According to such a pants-type absorbent article, the amount of contraction of the front rectangular-shaped region in the left-right direction of the absorbent main body is reduced, and the occurrence of longitudinal wrinkles in the absorbent main body is suppressed, so that the effect of the temperature sensitive agent or the cooling agent can be enhanced in the lower abdomen.
The absorbent article of the present embodiment may be referred to as an absorbent article
A pants-type absorbent article 1 provided with a temperature sensitive agent 26 described later will be described as an example of the absorbent article provided with a volatile material according to the present embodiment. In the following description, the absorbent article 1 for physiological use is described, but the absorbent article 1 of the present embodiment includes, for example, diapers for adults and infants, and the use is not limited to physiological use.
Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a pants-type absorbent article 1, and fig. 2 is a plan view and a cross-sectional schematic view of the pants-type absorbent article 1 in an unfolded state.
In the pants-type state shown in fig. 1, the absorbent article 1 has a "vertical direction", a "horizontal direction", and a "front-rear direction" that intersect with each other. The vertical direction of the paper surface in fig. 1 is the vertical direction, the upper side (lower side) of the paper surface is the "upper" ("lower") in the vertical direction, and the left side (right) of the paper surface is the left side (right) in the left-right direction. In the front-rear direction, the side that becomes the abdomen side of the wearer when worn is referred to as the "front side", and the side that becomes the back side of the wearer is referred to as the "rear side".
In the developed state of the absorbent article 1 shown in fig. 2 (the state in which the pant-type absorbent article 1 is spread out on a plane before being formed into a pant-type), the absorbent article 1 has a "longitudinal direction", "width direction", and "thickness direction" that intersect each other. The longitudinal direction of the paper surface in fig. 2 is defined as the longitudinal direction, the upper side (lower side) of the paper surface is defined as the "front (ventral side)" of the longitudinal direction ("rear (dorsal side)"), the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction on the paper surface is defined as the width direction, and the left side (right side) of the paper surface is defined as the left (right) of the width direction. The direction (direction penetrating the paper surface) perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and the width direction is defined as the thickness direction, and the side in contact with the skin of the wearer in the thickness direction is defined as the "skin side" and the opposite side is defined as the "non-skin side".
The top view (for example, fig. 2) of the present embodiment shows the extended state of the object. Here, the "extended state" refers to a state in which the members shown in the plan view are extended without wrinkles by extending each elastic body (for example, a crotch elastic band 30, a stretchable sheet 12, and the like described later) provided in the absorbent article 1. For example, fig. 2 shows a state in which the waist member 10 and the absorbent body 20, which will be described later, constituting the absorbent article 1 are extended until the dimensions of the members alone match or are close to the dimensions of the members. The non-stretched state is referred to as a "natural state" in which the elastic bodies are naturally contracted to cause wrinkles and the like in members and the like shown in a plan view.
The absorbent article 1 of the present embodiment includes the waist member 10 and the absorbent main body 20, and hereinafter, a process of forming the waist member 10 and the absorbent article 1 into a pants-type article will be described first. Then, the absorbent main body 20 will be explained later. In the present embodiment, the absorbent body 20 is provided with the temperature sensing agent 26.
As shown in fig. 2, the waistline member 10 has a substantially hourglass shape in a plan view in a deployed state. That is, the center portion in the longitudinal direction is recessed inward in the width direction, and the recessed portion forms a pair of leg hole openings 1b shown in fig. 1 when formed into a pants-type.
The waist member 10 includes a front waist member 10f located on the front side of a center folding line CL located at the center of the absorbent article 1 in the longitudinal direction and a rear waist member 10b located on the rear side of the center folding line CL. The front waist member 10f (rear waist member 10b) has a waist front end portion 10ff (waist rear end portion 10bf) extending in the width direction at the front (rear) end portion and front joining portions 10fe (rear joining portions 10be) extending in the longitudinal direction provided at both left and right end portions (both are oblique lines inclined downward to the right in fig. 2).
The waist member 10 of the present embodiment includes a non-stretchable sheet 14 of a nonwoven fabric having almost no stretchability in the left-right direction and formed in the shape of the waist member 10, and a stretchable sheet 12 (a front-side stretchable sheet 12f and a rear-side stretchable sheet 12b) of a nonwoven fabric having stretchability in the left-right direction, and the non-stretchable sheet 14 and the stretchable sheet 12 in an extended state are joined in a state of being overlapped in the thickness direction, as shown in fig. 2.
That is, the lumbar member 10 includes a plurality of sheets, and at least one of the plurality of sheets has stretchability in the left-right direction. The bonding of the plurality of sheets is performed by forming a plurality of ultrasonic bonding portions which are dispersed by ultrasonic bonding (ultrasonic sealing) to which ultrasonic vibration and pressure are applied.
That is, the plurality of sheets are bonded by the plurality of ultrasonic bonding portions which are scattered in a state of being overlapped in the thickness direction (front-rear direction). In other words, in the joining of a plurality of sheets, the entire joining range of the sheets is not constituted by the ultrasonic joining portion, but is constituted by the ultrasonic joining portion and the non-ultrasonic joining portion. The ultrasonic bonding portions are provided at regular intervals, which are different depending on whether or not the region overlaps the absorbent main body 20 when viewed in the thickness direction.
That is, the waistline member 10 of the present embodiment has different intervals of the ultrasonic bonding sections with respect to the absorbent body overlapping region overlapping with the absorbent body 20 (the region where the stretchable sheet 12 overlaps with the absorbent body 20, the region of the oblique line inclined upward to the right indicated by X in fig. 2) and the absorbent body non-overlapping region not overlapping with the absorbent body 20 (the region where the stretchable sheet 12 does not overlap with the absorbent body 20, the region of the stretchable sheet 12 excluding the region of the oblique line inclined upward to the right indicated by X).
In the absorbent body overlapping region, as shown in the enlarged view of the Y portion in fig. 2, the ultrasonic bonding portions YS are formed in substantially rectangular shapes having substantially the same size, and a shape obtained by inclining the substantially rectangular shape standing upright in the width direction by 45 degrees and a shape obtained by inclining the substantially rectangular shape by-45 degrees are regularly and substantially uniformly arranged, respectively. In the absorbent body non-overlapping region, as shown in the enlarged view of the Z portion in fig. 2, the ultrasonic bonding portions ZS are formed in a circular shape having substantially the same size and are distributed substantially uniformly at intervals larger than the ultrasonic bonding portions YS.
