Detailed Description
At least the following matters will be made clear from the description of the present specification and the attached drawings.
A pants-type absorbent article having a vertical direction, a horizontal direction, and a front-rear direction, and comprising: an absorbent main body including a liquid-absorbent core and a skin side sheet provided on the skin side of the absorbent core; and a waist member that is disposed so as to overlap with a non-skin side of the absorbent main body and that stretches and contracts in the left-right direction, wherein a volatile material is provided on at least one of the absorbent core and the skin side sheet, the pant-type absorbent article is packaged in a state in which the pant-type absorbent article is folded in the up-down direction with a longitudinal fold line along the left-right direction as a fold line, and at least a part of the volatile material is provided below the longitudinal fold line in a state before the pant-type absorbent article is folded in the up-down direction.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, it is possible to suppress the discharge of vaporized volatile materials.
The pants-type absorbent article desirably has the volatile substance as a temperature-sensitive agent or a cold-sensitive agent for stimulating a temperature-sensitive TRP channel.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, the temperature sensitive agent or the cooling agent comes into contact with the skin of the wearer through the nonwoven fabric, and therefore the wearer can gradually feel the effect of the temperature sensitive agent or the cooling agent on the skin.
In the pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that a predetermined region of the absorbent main body along the vertical direction has an application region to which the volatile material is applied, and the application region of the absorbent main body on the upper side of the longitudinal folding line is smaller than the application region of the absorbent main body on the lower side of the longitudinal folding line in a state before the pants-type absorbent article is folded in the vertical direction.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, the fold of the longitudinal fold line can function as a lid for the waist opening in the packaged state with respect to more than half of the application region.
In the pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the longitudinal folding line is positioned below an upper end of the absorbent main body in a state before the pants-type absorbent article is folded in the up-down direction, and at least a part of the absorbent main body is folded in the up-down direction with the longitudinal folding line as a fold line in a packaged state.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, the absorbent main body can be formed with a habitual fold along the longitudinal folding line, and can be folded firmly in the up-down direction.
In the pants-type absorbent article, it is preferable that at least a part of the volatile material is provided so as to overlap the longitudinal fold line in a state where at least a part of the absorbent main body is folded in the up-down direction with the longitudinal fold line as a fold.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, a feeling of warmth effect due to a shape that is bent habitually can be imparted to the wearer.
In the pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the absorbent body is folded in the up-down direction such that a non-skin side surface of a rear upper end portion of the absorbent body in a state before the pants-type absorbent article is folded in the up-down direction faces a non-skin side surface of the absorbent body which is lower than the longitudinal folding line and which is a front-rear side.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, the effect of volatile substances can be improved in the sacral region.
In the pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the absorbent body is folded in the vertical direction such that a non-skin side surface of the rear upper end portion of the absorbent body faces a non-skin side surface of the absorbent body which is lower than the longitudinal folding line and which is a front-rear side, in a state where a front upper end portion of the absorbent body and the rear upper end portion of the absorbent body are overlapped in the thickness direction in a state before the pants-type absorbent article is folded in the vertical direction.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, compared to a case where only the rear or front absorbent body is folded in the vertical direction, the pants-type absorbent article can be folded in the vertical direction with improved rigidity, and therefore can be folded firmly in the vertical direction.
In the pants-type absorbent article, it is preferable that the waist member has a left-side extending portion located on the left side of the left end of the absorbent main body and a right-side extending portion located on the right side of the right end of the absorbent main body, the pants-type absorbent article has a left side folding line as a fold line when at least a part of the left side extension is folded to the right side and a right side folding line as a fold line when at least a part of the right side extension is folded to the right side, before the pants-type absorbent article is folded in the vertical direction, when viewed in the front-rear direction, at least a portion of the volatile material overlaps at least one of the left side extension folded with the left side fold line as a fold and the right side extension folded with the right side fold line as a fold.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, it is possible to suppress the discharge of vaporized volatile materials in the front-rear direction.
In the pants-type absorbent article, it is preferable that at least one of the left side extension folded with the left side folding line as a fold and the right side extension folded with the right side folding line as a fold is folded in the up-down direction with the longitudinal folding line as a fold, and at least a part of the volatile material overlaps at least one of the left side extension and the right side extension folded in the up-down direction when viewed in the front-back direction in a packaged state.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, it is possible to further suppress the discharge of vaporized volatile materials in the front-rear direction.
The pants-type absorbent article desirably has a pair of leg hole openings on both sides in the left-right direction, and at least a part of the pair of leg hole openings overlaps at least one of the left side extension and the right side extension in the up-down direction in the packaged state.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, it is possible to suppress the discharge of vaporized volatile substances from the leg hole openings.
In the pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that a pair of leakage preventing walls having a joint region for fixing the pair of leakage preventing walls at a front upper end and a rear upper end of the pair of leakage preventing walls are provided along the vertical direction at both ends in the left-right direction of the absorbent main body, and at least a part of the joint region is folded in the vertical direction with the longitudinal folding line as a fold line in a packaged state.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, the article can be folded firmly in the vertical direction.
In the pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the absorbent core is provided with a compressed groove having a density higher than a density of the absorbent core around the compressed groove, and at least a part of the compressed groove is folded in the vertical direction with the longitudinal folding line as a fold line in a packaged state.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, the article can be folded firmly in the vertical direction.
In the pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that an elastic member is provided along the vertical direction at a central portion in the left-right direction of the absorbent main body, and the elastic member is not folded along the vertical direction with the longitudinal folding line as a fold line in a packaged state.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, adverse effects on the stretching function of the elastic member can be suppressed.
In the pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the absorbent main body includes, as the skin side sheet, a 1 st skin side sheet located on a skin side most and a 2 nd skin side sheet located between the 1 st skin side sheet and the absorbent core, and the volatile substance is provided on at least one of a non-skin side of the 1 st skin side sheet and a skin side of the 2 nd skin side sheet.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, it is possible to avoid an inappropriate position in the thickness direction of the volatile material and to approach the skin of the wearer, and therefore it is possible to improve the effect of the volatile material.
In the embodiment 1, the following embodiments are not to be considered in all respects
A pants-type absorbent article 1 provided with a temperature sensitive agent 26 (corresponding to a volatile material) described later will be described as an example of the absorbent article provided with a volatile material according to embodiment 1. In the following description, the absorbent article 1 for physiological use is described, but the absorbent article 1 of the present embodiment includes, for example, diapers for adults and infants, and the use is not limited to physiological use.
Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a pants-type absorbent article 1, and fig. 2 is a plan view of the pants-type absorbent article 1 in an unfolded state.
In the pants-type state shown in fig. 1, the absorbent article 1 has a "vertical direction", a "horizontal direction", and a "front-rear direction" that intersect with each other. The vertical direction of the paper surface in fig. 1 is the vertical direction, the upper side (lower side) of the paper surface is the "upper" ("lower") in the vertical direction, and the left side (right) of the paper surface is the left side (right) in the left-right direction. In the front-rear direction, the side that becomes the abdomen side of the wearer when worn is referred to as the "front side", and the side that becomes the back side of the wearer is referred to as the "rear side".
In the developed state of the absorbent article 1 shown in fig. 2 (the state in which the pant-type absorbent article 1 is spread out on a plane before being formed into a pant-type), the absorbent article 1 has a "longitudinal direction", "width direction", and "thickness direction" that intersect each other. The longitudinal direction of the paper surface in fig. 2 is defined as the longitudinal direction, the upper side (lower side) of the paper surface is defined as the "front (ventral side)" of the longitudinal direction ("rear (dorsal side)"), the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction on the paper surface is defined as the width direction, and the left side (right side) of the paper surface is defined as the left (right) of the width direction. The direction (direction penetrating the paper surface) perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and the width direction is defined as the thickness direction, and the side in contact with the skin of the wearer in the thickness direction is defined as the "skin side" and the opposite side is defined as the "non-skin side".
The top view (for example, fig. 2) of the present embodiment shows the extended state of the object. Here, the "extended state" refers to a state in which the members shown in the plan view are extended without wrinkles by extending each elastic body (for example, a crotch elastic band 30, a stretchable sheet, and the like described later) provided in the absorbent article 1. For example, fig. 2 shows a state in which the waist member 10 and the absorbent body 20, which will be described later, constituting the absorbent article 1 are extended until the dimensions of the members alone match or are close to the dimensions of the members.
The absorbent article 1 of the present embodiment includes the waist member 10 and the absorbent main body 20, and hereinafter, a process of forming the waist member 10 and the absorbent article 1 into a pants-type article will be described first. Then, the absorbent main body 20 will be explained later. In the present embodiment, the absorbent body 20 is provided with the temperature sensing agent 26.
As shown in fig. 2, the waistline member 10 has a substantially hourglass shape in a plan view in a deployed state. That is, the center portion in the longitudinal direction is recessed inward in the width direction, and the recessed portion forms a pair of leg hole openings 1b shown in fig. 1 when formed into a pants-type. The lumbar member 10 is provided with an unillustrated stretchable sheet so as to stretch and contract in the width direction. Therefore, the waist member 10 of the pants-type absorbent article 1 stretches in the right-left direction.
The waist member 10 includes a front waist member 10f located on the front side of a center folding line CL located at the center of the absorbent article 1 in the longitudinal direction and a rear waist member 10b located on the rear side of the center folding line CL. The front waist member 10f (rear waist member 10b) has a waist front end portion 10ff (waist rear end portion 10bf) extending in the width direction at the front (rear) end portion and front joining portions 10fe (rear joining portions 10be) extending in the longitudinal direction provided at both left and right end portions (both are oblique views in fig. 2).
In the process of producing the absorbent article 1 in the pants-type form, first, the absorbent body 20 is disposed at a predetermined position of the waist member 10 in the unfolded state, and the absorbent article 1 in the unfolded state is produced. That is, the surface of the absorbent main body 20 on the non-skin side is used as a joint surface, and the joint surface is placed on and joined to a predetermined position of the lumbar member 10 in the unfolded state. That is, the lumbar member 10 is disposed to overlap the non-skin side of the absorbent main body 20 in the thickness direction.
Then, the absorbent main body 20 and the waistline member 10 in the unfolded state are folded in the longitudinal direction. That is, the absorbent main body 20 and the waistline member 10 are folded in the longitudinal direction so that the skin side of the front waistline member 10f and the skin side of the rear waistline member 10b face each other with the center folding line CL shown in fig. 2 as a fold.
In this way, the front joining section 10fe and the rear joining section 10be of the lumbar member 10 approach each other, and therefore the left and right front joining sections 10fe and the rear joining section 10be are joined to each other.
That is, since the left and right end portions of the lumbar member 10 are joined in the longitudinal direction, the lumbar front end portion 10ff and the lumbar rear end portion 10bf form the lumbar opening portion 1a on the upper side of the lumbar member 10.
The lumbar member 10 has a left-side extension portion 10L located on the outer side of the left side in the width direction of the absorbent main body 20 (on the left side of the broken line indicated by LL in fig. 2), and a right-side extension portion 10R located on the outer side of the right side in the width direction of the absorbent main body 20 (on the right side of the broken line indicated by RL in fig. 2).
The pants-type absorbent article 1 has the following structure: the lumbar member 10 abuts against the front side (abdomen) and the rear side (back) of the wearer's body (abuts against the waist of the wearer), and does not fall down when worn due to mainly the stretching and contraction (tightening to the body) of the lumbar member 10 in the left-right direction. Therefore, the absorbent body 20 joined to the lumbar member 10 is supported in the vertical direction by the lumbar member 10 in a state of being in contact with the crotch portion of the wearer (a portion from the crotch portion to the sacrum portion of the buttocks (buttocks) where the absorbent body 20 is in contact with the skin of the wearer when worn).
That is, the absorbent article 1 is a pants-type article having an abdomen portion, a back portion, and a crotch portion, and formed with a waist opening 1a and a pair of leg hole openings 1b, and is supported so as not to fall down when worn by a stretchable sheet or the like included in the waist member 10.
The term "contact" means a state in which at least a part of a member comes into contact with a wearer, and the member comes into contact with the wearer. For example, a state in which the stretchable portion of the waistline member 10 is in contact with the wearer and the non-stretchable portion is not in contact with the wearer is a state in which the waistline member 10 is in contact with the wearer.
Further, as a joining method for joining the absorbent body 20 and the waistline member 10 and the like described above, for example, a known joining method such as an adhesive, heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, or a combination thereof can be exemplified.
< < < about the absorbent body 20> >)
Next, the absorbent main body 20 will be described with reference to fig. 3 to 5. Fig. 3 is a plan view of the absorbent main body 20, and fig. 4 is a sectional view of the absorbent main body 20 as viewed from a-a in fig. 3. Fig. 5 will be described later.
