= = = regarding the absorbent article of the present embodiment= = =
As an example of the absorbent article having a volatile material according to the present embodiment, a pants-type absorbent article 1 (hereinafter, also simply referred to as an absorbent article 1) having Wen Ganji (corresponding to a volatile material) described later will be described. In the following description, the absorbent article 1 for physiological use is described, but the absorbent article 1 of the present embodiment also includes, for example, diapers for adults and infants, and the like, and the application is not limited to physiological use.
Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a pants-type absorbent article 1, and fig. 2 is a plan view of the pants-type absorbent article 1 in an expanded state.
In the pants-type state shown in fig. 1, the absorbent article 1 has a "vertical direction", a "horizontal direction", and a "front-rear direction" which intersect with each other. The longitudinal direction of the paper surface in fig. 1 is set to the up-down direction, the upper side (lower side) of the paper surface is set to the up-down direction ("down"), and the left side (right side) of the paper surface is set to the left (right) of the left-right direction in the left-right direction. In the front-rear direction, the side that becomes the abdomen side of the wearer when worn is referred to as the "front side", and the side that becomes the back side of the wearer is referred to as the "back side".
In the unfolded state of the absorbent article 1 shown in fig. 2 (state of expansion on a plane before the pants-type absorbent article 1 is formed into a pants-type), the absorbent article 1 has a "longitudinal direction", a "width direction", and a "thickness direction" which intersect each other. The longitudinal direction of the paper surface of fig. 2 is defined as the longitudinal direction, the upper side (lower side) of the paper surface is defined as the longitudinal direction "front (web side)" ("rear (back side)"), the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction on the paper surface is defined as the width direction, and the left side (right side) of the paper surface is defined as the width direction left (right side). The direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and the width direction (the direction penetrating the paper surface) is referred to as the thickness direction, and the side in contact with the skin of the wearer in the thickness direction is referred to as the "skin side", and the opposite side is referred to as the "non-skin side".
In addition, a plan view (for example, fig. 2) of the present embodiment shows an extended state of the object. Here, the "extended state" refers to a state in which the members shown in the plan view are extended to be free from wrinkles by extending the respective elastic bodies (for example, crotch rubber bands 30, stretchable sheets, and the like described later) provided in the absorbent article 1. For example, fig. 2 shows a state in which the waist member 10 and the absorbent main body 20, which are described later, constituting the absorbent article 1 are elongated until the dimensions thereof match or are close to the dimensions of the individual members.
The absorbent article 1 of the present embodiment includes the waistline member 10 and the absorbent body 20, and a process of producing the waistline member 10 and the absorbent article 1 into a pants type will be described below. Then, the absorbent main body 20 will be described later. In the present embodiment, the absorbent body 20 is provided with a temperature sensitive agent 26.
As shown in fig. 2, the waistline member 10 has a substantially hourglass shape in plan view in the deployed state. That is, the central portion in the longitudinal direction is recessed inward in the width direction, and the recessed portions form a pair of leg hole openings 1b shown in fig. 1 when the pants-type diaper is formed. The waistline member 10 includes an unillustrated stretchable sheet or the like so as to stretch in the width direction. Therefore, the waistline member 10 of the pants-type absorbent article 1 stretches in the left-right direction.
The waistline member 10 includes a front waistline member 10f located forward of the center fold line CL located in the center of the absorbent article 1 in the longitudinal direction, and a rear waistline member 10b located rearward of the center fold line CL. The front waistline member 10f (rear waistline member 10 b) has a waistline front end portion 10ff (waistline rear end portion 10 bf) along the width direction at the front (rear) end portion, and front joining portions 10fe (rear joining portions 10 be) along the length direction provided at both the left and right end portions (both are oblique lines in fig. 2).
In the process of producing the absorbent article 1 into the pants type, first, the absorbent main body 20 is disposed at a predetermined position of the waistline member 10 in the unfolded state, and the absorbent article 1 in the unfolded state is produced. That is, the non-skin-side surface of the absorbent main body 20 is used as a joining surface, and the joining surface is placed on and joined to a predetermined position of the waist member 10 in the unfolded state. That is, the waistline member 10 is superimposed on the non-skin side of the absorbent main body 20 in the thickness direction.
Then, the absorbent main body 20 and the waistline member 10 in the developed state are folded in the longitudinal direction. That is, the absorbent main body 20 and the waist member 10 are folded in the longitudinal direction so that the skin side of the front waist member 10f and the skin side of the rear waist member 10b face each other with the center folding line CL shown in fig. 2 as a fold line.
In this way, the front side joint portion 10fe and the rear side joint portion 10be of the waist member 10 come close to each other, and therefore the left and right front side joint portions 10fe and the rear side joint portion 10be are joined to each other.
That is, the left and right end portions of the waistline member 10 are joined in the longitudinal direction, and therefore the waistline front end portion 10ff and the waistline rear end portion 10bf of the waistline member 10 form a waistline opening portion 1a on the upper side of the waistline member 10.