Therefore, comparing the areas of the ultrasonic wave joining portions per unit area of the absorbent body overlapping region and the absorbent body non-overlapping region, the area of the ultrasonic wave joining portion per unit area of the absorbent body overlapping portion is large. That is, the area of the ultrasonic bonding portion YS per unit area of the absorbent body overlapping region is larger than the area of the ultrasonic bonding portion ZS per unit area of the absorbent body non-overlapping region.
In the absorbent body non-overlapping region, the area of the ultrasonic bonding portion per unit area may not be constant, and an ultrasonic bonding portion different from the ultrasonic bonding portion ZS may be provided. For example, when the area of the ultrasonic wave joining portion per unit area is increased from the ultrasonic wave joining portions ZS on both outer sides in the width direction at a position forward of the front end in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 20 in consideration of fastening to the wearer, the stiffness of the portion becomes high, and generation of the longitudinal wrinkles is suppressed, so that the temperature sensitive agent 26 is less likely to leak from the lumbar member 10, and the temperature sensitive effect in the lower abdomen can be maintained for a longer time.
In the process of producing the absorbent article 1 in the pants-type form, first, the absorbent body 20 is disposed at a predetermined position of the waist member 10 in the unfolded state, and the absorbent article 1 in the unfolded state is produced. That is, the surface of the absorbent main body 20 on the non-skin side is used as a joint surface, and the joint surface is placed on and joined to a predetermined position of the lumbar member 10 in the unfolded state. That is, the lumbar member 10 is disposed to overlap the non-skin side of the absorbent main body 20 in the thickness direction.
Then, the absorbent main body 20 and the waistline member 10 in the unfolded state are folded in the longitudinal direction. That is, the absorbent main body 20 and the waistline member 10 are folded in the longitudinal direction so that the skin side of the front waistline member 10f and the skin side of the rear waistline member 10b face each other with the center folding line CL shown in fig. 2 as a fold.
In this way, the front joining section 10fe and the rear joining section 10be of the lumbar member 10 approach each other, and therefore the left and right front joining sections 10fe and the rear joining section 10be are joined to each other.
That is, both right and left end portions of the lumbar member 10 are joined in the longitudinal direction, and thus the lumbar front end portion 10ff and the lumbar rear end portion 10bf of the lumbar member 10 form the lumbar opening portion 1a on the upper side of the lumbar member 10.
The lumbar member 10 has a left-side extension portion 10L located on the outer side of the left side in the width direction of the absorbent main body 20 (on the left side of the broken line indicated by LL in fig. 2), and a right-side extension portion 10R located on the outer side of the right side in the width direction of the absorbent main body 20 (on the right side of the broken line indicated by RL in fig. 2).
The pants-type absorbent article 1 has the following structure: the lumbar member 10 abuts against the front side (abdomen) and the rear side (back) of the wearer's body (abuts against the waist of the wearer), and does not fall down when worn mainly by the expansion and contraction (tightening to the body) of the lumbar member 10 in the left-right direction. Therefore, the absorbent body 20 joined to the lumbar member 10 is supported in the vertical direction by the lumbar member 10 in a state of being in contact with the crotch portion of the wearer (a portion from the crotch portion to the sacrum portion of the buttocks (buttocks) where the absorbent body 20 is in contact with the skin of the wearer when worn).
That is, the absorbent article 1 is a pants-type article having an abdomen portion, a back portion, and a crotch portion, and formed with a waist opening and a pair of leg hole openings, and is supported so as not to fall down when worn by the stretchable sheet 12 or the like included in the waist member.
The term "contact" means a state in which at least a part of a member comes into contact with a wearer, and the member comes into contact with the wearer. For example, a state in which the stretchable portion of the waistline member 10 is in contact with the wearer and the non-stretchable portion is not in contact with the wearer is a state in which the waistline member 10 is in contact with the wearer.
Further, as a joining method for joining the absorbent body 20 and the waistline member 10 and the like described above, for example, a known joining method such as an adhesive, heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, or a combination thereof can be exemplified.
< < < about the absorbent body 20> >)
Next, the absorbent main body 20 will be described with reference to fig. 3 to 6. Fig. 3 is a plan view of the absorbent main body 20, and fig. 4 is a sectional view of the absorbent main body 20 as viewed from a-a in fig. 3. Fig. 5 and 6 will be described later.
The absorbent main body 20 of the present embodiment is a sanitary absorbent main body 20, and is a so-called sanitary napkin. That is, the absorbent main body 20 includes a liquid-absorbent core 22, and the outer peripheral surface of the absorbent core 22 is covered with a core wrap sheet 22 a.
The absorbent core 22 is obtained by molding a liquid absorbent material into a predetermined shape, and in the present embodiment, is molded into a substantially rectangular shape in plan view (hatched in fig. 3) or a convex shape in cross-section (hatched in fig. 4). Examples of the liquid-absorbent material include pulp fibers and other liquid-absorbent fibers containing a super absorbent polymer (so-called SAP). As the core wrap sheet 22a, a liquid-permeable sheet such as tissue paper or nonwoven fabric can be exemplified. In addition, the core wrap sheet 22a may not be provided.
As shown in fig. 4, the absorbent main body 20 includes, in addition to the absorbent core 22, a 1 st skin side sheet 24a, a 2 nd skin side sheet 24b, and a temperature sensitive agent 26 at a position closer to the skin side than the absorbent core 22, and a crotch elastic band 30 (corresponding to an elastic member) and a non-skin side sheet 24c along the longitudinal direction at a position closer to the non-skin side than the absorbent core 22.
The absorbent main body 20 further includes side sheets 24d, and the side sheets 24d are provided so as to extend from the position closest to the non-skin side in the thickness direction to the position closer to the skin side than the 1 st skin side sheet 24a at both ends in the width direction of the absorbent main body 20 and to be folded back to the non-skin side. Further, a part of the side sheet 24d protruding to the skin side forms a three-dimensional gather 50.
The three-dimensional gathers 50 are preferably made of the same number of nonwoven fabrics from the fulcrum 50B to the vertex 50S, and more specifically, preferably 2 or more sheets, in order to prevent the temperature sensitive agent 26 from leaking outward.