The absorbent main body 20 of the present embodiment is a sanitary absorbent main body 20, and is a so-called sanitary napkin. That is, the absorbent main body 20 includes the liquid-absorbent core 22, and the outer peripheral surface of the absorbent core 22 is covered with the core wrap sheet 22 a.
The absorbent core 22 is obtained by molding a liquid absorbent material into a predetermined shape, and in the present embodiment, is molded into a substantially rectangular shape in plan view (hatched in fig. 3) or a convex shape in cross-section (hatched in fig. 4). Examples of the liquid-absorbent material include pulp fibers and other liquid-absorbent fibers containing a super absorbent polymer (so-called SAP). As the core wrap sheet 22a, a liquid-permeable sheet such as tissue paper or nonwoven fabric can be exemplified. In addition, the core wrap sheet 22a may not be provided.
As shown in fig. 4, the absorbent main body 20 includes, in addition to the absorbent core 22, a 1 st skin side sheet 24a, a 2 nd skin side sheet 24b, and a temperature sensitive agent 26 at a position closer to the skin side than the absorbent core 22, and a crotch elastic band 30 (corresponding to an elastic member) and a non-skin side sheet 24c along the longitudinal direction at a position closer to the non-skin side than the absorbent core 22.
The absorbent main body 20 further includes side sheets 24d, and the side sheets 24d are provided so as to extend from the position closest to the non-skin side in the thickness direction to the position closer to the skin side than the 1 st skin side sheet 24a at both ends in the width direction of the absorbent main body 20 and to be folded back to the non-skin side. Further, a part of the side sheet 24d extending to the skin side forms a three-dimensional gather 50 (corresponding to a leakage preventing wall) described later. That is, a pair of three-dimensional gathers 50 formed by the side sheets 24d are provided in the vertical direction at both ends in the width direction of the absorbent main body 20.
In addition, a plurality of folding portions 40 (corresponding to compression grooves) are formed on the skin side of the absorbent main body 20 (absorbent core 22).
The three-dimensional gathers 50 are preferably formed of the same number of nonwoven fabrics from the fulcrum 50B to the vertex 50S, and more specifically, preferably 2 or more sheets, in order to prevent the temperature sensitive agent 26 from leaking outward.
The 1 st skin-side sheet 24a is a liquid-permeable sheet member that can be brought into contact with the skin of the wearer when worn, and is formed of, for example, a hydrophilic air-through nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, or the like. The 2 nd skin side sheet 24b is a sheet member having substantially the same function and structure as the 1 st skin side sheet 24a, and is laminated on the non-skin side surface of the 1 st skin side sheet 24 a.
That is, the absorbent main body 20 includes, as the skin side sheet, a 1 st skin side sheet 24a positioned closest to the skin side and a 2 nd skin side sheet 24b positioned between the 1 st skin side sheet 24a and the absorbent core 22. In addition, the second skin side sheet 24b need not be provided in the absorbent main body 20.
The non-skin side sheet 24c may be a liquid-impermeable sheet, and examples thereof include a polyethylene film and a polypropylene film. The size of the 1 st skin side sheet 24a and the non-skin side sheet 24c is a size covering the entire absorbent core 22.
The side sheet 24d is formed of, for example, a through-air nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, or the like, because it is partially in contact with the skin of the wearer when worn.
The temperature sensitive agent 26 is provided for alleviating physiological pain and chill symptoms of the wearer, contains a temperature sensitive stimulant which gives a stimulus to the temperature of the wearer to warm the wearer, and is provided in a state of being mixed with a solvent which is a volatile substance.
The temperature sensitive agent 26 is applied in the thickness direction between the 1 st skin side sheet 24a and the 2 nd skin side sheet 24b (at least one of the non-skin side of the 1 st skin side sheet 24a and the skin side of the 2 nd skin side sheet 24 b). in the present embodiment, the non-skin side of the 1 st skin side sheet 24a (the black portion in fig. 4) is not applied in a place where it contacts the skin of the wearer. The temperature sensitive agent 26 of the present embodiment is gasified and reaches the skin of the wearer, and exerts its main temperature sensitive effect. The vaporization of the temperature sensitive agent 26 will be described in detail later.
The temperature sensitive agent 26 may be provided in the absorbent core 22. That is, the temperature sensitive agent 26 may be provided on at least one of the absorbent core 22 and the skin side sheets (the 1 st skin side sheet 24a and the 2 nd skin side sheet 24 b).
The thermal stimulant is preferably a plant-derived compound from the viewpoint of the wearer's feeling of comfort. Examples of the warm-feeling stimulants include capsaicin (capsicoside), capsaicin (LD 50: 47mg/kg, molecular weight: 305), capsaicinoids (dihydrocapsaicin, nordihydrocapsaicin, homodihydrocapsaicin, homocapsaicin, synthetic capsaicin, etc.), capsorubin, benzyl nicotinate (LD 50: 2188mg/kg, molecular weight: 213), β -butoxyethyl nicotinate, N-acyl vanillylamide, vanillyl nonanoate, polyhydric alcohol, paprika, capsicum tincture, capsicum extract, vanillyl nonanoate, vanillyl alcohol alkyl ether derivatives (e.g., vanillyl ethyl ether, vanillyl butyl ether (LD 50: 4900mg/kg, molecular weight: 210), vanillyl amyl ether, vanillyl hexyl ether), isovanillyl alcohol alkyl ether, ethyl vanillyl alcohol alkyl ether, resveratrol derivatives, substituted benzyl alcohol alkyl ethers, vanillin propylene glycol acetal, and propylene glycol derivative, Ethyl vanillin propylene glycol acetal, ginger extract, ginger oil, gingerol (LD 50: 250mg/kg, molecular weight: 294), zingerone, hesperidin, pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, and any combination thereof.
The solvent is not particularly limited as long as it can contain a temperature sensitive stimulant, and examples thereof include lipophilic solvents and hydrophilic solvents. The solvent is capable of dissolving, dispersing, etc., the warming stimulant, for example.
Examples of the lipophilic solvent include oils and fats, for example, natural oils (for example, fatty acid esters such as triglycerides, coconut oil, linseed oil, and tri (caprylic/capric) glyceride), hydrocarbons (for example, paraffin, for example, liquid paraffin), and the like.
Examples of the hydrophilic solvent include water and alcohol. Examples of the alcohol include lower alcohols such as methanol, ethanol, ethylene glycol and glycerol, and higher alcohols such as octanol, lauryl alcohol and myristyl alcohol.
In addition, the warming agent 26 preferably stimulates a temperature sensitive TRP channel. For example, TRPV1, which is one of temperature-sensitive TRP channels, is activated by stimulation with capsaicin, acid, or the like. Further, when TRPV1 of the wearer is activated, heat generation is caused via the sympathetic nervous system (the wearer generates heat in the body).
