The fold-up stowing seat according to claim 1, characterized in that the fold-up stowing seat further comprises an unlocking drawstring for controlling the recliner to unlock or lock, the backrest being able to rotate relative to the base when the recliner is unlocked; when the angle adjuster is locked, the backrest and the base are relatively fixed.
5. A fold away stow seat according to claim 1, further comprising an unlocking handle for controlling the unlocking of the front mounting foot and the mounting plate and the unlocking of the rear mounting foot and the mounting plate.
6. An automobile comprising a mounting plate and a fold-up stowing seat according to any one of claims 1 to 5 provided on the mounting plate.