In addition, a plurality of folding portions 40 (corresponding to high-density portions) are formed on the skin side of the absorbent main body 20 (absorbent core 22).
The 1 st skin-side sheet 24a is a liquid-permeable sheet member that can be brought into contact with the skin of the wearer when worn, and is formed of, for example, a hydrophilic air-through nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, or the like. The 2 nd skin side sheet 24b is a sheet member having substantially the same function and structure as the 1 st skin side sheet 24a, and is laminated on the non-skin side surface of the 1 st skin side sheet 24 a. In addition, when the absorption performance of the 2 nd skin side sheet 24b is improved, the 2 nd skin side sheet 24b is preferably made of airlaid pulp. By using the air-laid pulp for the 2 nd skin side sheet 24b, a density gradient in the thickness direction can be provided, and the absorbency can be improved.
That is, the absorbent main body 20 includes, as the skin side sheet, a 1 st skin side sheet 24a positioned on the skin side and a 2 nd skin side sheet 24b positioned between the 1 st skin side sheet 24a and the absorbent core 22. In addition, the second skin side sheet 24b need not be provided in the absorbent main body 20.
The non-skin side sheet 24c may be a liquid-impermeable sheet, and examples thereof include a polyethylene film and a polypropylene film. The size of the 1 st skin side sheet 24a and the non-skin side sheet 24c is a size covering the entire absorbent core 22. The non-skin side sheet 24c may be a non-breathable film. If the non-skin side sheet 24c is a non-breathable film, volatilization of the temperature sensitive agent 26 and discharge to the non-skin side can be suppressed.
The side sheet 24d is formed of, for example, an SMS nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, or the like, because it is partially in contact with the skin of the wearer when worn. In addition, in the side sheet 24d, a nonwoven fabric having a higher density than that of the skin side sheet is laminated in a plurality of layers, and thus volatilization of the temperature sensitive agent 26 and discharge from the side sheet 24d can be suppressed.
The temperature sensitive agent 26 is provided for alleviating physiological pain and chill symptoms of the wearer, contains a temperature sensitive stimulant which gives a stimulus to the temperature of the wearer to warm the wearer, and is provided in a state of being mixed with a solvent which is a volatile substance.
The temperature sensitive agent 26 is applied in the thickness direction between the 1 st skin side sheet 24a and the 2 nd skin side sheet 24b (at least one of the non-skin side of the 1 st skin side sheet 24a and the skin side of the 2 nd skin side sheet 24b, in the present embodiment, the non-skin side of the 1 st skin side sheet 24 a) (the black portion in fig. 4), and is not applied in a place where it is in contact with the skin of the wearer. The temperature sensitive agent 26 of the present embodiment is gasified and reaches the skin of the wearer, and exerts its main temperature sensitive effect. The vaporization of the temperature sensitive agent 26 will be described in detail later.
The temperature sensitive agent 26 may be provided in the absorbent core 22. That is, the temperature sensitive agent 26 may be provided on at least one of the absorbent core 22 and the skin side sheets (the 1 st skin side sheet 24a and the 2 nd skin side sheet 24 b).
The thermal stimulant is preferably a plant-derived compound from the viewpoint of the wearer's feeling of comfort. Examples of the warm-feeling stimulants include capsaicin (capsicoside), capsaicin (LD 50: 47mg/kg, molecular weight: 305), capsaicinoids (dihydrocapsaicin, nordihydrocapsaicin, homodihydrocapsaicin, homocapsaicin, synthetic capsaicin, etc.), capsorubin, benzyl nicotinate (LD 50: 2188mg/kg, molecular weight: 213), β -butoxyethyl nicotinate, N-acyl vanillylamide, vanillyl nonanoate, polyhydric alcohol, paprika, capsicum tincture, capsicum extract, vanillyl nonanoate, vanillyl alcohol alkyl ether derivatives (e.g., vanillyl ethyl ether, vanillyl butyl ether (LD 50: 4900mg/kg, molecular weight: 210), vanillyl amyl ether, vanillyl hexyl ether), isovanillyl alcohol alkyl ether, ethyl vanillyl alcohol alkyl ether, resveratrol derivatives, substituted benzyl alcohol alkyl ethers, vanillin propylene glycol acetal, and propylene glycol derivative, Ethyl vanillin propylene glycol acetal, ginger extract, ginger oil, gingerol (LD 50: 250mg/kg, molecular weight: 294), zingerone, hesperidin, pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, and any combination thereof.
The solvent is not particularly limited as long as it can contain a temperature sensitive stimulant, and examples thereof include lipophilic solvents and hydrophilic solvents. The solvent is capable of dissolving, dispersing, etc., the warming stimulant, for example.
Examples of the lipophilic solvent include oils and fats, for example, natural oils (for example, fatty acid esters such as triglycerides, coconut oil, linseed oil, and tri (caprylic/capric) glyceride), hydrocarbons (for example, paraffin, for example, liquid paraffin), and the like.
Examples of the hydrophilic solvent include water and alcohol. Examples of the alcohol include lower alcohols such as methanol, ethanol, ethylene glycol and glycerol, and higher alcohols such as octanol, lauryl alcohol and myristyl alcohol.
Fig. 5 is a view showing the coated region 26p and the non-coated region 26n of the temperature sensitive agent 26. As shown in fig. 5, the temperature sensitive agent 26 is applied to a pair of application regions 26p (hatched portions in fig. 5) having a predetermined size in the width direction and along the length direction. Therefore, a non-coated region 26n where the temperature sensitive agent 26 is not coated along the longitudinal direction is provided at the center portion in the width direction of the absorbent main body 20.
In the present embodiment, a non-coated region 26n having a width of 15mm is provided in the center portion of the absorbent main body 20 in the width direction, and a pair of coated regions 26p having a width of 25mm are provided on both outer sides of the non-coated region 26n in the width direction. The coated region 26p and the non-coated region 26n are regions that are continuous from the front end to the rear end in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 20.
Next, the vaporization of the temperature sensitive agent 26 will be described. The solvent of the temperature sensitive agent 26 is vaporized in a state containing the temperature sensitive stimulant. That is, the solvent containing the temperature stimulant vaporizes and reaches the skin of the wearer, and the reached temperature stimulant stimulates the temperature sensation of the wearer. That is, in the present embodiment, even if the temperature sensitive agent 26 does not directly contact the skin of the wearer, the temperature sensitive agent 26 is vaporized, and the vaporized temperature sensitive agent 26 contacts the skin of the wearer.