The waistline member 10 includes a left protruding portion 10L located on the outer side of the absorbent main body 20 in the width direction (on the left side of the broken line shown by LL in fig. 2) and a right protruding portion 10R located on the outer side of the absorbent main body 20 in the width direction (on the right side of the broken line shown by RL in fig. 2). Further, a pair of leg hole openings 1b are formed on both outer sides of the absorbent main body 20 in the left-right direction in a portion recessed inward in the width direction at the central portions in the longitudinal direction of the left-side extension portion 10L and the right-side extension portion 10R.
The pants-type absorbent article 1 has the following structure: the waistline member 10 is abutted against the front side (abdomen) and the rear side (back) of the body of the wearer (abutted against the waistline of the wearer), and does not fall down when worn by the expansion and contraction (fastening to the body) of the waistline member 10 mainly in the left-right direction. Accordingly, the absorbent body 20 joined to the waistline member 10 is supported by the waistline member 10 in the up-down direction in a state of being in contact with the crotch of the wearer (a portion where the absorbent body 20 is in contact with the skin of the wearer when worn, and a portion from the lower abdomen to the sacrum portion of the buttocks (buttocks)) via the crotch.
That is, the absorbent article 1 is a pair of pants-type having an abdomen, a back, and a crotch, and a waist opening and a pair of leg hole openings formed therein, and is supported by a stretchable sheet or the like provided in the waist member so as not to fall down when worn.
In addition, "abutting" refers to abutting contact, and "abutting" refers to at least a portion of the member abutting the wearer. For example, a state in which the stretchable portion in the waistline member 10 is in contact with the wearer, and the non-stretchable portion is not in contact with the wearer is a state in which the waistline member 10 is in contact with the wearer.
As a joining method for joining the absorbent main body 20 and the waistline member 10 and the like, for example, known joining methods such as an adhesive, heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, and a combination thereof can be exemplified.
With respect to the absorbent main body 20>
Next, the absorbent body 20 will be described with reference to fig. 3 to 7. Fig. 3 is a top view of the absorbent body 20, and fig. 4 is a view A-A of fig. 3 and is a schematic cross-sectional view of the absorbent body 20. Fig. 5 to 7 will be described later.
The absorbent body 20 of the present embodiment is a physiological absorbent body 20, and is a so-called sanitary napkin. That is, the absorbent body 20 includes a liquid-absorbent core 22, and the outer peripheral surface of the absorbent core 22 is covered with a core wrap sheet 22 a.
The absorbent core 22 is formed by molding a liquid absorbent material into a predetermined shape, and in the present embodiment, is formed into a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view (a diagonal view of fig. 3) and a convex shape in a cross-section (a hatched portion of fig. 4). As the liquid-absorbent material, a liquid-absorbent fiber such as pulp fiber containing a super absorbent polymer (so-called SAP) and the like can be exemplified. As the core wrap sheet 22a, a liquid-permeable sheet such as tissue paper or nonwoven fabric can be exemplified. In addition, the core wrap sheet 22a may be omitted.
As shown in fig. 4, the absorbent main body 20 includes, in addition to the absorbent core 22, a 1 st skin side sheet 24a, a 2 nd skin side sheet 24b, and a temperature-sensitive agent 26 on the skin side of the absorbent core 22, and includes, on the non-skin side of the absorbent core 22, a crotch band 30 (corresponding to an elastic member) and a non-skin side sheet 24c along the longitudinal direction.
The absorbent main body 20 includes side sheets 24d, and the side sheets 24d are provided so as to extend from the position closest to the non-skin side in the thickness direction to the position closer to the skin than the 1 st skin side sheet 24a at both ends in the width direction of the absorbent main body 20, and are folded back to the non-skin side. A part of the side sheet 24d extending to the skin side forms a three-dimensional gather 50 (corresponding to a leakage preventing wall) described later. That is, a pair of three-dimensional gathers 50 formed by the side panels 24d are provided at both ends in the width direction of the absorbent main body 20.
In order to prevent the temperature sensitive agent 26 from leaking outward, the three-dimensional gather 50 is preferably made of the same number of nonwoven fabrics from the fulcrum to the apex, and more preferably 2 or more sheets.
In addition, a plurality of turning portions 40 (corresponding to compressed grooves) are formed on the skin side of the absorbent main body 20 (absorbent core 22).
The 1 st skin-side sheet 24a is a liquid-permeable sheet member that can be brought into contact with the skin of the wearer when worn, and is formed of, for example, a hydrophilic hot air nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, or the like. The 2 nd skin side sheet 24b is a sheet member having substantially the same function and structure as the 1 st skin side sheet 24a, and is laminated on the non-skin side surface of the 1 st skin side sheet 24 a.
That is, the absorbent main body 20 includes, as skin side sheets, a 1 st skin side sheet 24a located at the position closest to the skin side in the thickness direction, and a 2 nd skin side sheet 24b located between the 1 st skin side sheet 24a and the absorbent core 22 in the thickness direction. The 2 nd skin side sheet 24b may not be necessarily provided in the absorbent main body 20.
