1, in the triggering range, the moving end a of the magnetic switch 74 is connected with the second stationary end C, and a low-level signal is output, so that a normal braking alleviation state is displayed.
With continued reference to fig. 11 and 12, the initial positions of the bent rod 71 and the magnet 72 are as shown in fig. 10, the initial distance between the two is L2, the moving end a of the magnetic switch 74 is connected to the first stationary end B, and a high level signal is output externally to indicate the application of the brake; when high-pressure hydraulic oil is introduced into the oil cavity, the power assembly 3 is compressed, the power guide piece 15 moves backwards, the bent rod 71 moves along with the power guide piece 15, the magnet 72 is far away from the magnetic switch 74, the moving end A point is disconnected with the first fixed end B point, the moving end A point is connected with the second fixed end C point, the brake release state is displayed, a network system of the vehicle acquires a high-low level change signal, and brake application and release information is displayed on a screen of a driver.
Further, referring to fig. 10 and 13, the mechanical mitigation detecting assembly 8 is further included, and the mechanical mitigation detecting assembly 8 includes:
the switch mounting seat 81, the switch mounting seat 81 is set on the inner caliper body 2;
the limit switch 82, the limit switch 82 is located on the switch mounting seat 81;
the magnetic conductor 83 and the magnetic conductor 83 are coaxially arranged with the rotating shaft 11, one end of the magnetic conductor 83 is installed on the height adjusting piece 12, the rotating shaft 11 rotates to drive the magnetic conductor 83 to synchronously rotate, and the other end of the magnetic conductor can be in contact with the limit switch 82.
Specifically, with continued reference to fig. 13, the mechanical mitigation detecting element 8 is in an initial state where the magnetic conductor 83 is located in the limit switch 82, and at this time, the limit switch 82 is turned on to output a high level; when machinery is relieved, the relieving handle 13 rotates to drive the rotating shaft 11 to rotate, the magnetic conductor 83 rotates out of the limit switch 82, the limit switch 82 is disconnected at the moment, low level is output, and machinery relieving state is displayed. The network system of the vehicle collects the high and low level change signals and displays the manual mechanical relief information on a driver screen.
For further understanding of the technical solution of the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 13, the operation and function of the hydraulic brake caliper according to the present embodiment are specifically described as follows:
(1) normal braking and status detection thereof
An oil cavity is formed between the first piston rod sealing element 341 and the second piston rod sealing element 342, an oil inlet and an oil outlet are formed in the oil cavity, high-pressure oil is released from the oil inlet and the oil outlet, so that the power assembly 3 in a compressed state under the action of the hydraulic oil is released, the power guide element 15 is pushed to move forwards, the convex conical surface of the convex conical part 411 is pressed by the concave conical surface of the conical surface cavity of the power guide element 15, the first transmission element 41 is pushed to move forwards, the first transmission element 41 drives the first transmission element 42 and the third transmission element 43 to move forwards, the brake pad is further pushed to move, the brake disc is compressed, braking force is generated, and vehicle braking is realized. When the power guide 15 moves forwards, the bent rod 71 synchronously moves forwards to drive the magnet 72 to be close to the magnetic switch 74, the magnet 72 moves to the triggering range of the first fixed end of the magnetic switch 74, the movable end A is connected with the first fixed end B and outputs high level outwards, and a network system of the vehicle acquires high level signals and displays brake application information on a screen of a driver.
(2) Normal remission and state detection thereof
High-pressure hydraulic oil is introduced into the oil cavity from the oil inlet and outlet, the high-pressure hydraulic oil pushes the power guide 15 to move backwards, the power assembly 3 is compressed, and the conical surface of the conical surface cavity of the power guide 15 and the convex cone of the convex cone part of the first transmission part 41 are separated from the first elastic part 44 to reset; in the process of resetting, the resetting force of the first elastic member 44 pushes the first transmission member 41 to move backwards, and then drives the first transmission member 42 and the third transmission member 43 to move backwards, so that a gap is generated between the brake pads, the braking force disappears, and the vehicle is relieved. When the power guide 15 moves backwards, the bent rod 71 synchronously moves backwards to drive the magnet 72 to be far away from the magnetic switch 74, the magnet 72 moves backwards to a triggering range of a second fixed end C of the magnetic switch 74, the movable end A is disconnected with the first fixed end B, the movable end A is connected with the second fixed end C and outputs low level outwards, a network system of the vehicle acquires a low level signal, and brake release information is displayed on a screen of a driver.
