Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of computers and discloses a cloud computing storage rack type server which comprises a server rack, wherein slide rails are fixedly connected to two sides of the server rack, the top end of each slide rail is movably connected with a slide plate, a server is placed at the top end of each slide plate, an electronic cable is movably connected to the back of each server, a fixed rod is fixedly connected to the back of the server rack, a fixing binding belt is fixedly connected to the middle of each electronic cable, the electronic cables are fixed on the fixed rods through the fixing binding belts, and piston cylinders are fixedly connected to the outer sides of the slide rails. The air bag is additionally arranged to arrange the electronic cables with redundant lengths, the piston is connected to the sliding plate, and the piston is moved by pushing and pulling the sliding plate, so that the perimeter of the section of the air bag filled with air is increased when the sliding plate is pushed into the rack, and the disordered electronic cables on the back of the server are effectively arranged and stored.

Background
Cloud computing is that a large amount of computing resources (including storage resources) connected by a network are uniformly managed and scheduled to form a computing resource pool to serve users as required, generally, people divide servers into three types, namely tower type servers, rack type servers and blade type servers according to the difference of the appearance structures of the servers, wherein the rack type servers can be used by a plurality of enterprises as a plurality of servers can be installed on one cabinet, so that the cloud computing not only occupies small space, but also is convenient for uniform management, and meets the requirements of server secretary deployment of the enterprises.
However, the rack-mounted server still has some defects, because of the limitation of the internal space, the heat dissipation of the server is limited, so that the temperature of the server is increased, some servers are cooled by installing fans on the cabinet, but the air cooling is indirect refrigeration, so that the coolant cannot be directly guided to a heat source, the heat dissipation efficiency is not high, and the fans can generate more heat and even slow down the heat dissipation speed; the server needs to be connected with a plurality of electronic cables, the electronic cables are connected to the back of the server, and the plurality of cables are suspended from the server rack, so that the risk of disconnection is easy to occur after the server rack is used for a period of time due to the large weight of the server rack; and when the server needs to be pulled out from the rack along the sliding rail for inspection and maintenance or needs to be pushed back into the rack, the electronic cable at the back of the server needs to be reserved with certain length, so that the cable at the back of the rack is messy, the required cable is searched by maintenance personnel, and the server is very inconvenient.

The outside of the sliding rail 2 is fixedly connected with a piston cylinder 8, the middle of the piston cylinder 8 is movably connected with a piston 9, one end of the piston 9 is fixedly connected with the sliding plate 3, when the sliding plate 3 is pulled out during inspection and maintenance, the piston 9 is driven to move outwards, the back of the piston cylinder 8 is fixedly connected with an air bag tube 10, one end of the air bag tube 10 is fixedly connected with an air bag 11, the electronic cable 5 is wound on the outer side of the air bag 11, the air bag 11 is made of an elastic shrinkable material, when the piston 9 moves outwards, the air bag 11 is pumped through the air bag tube 10, the air pressure in the air bag 11 is reduced to be sunken inwards, the circumference of the electronic cable 5 wound and stored on the air bag 11 is reduced, thereby the server 4 and the electronic cable 5 are conveniently pulled out synchronously without pulling and breaking the connection part of the server 4 and the electronic cable 5, when the diameter of the air bag 11 is maximum, the sliding plate 3, when the sliding plate 3 is pulled out along the sliding rail 2, the diameter of the air bag 11 is the smallest, so that the length of the electronic cable 5 wound outside the air bag 11 when the sliding plate 3 is pulled out is reduced, more electronic cables 5 are pulled out along with the server 4, when the sliding plate 3 is pushed back, the air is pushed by the piston 9 to inflate the air bag 11, so that the air bag 11 reaches the maximum diameter, the perimeter of the outer section of the air bag 11 is the largest at the moment, redundant and messy electronic cables can be stored and arranged, and can not be scattered on the back of the server 4 in a messy manner, and the personnel can check conveniently.
The front of the piston cylinder 8 is fixedly connected with a cooling liquid pipe 12, the cooling liquid pipe 12 is a retractable hose, so that the cooling liquid pipe 12 does not influence and hinder the sliding plate 3 from pulling out and pushing food, the bottom end of the sliding plate 3 is fixedly provided with a liquid cooling device 13, the liquid cooling device 13 is fixedly connected with one end of the cooling liquid pipe 12, so that when the liquid cooling device 13 is filled with liquid to perform auxiliary heat dissipation on the server 4, a strong pressure always exists in the cooling liquid pipe 12 communicated with the piston cylinder 8, so as to push the piston 9 to be kept at the innermost side of the piston cylinder 8, even if the air bag 11 is kept in an inflated state, the piston 9 cannot be automatically pushed out under the influence of the air pressure in the air bag 11, and when the liquid cooling device 13 breaks down, the pressure in the cooling liquid pipe 12 disappears, namely the pushing force on the piston 9 disappears, at this time, the piston 9 can move back for a certain distance, so that the service man can easily find and maintain the liquid cooling device 13 corresponding to the server.
Wherein, the back of slide 3 is equipped with the buckle for when the maintainer overhauls, can pull out slide 3 to the outmost end after, fix through the buckle at the slide 3 back, avoid coolant liquid pipe 12 internal gas pressure to promote piston 9 and make it slide back, loosen the buckle after the maintenance is accomplished, hydraulic pressure promotes piston 9 inward movement in the liquid cooling device 13, and then makes in server 4 gets back to server frame 1, is filled with gas in the gasbag 11 and struts electronic cable 5 neatly.
The use method (working principle) of the invention is as follows:
when the electronic cable sorting device is used, the server 4 is placed on the sliding plate 3, the sliding plate 3 is pulled out of the server rack 1, the diameter of the air bag 11 is the smallest at the moment, the length of the electronic cable 5 is adjusted to be connected to a back interface of the server 4 after being wound on the air bag 11 for one circle, the electronic cable 5 is fixed on the fixing rod 6 through the fixing bandage 7 at the position of the fixing rod 6, the liquid cooling device 13 is started, the piston 9 moves inwards under the pressure of the liquid cooling device 13, the sliding plate 3 with the server 4 moves into the server rack 1, meanwhile, the piston 9 pushes inwards to inflate the air bag 11 through the air bag pipe 10, the air bag 11 is filled with air, the diameter of the cross section is increased, the electronic cable 5 with the surplus length is wound on the air bag 11 with the increased diameter when the server 4 is retracted, the sorting of the electronic cable 5 is realized, when the liquid cooling device, at this time, the piston 9 is pushed out under the action of the air pressure in the air bag 11, so that a maintainer can easily detect and find a fault part, and thus the fault can be easily eliminated.