The non-skin side sheet 24c may be a liquid impermeable sheet, and examples thereof include a polyethylene film and a polypropylene film. The size of the 1 st skin-side sheet 24a and the non-skin-side sheet 24c is a size covering the entire absorbent core 22.
The side sheet 24d is formed of, for example, a hot air nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, or the like, because it is in local contact with the skin of the wearer when worn.
Wen Ganji 26 to alleviate the symptoms of physiological pain and coldness of the wearer, contains a temperature-sensitive stimulant for warming the wearer subjected to stimulation by applying stimulation to the wearer's temperature-sensitive stimulation, and is provided in a state of being mixed with a solvent which is a volatile substance.
Further, wen Ganji is applied between the 1 st skin-side sheet 24a and the 2 nd skin-side sheet 24b in the thickness direction (at least one of the non-skin side of the 1 st skin-side sheet 24a and the skin side of the 2 nd skin-side sheet 24 b. In this embodiment, the non-skin side of the 1 st skin-side sheet 24 a) (the darkened portion of fig. 4) and is not applied at a place where it is in contact with the skin of the wearer. Wen Ganji 26 of the present embodiment is vaporized to reach the skin of the wearer, and exerts its main temperature-sensitive effect. The vaporization of the temperature sensitive agent 26 will be described in detail later.
Further, wen Ganji can also be provided on the absorbent core 22. That is, the temperature sensitive agent 26 may be provided in at least one of the absorbent core 22 and the skin side sheet (the 1 st skin side sheet 24a and the 2 nd skin side sheet 24 b).
The temperature-sensitive stimulant is preferably a plant-derived compound from the viewpoint of the feeling of mind of the wearer. Examples of the thermal stimulant include capsaicin (capsiside), capsaicin (LD 50:47mg/kg, molecular weight: 305), capsaicin (dihydrocapsaicin, nordihydrocapsaicin, homodihydrocapsaicin, homocapsaicin, synthetic capsaicin, etc.), capsanthin, benzyl nicotinate (LD 50:2188mg/kg, molecular weight: 213), beta-butoxyethyl nicotinate, N-acyl vanillylamide, vanillin nonanoate, polyhydric alcohol, chilli powder, capsicum tincture, capsicum extract, vanillyl ether of nonanoic acid, vanillyl alkyl ether derivatives (e.g., vanillyl diethyl ether, vanillyl butyl ether (LD 50:4900mg/kg, molecular weight: 210), vanillyl amyl ether, vanillyl hexyl ether), isovanillyl alkyl ether, ethyl vanillyl alkyl ether, resveratrol derivatives, substituted benzyl alcohol alkyl ethers, vanillin propylene glycol acetal, ethyl vanillin propylene glycol acetal, ginger oil, gingerol (LD 50:250 mg/kg), oil, pyrrolidone, and combinations thereof.
The solvent is not particularly limited as long as it can contain a temperature-sensitive stimulant, and examples thereof include a lipophilic solvent and a hydrophilic solvent. The solvent is capable of dissolving, dispersing, etc., the temperature sensitive stimulant.
Examples of the lipophilic solvent include oils and fats, for example, natural oils (for example, fatty acid esters such as triglycerides, coconut oil, linseed oil, and tri (caprylic/capric) glycerides), hydrocarbons (for example, paraffin, and liquid paraffin).
Examples of the hydrophilic solvent include water and alcohols. Examples of the alcohol include lower alcohols such as methanol, ethanol, ethylene glycol, and glycerol, and higher alcohols such as octanol, lauryl alcohol, and myristyl alcohol.
Fig. 5 is a view showing the coated region 26p and the uncoated region 26n of the temperature-sensitive agent 26. As shown in fig. 5, wen Ganji is applied to a pair of application areas 26p (hatched portions in fig. 5) having a predetermined dimension in the width direction and in the length direction. Therefore, a non-coated region 26n along the longitudinal direction in which the temperature sensitive agent 26 is not coated is provided at the widthwise center of the absorbent main body 20.
In the present embodiment, a non-coating region 26n having a width of 15mm is provided at the center in the width direction of the absorbent main body 20, and a pair of coating regions 26p having a width of 25mm are provided on both outer sides in the width direction of the non-coating region 26n. The coated region 26p and the uncoated region 26n are continuous regions from the front end to the rear end in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 20.
Next, vaporization of the temperature sensitive agent 26 will be described. The solvent of the temperature sensitive agent 26 is gasified in a state of containing the temperature sensitive stimulant. That is, the solvent containing the temperature-sensitive stimulant evaporates to reach the skin of the wearer, and the reached temperature-sensitive stimulant stimulates the temperature sensation of the wearer. That is, in the present embodiment, even if the Wen Ganji is not directly contacted with the skin of the wearer, the vaporized temperature-sensitive agent 26 is vaporized, and the vaporized temperature-sensitive agent 26 is contacted with the skin of the wearer.