The amount of vaporization of the solvent increases or decreases depending on a change in temperature of the temperature sensitive agent 26 due to transmission of the body temperature of the wearer or the like, and the magnitude of the expansion and contraction operation of the absorbent main body 20 in which the temperature sensitive agent 26 is located (if the expansion and contraction are large, the temperature sensitive agent 26 also moves to a large extent, and the amount of vaporization increases). That is, the amount of vaporization can be adjusted by adjusting the transmission of body temperature to the temperature sensitive agent 26 (e.g., the distance between the temperature sensitive agent 26 and the skin of the wearer), the expansion and contraction of the absorbent main body 20 in which the temperature sensitive agent 26 is located (e.g., the presence or absence of the elastic member), and the like. That is, the strength of the warmth stimulus felt by the wearer and the length of the duration of the effect of the warmth-sensitive agent (the time during which the solvent is vaporized) can be adjusted.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the crotch elastic band 30 is provided at the center portion in the left-right direction (width direction) of the absorbent main body 20 from the front side where the lower abdomen portion abuts to the rear side where the hip portion abuts via the crotch portion. That is, the absorbent body 20 is provided with a crotch elastic band 30 along the vertical direction (longitudinal direction). The crotch elastic band 30 is overlapped in the vertical direction with at least both a lower end portion 41be of the front folded part 41 described later and an upper end portion 43fe of the central folded part 43 described later.
Since the crotch elastic band 30 is joined to the non-skin side sheet 24c in a continuously stretched state and then cut for each absorbent article 1, the crotch elastic band 30 in the non-joined portion contracts toward the joined portion after cutting, and the crotch elastic band 30 in the non-stretched state is provided in the absorbent main body 20. That is, the crotch elastic band 30 is provided at the front end of the crotch elastic band 30 in an unstretched state.
Since this portion has higher rigidity than a portion where the crotch elastic band 30 is not provided, it is difficult to collapse the shape of the absorbent body 20 after the absorbent body 20 is deformed into a cup shape (a U shape as viewed from the left-right direction in a pants-type) when the absorbent article 1 is worn. That is, in the pants-type absorbent article 1, for example, when a force for deforming the absorbent body 20 is applied from the upper side in the vertical direction, if a portion where the crotch elastic band 30 is not extended is provided, the portion has higher rigidity and is less likely to be deformed than a portion where the crotch elastic band 30 is not provided, and thus the shape of the absorbent body 20 can be made less likely to collapse.
The crotch elastic band 30 of the present embodiment is provided on the non-skin side of the non-skin side sheet 24c on the non-skin side of the absorbent core 22, but is not limited thereto, and may be provided on the skin side of the non-skin side sheet 24c, or may be provided not only on the non-skin side but also on the skin side of the absorbent core 22, for example.
The member for stretching the absorbent body 20 is not limited to the crotch elastic band 30, and a stretchable nonwoven fabric or a stretchable film may be used. By using a sheet-like elastic member such as an elastic nonwoven fabric or an elastic film, the absorbent body 20 deformed into a cup shape can be further held on the upper surface (the end surface of the sheet and a range larger than the crotch elastic band 30), and the temperature-sensitive effect of the temperature-sensitive agent 26 can be improved.
Fig. 6 is a diagram showing a rectangular region 40M of the turning portion 40. The hinge 40 is formed in a concave shape recessed from the skin side toward the non-skin side on the skin side of the absorbent main body 20 (absorbent core 22) as shown in fig. 4, so that the absorbent main body 20 deforms (becomes a deformed fold) along the wearer's body when the wearer wears the absorbent article 1.
The concave shape of the hinge 40 of the present embodiment is formed by compressing the absorbent main body 20 (absorbent core 22) coated with the temperature sensitive agent 26 from the skin side. That is, the turning sections 40 described below are high-density sections in which the density of the absorbent core 22 is higher than the density around the absorbent core and are compression grooves, respectively.
In the present embodiment, a front side folded portion 41 (corresponding to a front side high-density portion) is provided at the front side upper end of the absorbent core 22. A central folded portion 43 (corresponding to a central high-density portion) is provided below the lower end of the front folded portion 41 and spaced apart from the front folded portion 41 in the vertical direction, and a rear folded portion 42 (corresponding to a rear high-density portion) is provided on the rear side of the absorbent core 22.
In the present embodiment, when the absorbent article 1 is in the form of a pants type, a portion above the end 12fe of the front stretchable sheet 12f and the end 12be of the rear side sheet 12b shown in fig. 2 is referred to as an "upper end portion" of the absorbent core 22 (absorbent main body 20). Specifically, a portion on the front side of the end 12fe is referred to as a front upper end portion, and a portion on the rear side of the end 12be is referred to as a rear upper end portion. In the case where the ends 12fe and 12be are not provided as in the present embodiment (for example, in the case where the waist member 10 does not have an absorbent article such as the ends 12fe and 12 be), for example, the absorbent body 20 may be divided into three halves in the longitudinal direction, and when the absorbent article 1 is in the unfolded state, the absorbent article may be defined as a front end portion, a central portion, and a rear end portion from the front side, and when the absorbent article 1 is in the pants-type shape, the absorbent article may be defined as a front upper end portion, a central lower portion, and a rear upper end portion from the front side.
That is, the absorbent core 22 is provided with a plurality of folding portions 40 (rear folding portion 42 and central folding portion 43) along the vertical direction below the lower end of the front folding portion 41. The plurality of hinges 40 (rear-side hinge 42 and central hinge 43) are paired in the left-right direction and are provided at predetermined intervals in the up-down direction, respectively, along the hinge 40 (rear-side hinge 42 and central hinge 43).
In addition, the rear folded portion 42 of the present embodiment is provided with 3 of the 1 st rear folded portion 42a, the 2 nd rear folded portion 42b, and the 3 rd rear folded portion 42c in this order from the rearmost side in the longitudinal direction, but the rear folded portion 42 may be provided with at least 1 so long as the absorbent main body 20 is positioned along the buttocks. That is, the rear folded portion 42 is constituted by 1 or a plurality of rear folded portions 42.