That is, it is preferable that the wearer is warmed without raising the temperature of the wearer itself, such as capsaicin, rather than the temperature of the wearer itself, such as a disposable warmer for carrying. In this way, the wearer can feel cool and warm without being burnt by low temperature or being burned.
Further, the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 is difficult to be produced unless it is in direct contact with the skin of the wearer. That is, for example, although a volatile substance such as a perfume can exhibit an effect of suppressing peripheral odor when it is a gas, the temperature sensitive agent 26 exerts its main effect by being in direct contact with the skin of the wearer after being vaporized. Therefore, the wearer can gradually feel the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 on the skin by bringing the temperature sensitive agent 26 into contact with the skin of the wearer through the nonwoven fabric or the like.
Fig. 5 is a view showing the coated region 26p and the non-coated region 26n of the temperature sensitive agent 26. As shown in fig. 5, the temperature sensitive agent 26 is applied to a pair of application regions 26p (hatched portions in fig. 5) having a predetermined dimension in the width direction and extending in the up-down direction (longitudinal direction). Therefore, a non-coated region 26n where the temperature sensitive agent 26 is not coated along the longitudinal direction is provided at the center portion in the width direction of the absorbent main body 20.
In the present embodiment, a non-coated region 26n having a width of 15mm is provided in the center portion of the absorbent main body 20 in the width direction, and a pair of coated regions 26p having a width of 25mm are provided on both outer sides of the non-coated region 26n in the width direction. The coated region 26p and the non-coated region 26n are regions continuous from the front end to the rear end in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 20.
Next, the vaporization of the temperature sensitive agent 26 will be described. The solvent of the temperature sensitive agent 26 is vaporized in a state containing the temperature sensitive stimulant. That is, the solvent containing the temperature stimulant vaporizes and reaches the skin of the wearer, and the reached temperature stimulant stimulates the temperature sensation of the wearer. That is, in the present embodiment, even if the temperature sensitive agent 26 does not directly contact the skin of the wearer, the temperature sensitive agent 26 is vaporized, and the vaporized temperature sensitive agent 26 contacts the skin of the wearer.
The amount of vaporization of the solvent increases or decreases depending on a change in temperature of the temperature sensitive agent 26 due to transmission of the body temperature of the wearer or the like, and the magnitude of the expansion and contraction operation of the absorbent main body 20 in which the temperature sensitive agent 26 is located (if the expansion and contraction are large, the temperature sensitive agent 26 also moves to a large extent, and the amount of vaporization increases). That is, the amount of vaporization can be adjusted by adjusting the transmission of body temperature to the temperature sensitive agent 26 (e.g., the distance between the temperature sensitive agent 26 and the skin of the wearer), the expansion and contraction of the absorbent main body 20 in which the temperature sensitive agent 26 is located (e.g., the presence or absence of the elastic member), and the like. That is, the strength of the warmth stimulus felt by the wearer and the length of the duration of the effect of the warmth-sensitive agent (the time during which the solvent is vaporized) can be adjusted.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the crotch elastic band 30 is provided at the center portion in the left-right direction (width direction) of the absorbent main body 20 from the front side where the lower abdomen portion abuts to the rear side where the hip portion abuts via the crotch portion. That is, the absorbent body 20 is provided with a crotch elastic band 30 along the vertical direction (longitudinal direction).
Since the crotch elastic band 30 is joined to the non-skin side sheet 24c in a continuously stretched state and then cut for each absorbent article 1, the crotch elastic band 30 in the non-joined portion contracts toward the joined portion after cutting, and the crotch elastic band 30 in the non-stretched state is provided in the absorbent main body 20. That is, the crotch elastic band 30 is provided at the front end of the crotch elastic band 30 in an unstretched state.
Since this portion has higher rigidity than a portion where the crotch elastic band 30 is not provided, it is difficult to collapse the shape of the absorbent body 20 after the absorbent body 20 is deformed into a cup shape (a U shape as viewed from the left-right direction in a pants-type) when the absorbent article 1 is worn. That is, in the pants-type absorbent article 1, for example, when a force for deforming the absorbent body 20 is applied from the upper side in the vertical direction, if a portion where the crotch elastic band 30 is not extended is provided, the portion has higher rigidity and is less likely to be deformed than a portion where the crotch elastic band 30 is not provided, and thus the shape of the absorbent body 20 can be made less likely to collapse.
The crotch elastic band 30 of the present embodiment is provided on the non-skin side of the non-skin side sheet 24c on the non-skin side of the absorbent core 22, but is not limited thereto, and may be provided on the skin side of the non-skin side sheet 24c, or may be provided not only on the non-skin side but also on the skin side of the absorbent core 22, for example.
The member for stretching the absorbent body 20 is not limited to the crotch elastic band 30, and a stretchable nonwoven fabric or a stretchable film may be used.
The hinge 40 is formed in a concave shape recessed from the skin side toward the non-skin side on the skin side of the absorbent main body 20 (absorbent core 22) as shown in fig. 4, so that the absorbent main body 20 deforms (becomes a deformed fold) along the wearer's body when the wearer wears the absorbent article 1.
The concave shape of the hinge 40 of the present embodiment is formed by compressing the absorbent main body 20 (absorbent core 22) coated with the temperature sensitive agent 26 from the skin side. That is, the inflection portion 40 is a compressed groove in which the density of the absorbent core 22 is higher than the density around it.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a front side folded portion 41 having a predetermined length in the width direction is provided at the front side end portion in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent core 22, and at a portion where mainly the lower abdomen portion comes into contact when worn. The front side folded part 41 is mainly provided so that the absorbent main body 20 is along the lower abdomen part.
Further, a plurality of the bent portions 42 paired in the width direction are provided at predetermined intervals on the rear side in the longitudinal direction of the front bent portion 41. The pair of turning parts 42 are mainly provided in such a manner that the absorbent main body 20 is along the crotch part and the buttocks.
In addition, the depth of the concave portion of the folded portion 40 of the present embodiment is not constant, but there are shallow portions and deep portions, and the deformation of the absorbent main body 20 is adjusted by adjusting the depth of the concave portion of the folded portion 40.