(3) Manual mechanical mitigation and condition detection thereof
Manual mechanical mitigation is performed when normal mitigation fails. The release handle 13 is rotated clockwise to drive the rotating shaft 11 to rotate, the height adjusting piece 12 on the rotating shaft 11 can push the power guide piece 15 at the other end of the lever 16 to move backwards, the power guide piece 15 is separated from the first transmission piece 41, the first transmission piece 41 is driven to move backwards by the reset force of the first elastic piece 44, and then the first transmission piece 42 and the third transmission piece 43 are driven to move backwards, so that a gap is formed between the brake pads, and the vehicle is released. The magnetic conductor 83 is driven to rotate when the rotating shaft 11 rotates clockwise, the magnetic conductor 83 rotates out of the limit switch 82, the limit switch 82 is switched off at the moment, low level is output, a network system of a vehicle collects low level signals, and information is relieved through manual machinery on a screen of a driver.
(4) Brake pad and brake disc wear automatic compensation
Assuming that a normal braking gap between the pads and the disc is L ', and the wear of the pads and the disc occurs by Δ L, the braking gap becomes L' + Δ L. When the brake is applied, the elastic force of the power assembly 3 is released, the power guide 15, the first transmission piece 41, the first transmission piece 42, the third transmission piece 43 and the brake pad are pushed to move forward, and the limiting piece 203 is connected with the first transmission piece 42 in a sliding manner, so that the brake pad can be pushed to move forward by a distance of L' + delta L to clamp the brake disc, and a braking force is generated. After high-pressure hydraulic oil is introduced, the power guide 15 moves backwards under the action of the oil pressure to compress the power assembly 3, so that the clamp is relieved, the first transmission piece 41 moves backwards along with the power guide 15 under the action of the reset force of the first elastic piece 44, due to the action of the limiting piece 203, the first transmission piece 42 can only move forwards by the distance of L ', the first transmission piece 41 can only rotate under the action of the reset force of the first elastic piece 44, so that the first transmission piece 42 in threaded connection with the first transmission piece 41 moves forwards, and after repeated times, the nut moves forwards to compensate the abrasion gap delta L, so that the brake gap is L' all the time.

1. Manual mechanical mitigation device, characterized by, including:
the height adjusting device comprises a rotating shaft (11), wherein a height adjusting piece (12) is arranged on the rotating shaft (11);
the relieving handle (13), the relieving handle (13) is arranged at one end of the rotating shaft;
the elastic component (14), the said elastic component (14) is set up in another end of the spindle (11);
a power guide (15);
the lever (16), one side of the said lever (16) is leaned against the power guide (15), another side is leaned against the elastic assembly (14) and height adjusting part (12);
a lever shaft (17), wherein the lever shaft (17) penetrates through the lever (16).

Manual mechanical mitigation device according to claim 1, wherein the height adjustment member (12) is a cam, the shaft (11) is passing through the cam and fixedly connected thereto, and the other side of the lever (16) abuts against the resilient member (14) and the cam surface (121) of the cam.
3. Manual mechanical mitigation device according to claim 1, further comprising a support protection (18), said support protection (18) being penetrated by the shaft (11).
4. The manual mechanical mitigation device of claim 3, further comprising a guard, the guard further comprising:
the rotating shaft protection piece (19) is sleeved on the rotating shaft (11) and connected with the supporting protection piece (18);
an elastic protection (20), the elastic protection (20) being arranged between the elastic assembly (14) and the lever (16).
5. A hydraulic brake caliper, comprising:
the manual mechanical release device of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the power guide (15) is internally provided with a power cavity and a conical cavity;
the internal pliers body (2) is internally and hollowly provided with a transmission channel, the power guide piece (15) is arranged in the transmission channel, and the lever shaft (17) and the support protection piece (18) are arranged on the internal pliers body (3);
the power assembly (3), the said power assembly (3) is set up in the power cavity;
the transmission component (4) is axially arranged in the conical cavity and is in sliding connection with the inner clamp body (2);
the brake pad component (5) is arranged on the inner caliper body (2).