The amount of vaporization of the solvent increases or decreases according to the temperature change of the temperature-sensitive agent 26 caused by the transmission of the body temperature of the wearer or the like, and the magnitude of the expansion/contraction operation of the absorbent main body 20 in which the Wen Ganji is located (if the expansion/contraction is large, the temperature-sensitive agent 26 also moves to a large extent, and the amount of vaporization increases). That is, the amount of vaporization can be adjusted by adjusting the transfer of body temperature to the temperature-sensitive agent 26 (distance between Wen Ganji and the skin of the wearer, etc.), the expansion and contraction of the absorbent body 20 in which Wen Ganji is located (presence or absence of an elastic member, etc.), and the like. That is, the intensity of the temperature-sensitive stimulus felt by the wearer and the duration of time (the time for which the solvent evaporates) for which the effect of the temperature-sensitive agent is exerted can be adjusted.
Fig. 6 is a view showing an elastic region 30A formed by the crotch rubber band 30. The crotch rubber band 30 is provided so that the absorbent body 20 is at least along the crotch of the wearer by expanding and contracting the absorbent body 20. As shown in fig. 6, the crotch rubber band 30 is provided such that an elastic region 30A (hatched portion in fig. 6) is formed in at least a part of the region MA that becomes the right middle when the absorbent main body 20 is equally divided in the longitudinal direction 3.
In the present embodiment, a crotch rubber band 30 is provided which extends from a front region FA in which the absorbent main body 20 mainly in the lower abdomen is in contact with is equal in the longitudinal direction 3, through a region MA in which the absorbent main body 20 mainly in the crotch is in contact with is equal in the longitudinal direction 3, to a rear region BA in which the absorbent main body 20 mainly in the buttocks is in contact with is equal in the longitudinal direction 3.
The crotch rubber band 30 of the present embodiment has the same length in the longitudinal direction, and is provided in 4 rows at equal intervals at a pitch of 12mm so as to be laterally symmetrical in the width direction of the absorbent main body 20. That is, as shown in fig. 6, the 1 st crotch rubber band 31, the 2 nd crotch rubber band 32, the 3 rd crotch rubber band 33, and the 4 th crotch rubber band 34 are arranged in this order from the left.
The 4 crotch elastic bands 30 (1 st crotch elastic band 31 to 4 th crotch elastic band 34) form elastic regions 30A having both ends 30e in the longitudinal direction of each crotch elastic band 30 as outer edges in the longitudinal direction and having the crotch elastic bands 30 on both sides located at the outermost positions in the width direction as outer edges in the width direction (having the 1 st crotch elastic band 31 as the left outer edge and the 4 th crotch elastic band 34 as the right outer edge).
Further, since the crotch band 30 is cut for each absorbent article 1 after being joined to the non-skin-side sheet 24c in a continuously stretched state, the crotch band 30 in the non-joined portion is contracted toward the joined portion after the cutting, and the crotch band 30 in the non-stretched state is provided. That is, the crotch rubber band 30 is provided in an unstretched state at the front end of the crotch rubber band 30.
Since this portion has higher rigidity than a portion where the crotch band 30 is not provided, it is difficult to collapse the shape of the absorbent main body 20 after the absorbent main body 20 is deformed into a cup shape (a U-shape when viewed from the left-right direction in the pants-type). That is, in the pants-type absorbent article 1, for example, when a force for deforming the absorbent main body 20 is applied from the upper side in the vertical direction, if a portion of the crotch rubber band 30 in an unstretched state is provided, the portion has higher rigidity and is less likely to deform than a portion without the crotch rubber band 30, and therefore the shape of the absorbent main body 20 can be made less likely to collapse.
The crotch band 30 of the present embodiment is provided on the non-skin side of the non-skin side sheet 24c on the non-skin side of the absorbent core 22, but is not limited to this, and may be provided on the skin side of the non-skin side sheet 24c, or may be provided on the skin side of the absorbent core 22, in addition to the non-skin side.
The member for stretching and contracting the absorbent body 20 is not limited to the crotch rubber band 30, and a stretchable nonwoven fabric or a stretchable film may be used.
The turning portion 40 is formed in a concave shape that is concave from the skin side toward the non-skin side on the skin side of the absorbent main body 20 (absorbent core 22) as shown in fig. 4, when the absorbent main body 20 is deformed (becomes a deformed crease) along the body of the wearer when the wearer wears the absorbent article 1.
The concave shape of the turning portion 40 of the present embodiment is formed by compressing the absorbent body 20 (absorbent core 22) coated with the temperature-sensitive agent 26 from the skin side. That is, the turn 40 is a compressed groove having a higher density of the absorbent core 22 than its surroundings.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a front turning portion 41 having a predetermined length in the width direction is provided at the front end portion in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent core 22, mainly at a portion where the lower abdomen portion is in contact when worn. The front-side turning portion 41 is mainly provided so that the absorbent main body 20 extends along the lower abdomen.
Further, a plurality of turning portions 42 paired in the width direction are provided at predetermined intervals at the rear side in the longitudinal direction of the front turning portion 41 at intervals. The pair of turning portions 42 are mainly provided in such a manner that the absorbent main body 20 is disposed along the crotch portion and the buttocks.