Further, a high-density portion such as the hinge portion 40 is not provided between the pair of rear-side hinge portions 42 in the left-right direction. That is, the density of the absorbent core 22 between each pair of the rear folded sections 42 is lower than the density of the rear folded sections 42 in the left-right direction.
Each turn 40 has a predetermined dimension in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction. That is, as shown in fig. 6, the front side folded portion 41 (the 1 st rear side folded portion 42a, the 2 nd rear side folded portion 42b, the 3 rd rear side folded portion 42c, the center folded portion 43) has predetermined dimensions 41Y (42aY, 42bY, 42cY, 43Y) in the vertical direction and predetermined dimensions 41X (42aX, 42bX, 42cX, 43X) in the horizontal direction.
The dimension 41X in the left-right direction of the front folded portion 41 is larger than any one of the dimensions (42aX, 42bX, and 42cX) in the left-right direction of the rear folded portion 42. Further, the distance from the uppermost end (the upper end of the 1 st rear folded portion 42 a) to the lowermost end (the lower end of the 3 rd rear folded portion 42 c) of the 1 or more rear folded portions 42 is larger than the distance (the vertical dimension 41Y) from the upper end to the lower end of the front folded portion 41.
In addition, the hinge 40 forms a rectangular shaped region 40M (hatched portion in fig. 6) in the absorbent main body 20. That is, the absorbent main body 20 has a rectangular region 40M, and the rectangular region 40M has a length in the vertical direction and a width in the horizontal direction of each of the hinges 40. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the front folded portion 41 (the 1 st rear folded portion 42a, the 2 nd rear folded portion 42b, the 3 rd rear folded portion 42c, and the center folded portion 43) is formed as a front rectangular region 41M (the 1 st rear rectangular region 42aM, the 2 nd rear rectangular region 42bM, the 3 rd rear rectangular region 42cM, and the center rectangular region 43M) having a length corresponding to the vertical dimension 41Y (42aY, 42bY, 42cY, and 43Y) and a width corresponding to the horizontal dimension 41X (42aX, 42bX, 42cX, and 43X).
In addition, the depth of the concave portion of the folded portion 40 of the present embodiment is not constant, and there are shallow portions and deep portions, and the deformation of the absorbent main body 20 is adjusted by adjusting the depth of the concave portion of the folded portion 40.
< < < arrangement of coating region 26p > >)
Next, the arrangement of the application region 26p (temperature sensitive agent 26) will be described. As described above, depending on the position of the temperature sensitive agent 26 in the absorbent main body 20, the intensity of the temperature sensitive stimulus felt by the wearer and the duration of the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 differ.
Hereinafter, the positional relationship between the application region 26p and the inflected section 40, the front side inflected section 41 and the rear side inflected section 42 in the inflected section 40, and the rectangular shaped region 40M will be described with reference to fig. 7 and 8. Fig. 7 is a diagram showing a positional relationship between the application region 26p and the turning portion 40, and fig. 8 is a diagram showing a positional relationship between the application region 26p and the rectangular region 40M.
As shown in fig. 7, the application region 26p and the turning portion 40 are divided into an overlapping region (a black portion in fig. 7) and an non-overlapping region when viewed in the front-rear direction. That is, the application region 26p has a turn overlapping region 26pc (corresponding to a compression groove overlapping region) overlapping the turn 40 and a turn non-overlapping region 26pd (corresponding to a compression groove non-overlapping region) not overlapping the turn 40 when viewed in the front-rear direction.
As shown in fig. 7, the application region 26p and the front-side folded portion 41 are divided into an overlapping region and a non-overlapping region when viewed in the front-rear direction. The rear-side folded portion 42 entirely overlaps the application region 26p when viewed in the front-rear direction. That is, at least a part of the temperature sensitive agent 26 overlaps the front-side folded portion 41 and the rear-side folded portion 42 when viewed in the front-rear direction.
As shown in fig. 8, the coating region 26p and the rectangular-shaped region 40M are divided into an overlapping region (hatched portion in fig. 8) and a non-overlapping region when viewed in the front-rear direction. That is, at least a part of the temperature sensitive agent 26 overlaps the rectangular shaped region 40M when viewed in the front-rear direction.
< < < effectiveness in relation to the present embodiment > >)
In the pants-type absorbent article, the distance between the temperature sensitive agent 26 and the skin of the wearer is 1 element for making the wearer feel a comfortable temperature. Further, in the conventional pants-type absorbent article, there is a problem that a longitudinal stripe formed by the expansion and contraction of the waist member 10 is formed in the region where the temperature sensitive agent 26 of the absorbent body is applied, and the distance between the temperature sensitive agent 26 and the skin of the wearer is short and short, and the temperature sensitive effect cannot be sufficiently exhibited.
In contrast, the pants-type absorbent article 1 of the present embodiment includes: an absorbent main body 20 including a liquid-absorbent core 22 and skin side sheets (a 1 st skin side sheet 24a and a 2 nd skin side sheet 24b) provided on the skin side of the absorbent core 22; and a waist member 10 which is arranged to overlap with the non-skin side of the absorbent main body 20 and which stretches and contracts in the left-right direction, wherein a temperature sensitive agent 26 is provided on at least one of the absorbent core 22 and the skin side sheet (the 1 st skin side sheet 24a and the 2 nd skin side sheet 24b), a front side folded part 41 in which the density of the absorbent core 22 is higher than that of the surroundings thereof is provided at the front side upper end part of the absorbent core 22, the front side folded part 41 has a predetermined dimension 41X in the left-right direction, and at least a part of the temperature sensitive agent 26 overlaps with the front side folded part 41 when viewed in the front-back direction. Therefore, the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be enhanced in the lower abdomen.
As described above, the front side folded portion 41 is a high density portion in which the density of the absorbent core 22 is higher than the density around the absorbent core. Therefore, the rigidity of the front folded portion 41 is higher than the rigidity of the periphery thereof, and deformation is difficult. That is, the deformation of the front side folded part 41 caused by the expansion and contraction of the lumbar member 10 in the left-right direction is smaller than the deformation of the absorbent core 22 therearound.
That is, the front side folded portion 41 suppresses the occurrence of vertical wrinkles in the absorbent main body 20 due to the expansion and contraction of the waistline member 10 in the left-right direction, and the absorbent main body 20 follows the body of the wearer, so the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be enhanced in the lower abdomen.
