Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical instrument, in particular to a visual device, a visual sputum suction tube and a visual sputum suction tube system.
Background
The self-defense mechanism of the respiratory system depends on ciliated columnar epithelium on the mucosa of trachea and bronchus and the structure of goblet cells secreting mucus, ciliated cells move rhythmically from inside to outside to drive particles deposited on the mucosa to be discharged to the throat along with the mucus, and when the mucus is accumulated into phlegm, the phlegm is reflected by cough and discharged out of the body. Only under normal mucociliary transport function will secretions in the distal airways be transported to the larger airways and then cleared via the cough reflex. Clinically, many patients who cannot expectorate themselves, coma and hypoexpectoration cause difficulty in sputum excretion due to the decreased cough and swallowing function. If sputum is inhaled into the lung, lung infection is easy to occur, and even life is threatened. Aiming at the discharge of sputum at deep parts, a solution method adopting a sputum suction tube exists at present, but the existing sputum suction tube has the following defects: the medical staff is required to grasp the suction condition of the sputum in the patient body by experience without visual function or poor visual structure, so that the operation is inconvenient, and the operation difficulty of the medical staff is increased.

Detailed Description
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "upper", "lower", "inner", "outer", "front", "rear", "near", and "far", etc., indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are used only for convenience in describing the present invention and for simplicity in description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
In the present invention, unless otherwise expressly stated or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," "secured," and the like are to be construed broadly and can, for example, be fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally formed; may be mechanically coupled, may be electrically coupled or may be in communication with each other; they may be directly connected or indirectly connected through intervening media, or they may be connected internally or in any other suitable relationship, unless expressly stated otherwise. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a visual sputum aspirator, which includes a tube body 1 extending longitudinally, the tube body 1 defining a visual channel 12 and a sputum aspirating channel 11, the sputum aspirating channel being used for aspirating sputum from a patient;
the visual device provided in the prior art is provided with the LED lamp, so that the radial dimension of the visual device is too large due to the configuration of the LED lamp and the camera, and the radial dimension of the visual channel needs to be large enough to accommodate the visual device, so that the inner diameter of the sputum suction channel of the visual sputum suction tube with the determined inner diameter dimension is obviously reduced, and the sputum suction effect is poor; in addition, the existing visual device is limited by the size of the camera, the power of the LED lamp is low, the luminosity is insufficient, and the display effect of the visual device is poor after the visual device enters a human body.
Based on the above, the visual channel 12 and the sputum suction channel 11 provided by the invention respectively have an inner diameter dimension B and an inner diameter dimension C, and the inner diameter dimension B of the visual channel 12 allows a visual device to be inserted; the light guide strip 13 is mounted on the tube body, and the light guide strip 13 is suitable for transmitting light to the visual device in the visual channel 11; because the light guide strip can emit light under the action of an external light source, the visual device does not need to be provided with an LED lamp, the radial size of the visual device is obviously reduced, so that the inner diameter size B of the visual channel is obviously reduced, the inner diameter size C of the sputum suction channel 11 is obviously increased, and the sputum suction effect is better; in addition, the LED lamp is added at the tail end of the visual device or the tail end of the sputum suction tube to be used as a light emitting source to face the light guide strip, and the high-power LED lamp can be selected and used without the limitation of size.
The radial dimension of the existing visual device is larger than 2.1mm because the existing visual device is provided with the LED light source and the camera at the same time, the radial dimension of the visual device is reduced to 1.0-1.6mm through the visual sputum suction tube provided by the embodiment 1 of the invention without being provided with the LED light source, and meanwhile, the inner diameter dimension of the visual channel matched with the visual device is reduced to 1.1-1.7mm from the existing 2.2mm or so, in the embodiment, the radial dimension of the visual device is reduced to 1.1mm, and the inner diameter dimension of the visual channel is about 1.2mm, so that the sizes of the visual device and the visual channel are obviously reduced, and a larger operation space is reserved for other operation channels through the invention.
Due to the limitation of medical operation environment, the smaller the diameter of the visual device is, the more convenient the operation of the doctor is,
furthermore, the problem of light reflection is serious when an LED at the front end of the visual device emits light clinically at present, and the smaller the diameter of the visual device is, the larger the distance between the visual device and a light source is, the more difficult the light reflection phenomenon is to occur; according to the visual sputum suction tube provided by the invention, the light source is arranged near the visual sputum suction tube, the distance between the camera and the light source is far away, the phenomenon of light reflection hardly exists, and the imaging effect is better.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the visualization channel 12 and the sputum suction channel 11 extend from the proximal end to the distal end inside the tube body, and the visualization channel 12 and the sputum suction channel 11 are arranged in a spaced manner;
in this embodiment, the light guide strip is embedded in the inner wall of the tube, and the light guide strip 13 has a light incident surface facing the light source and a light emergent surface facing the visible device inside the visible channel.
In order to avoid the contact between the visual device and the body fluid of the patient, the transparent lens 121 is installed at the far end of the visual channel, so that the visual device can be arranged inside the visual channel in a sealing mode, and the secondary utilization of the visual device is facilitated.
It will be appreciated that the distal end of the visualization channel may be extended, locked or flush with respect to the suction line channel.
Specifically, the light guide strip is made of a light guide material.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the present invention provides a visual sputum aspirator tube, which is substantially the same as that of embodiment 1, except that the visual channel 12 and the sputum aspirating channel 11 are combined to form a channel 100, that is, the channel 100 is used as an independent channel to realize the visual and sputum aspirating functions at the same time, the visual channel and the sputum aspirating channel are not strictly distinguished, the visual device is inserted into the visual channel through the lens sleeve 2, the distal end of the lens sleeve is sealed by the transparent lens 21, so that the lens sleeve 2 can block the visual device from contacting with the body fluid of the patient without installing a sealing lens at the distal end of the visual channel.
The diameter of the front end of the mirror sleeve is smaller than that of the rear end of the mirror sleeve, and the rear end of the mirror sleeve is of a horn mouth structure, so that the visual device can be conveniently plugged and pulled out.
Example 3
This embodiment 1 provides a viewer adapted to be inserted into the viewing channel of embodiments 1 and 2, wherein the radial dimension of the viewer is 1.0mm-1.6mm, and the light guide strip is adapted to provide light to the image element of the viewer.