The three-dimensional gathers 50 are provided to abut against the peripheries of the thighs of the wearer and suppress leakage of liquid from the inside. That is, the three-dimensional gathers 50 are provided at both ends in the width direction of the absorbent main body 20 as a pair of three-dimensional gathers 50 corresponding to the legs, respectively.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the pair of three-dimensional gathers 50 has an adhesive area 54 (corresponding to a joining area) in which an adhesive is applied to the front upper end portion and the rear upper end portion, respectively, and is joined to the first skin side sheet 24a in the adhesive area 54. That is, the pair of three-dimensional gathers 50 have adhesive regions 54 for fixing the pair of three-dimensional gathers 50 at the respective front and rear upper end portions.
< < < packaging for absorbent article 1 > >)
The absorbent article 1 of the present embodiment is folded after being formed into a pants-type shape, and 1 absorbent article 1 is put into 1 packaging container and packaged. That is, the absorbent article 1 is individually packaged, and is folded in a packaged state.
Hereinafter, the absorbent article 1 in a packaged state will be described with reference to fig. 6 to 9. Fig. 6 is a plan view schematically showing a longitudinal fold line BL, a left side fold line LB, and a right side fold line RB in a front view of the pant-type absorbent article 1. Fig. 7 is a plan view of the pants-type absorbent article 1 in which the left side extension 10L and the right side extension 10R are folded inward, and a cross-sectional view of the lower side of the article as viewed from B-B. The left side of fig. 8 is a schematic plan view of the pants-type absorbent article 1 folded in the vertical direction with a longitudinal folding line BL as a fold, and the right side is a schematic side view of the absorbent main body 20 as viewed from the right side. Fig. 9 is a plan view of the absorbent main body 20 showing the position of the longitudinal folding line BL of the absorbent main body 20.
As shown in fig. 7, the absorbent article 1 of the present embodiment is packaged by being placed in a packaging container in a state of being folded in the vertical direction with a vertical folding line BL along the horizontal direction as a fold after folding the left extending portion 10L in the left folding line LB toward the inside (right side) and the right extending portion 10R in the right folding line RB toward the inside (left side).
That is, the absorbent article 1 has a left side folding line LB as a fold line when at least a part of the left side extension portion 10L is folded to the right side and a right side folding line RB as a fold line when at least a part of the right side extension portion 10R is folded to the left side.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, both the left extending portion 10L and the right extending portion 10R are folded back. In addition, either of the left side extension 10L and the right side extension 10R may be folded first.
In the state shown in fig. 7, the left extending portion 10L and the right extending portion 10R folded inward overlap the application region 26p when viewed in the front-rear direction. That is, in the state before the absorbent article 1 is folded in the up-down direction, at least a part of the temperature sensitive agent 26 overlaps at least one of the left extending portion 10L folded with the left folding line LB as a fold and the right extending portion 10R folded with the right folding line RB as a fold when viewed in the front-back direction.
In the pair of leg hole openings 1b, the left extending portion 10L and the right extending portion 10R overlap each other in the vertical direction (the range of 1bY shown in fig. 7). That is, the absorbent article 1 has a pair of leg hole openings 1b on both sides in the left-right direction, and at least a part of the pair of leg hole openings 1b overlaps at least one of the left side extension portion 10L and the right side extension portion 10R in the vertical direction in the packaged state.
In a state where both the left extending portion 10L and the right extending portion 10R are folded inward in the left-right direction, the absorbent article 1 is folded in the up-down direction with a longitudinal folding line BL along the left-right direction as a fold line, as shown in fig. 8. That is, at least one of the left extended portion 10L folded with the left folding line LB as a fold and the right extended portion 10R folded with the right folding line RB as a fold is folded in the vertical direction with the vertical folding line BL as a fold.
The absorbent article 1 is packaged in this state, and therefore, the left and right extending portions 10L and 10R folded in the up-down direction overlap with the temperature sensitive agent 26 as viewed in the front-back direction. That is, in the absorbent article 1, at least a part of the temperature sensitive agent 26 overlaps at least one of the left side extension portion 10L and the right side extension portion 10R folded in the up-down direction when viewed in the front-back direction in the packaged state.
< position of longitudinal folding line BL >
Next, a positional relationship between a position of the vertical folding line BL in the vertical direction and each member and the like provided in the absorbent article 1 will be described. Specifically, the positional relationship between each adhesive region 54 of the absorbent main body 20, the temperature sensitive agent 26 (coated region 26p), the crotch elastic band 30, the hinge 40, and the pair of three-dimensional gathers 50 and the longitudinal folding line BL will be described.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the absorbent main body 20 and the longitudinal folding line BL are positioned below the upper end of the absorbent main body 20 (the upper end of the rear upper end 20 Be) in the state before the absorbent article 1 is folded in the vertical direction. That is, in the packaged state, at least a part of the absorbent main body 20 is folded in the vertical direction with the longitudinal folding line BL as a fold.
As shown in fig. 8, in a state where the front upper end portion 20Fe of the absorbent main body 20 and the rear upper end portion 20Be of the absorbent main body 20 are overlapped in the thickness direction in a state before the absorbent article 1 is folded in the up-down direction, the absorbent main body 20 is folded in the up-down direction such that the non-skin side surface of the rear upper end portion 20Be of the absorbent main body 20 is opposed to the non-skin side surface of the absorbent main body 20 on the lower side than the longitudinal folding line BL and on the front and rear sides.
As shown in the schematic plan view of fig. 7, at least a part of the temperature sensitive agent 26 is provided below the longitudinal folding line BL in the state before the absorbent article 1 is folded in the vertical direction.
When attempting to observe the sizes of the upper and lower regions of the application region 26p with the vertical folding line BL as a boundary, the application region 26p on the upper side of the vertical folding line BL is smaller than the application region 26p on the lower side of the vertical folding line BL in the state before the absorbent article 1 is folded in the vertical direction.
As shown in fig. 8, at least a part of the temperature sensitive agent 26 is provided so as to overlap the longitudinal folding line BL in a state where at least a part of the absorbent main body 20 is folded in the vertical direction with the longitudinal folding line BL as a fold.
As shown in fig. 9, the crotch elastic band 30 and the longitudinal folding line BL do not overlap when viewed in the front-rear direction. That is, in the packaged state, the crotch elastic band 30 is not folded in the vertical direction with the longitudinal folding line BL as a fold.
As shown in fig. 9, the pair of folding portions 42 on the rear side of the absorbent main body 20 overlap the longitudinal folding line BL when viewed in the front-rear direction with respect to the folding portions 40 and the longitudinal folding line BL. That is, in the packaged state, at least a part of the hinge 40 is folded in the vertical direction with the longitudinal folding line BL as a fold.