In the present embodiment, at least 1 rear folded part 42 in which the density of the absorbent core 22 is higher than the density around the absorbent core 22 is provided on the rear side of the absorbent core 22, the rear folded part 42 has predetermined dimensions (42aX, 42bX, and 42cX) in the left-right direction, and at least a part of the temperature sensitive agent 26 overlaps the rear folded part 42 when viewed in the front-rear direction.
That is, in the rear-side folded portion 42, similarly to the front-side folded portion 41 described above, the rear-side folded portion 42 suppresses the occurrence of longitudinal wrinkles in the absorbent main body 20 due to the expansion and contraction of the lumbar member 10 in the left-right direction, and the absorbent main body 20 follows the body of the wearer, so the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be improved in the sacral portion (buttocks).
In the present embodiment, the dimension 41X in the left-right direction of the front folded portion 41 is larger than any of the dimensions (42aX, 42bX, and 42cX) in the left-right direction of the rear folded portion 42.
Since the sacrum portion has a gluteal groove, the shape flat in the right-left direction is small, but since the lower abdomen portion does not have such a groove, the sacrum portion has a shape flat in the right-left direction. Further, if the left-right dimension of the front folded portion 41 is larger than that of the rear folded portion 41, the front folded portion 41 follows the flat shape of the lower abdomen portion, and thus tends to follow the shape of the lower abdomen portion over a wide range in the left-right direction of the absorbent main body 20. That is, since the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be brought close to the skin of the wearer in a wide range in the right-left direction of the lower abdominal region, the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be enhanced in the lower abdominal region.
In the present embodiment, the rear side folding portions 42 are arranged such that the density of the absorbent core 22 between the pair of rear side folding portions 42 is lower than the density of the rear side folding portions 42 in the left-right direction.
That is, if the density of the absorbent core 22 between the pair of rear side folding portions 42 in the left-right direction is lower than that in the case where the density is the same as that of the pair of rear side folding portions 42, the absorbent core 22 in that portion is likely to be deformed. Therefore, the pair of rear side folded portions 42 of the absorbent core 22 in this portion are folded lines and easily protrude toward the skin side and easily follow the cleft of the buttocks. That is, the temperature sensitive agent 26 in the sacral region can be brought close to the skin of the wearer, and therefore the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be improved in the sacral region.
In the present embodiment, the front folded portion 41 and the rear folded portion 42 each have a predetermined dimension (41Y, and 42aY, 42bY, and 42cY) in the vertical direction, the rear folded portion 42 is 1 or a plurality of the rear folded portions 42 (3 in the present embodiment), and the distance from the uppermost end (the upper end of the 1 st rear folded portion 42 a) to the lowermost end (the lower end of the 3 rd rear folded portion 42 c) of the 1 or the plurality of the rear folded portions 42 is larger than the distance from the upper end to the lower end (the dimension 41Y in the vertical direction) of the front folded portion 41.
The sacrum has a gluteal groove in the up-down direction, but the lower abdomen does not have such a groove. The rear side folded portion 42 functions as a fold line that projects the central portion of the absorbent core 22 in the lateral direction toward the skin side. Further, if the distance from the upper end to the lower end of the rear side folded portion 42 is greater than the same distance from the upper end to the lower end of the front side folded portion 41, the central portion of the absorbent core 22 protrudes toward the skin side over a range that is large in the vertical direction in the rear side folded portion 42, and therefore the absorbent core 22 is likely to follow the gluteal cleft. That is, the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be brought close to the skin of the wearer in a wide range in the vertical direction of the sacrum portion, and therefore the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be enhanced in the sacrum portion.
In the present embodiment, the absorbent core 22 is provided with the central folded part 43 having a higher density of the absorbent core 22 than the density of the surrounding area thereof at a vertical interval from the front folded part at the lower side of the lower end of the front folded part 41, the front folded part 41 and the central folded part 43 have predetermined dimensions (41Y and 43Y) in the vertical direction, the absorbent main body 20 is provided with the crotch rubber band 30 in the vertical direction, and the crotch rubber band 30 overlaps at least both the lower end 41be of the front folded part 41 and the upper end 43fe of the central folded part 43 in the vertical direction.
The crotch elastic band 30 functions to make the distance between the front folded part 41 and the center folded part 43 close. The front folded portion 41 is pressed toward the skin side of the lower abdomen by the stretching action (the fastening action of the waistline) of the waistline member 10 in the left-right direction, and is supported immovably. One center hinge portion 43 is supported in a state of being suspended from the lumbar member 10 so as not to fall down toward the non-skin side (lower side) in the crotch portion of the lumbar member 10.
Therefore, when the absorbent article 1 is worn, the crotch elastic band 30 pulls the center folded part 43 toward the front folded part 41 (upper side). That is, the crotch elastic band 30 brings the temperature sensitive agent 26 in the central hinge portion 43 close to the body, and therefore the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be improved in the central hinge portion 43.
In the present embodiment, the front side folded portion 41 and the plurality of pairs of folded portions 40 (the rear side folded portion 42 and the central folded portion 43) have predetermined dimensions (41Y, 43Y, and 42aY, 42bY, and 42cY) in the vertical direction, respectively, the absorbent main body 20 has rectangular shaped regions 40M each having a length as the vertical dimension of each of the front side folded portion 41 and the plurality of pairs of folded portions 40 (the rear side folded portion 42 and the central folded portion 43) and a width as the horizontal dimension thereof, and the temperature sensitive agent 26 is provided so as to overlap at least a part of the rectangular shaped region 40M when viewed in the front-rear direction.
That is, in the rectangular region 40M of the absorbent main body 20, the formation of the longitudinal wrinkles is easily suppressed in the width range of the rectangular region 40M by the turning part 40 in each rectangular region 40M, and therefore, the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be improved.
In the present embodiment, the front side folded portion 41 and the pair of the plurality of folded portions 40 (the rear side folded portion 42 and the central folded portion 43) are a front side compression groove (the front side folded portion 41) and a plurality of paired compression grooves (the rear side folded portion 42 and the central folded portion 43) provided to compress the absorbent core 22, and the application region 26p has a folded portion overlapping region 26pc overlapping the front side compression groove (the front side folded portion 41) or the pair of the plurality of compression grooves (the rear side folded portion 42 and the central folded portion 43) and a folded portion non-overlapping region 26pd not overlapping the front side compression groove (the front side folded portion 41) and the pair of the plurality of compression grooves (the rear side folded portion 42 and the central folded portion 43) when viewed in the front-rear direction.