The depth of the concave portion of the turning portion 40 of the present embodiment is not constant, and the deformation of the absorbent body 20 is adjusted by adjusting the depth of the concave portion of the turning portion 40 with a shallower portion and a deeper portion.
Fig. 7 is a view showing the three-dimensional gather 50 and the apex portion 50S. The three-dimensional gather 50 is provided so as to abut on the periphery of the thighs of the wearer and to suppress leakage of liquid from the inside. That is, the three-dimensional gathers 50 are provided as a pair of three-dimensional gathers 50 corresponding to both legs, respectively, at both ends in the width direction of the absorbent main body 20.
As shown in fig. 7, a pair of three-dimensional gathers 50 are provided in a state of being inclined in the width direction along the longitudinal direction of both ends in the width direction of the absorbent main body 20 in the developed state, and at least a part of the pair of three-dimensional gathers 50 is provided so as to be able to stand up toward the skin side when worn. That is, the pair of three-dimensional gathers 50 are inclined in the width direction in the developed state, and when worn (after being formed into pants), stand up and come into contact with the periphery of the thighs of the wearer.
As shown in fig. 4 and 7, the pair of three-dimensional gathers 50 have apex rubber bands 52 along the length direction on the inner sides in the width direction. The apex elastic band 52 is provided in an extended state in an expanded state, and in a pants-type state, is contracted to raise the apex portion 50S of the pair of three-dimensional gathers 50, on which the apex elastic band 52 is provided, toward the skin side. That is, when the absorbent article 1 is worn, the apex portions 50S of the portions of the pair of three-dimensional gathers 50 rising toward the skin come into contact with the skin of the wearer.
In addition, the adhesives for fixing the pair of three-dimensional gathers 50 are applied to the predetermined adhesive regions 54 at the front end portion and the rear end portion in the longitudinal direction of the pair of three-dimensional gathers 50, respectively, and the three-dimensional gathers 50 of the adhesive regions 54 do not stand up. That is, the inner end portions of the pair of three-dimensional gathers 50 in the width direction, in which the apex elastic bands 52 are provided, stand up toward the skin side within the range of the apex portions 50S shown in fig. 7 when worn, and come into contact with the skin of the wearer.
Configuration of the coating region 26p
Next, the arrangement of the application region 26p (Wen Ganji) is explained. As described above, the strength of the temperature-sensitive stimulus felt by the wearer and the duration of the effect of the temperature-sensitive agent 26 differ depending on the position of the temperature-sensitive agent 26 of the absorbent main body 20.
The positional relationship between the application region 26p and the elastic region 30A formed by the crotch rubber band 30, the positional relationship between the application region 26p and the pair of three-dimensional gathers 50, and the positional relationship between the application region 26p and the turning portion 40 will be described below with reference to fig. 8 to 10. Fig. 8 is a diagram showing a positional relationship between the application region 26p and the elastic region 30A, fig. 9 is a diagram showing a positional relationship between the application region 26p and the three-dimensional gather 50, and fig. 10 is a diagram showing a positional relationship between the application region 26p and the turning portion 40.
As shown in fig. 8, the application region 26p and the elastic region 30A are divided into an overlapped region and a non-overlapped region when viewed in the thickness direction. That is, the coating region 26p has an elastic overlap region 26pa (hatched portion in fig. 8) overlapping the elastic region 30A and an elastic non-overlap region 26pb not overlapping the elastic region, as viewed in the thickness direction. In the present embodiment, the elastic non-overlapping region 26pb is larger than the elastic overlapping region 26pa.
The application region 26p has an elastic overlap region 26pa in a region MA that is right in between when the absorbent main body 20 is equally divided in the longitudinal direction 3. That is, in the region MA that is the middle, at least a part of the temperature sensitive agent 26 overlaps the elastic region 30A when viewed in the thickness direction.
At least a part of the elastic non-overlapping region 26pb is provided on both outer sides in the width direction of the elastic region 30A, at a position on the front side of the front end of the elastic region 30A, and at a position on the rear side of the rear end of the elastic region 30A. That is, the elastic non-overlapping regions 26pb are respectively present on the outer sides of four sides of the elastic region 30A having a substantially rectangular shape in plan view.
As described above, the non-coated region 26n to which the temperature-sensitive agent 26 is not coated is provided at the central portion in the width direction of the absorbent main body 20 along the longitudinal direction. That is, the non-coated region 26n is located at the widthwise center of the elastic region 30A, and the coated region 26p overlaps the elastic region 30A when viewed in the thickness direction on both outer sides of the non-coated region 26n in the width direction.
As shown in fig. 9, the application region 26p (Wen Ganji) is positioned inward in the width direction of the pair of apex portions 50S as viewed in the thickness direction with respect to the application region 26p and the pair of three-dimensional gathers 50.
In addition, the application region 26p does not overlap the pair of three-dimensional gathers 50 when viewed in the thickness direction. If the three-dimensional gather 50 (for example, the adhesive region 54) of the non-standing portion is interposed between the temperature-sensitive agent 26 and the skin of the wearer, the temperature-sensitive agent 26 is away from the body of the wearer, and the adhesive region 54 and the like prevent the transfer of the body temperature of the wearer and the vaporized Wen Ganji from reaching the skin.
