The brushing device 4 comprises an outer gear ring 26, an inner fixing ring 27 and a flexible brush head 28, the top of the outer gear ring 26 is meshed with the driving gear 9 through a top opening 23, the front and the back of the inner side surface of the outer gear ring 26 roll with the fixing wheel 25, the inner fixing ring 27 is fixed at the center of the outer gear ring 26, and the flexible brush head 28 is installed on the inner side surface of the inner fixing ring 27.