As shown in fig. 9, the adhesive region 54 and the longitudinal folding line BL of the pair of three-dimensional gathers 50 overlap the longitudinal folding line BL on both the front side and the rear side of the absorbent main body 20 when viewed in the front-rear direction. That is, in the packaged state, at least a part of the adhesive region 54 is folded in the vertical direction with the longitudinal folding line BL as a fold.
< < < effectiveness in relation to the present embodiment > >)
In the absorbent article 1 including the temperature sensitive agent 26, the temperature sensitive agent 26 may be vaporized and discharged during wearing, and the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 may not be sufficiently exhibited.
In contrast, the pants-type absorbent article 1 of the present embodiment includes: an absorbent main body 20 including a liquid-absorbent core 22 and skin side sheets (a 1 st skin side sheet 24a and a 2 nd skin side sheet 24b) provided on the skin side of the absorbent core 22; and a waist member 10 which is arranged to overlap with the non-skin side of the absorbent main body 20 and which is stretchable in the left-right direction, wherein a temperature sensitive agent 26 is provided on at least one of the absorbent core 22 and the skin side sheet (the 1 st skin side sheet 24a and the 2 nd skin side sheet 24b) (the 1 st skin side sheet 24a in the present embodiment), the pants-type absorbent article 1 is packaged in a state of being folded in the up-down direction with a longitudinal folding line BL along the left-right direction as a fold, and at least a part of the temperature sensitive agent 26 is provided at a position lower than the longitudinal folding line BL in a state before the pants-type absorbent article 1 is folded in the up-down direction. Therefore, the discharge of the vaporized temperature sensitive agent 26 can be suppressed.
When the absorbent article 1 is folded in the vertical direction on the vertical folding line BL, the fold line of the vertical folding line BL functions to be divided into a space (hatched portion in the cross-sectional schematic view of fig. 7) on the lower side of the vertical folding line BL and on the inner side (skin side) of the absorbent article 1 and a space on the upper side of the vertical folding line BL and on the inner side (skin side) of the absorbent article 1 in a state before the absorbent article 1 is folded in the vertical direction. In this way, the space below the vertical folding line BL partitioned by the vertical folding line BL is separated from the space outside the absorbent article 1 communicating through the waistline opening 1 a. That is, when the absorbent article 1 is folded in the vertical direction at the vertical folding line BL, the fold line of the vertical folding line BL functions as a lid of the waistline opening 1a in the packaged state, and therefore, the discharge of the vaporized temperature sensitive agent 26 can be suppressed.
In the present embodiment, the absorbent body 20 has the application region 26p on which the temperature sensitive agent 26 is applied in a predetermined region along the vertical direction, and the application region 26p of the absorbent body 20 on the upper side of the longitudinal folding line BL is smaller than the application region 26p of the absorbent body 20 on the lower side of the longitudinal folding line BL in the state before the pants-type absorbent article 1 is folded in the vertical direction.
That is, the fold line of the longitudinal folding line BL can function as a lid of the waistline opening 1a in the packaged state with respect to the region exceeding the half of the application region 26 p. That is, the discharge of the vaporized temperature sensitive agent 26 is further suppressed.
In the present embodiment, before the pants-type absorbent article 1 is folded in the vertical direction, the longitudinal folding line BL is positioned below the upper end of the absorbent main body 20 (the upper end of the rear upper end 20 Be), and at least a part of the absorbent main body 20 is folded in the vertical direction with the longitudinal folding line BL as a fold line in the packaged state.
According to this state, compared to the case where only the waistline member 10 is folded in the up-down direction, since the waistline member 10 is folded in the up-down direction in a state where the rigidity is improved, the absorbent main body 20 can be formed with a habitual bend along the longitudinal folding line BL and can be firmly folded in the up-down direction. That is, the fold line of the longitudinal folding line BL can function as a strong cover for the waistline opening 1a in the packaged state, and can further suppress the discharge of vaporized volatile substances.
In the present embodiment, at least a part of the temperature sensitive agent 26 is provided so as to overlap the longitudinal folding line BL in a state where at least a part of the absorbent main body 20 is folded in the vertical direction with the longitudinal folding line BL as a fold.
When the absorbent main body 20 is packaged (held for a long period of time) in a state in which it is folded with the longitudinal folding line BL as a fold, the absorbent main body 20 is formed with a habitual fold along the longitudinal folding line BL. Further, when the temperature sensitive agent 26 is applied to the habitual bend, a temperature sensitive effect due to the shape of the habitual bend can be imparted to the wearer. That is, if the habitual bending is a shape protruding from the non-skin side toward the skin side, the temperature sensitive agent 26 comes close to the skin of the wearer, and therefore, the temperature of the temperature sensitive agent 26 rises by the body temperature of the wearer to promote vaporization thereof, and the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be improved. Further, if the habitual bending is a shape protruding from the skin side toward the non-skin side, the temperature sensitive agent 26 is away from the skin of the wearer, and therefore irritation of the wearer by the temperature sensitive agent 26 is suppressed, and vaporization of the temperature sensitive agent 26 is suppressed, so that the temperature sensitive effect can be sustained for a long period of time.
In the present embodiment, the absorbent main body 20 is folded in the up-down direction such that the non-skin side surface of the rear upper end portion 20Be of the absorbent main body 20 in the state before the pants-type absorbent article 1 is folded in the up-down direction faces the non-skin side surface of the absorbent main body 20 on the front and rear sides below the longitudinal folding line BL.
That is, since the temperature sensitive agent 26 located at the habitual bend is formed in the sacral portion of the wearer so as to protrude from the non-skin side toward the skin side, and the temperature sensitive agent 26 located at the habitual bend is close to the sacral portion of the wearer, the temperature of the temperature sensitive agent 26 is increased by the body temperature of the wearer to promote vaporization thereof, and the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be enhanced in the sacral portion.
In the present embodiment, the absorbent body 20 is folded in the vertical direction such that the non-skin side surface of the rear upper end 20Be of the absorbent body 20 is opposed to the non-skin side surface of the absorbent body 20 on the front and rear sides below the longitudinal folding line BL, in a state where the front upper end 20Fe of the absorbent body 20 and the rear upper end 20Be of the absorbent body 20 are overlapped in the thickness direction in a state before the pants-type absorbent article 1 is folded in the vertical direction.
That is, compared to the case where only the rear or front absorbent main body 20 is folded in the vertical direction, the absorbent main body can be folded in the vertical direction with the rigidity improved, and therefore, the absorbent main body can be folded firmly in the vertical direction. That is, the fold of the longitudinal fold line functions as a strong lid for the waistline opening 1a in the packaged state, and the discharge of the vaporized volatile substance can be further suppressed.