The compression grooves are formed on the skin side of the absorbent core 22 by compressing the absorbent core 22 from the skin side to the non-skin side. That is, the temperature sensitive agent 26 located in the hinge overlapping region 26pc is less likely to transmit body temperature (is less likely to become high temperature) away from the skin of the wearer than the temperature sensitive agent 26 located in the hinge non-overlapping region 26 pd.
Therefore, in the hinge overlapping region 26pc, the temperature-sensitive effect is produced after a certain period of time has elapsed after wearing, and in the hinge non-overlapping region 26pd, the temperature-sensitive effect is produced quickly after wearing. That is, by providing the temperature sensitive agent 26 in two regions having different periods of time during which the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 is produced, the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be sustained for a long time.
In the present embodiment, the absorbent main body 20 includes, as the skin side sheet, a 1 st skin side sheet 24a located closest to the skin side and a 2 nd skin side sheet 24b located between the 1 st skin side sheet 24a and the absorbent core 22, and the temperature sensitive agent 26 is provided on at least one of the non-skin side of the 1 st skin side sheet 24a and the skin side of the 2 nd skin side sheet 24 b.
When the temperature sensitive agent 26 is provided on the inner surface of the absorbent article 1, the temperature sensitive agent 26 is in direct contact with the wearer, and therefore, the irritation to the wearer is excessively strong, which may cause skin problems such as reddening, itching, or rash on the skin of the wearer. Further, if the temperature sensitive agent 26 is provided on the outer surface of the absorbent article 1, even if the non-skin side sheet 24c transmits gas and the temperature sensitive agent 26 is too far from the skin of the wearer, the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 cannot be sufficiently exhibited.
In contrast, in the present embodiment, the temperature sensitive agent 26 is applied to the non-skin side of the 1 st skin side sheet 24a closest to the skin of the wearer without directly contacting the skin of the wearer. That is, improper positions (inner surface and outer surface) of the temperature sensitive agent 26 in the thickness direction can be avoided, and the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be improved because the temperature sensitive agent is also close to the skin of the wearer.
In the present embodiment, the lumbar member 10 includes a plurality of sheets, at least one of the plurality of sheets of the lumbar member 10 is stretchable in the left-right direction, the plurality of sheets of the lumbar member 10 are joined by a plurality of ultrasonic joining portions that are scattered in a state of being overlapped in the front-rear direction, the lumbar member 10 has an absorbent body overlapping region that overlaps the absorbent body 20 and an absorbent body non-overlapping region that does not overlap the absorbent body 20 when viewed in the front-rear direction, and the area of the ultrasonic joining portion YS in the absorbent body overlapping region per unit area is larger than the area of the ultrasonic joining portion ZS in the absorbent body non-overlapping region per unit area.
That is, compared to the case where the area of the ultrasonic wave bonding portion YS per unit area of the absorbent body overlapping region is equal to or less than the area of the ultrasonic wave bonding portion ZS per unit area of the absorbent non-body non-overlapping region, the stiffness of the absorbent body overlapping region is increased, and the occurrence of longitudinal wrinkles in the absorbent body overlapping region is suppressed, so that the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be improved.
Other embodiments are also possible
The above-described embodiments are intended to facilitate understanding of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention. It is needless to say that the present invention can be modified and improved without departing from the gist thereof, and the present invention includes equivalents thereof.
In the above embodiment, the plurality of pairs of the inflections 40 (the rear inflections 42 and the central inflections 43) have predetermined dimensions (43X, and 42aX, 42bX, and 42cX) in the left-right direction, respectively, and the dimension in the left-right direction of any one of the plurality of pairs of the inflections 40 (the rear inflections 42 and the central inflections 43) is smaller than the dimension in the left-right direction of the application region 26p, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The dimension in the left-right direction of any one of the plurality of pairs of the inflected sections 40 (the rear side inflected section 42 and the central inflected section 43) may be equal to or larger than the dimension in the left-right direction of the application region 26 p.
That is, according to the former pants-type absorbent article 1, as compared with the case where the right-left dimension of the crotch portion and the hip portion of the folding portion 40 (the rear folding portion 42 and the central folding portion 43) is equal to or larger than the right-left dimension of the application region 26p, the folding portion 40 (the rear folding portion 42 and the central folding portion 43) of the crotch portion and the hip portion can be suppressed from coming into contact with the body, and therefore, the uncomfortable feeling during wearing can be suppressed.
Further, according to the latter pants-type absorbent article 1, as compared with the case where the right-left dimension of either of the high-density portions (the rear-side folded portion 42 and the central folded portion 43) of the crotch portion and the hip portion is smaller than the right-left dimension of the application region 26p, the occurrence of the longitudinal wrinkles due to the high-density portions of the crotch portion and the hip portion can be easily suppressed, and therefore the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be improved.
In the present embodiment, the stretchable sheet 12 is provided as a member for stretching the lumbar member 10 in the left-right direction, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the elastic member may be formed by using the elastic sheet 12 in place of the elastic sheet 16 or by using both the elastic sheet 12 and the elastic sheet 16.
Fig. 9 is a plan view of the pants-type absorbent article 100 in an unfolded state using the waistline elastic band 16. In the pants-type absorbent article 100, when viewed in the front-rear direction (thickness direction), the amount of contraction in the left-right direction of the waist member 10 when shifting from the extended state to the natural state is reduced in a region of the waist member 10 overlapping the front rectangular region 41M of the front folded portion 41 (a region of a diagonally slanted line that slopes upward to the right as indicated by P in fig. 9; hereinafter, also referred to as a front rectangular overlapping region).
As an example, the following can be cited: as shown in fig. 9, in the absorbent-main-body overlapping region (region X shown in fig. 2), the waistline elastic band 16 and the waistline member 10 are set in a non-bonded state, and the waistline elastic band 16 in the absorbent-main-body overlapping region is cut, so that a part of the waistline elastic band 16 is set in a non-stretched state. According to this state, the under elastic band 16 is contracted from the cut portion to both ends in the left-right direction of the absorbent-main-body overlapping region (region indicated by X), and therefore the under elastic band 16 is not arranged or is arranged in a non-extended state in the front-side rectangular-shaped overlapping region (region indicated by P). Therefore, the amount of contraction in the left-right direction of the lumbar member 10 in the front rectangular overlapping region (region indicated by P) when shifting from the extended state to the natural state can be made smaller than the amount of contraction in the absorbent-main-body non-overlapping region at the same position in the up-down direction as the front rectangular overlapping region (region indicated by P).