That is, even if the adhesive region 54 and the like are provided with Wen Ganji and a region having a low effect, the region having a low effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be avoided by the Wen Ganji being provided without overlapping the pair of three-dimensional gathers 50 when viewed in the thickness direction, and Wen Ganji can be provided. In addition, the adhesive applied to the adhesive region 54 of the three-dimensional gather 50 and the temperature-sensitive agent 26 can be inhibited from mixing.
As shown in fig. 10, the application region 26p and the turning portion 40 are divided into an overlapping region and a non-overlapping region when viewed in the thickness direction. That is, the coating region 26p has a turning portion overlapping region 26pc (black-coated portion of fig. 10) overlapping the turning portion 40 and a turning portion non-overlapping region 26pd not overlapping the turning portion, as viewed in the thickness direction. Further, the bottom surface and the side surfaces of the recess of the turning portion 40 are coated on the turning portion overlapping regions 26pc, wen Ganji.
Validity of this embodiment
As described above, the absorbent article 1 of the present embodiment includes the absorbent main body 20, and the absorbent main body 20 includes the absorbent core 22 having liquid absorption properties and the skin side sheet (the 1 st skin side sheet 24a and the 2 nd skin side sheet 24 b) located closer to the skin side than the absorbent core 22 in the thickness direction, wherein the temperature-sensitive agent 26 is provided in at least one of the absorbent core 22 and the skin side sheet (the 1 st skin side sheet 24a and the 2 nd skin side sheet 24 b), the crotch rubber band 30 is provided along the longitudinal direction at a position located closer to the non-skin side than the absorbent core 22 in the thickness direction, and the crotch rubber band 30 forms the elastic region 30A in at least a portion of the region MA located right in between when the absorbent main body 20 is equally divided in the longitudinal direction 3, and overlaps the elastic region 30A in at least a portion of the temperature-sensitive agent 26 when viewed in the thickness direction. Therefore, the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be improved.
The volatile material in the absorbent article is vaporized by the body temperature of the wearer. That is, in the absorbent article, the closer the distance between the volatile material and the skin of the wearer is, the more the effect of the volatile material can be improved. However, in the case where the volatile substance is provided in the absorbent body located in the crotch of the wearer, the absorbent body tends to be away from the skin of the wearer by gravity, and there is a problem in that the effect of the volatile substance cannot be sufficiently exhibited.
In contrast, the crotch rubber band 30 of the absorbent body 20 of the absorbent article 1 of the present embodiment forms the elastic region 30A from the lower abdomen through the crotch portion to the buttocks, and the Wen Ganji and elastic region 30A overlap when viewed in the thickness direction.
That is, since the elastic region 30A stretches along the body of the wearer, the temperature sensitive agent 26 overlapped with the elastic region 30A can be brought close to the skin of the wearer, and the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be improved. Further, the vaporization amount of the temperature-sensitive agent 26 is increased by the expansion and contraction of the elastic region 30A, so that the effect of the temperature-sensitive agent 26 can be further improved.
In the present embodiment, the application region 26p to which the temperature sensitive agent 26 is applied is provided in a predetermined region along the longitudinal direction, a plurality of the crotch rubbers 30 are arranged in the width direction, and the plurality of the crotch rubbers 30 form elastic regions 30A having both ends 30e in the longitudinal direction of each of the crotch rubbers 30 as outer edges in the longitudinal direction and the crotch rubbers 30 on both sides of the outermost position in the width direction as outer edges in the width direction, and the application region 26p has an elastic overlap region 26pa overlapping the elastic regions 30A and an elastic non-overlap region 26pb not overlapping the elastic regions when viewed in the thickness direction.
The elastic overlap region 26pa of stretch Wen Ganji follows the body and promotes vaporization, so that a temperature sensing effect is produced at an earlier stage after wear. In contrast, the temperature sensitive agent 26 in the elastic non-overlapping region 26pb which does not stretch does not follow the body (away from the body) and does not promote vaporization compared to the temperature sensitive agent 26 in the elastic overlapping region 26pa, and therefore the temperature sensitive effect is generated immediately after wearing for a long period of time.
That is, wen Ganji of the elastic overlap region 26pa is effective rapidly after wearing, and Wen Ganji of the elastic non-overlap region 26pb is effective at an interval after wearing. That is, by providing the temperature sensing agent 26 in two different areas during the effect generation period of such temperature sensing agent 26, the effect of the temperature sensing agent 26 can be sustained for a long time.
In the present embodiment, the elastic non-overlapping region 26pb is larger than the elastic overlapping region 26 pa.
That is, since the elastic non-overlapping region 26pb in which the temperature-sensitive effect continues for a long period of time is larger than the elastic overlapping region 26pa, the effect of the temperature-sensitive agent 26 can be further continued for a long period of time.
In the present embodiment, the elastic non-overlapping regions 26pb are provided on both outer sides in the width direction of the elastic region 30A.
