A mattress with anti-bedding and anti-washing function comprises a surface cloth layer, an intermediate layer and a bottom cloth layer; the surface cloth layer is a breathable heat dissipation layer, the breathable heat dissipation layer is woven by a three-dimensional mesh point weaving method through yarns which are formed by mixing and drawing 0.65-0.90% of 20-90 nm-grade nano-scale intercalated mica, 0.20-0.30% of silicon oxide powder and 98.8-99.15% of polyester, and the breathable heat dissipation layer has a heat conduction and ventilation function, so that the surface cloth layer is in contact with a human body; wherein the bottom cloth layer is a heat storage and insulation layer, the heat storage and insulation layer is formed by finely brushing and shaking yarns which are prepared by mixing and pumping 1-2% of 20-90 nm nano-sized zirconium dioxide powder and 98-99% of polyester, and has far infrared heat storage and insulation functions; the elastic viscose with long-term adhesion between the surface cloth layer and the bottom cloth layer is integrated by the middle layer through a normal-temperature long-time curing technology, so that the surface cloth layer and the bottom cloth layer can not be separated, the heat conduction and heat dissipation effects between the two layers are enhanced, the surface cloth layer and the bottom cloth layer can not be peeled off after being washed in a washing machine for many times, and the surface cloth layer and the bottom cloth layer can be used as a mattress protector for people lying in bed for a long time.
Description
Technical Field

Background
The prior mattress for preventing bed-clothes is fixed on the cloth by using ore or metal particles containing far infrared substances. To achieve the above object, the present invention has the following structure: wherein the surface cloth layer is a breathable heat dissipation layer, the breathable heat dissipation layer is woven by a three-dimensional mesh point weaving method through yarns which are mixed and drawn by 0.65-0.90% of 20-90 nm-grade intercalated mica, 0.20-0.30% of silicon oxide powder and 98.8-99.15% of polyester, and has the functions of heat conduction and ventilation, so that the surface cloth layer is in contact with a human body; wherein the bottom cloth layer is a heat storage and insulation layer, the heat storage and insulation layer is formed by finely brushing and shaking yarns which are prepared by mixing and pumping 1-2% of 20-90 nm nano-sized zirconium dioxide powder and 98-99% of polyester, and has the far infrared heat storage and insulation functions; the elastic viscose with long-term adhesion between the surface cloth layer and the bottom cloth layer is glued into a whole by a normal-temperature long-time curing technology through the middle layer, so that the surface cloth layer and the bottom cloth layer are not peeled off due to washing, the heat conduction and heat dissipation effects between the two layers are enhanced, and the surface cloth layer and the bottom cloth layer are not peeled off even after being washed in a washing machine for many times and are provided for a person lying in bed for a long time to be used as a cotton-padded mattress.
Further, the surface cloth layer is a breathable heat dissipation layer, the breathable heat dissipation layer is woven by yarns which are mixed and drawn by 0.85% of 30-80nm nano-scale intercalated mica, 0.25% of silicon oxide powder and 89.9% of polyester through a three-dimensional mesh point weaving method, and the breathable surface cloth layer has a cool and breathable function and is in contact with a human body; wherein the bottom cloth layer is formed by three-dimensional weaving of drawn yarns which are obtained by mixing and drawing 30-80nm nano-grade zirconium dioxide powder 1% and polyester 99% and are processed by refined brushing and shaking, and has the functions of far infrared heat storage and warm keeping; the middle layer is used to combine the surface cloth layer and the bottom cloth layer into a whole by the elastic viscose with long-term adhesion through the normal temperature long-time curing technology, so that the surface cloth layer and the bottom cloth layer can not generate the peeling function and enhance the heat dissipation effect between the two layers, and the surface cloth layer and the bottom cloth layer can not be peeled off after being washed in a washing machine for many times, and can be used as a mattress protector for people lying in bed for a long time.

The surface cloth layer 1 and the bottom cloth layer 2 can not be peeled off, the heat conduction and heat dissipation effect between the two layers can be enhanced, and the surface cloth layer and the bottom cloth layer can not be peeled off after being washed in a washing machine for many times, so that the surface cloth layer and the bottom cloth layer can be used as a mattress for people lying in bed for a long time.
The technical fiber adopted in the invention is Polyester fiber (Polyester) as the base material component, and the embedded nano technical powder (with the particle size of about 20-90 nm) is completely and stably fused in the fiber, so that the particle loss or power attenuation caused by the washing frequency is avoided.
