背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,越来越多的人会习惯化妆。但是,面部化妆后不清除彻底,残留的化妆品会引起面部皮肤的毛孔阻塞,导致皮肤油脂水油分泌失调,从而引起痤疮、粉刺和黑头等令人困扰的肌肤问题。同时,现在环境污染也极其严重,灰尘及化妆品的残留对肌肤的伤害很大,如果不能及时清理干净会随着毛孔的呼吸进入毛囊中形成囊肿的问题,长期存在于皮肤表层中便很难再清理出去,所以,皮肤的清洁环节十分重要。
如今,随着人们生活品质的提高以及对美的追求,越来越多人选择使用面膜保养皮肤。深度清洁面膜是美容保养品的一种载体,能够去除黑头,收缩毛孔,有深度清洁皮肤等功效,深受人们喜爱。现在市面上的深度清洁面膜绝大部分是贴附式面膜。贴附式面膜是使用无纺布等作为基质,浸润精华液等敷于皮肤上。这种方式存在的主要问题是由于个体差异,面膜无法与皮肤完全贴合。涂抹式面膜解决了这一问题。使用时,将膏状面膜均匀涂抹于皮肤上,待精华液吸收完毕则可成片撕下。市面上各类品牌的涂抹式深度清洁面膜琳琅满目。为了赢得市场,生产商们竭尽全力打造各式各样的产品。它们配方健康环保,包装美观大方。相比之下,消费者更在意的内容物本身的视觉效果却毫无特色可言。目前传统的清洁面膜还存在清洁效果不佳的问题,因此还需对其进行研究。

作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述一种快速安全的祛斑方法按重量百分比计的原料组成:甘油2%、双丙甘醇1%、丁二醇2%、燕麦β-葡聚糖1%、牛奶蛋白1%、桑叶提取物2%、天麻提取物2%、麦门冬提取物4%、马齿苋提取物2%、透明质酸钠1%、羟苯甲酯0.8%、羟苯乙酯0.6%、三乙醇胺0.6%、依地酸二钠0.4%、香精0.06%,水79.54%。
所述原料按如下步骤:
S1将所述水、甘油、双丙甘醇、丁二醇、燕麦β-葡聚糖、透明质酸钠、依地酸二钠加入搅拌锅内,均质10~20min,加热至70~80℃,搅拌至物料溶解完全;
S2继续所述搅拌,待温度降至45~55℃,加入所述牛奶蛋白、桑叶提取物、天麻提取物、麦门冬提取物、马齿苋提取物,搅拌至体系均匀;
S3加入所述羟苯甲酯、羟苯乙酯、三乙醇胺和香精,搅拌均匀即可。
进一步地,所述桑叶提取物的制备方法为:取桑叶洗净,干燥后粉碎,过90-100目筛,加入重量6~10倍量体积分数为70~85%的乙醇,浸泡3~ 6h,在45~65℃温度下超声提取两次,每次30~6min,超声频率为25~35kHz,过滤,合并滤液,滤液减压浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.05~1.25的浸膏,即得。

具体而言,所述天麻提取物的制备方法为:取天麻,洗去杂质,干燥后粉碎,过60~80目筛,加入天麻总重量6~8倍量体积分数为60~80%的乙醇,微波提取8~15min,微波功率为240~300W,提取温度为45~65℃,过滤,滤液减压浓缩至60℃下测相对密度为1.20~1.25的浸膏,即得。

Claims (7)
1.一种快速安全的祛斑方法,其特征在于,各原料按照重量百分比为:
水75~85%、甘油1~4%、双丙甘醇1~2%、丁二醇2~4%、燕麦β-葡聚糖0.8~2%、牛奶蛋白0.6~2%、桑叶提取物1~2%、天麻提取物1~4%、麦门冬提取物2~4%、马齿苋提取物2~4%、透明质酸钠0.08~2%、羟苯甲酯0.02~1%、羟苯乙酯0.02~1%、三乙醇胺0.6~1%、依地酸二钠0.4~1%、和香精0.008%~0.2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快速安全的祛斑方法,其特征在于,所述原料组成按重量百分比为:甘油2%、双丙甘醇1%、丁二醇2%、燕麦β-葡聚糖1%、牛奶蛋白1%、桑叶提取物2%、天麻提取物2%、麦门冬提取物4%、马齿苋提取物2%、透明质酸钠1%、羟苯甲酯0.8%、羟苯乙酯0.6%、三乙醇胺0.6%、依地酸二钠0.4%、香精0.06%,水79.54%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的快速安全的祛斑方法,其特征在于,所述原料按如下步骤:
S1将所述水、甘油、双丙甘醇、丁二醇、燕麦β-葡聚糖、透明质酸钠、依地酸二钠加入搅拌锅内,均质10~20min,加热至70~80℃,搅拌至物料溶解完全;
S2继续所述搅拌,待温度降至45~55℃,加入所述牛奶蛋白、桑叶提取物、天麻提取物、麦门冬提取物、马齿苋提取物,搅拌至体系均匀;
S3加入所述羟苯甲酯、羟苯乙酯、三乙醇胺和香精,搅拌均匀即可。
4.根据权利要求1所述的快速安全的祛斑方法,其特征在于,所述桑叶提取物的制备方法为:取桑叶洗净,干燥后粉碎,过90-100目筛,加入重量6~10倍量体积分数为70~85%的乙醇,浸泡3~6h,在45~65℃温度下超声提取两次,每次30~6min,超声频率为25~35kHz,过滤,合并滤液,滤液减压浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.05~1.25的浸膏,即得。