That is, the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be improved and maintained for a long time by the left and right thighs of the wearer located on both outer sides in the width direction of the elastic region 30A. That is, since the lymph nodes of the thigh part can be warmed, an effect of promoting the lymph flow can be expected.
In the present embodiment, at least a part of the elastic non-overlapping region 26pb is provided on the front side of the front end of the elastic region 30A.
That is, the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be improved and continued for a long time in the lower abdomen of the wearer located on the front side of the front end of the elastic region 30A. That is, since the lower abdomen can be warmed, an effect of alleviating physiological pain can be expected.
In the present embodiment, at least a part of the elastic non-overlapping region 26pb is provided at the rear side of the rear end of the elastic region 30A.
That is, the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be improved and continued for a long time at the sacral portion of the wearer located at the rear side of the rear end of the elastic region 30A. That is, since the sacrum portion can be warmed, an effect of alleviating physiological pain can be expected.
In the present embodiment, a pair of three-dimensional gathers 50 are provided at both ends in the width direction of the absorbent main body 20 along the longitudinal direction, and at least a part of the pair of three-dimensional gathers 50 can stand up toward the skin side, and when the absorbent article 1 is worn, the apex 50S of the portion of the pair of three-dimensional gathers 50 that stands up toward the skin side comes into contact with the skin of the wearer.
That is, the pair of three-dimensional gathers 50 functions not only as a cover for the leg hole openings 1b for suppressing leakage of liquid, but also as a cover for the leg hole openings 1b for heated air or the like inside, and a space for sealing the vaporized Wen Ganji is formed in the crotch portion, so that the effect of the temperature-sensitive agent 26 can be improved.
In the present embodiment, wen Ganji is positioned inward in the width direction of the apex portion 50S as viewed in the thickness direction.
If Wen Ganji is positioned outside the apex portion 50S in the width direction, the vaporized Wen Ganji is difficult to directly reach the skin of the wearer due to the three-dimensional gathers 50. In contrast, if Wen Ganji is positioned on the inner side of the apex portion 50S in the width direction, the vaporized Wen Ganji directly reaches the skin of the wearer, and therefore the effect of the temperature-sensitive agent 26 can be improved.
In the present embodiment, the absorbent core 22 is provided with the turning portion 40 having a density higher than that of the surrounding portion of the absorbent core 22, and the application region 26p has a turning portion overlapping region 26pc overlapping the turning portion 40 and a turning portion non-overlapping region 26pd not overlapping the turning portion 40 when viewed in the thickness direction.
The turn overlap region 26pc is farther away from the body than the turn non-overlap region 26pd and is more difficult to transfer body temperature. Thus, the turning portion overlapping region 26pc (turning portion non-overlapping region 26 pd) produces a temperature-sensing effect at an interval time (rapidly) after wearing, compared to the turning portion non-overlapping region 26pd (turning portion overlapping region 26 pc). That is, by providing the temperature sensitive agent 26 in two different areas during the occurrence of the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26, the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be continued for a long period of time.
In the present embodiment, a non-coated region 26n, in which the temperature sensitive agent 26 is not coated, is provided along the longitudinal direction at the central portion in the width direction of the absorbent main body 20.
If a stimulus such as Wen Ganji 26 stimulates the physiologically sensitive vaginal orifice, the wearer is liable to feel the stimulus of the temperature sensor 26 as pain. Further, the widthwise central portion of the absorbent body 20 is in contact with the vaginal opening of the crotch portion of the wearer.
That is, by setting the widthwise central portion of the absorbent main body 20 as the non-coated region 26n, the irritation to the vaginal orifice caused by Wen Ganji is suppressed, and thus pain caused by the temperature-sensitive agent 26 can be alleviated and reduced. In addition, when the temperature sensitive agent 26 is applied to the portion of the absorbent body 20 (absorbent core 22) that contacts the vaginal orifice, the applied layer prevents absorption of menstrual blood, and the absorption force is reduced. That is, by setting the portion in contact with the vaginal opening as the non-coating region 26n, the decrease in absorption force can be suppressed.
In the present embodiment, the coated region 26p overlaps the elastic region 30A on both outer sides in the width direction of the non-coated region 26n as viewed in the thickness direction.
That is, wen Ganji of the peripheral portion of the vaginal opening stretches and contracts by the crotch rubber band 30, so Wen Ganji of this portion follows the body and promotes vaporization. That is, the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be improved in the peripheral portion of the vaginal opening while suppressing the stimulation to the vaginal opening.
In the present embodiment, the absorbent main body 20 includes, as the skin-side sheet, the 1 st skin-side sheet 24a positioned closest to the skin in the thickness direction and the 2 nd skin-side sheet 24b positioned between the 1 st skin-side sheet 24a and the absorbent core 22 in the thickness direction, and the Wen Ganji 26 is provided on at least one of the non-skin side of the 1 st skin-side sheet 24a and the 2 nd skin-side sheet 24 b.