In addition, the absorbent body 20 on the front side (ventral side) is formed with a habitual bend that protrudes from the skin side to the non-skin side. This habitual bending causes temperature sensitive agent 26 to be away from the skin of the wearer, thereby suppressing irritation of temperature sensitive agent 26 to the wearer and suppressing vaporization of temperature sensitive agent 26, and thus enabling the temperature sensitive effect to be sustained for a long period of time. In addition, since the habitual bending is likely to bulge along the lower abdomen, the feeling of pressure when wearing can be suppressed.
In the present embodiment, the waist member 10 has the left side extending portion 10L positioned on the left side of the left end of the absorbent main body 20 and the right side extending portion 10R positioned on the right side of the right end of the absorbent main body 20, the pant-type absorbent article 1 has the left side folding line LB as a fold when at least a part of the left side extending portion 10L is folded to the right side and the right side folding line RB as a fold when at least a part of the right side extending portion 10R is folded to the right side, and at least a part of the temperature sensitive agent 26 overlaps at least one of the left side extending portion 10L folded with the left side folding line LB as a fold and the right side extending portion 10R folded with the right side folding line RB as a fold when viewed in the front-rear direction before the pant-type absorbent article 1 is folded in the up-down direction.
That is, at least one (both in the present embodiment) of the left and right extending portions 10L and 10R folded inward in the left-right direction is packed in a state of being overlapped with the temperature sensitive agent 26 in the front-rear direction, and therefore, the discharge of the vaporized temperature sensitive agent 26 (discharged from the non-skin side sheet 24 c) in the front-rear direction can be suppressed.
In the present embodiment, at least one of the left extended portion 10L folded with the left folding line LB as a fold and the right extended portion 10R folded with the right folding line RB as a fold is folded in the vertical direction with the longitudinal folding line BL as a fold, and at least a part of the temperature sensitive agent 26 overlaps at least one of the left extended portion 10L and the right extended portion 10R folded in the vertical direction when viewed in the front-back direction in the packaged state.
That is, in addition to at least one (both in the present embodiment) of the left and right extending portions 10L and 10R folded inward in the left-right direction, at least one (both in the present embodiment) of the left and right extending portions 10L and 10R folded in the up-down direction is packed in a state of being overlapped with the temperature sensitive agent 26 in the front-back direction, and therefore, the discharge of the vaporized temperature sensitive agent 26 (discharged from the non-skin side sheet 24 c) in the front-back direction can be further suppressed.
In the present embodiment, a pair of leg hole openings 1b are provided on both sides in the left-right direction, and at least a part of the pair of leg hole openings 1b overlaps at least one of the left protruding portion 10L and the right protruding portion 10R in the vertical direction in the packaged state.
That is, at least one (both in the present embodiment) of the left protruding portion 10L and the right protruding portion 10R overlaps the pair of leg hole openings 1b in the vertical direction, and functions as a lid for the pair of leg hole openings 1b in the packaged state, and therefore, the discharge of the vaporized temperature sensitive agent 26 can be suppressed.
In the present embodiment, a pair of three-dimensional gathers 50 are provided along the vertical direction at both ends in the left-right direction of the absorbent main body 20, the pair of three-dimensional gathers 50 have adhesive regions 54 for fixing the pair of three-dimensional gathers 50 at the front upper end and the rear upper end, respectively, and at least a part of the adhesive regions 54 is folded up in the vertical direction with the longitudinal folding line BL as a fold in the packaged state.
Since the adhesive region 54 has higher rigidity than the region other than the adhesive region 54, the absorbent article 1 can be folded firmly in the vertical direction if the adhesive region 54 is folded along the longitudinal folding line BL. That is, the fold line of the longitudinal fold line BL further functions as a lid of the waistline opening 1a in the packaged state, and discharge of the vaporized temperature sensitive agent 26 can be further suppressed. In addition, the absorbent article 1 is firmly folded in the up-down direction, and therefore the habitual bending of the absorbent main body 20 can be more strongly formed.
In the present embodiment, the absorbent core 22 is provided with the folded part 40 in which the density of the absorbent core 22 is higher than the density of the surrounding area, and at least a part of the folded part 40 is folded in the vertical direction with the longitudinal folding line BL as a fold line in the packaged state.
Since the hinge 40 has higher rigidity than the region not including the hinge 40, the absorbent article 1 can be folded firmly in the vertical direction if the hinge 40 is a fold of the longitudinal fold line BL.
In the present embodiment, the crotch rubber band 30 is provided along the vertical direction in the center portion in the horizontal direction of the absorbent main body 20, and the crotch rubber band 30 is not folded in the vertical direction with the longitudinal folding line BL as a fold line in the packaged state.
That is, since the crotch rubber band 30 is not formed with the habitual bending along the longitudinal folding line BL, the adverse effect on the stretching function of the crotch rubber band 30 can be suppressed.
In the present embodiment, the absorbent body 20 includes, as a skin side sheet, a 1 st skin side sheet 24a located closest to the skin side and a 2 nd skin side sheet 24b located between the 1 st skin side sheet 24a and the absorbent core 22, and the temperature sensitive agent 26 is provided on at least one of the non-skin side of the 1 st skin side sheet 24a and the 2 nd skin side sheet 24 b.
When the temperature sensitive agent 26 is provided on the inner surface (skin side surface) of the absorbent article 1, the temperature sensitive agent 26 directly contacts the wearer, and therefore, the irritation to the wearer is excessively strong, which may cause skin problems such as reddening, itching, or rash in the skin of the wearer. Further, if the temperature sensitive agent 26 is provided on the outer surface (surface on the non-skin side) of the absorbent article 1, even if the non-skin side sheet 24c allows gas to pass through, the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 cannot be sufficiently exhibited if the temperature sensitive agent 26 is too far away from the skin of the wearer.
In contrast, in the present embodiment, the temperature sensitive agent 26 is applied to the non-skin side of the 1 st skin side sheet 24a closest to the skin of the wearer without directly contacting the skin of the wearer. That is, since inappropriate positions (inner surface and outer surface) in the thickness direction of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be avoided and the temperature sensitive agent 26 is brought close to the skin of the wearer, the temperature of the temperature sensitive agent 26 is increased by the body temperature of the wearer to promote vaporization thereof, and the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be enhanced.
Other embodiments are also possible
The above-described embodiments are intended to facilitate understanding of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention. It is needless to say that the present invention can be modified and improved without departing from the gist thereof, and the present invention includes equivalents thereof.
