In the invention, when in use, the driving motor 10 is respectively driven to drive the reinforcing paper conveying roller 3, the corrugated paper conveying roller 4, the corrugated paper heating roller 5, the gluing roller 7 and the hot pressure roller 8 at different positions to rotate, the first heating pipe 6 and the second heating pipe 9 are also driven to heat in the rotation process, thus the corrugated paper conveying roller 4 can convey corrugated paper, meanwhile, the corrugated paper is heated between the corrugated paper heating roller 5 and the corrugated paper heating roller 5, then is glued by the gluing roller 7 again, finally enters between the hot pressure roller 8 and the hot pressure roller 8, and is pressed with the corrugated paper conveyed by the reinforcing paper conveying roller 3 in the process of entering between the hot pressure roller 8 and the hot pressure roller 8, thus the post-operation can be completed, in the use process, the third heating pipe 144 is driven to soften the glue in the glue storage cavity 142 and is better matched with the gluing roller 7 for gluing, when the glue in the glue storage cavity 142 is too little and is detected by the liquid level sensor 145, the glue delivery pump 1465 is driven to make the glue in the tank cavity 1462 enter the glue storage cavity 142 through the suction pipe 1464 and the delivery pipe 1466 to be replenished with glue and then glue is applied.

The quick corrugated paper gluing device is characterized by comprising a support (1), supporting plates (2), a reinforcing paper conveying roller (3), a corrugated paper conveying roller (4), a corrugated paper heating roller (5), a first heating pipe (6), a gluing roller (7), a heat pressure roller (8), a second heating pipe (9), a driving motor (10), a PLC (programmable logic controller) (11), a display screen (12), a driving switch (13), a glue supplementing heating box structure (14) and an auxiliary pressing frame structure (15), wherein the supporting plates (2) are welded on the front side and the rear side of the upper surface of the support (1) respectively; the reinforced paper conveying roller (3) is respectively arranged at the left side, the middle part and the right side of the lower part between the support plate (2) and the support plate (2) through bearings; the corrugated paper conveying roller (4) is arranged at the upper left corner between the support plate (2) and the support plate (2) through a bearing; the corrugated paper heating roller (5) is arranged on the middle left side between the support plate (2) and the support plate (2) through a bearing; the first heating pipe (6) is arranged on the front surface of the support plate (2) through bolts, and meanwhile, the first heating pipe (6) is inserted into the corrugated paper conveying roller (4); the gluing roller (7) is arranged on the middle right side between the support plate (2) and the support plate (2) through a bearing; the heat pressure roller (8) is arranged on the right side between the support plate (2) and the support plate (2) through a bearing; the second heating pipe (9) is mounted on the right side of the front surface of the support plate (2) through bolts, and the second heating pipe (9) is inserted into the heat pressure roller (8); the driving motors (10) are respectively installed on the rear surfaces of the support plates (2) through bolts; the PLC (11) bolt is arranged in the middle of the left side of the front surface of the support plate (2); the display screen (12) and the driving switch (13) are respectively and electrically connected with the upper part and the lower part of the front surface of the PLC (11); the glue supplementing and heating box structure (14) is arranged in the middle between the support plate (2) and the support plate (2); the auxiliary press-fit frame structure (15) is arranged at the right upper side inside the support plate (2); the glue supplementing and heating box structure (14) comprises a glue storage box (141), a glue storage cavity (142), a heating main box (143), a third heating pipe (144), a liquid level sensor (145) and a supplementing tank structure (146), wherein the glue storage box (141) is arranged in the middle between the support plate (2) and the support plate (2) in a screw mode, and the glue storage cavity (142) is formed in the glue storage box (141); the heating main box (143) is welded below the inside of the glue storage cavity (142); the third heating pipe (144) is installed in the heating main box (143) in a bolt mode; the replenishing tank structure (146) is arranged at the right end of the glue storage box (141).

The quick corrugated paper sizing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the supplementary tank structure (146) comprises a storage tank (1461), a tank cavity (1462), a sealing cover (1463), a suction pipe (1464), a glue delivery pump (1465) and a delivery pipe (1466), the storage tank (1461) is placed above the support (1), and the tank cavity (1462) is formed in the storage tank (1461); the sealing cover (1463) is in threaded connection with the upper part of the outer wall of the storage tank (1461); one end of the suction pipe (1464) is in threaded connection with the glue conveying pump (1465), and the other end of the suction pipe is inserted into the tank cavity (1462); the glue conveying pump (1465) is arranged on the left side of the upper surface of the sealing cover (1463) through bolts; one end of the delivery pipe (1466) is embedded into the right end of the glue storage box (141), and the other end of the delivery pipe is in threaded connection with the left end of the glue delivery pump (1465).

4. The rapid corrugated paper sizing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the support plate (2) is provided with a groove at the right side, and the limiting strips (156) are welded at the left side and the right side of the inner wall of the groove of the support plate (2).

The rapid corrugated paper sizing device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of driving motors (10) are arranged on the rear surface of the support plate (2) and are respectively arranged at the rear ends of the reinforced paper conveying roller (3), the corrugated paper conveying roller (4), the corrugated paper heating roller (5), the sizing roller (7) and the heat pressure roller (8), and the output shafts of the driving motors (10) are respectively connected with the rear ends of the reinforced paper conveying roller (3), the corrugated paper conveying roller (4), the corrugated paper heating roller (5), the sizing roller (7) and the heat pressure roller (8) in a key mode.
6. The rapid corrugated paper sizing device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a heating main box (143) and a third heating pipe (144) are arranged in the glue storage chamber (142), and the heating main box (143) is a copper box.