The hydraulic brake calliper according to claim 5, wherein the brake pad assembly (5) comprises a first brake pad (51), a second brake pad (52), a first brake pad sub plate (53), a second brake pad sub plate (54), the first brake pad (51) and the second brake pad (52) being arranged on the first brake pad sub plate (53) and the second brake pad sub plate (54), respectively.
7. The hydraulic brake caliper of claim 6, wherein the transmission assembly (4) further comprises:
the first transmission piece (41) is axially arranged in the transmission channel and is in sliding connection with the inner caliper body (2), the first transmission piece (41) is provided with a convex cone part (411), one end of the convex cone part (411) close to the convex cone part penetrates through the power guide piece (15), and the convex cone part (411) is in contact with the conical cavity;
the second transmission piece (42), the said second transmission piece (42) is connected with another end of the first transmission piece (41);
one end of the third transmission piece (43) is in threaded connection with the second transmission piece (42), and the other end of the third transmission piece (43) can be in contact with the first brake pad auxiliary plate (53) through a key groove;
the first elastic piece (44) is sleeved on the first transmission piece (41) and arranged between the convex cone part (411) and the second transmission piece (42).
8. The hydraulic brake caliper of claim 5 further comprising a piston rod seal assembly (6), the piston rod seal assembly (6) comprising:
the first piston rod sealing element (61) is sleeved on the outer side of the power cavity of the power guide element;
and the second piston rod sealing piece (62) is sleeved on the outer side of the conical cavity of the power guide piece, and an oil cavity is formed between the second piston rod sealing piece and the first piston rod sealing piece (61).
9. The hydraulic brake caliper according to claim 8, further comprising a service status display detection assembly (7), the service status detection assembly (7) comprising:
one end side of the bent rod (71) is connected with the power guide (15) and moves synchronously (15) with the power guide;
a magnet (72), wherein the magnet (72) is arranged at the other end side of the bent rod (71), and the bent rod (71) moves to drive the magnet (72) to move;
the switch support (73), the said switch support (73) is connected to knee lever (71) through the fixed axle;
a magnetic switch (74), the magnetic switch (74) being arranged on the switch support (73).
10. The hydraulic brake caliper of claim 9, wherein the magnetic switch is of the single pole double throw type;
when the magnet (72) moves to the triggering range of the first fixed end of the magnetic switch (74), the movable end of the magnetic switch (74) is connected with the first fixed end, a high-level signal is output, and a normal brake application state is displayed;
when the magnet (72) moves to the triggering range of the second fixed end of the magnetic switch (74), the movable end of the magnetic switch (74) is connected with the second fixed end, a low-level signal is output, and a normal brake release state is displayed.
11. The hydraulic brake caliper of claim 5, further comprising a mechanical mitigation detection assembly (8), the mechanical mitigation detection assembly (8) comprising:
the switch mounting seat (81), the switch mounting seat (81) is arranged on the inner clamp body (2);
the limit switch (82), the limit switch (82) is located on the switch mounting seat (81);
magnetic conductor (83), with pivot (11) coaxial arrangement, install magnetic conductor (83) one end on height adjusting part (12), the other end can contact with limit switch (82).
12. A hydraulic brake caliper according to claim 5, further comprising a stop assembly (9), said stop assembly (9) covering the end of the transmission channel where the power guide (15) is located, said stop assembly (9) comprising:

A hydraulic brake caliper according to claim 5, wherein a second elastic support member (21) is provided on the inner caliper body (2), a second elastic member (22) is provided on the second elastic support member (21), and both ends of the second elastic member (22) are connected to the first and second pad sub-plates (53, 54), respectively.
15. The hydraulic brake caliper according to claim 5, further comprising an outer caliper body (30), wherein the inner caliper body (2) is mounted to the outer caliper body (30) by a support shaft (301), and the outer caliper body (30) is fixed to a vehicle body by a mounting bolt (302).