In the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the pants-type absorbent article 1 is first folded back with the left side extended portion 10L (right side extended portion 10R) folded along the left side folding line LB (right side folding line RB), and then folded up in the vertical direction with the vertical folding line BL folded so that the members on the back side face each other, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the pants-type absorbent article 1 may be packaged by first folding the left side extension 10L (right side extension 10R) to the abdomen side with the left side folding line LB (right side folding line RB) as a fold, and then folding the abdomen side member in the vertical direction with the vertical folding line BL as a fold so as to face the abdomen side member.
According to the pants-type absorbent article 1, as in the above-described embodiment, since the fold line of the longitudinal folding line BL functions as a lid of the waist opening 1a in the packaged state, the discharge of the vaporized temperature sensitive agent 26 can be suppressed.
The rear waist member 10b has a portion covering the buttocks, and therefore generally has a shape larger than the front waist member 10f in plan view (a hatched portion shown in fig. 6).
That is, when the left extended portion 10L (right extended portion 10R) is folded to the abdomen side with the left folding line LB (right folding line RB) as a fold, the portion of the left extended portion 10L (right extended portion 10R) covering the buttocks (hatched portion shown in fig. 6) is overlapped so as to close the pair of leg hole openings 1b, and therefore, functions as a strong cover for the pair of leg hole openings 1b in a packaged state, and discharge of the vaporized temperature sensitive agent 26 can be further suppressed.
Further, since the front side (ventral side) of the absorbent main body 20 is formed in a shape that protrudes from the non-skin side toward the skin side, the habitual bend can be strongly brought into contact with the lower abdomen. That is, since the temperature sensitive agent 26 which is positioned at the habitually bent portion is close to the skin of the wearer, the temperature of the temperature sensitive agent 26 rises by the body temperature of the wearer to promote vaporization, and the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 in the lower abdominal region can be improved.
On the other hand, since the habitual bend of the back side (back side) of the absorbent main body 20 is formed in a shape protruding from the skin side to the non-skin side, the temperature sensitive agent 26 applied to the habitual bend is away from the sacral region. That is, since the irritation of the temperature sensitive agent 26 to the wearer is suppressed and the vaporization of the temperature sensitive agent 26 is suppressed, the temperature sensitive effect can be sustained for a long period of time. In addition, since the habitual bending is likely to bulge along the sacral portion (hip), the feeling of pressure during wearing can be suppressed.
In the above embodiment, the package of the pants-type absorbent article 1 is an independent package in which 1 pant-type absorbent article 1 is folded and placed in 1 packaging container, but the present invention is not limited to this, and a plurality of pants-type absorbent articles 1 may be folded and placed in a plurality of packaging containers 1.
From a plurality of packages, for example, the following conditions are considered: in order to use 1 piece of the pants-type absorbent article 1, after the packaging container is opened, 1 or a plurality of the pants-type absorbent articles 1 are stored in the opened packaging container. In this situation, the vaporized temperature sensitive agent 26 present in the space inside the absorbent article 1 becomes an environment in which it is easy to discharge. That is, when the pants-type absorbent article 1 is folded as in the above-described embodiment, the discharge of the vaporized temperature sensitive agent 26 can be suppressed as compared with the case where the pants-type absorbent article 1 is not folded.
In the above embodiment, the temperature sensitive agent 26 is used as an example of the volatile substance, but the temperature sensitive agent 26 is not limited thereto, and for example, a cold sensitive agent may be used. When the cooling agent is used, the discomfort caused by stuffiness and stickiness of the wearer can be reduced.
That is, with the absorbent article 1 including the cooling agent (temperature-sensitive agent 26), the volatile substance can improve the cooling effect (temperature-sensitive effect) of the wearer as compared with the case other than the cooling agent (temperature-sensitive agent 26).
The mechanism (mechanism) by which the aforementioned temperature sensitive agent 26 is vaporized to exert its effect is the same as for the cooling agent and the fragrance described later, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
Examples of the psychrophilic agents include menthol (e.g., l-menthol) and derivatives thereof (e.g., menthyl lactate), methyl salicylate, camphor, essential oils derived from plants (e.g., peppermint and eucalyptus), and the like. In addition, the psychrotolerant preferably stimulates a temperature-sensitive TRP channel, as in the case of the warming agent 26.
In the above embodiment, the temperature sensitive agent 26 is used as an example of the volatile substance, but the temperature sensitive agent 26 is not limited thereto, and for example, a perfume may be used. The perfume may be used instead of the temperature sensitive agent 26, or may be used together with the temperature sensitive agent 26. As the perfume, the same perfumes as those conventionally used in the art can be used.
In addition, in the case of a green herbal flavor (green herbal fragrance), in particular, the flavor can safely and easily alleviate particularly psychologically unpleasant symptoms without causing physical irritation to the body and without requiring oral administration. In addition, comfort can be obtained.
Green herbal-type aroma is a note that contains either green (green note) or herbal (herbal note). The green fragrance refers to the fresh fragrance of grass and tender leaves. The herbal aroma (herbaceous note) is a note characterized by the note of medicinal plants in nature using herbaceous plants.
Perfume compositions containing perfumes having a green herbal-type aroma preferably contain a perfume selected from the group consisting of cis-3-hexenol, cis-3-hexenol formate, cis-3-hexenol acetate, cis-3-hexenol propionate, cis-3-hexenol butyrate, trans-2-hexenal, trans-2-hexenol acetate, hexyl acetate, methylphenylmethyl acetate, 2-methyl-3- (3, 4-methylenedioxyphenyl) -propanal (IFF company name, helional), 3- (4) -5- (5-ethylbicyclo [2,2,1] heptyl-2) -cyclohexanol, allyl 2-pentoxyglycolate (IFF company name, galbanum ester), 4-methyl-3-decen-5-ol (Givaudan company name, methyl decenol), hexanal, 2, 4-dimethyl-3-cyclohexenylformaldehyde (IFF company name, privet aldehyde), and phenylacetaldehyde. Commercially available perfumes can be used. Fragrances containing them produce mainly green fragrances.
The perfume composition containing perfume with green herbaceous fragrance preferably further contains 1 or more than 2 perfumes selected from l-menthol, 1, 8-cineole, methyl salicylate, citronellal, camphor, borneol, isobornyl acetate, terpinyl acetate, eugenol, anethole, 4-methoxybenzyl methanol and artemisinine. Fragrances containing them produce mainly green fragrances.