If Wen Ganji is provided on the inner surface of the absorbent article 1, the temperature sensitive agent 26 is in direct contact with the wearer, and thus the wearer is excessively stimulated, which causes skin problems such as redness, itching, and rash on the wearer's skin. Further, if Wen Ganji is provided on the outer surface of the absorbent article 1, even if the non-skin side sheet 24c transmits air, the Wen Ganji is too far from the skin of the wearer, and the effect of the temperature-sensitive agent 26 cannot be fully exhibited.
In contrast, in the present embodiment, wen Ganji is applied to the non-skin side of the 1 st skin-side sheet 24a closest to the skin of the wearer without directly contacting the skin of the wearer. That is, improper positions (inner surface and outer surface) in the thickness direction of the temperature-sensitive agent 26 can be avoided, and the effect of the temperature-sensitive agent 26 can be improved because the temperature-sensitive agent is also close to the skin of the wearer.
In the present embodiment, the absorbent article 1 includes an abdomen, a back, and a crotch, and is a pants-type absorbent article 1 having a waist opening 1a and a pair of leg hole openings 1 b.
That is, the pants-type absorbent article 1 can further improve the effect of the temperature-sensitive agent 26, compared to, for example, an absorbent article of a detachable type (type attached to underwear) in which the absorbent main body 20 is worn at an appropriate position on the body of the wearer.
Other embodiments of= = = = = = =
The above-described embodiments are provided to facilitate understanding of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention. It is needless to say that the present invention can be modified and improved without departing from the spirit thereof, and equivalents thereof are included in the present invention.
In the above embodiment, the absorbent article 1 is a pants type, but is not limited thereto. For example, the sanitary napkin may be a detachable sanitary napkin, a so-called panty liner (for example, panty liner), or an absorbent pad.
In the above embodiment, the temperature sensor 26 is used as an example of the volatile substance, but the temperature sensor is not limited to Wen Ganji, and for example, a cold sensor may be used. When the cold feeling agent is used, the uncomfortable feeling due to the stuffiness and stickiness of the wearer can be reduced.
That is, with the absorbent article 1 provided with the cold sensitizer (Wen Ganji), the volatile substance can improve the cold feeling effect (temperature feeling effect) of the wearer compared to the case other than the cold sensitizer (Wen Ganji).
Note that, the mechanism (mechanism) of the vaporization of Wen Ganji 26 described above to exert the effect is similar to that of a cold sensitizer and a perfume described later, and therefore, these descriptions are omitted.
Examples of the cold feeling agent include menthol (e.g., l-menthol) and its derivatives (e.g., menthyl lactate), methyl salicylate, camphor, essential oils derived from plants (e.g., peppermint, eucalyptus), and the like.
In the above embodiment, the temperature sensitive agent 26 is used as an example of the volatile substance, but the temperature sensitive agent is not limited to Wen Ganji, and for example, a perfume may be used. The fragrance may be used in place of the temperature sensing agent 26 or may be used with the temperature sensing agent 26. As the perfume, the same perfume as that conventionally used in the technical field can be used.
In addition, as a perfume, especially in the case of a green herbal perfume (green herbal fragrance), physical irritation to the body is not generated, and also, oral administration is not required, so that particularly psychologically uncomfortable symptoms can be safely and easily alleviated. In addition, comfort can be obtained.
Green herbal aromas are aromas that contain green group aromas (green notes) or herbal group aromas (herbal notes). The green fragrance refers to the fresh fragrance of grass and tender leaves. The herbal aroma (herbal note) refers to the note of the medicinal plant in nature in which herbs are used.
The perfume composition containing a perfume having a green herbal type fragrance preferably contains 1 or more kinds of perfumes selected from cis-3-hexenol, cis-3-hexenol formate, cis-3-hexenol acetate, cis-3-hexenol propionate, cis-3-hexenol butyrate, trans-2-hexenal, trans-2-hexenol acetate, hexyl acetate, methyl phenyl methyl acetate, 2-methyl-3- (3, 4-methylenedioxyphenyl) -propanal (IFF company name, heliotropin), 3 (4) - (5-ethylbicyclo [2, 1] heptyl-2) -cyclohexanol, allyl 2-pentoxyglycolate (IFF company name, graying ester), 4-methyl-3-decen-5-ol (Givaudan company name, methyl decenol), hexanal, 2, 4-dimethyl-3-cyclohexenyl formaldehyde (IFF company name, glossy privet aldehyde), and benzene. As these fragrances, commercially available ones can be used. Perfumes containing them mainly produce green fragrance.
The perfume composition containing a perfume having a green herbal type fragrance preferably further contains 1 or more than 2 kinds of perfumes selected from l-menthol, 1, 8-eucalyptol, methyl salicylate, citronellal, camphor, borneol, isobornyl acetate, terpinyl acetate, eugenol, anethole, 4-methoxybenzyl alcohol and artemia. Perfumes containing them mainly produce green fragrance.
In addition, the cryopensiting agent, wen Ganji 26 preferably stimulates temperature sensitive TRP channels. Thus, the utility model can feel cool and warm without being burned at low temperature.