More specifically, as shown in the enlarged view of fig. 9, in the absorbent body non-overlapping region, the dimension in the left-right direction in the extended state is L0, the dimension in the left-right direction in the natural state is L2, in the front rectangular overlapping region, the dimension in the left-right direction in the extended state is L0, and the dimension in the left-right direction in the natural state is L1. Furthermore, L1 is larger than L2.
That is, the lumbar member 10 is stretchable in the left-right direction, the front folded part 41 has a predetermined dimension 41Y in the up-down direction, the absorbent body 20 has a front rectangular-shaped region 41M having a length corresponding to the dimension 41Y in the up-down direction of the front folded part 41 and a width corresponding to the dimension 41X in the left-right direction, the lumbar member 10 has a front rectangular-shaped overlapping region overlapping the front rectangular-shaped region 41M and an absorbent body non-overlapping region not overlapping the absorbent body 20 when viewed in the front-back direction, the left-right direction dimension of the front rectangular-shaped overlapping region is L0 in the extended state, is L1 in the natural state, and the left-right direction dimension of the region disposed at the same position in the up-down direction as the front rectangular-shaped overlapping region in the extended state and having the same shape is L0 in the extended state, in its natural state, L2, L1 is larger than L2.
According to the pants-type absorbent article 100, the L1 is larger than that in the case of the same as the L2, and the contraction amount of the absorbent main body 20 in the left-right direction in the front rectangular region 41M is reduced, and the occurrence of the longitudinal gathers in the absorbent main body 20 is suppressed, so that the effect of the temperature sensitive agent 26 can be improved in the lower abdomen.
In the above embodiment, the stretchable sheet 12 of nonwoven fabric is used, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the stretchable sheet 12 may be a stretchable film. When the stretchable sheet 12 is a stretchable film, a nonwoven fabric sheet that is in contact with the skin of the wearer is preferably used between the wearer and the stretchable film. If the surface of the stretch film is in direct contact with the skin of the wearer, the temperature-sensitive effect of the temperature-sensitive agent 26 is too high, and the wearer may feel pain or itching.
In order to compensate for the strength of the lumbar member 10, when the stretchable sheet 12 is a nonwoven fabric, the nonwoven fabric sheet may be added to the 2-sheet structure of the stretchable sheet 12 and the non-stretchable sheet 14 to form a 3-sheet lumbar member. According to the 3-sheet waist member, the strength of the waist member is stronger than that of the 2-sheet waist member, and the vaporized temperature sensitive agent 26 is likely to stay between the sheet member and the skin of the wearer.
In the above embodiment, the temperature sensitive agent 26 is used as an example of the volatile substance, but the temperature sensitive agent 26 is not limited thereto, and for example, a cold sensitive agent may be used. When the cooling agent is used, the discomfort caused by stuffiness and stickiness of the wearer can be reduced.
That is, with the absorbent article 1 including the cooling agent (temperature sensitive agent 26), the cooling effect (temperature effect) of the wearer can be improved as compared with the case where the volatile substance is other than the cooling agent (temperature sensitive agent 26).
The mechanism (mechanism) by which the aforementioned temperature sensitive agent 26 is vaporized to exert its effect is the same as for the cooling agent and the fragrance described later, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
Examples of the psychrophilic agents include menthol (e.g., l-menthol) and derivatives thereof (e.g., menthyl lactate), methyl salicylate, camphor, essential oils derived from plants (e.g., peppermint and eucalyptus), and the like.
The psychrotolerant and the warming agent 26 preferably stimulate a temperature-sensitive TRP channel. Therefore, the user can feel cool and warm without being burnt by low temperature or burnt.
In the above embodiment, the temperature sensitive agent 26 is used as an example of the volatile substance, but the temperature sensitive agent 26 is not limited thereto, and for example, a perfume may be used. The perfume may be used instead of the temperature sensitive agent 26, or may be used together with the temperature sensitive agent 26. As the perfume, the same perfumes as those conventionally used in the art can be used.
In addition, in the case of a green herbal flavor (green herbal fragrance), in particular, the flavor can safely and easily alleviate particularly psychologically unpleasant symptoms without causing physical irritation to the body and without requiring oral administration. In addition, comfort can be obtained.
Green herbal-type aroma is a note that contains either green (green note) or herbal (herbal note). The green fragrance refers to the fresh fragrance of grass and tender leaves. The herbal aroma (herbaceous note) is a note characterized by the note of medicinal plants in nature using herbaceous plants.
Perfume compositions containing perfumes having a green herbal-type aroma preferably contain a perfume selected from the group consisting of cis-3-hexenol, cis-3-hexenol formate, cis-3-hexenol acetate, cis-3-hexenol propionate, cis-3-hexenol butyrate, trans-2-hexenal, trans-2-hexenol acetate, hexyl acetate, methylphenylmethyl acetate, 2-methyl-3- (3, 4-methylenedioxyphenyl) -propanal (IFF company name, helional), 3- (4) -5- (5-ethylbicyclo [2,2,1] heptyl-2) -cyclohexanol, allyl 2-pentoxyglycolate (IFF company name, galbanum ester), 4-methyl-3-decen-5-ol (Givaudan company name, methyl decenol), hexanal, 2, 4-dimethyl-3-cyclohexenylformaldehyde (IFF company name, privet aldehyde), and phenylacetaldehyde. Commercially available perfumes can be used. Fragrances containing them produce mainly green fragrances.
The perfume composition containing perfume with green herbaceous fragrance preferably further contains 1 or more than 2 perfumes selected from l-menthol, 1, 8-cineole, methyl salicylate, citronellal, camphor, borneol, isobornyl acetate, terpinyl acetate, eugenol, anethole, 4-methoxybenzyl methanol and artemisinine. Fragrances containing them produce mainly green fragrances.
In addition, in the case of using a perfume, the mechanism (mechanism) of the effect of vaporization is the same as that of the temperature sensitive agent 26, and therefore, the description of the perfume is omitted.
