As shown in figure 5 of the specification: the mobile application APP1 and the background management system 3 are internally provided with a business service requirement solving module 8, and the business service requirement solving module 8 is composed of the business service module internally provided by the mobile application APP1 and a business service management platform of the background management system 3.
Further, in the business service demand solving module 8, a window for displaying the business of the community surrounding entities in O2O is provided, through the background management system 3, the business units of the community surrounding entities can display the business services provided by the business units in the forms of pictures, characters, geographic positions, short videos, and the like, and the contents of these services are displayed in the corresponding modules in the mobile application APP1 after being audited.

the business service demand solving module 8 includes, but is not limited to, home services, featured food, travel trips, home appliances, daily groceries, vehicular services, second-hand markets.
As shown in fig. 5: the reason that the 'method core' of the invention can realize and promote the sustainable development of community business bodies is as follows:
firstly, a manager of the smart community and an operation service provider jointly deploy and construct an exclusive mobile application service system based on the smart community, and install related hardware management terminals 2, wherein the hardware terminals comprise hardware devices such as access control management, garage management, dining management, laboratory management and accommodation management, and two-dimensional code or face recognition devices connected with the hardware devices, so that a 'closed' system based on hardware recognition and software simulation is formed. The first step can be smoothly implemented because a management party of the smart community can establish a quick and efficient management system, and although an operation service provider may invest funds in software and hardware construction and system deployment in the early stage, the operation service provider can independently generate economic return for community business operation of the smart community in the later stage.
And secondly, the intelligent community manager builds a real-name member database of the personnel and deploys the real-name member database in the database server 6 for authentication, identification and comparison. The second step can be smoothly implemented because under the Chinese social system, the management party of the intelligent community actually obtains all the real-name information of the personnel, and the data is only used for system comparison and is not used for other purposes as the management requirement.
And thirdly, the intelligent community manager organizes the affiliated personnel to install the mobile application APP1 on the personal mobile terminal, and the personnel register the mobile application APP1 in real name to enter a mobile application service system. The third step can be smoothly implemented because the mobile application service system actually belongs to a dedicated customized product, and can comprehensively, effectively and quickly realize the common services which need to be solved by the personnel belonging to the smart community in a closed scene, and the integrated solution of the common services is the management requirement of a manager and the basic appeal of the personnel belonging to the smart community to the humanized and rapid common services.
And fourthly, the intelligent community manager and the common service provider develop common services in the mobile application service system. The common services comprise three types, namely an identity authentication and identification service, an information publishing and acquiring service and a common service with an application-approval-acquisition process, wherein the identity authentication and identification service is automatically implemented by a system, the information publishing is implemented by an intelligent community manager, and the common service with the application-approval-acquisition process is implemented by a common service provider. The fourth step can be smoothly implemented because in the smart community, information publishing is daily work, and common service providers actually exist, and the common service providers are social service units outsourced or logistics service personnel of the smart community, and the step is only to comprehensively implant efficient and rapid mobile service programs in the work.
Fifthly, integrating individual service demands by an operation service provider, and developing business services aiming at individuals in the mobile application service system. These business services include three categories, mobile payment, business O2O exhibition by community-surrounding entities, and comprehensive personal life business services, and the content of the business services is organized, selected, exhibited, and provided by the operation facilitator, including but not limited to, home services, featured food, travel, household appliances, daily groceries, vehicle services, and second-hand markets. The fifth step can be implemented smoothly because in the mobile application service system, the problems of APP installation rate and activity that bother the operation facilitator have been effectively solved, the operation facilitator can better concentrate on combing the business needs of the personnel belonging to the smart community and organizing to provide the required services, and the system effectively solves the integrity problem in the virtual network based on the system of real-name authentication, and the operation facilitator can realize the face-to-face after-sale service and dispute treatment, thereby materializing the originally virtual network community business service and finally generating the business operation value.
And sixthly, the operation service provider undertakes maintenance operation work of the mobile application service system for a long time, and therefore continuous development of community businesses is promoted. The sixth step can be smoothly implemented because the operation service provider can generate the economic value return through long-term operation.
The technical scheme of the invention is clearly and completely described above with reference to the accompanying drawings and the specific embodiments; obviously, the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the invention; all other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (11)

1. An intelligent community management mobile application service system, comprising: the system comprises a mobile application APP (1), a hardware management terminal (2), a background management system (3), a communication server (4), an application server (5) and a database server (6); the mobile application APP (1), the hardware management terminal (2) and the background management system (3) are in communication connection with the application server (5) through the communication server (4), and the application server (5) is in communication connection with the database server (6);
mobile application APP (1): the intelligent community real-name authentication method is used by real-name authentication of personnel belonging to the intelligent community, and can realize identity identification authentication, service information acquisition, forum communication inside the community, and a common service module and a business service module are arranged in the intelligent community;
hardware management terminal (2): various hardware equipment for intelligent community management and scanning equipment for identity recognition;
background management system (3): the system is a WEB-based website management system, and is internally divided into five modules, namely an equipment management platform, a general function management platform, a system management platform, a common service management platform and a commercial service management platform;
the equipment management platform is internally provided with an equipment list, authorization management, equipment state management information and inventory management;
the universal function management platform is internally provided with two-dimensional code management, APP message management, short message management, payment management and instant consultation management;
an administrator list, personnel role management information, a data dictionary and password management are arranged in the system management platform;
the common service management platform has functions including but not limited to information management, form management, payment management, examination and approval process, examination and approval reply and dispatching management;
the business service management platform functions include but are not limited to commodity classification, commodity parameters, commodity management, order evaluation and settlement management;
communication server (4): providing communication service and remote control for a mobile application APP (1), a hardware management terminal (2) and a computer logging in a background management system (3) through a network;
application server (5): deploying a mobile application APP (1) system and a background management system (3), and processing various service information through logic setting in the system;
database server (6): the intelligent community management system is used for storing personnel information, service information, transaction information and system configuration of intelligent community management, wherein the personnel information is real-name data which is input in advance through statistics of an intelligent community manager.
2. The intelligent community management mobile application service system of claim 1, wherein: after the mobile application APP (1) is downloaded and installed by a person belonging to the intelligent community, personal real-name authentication information needs to be filled, then the mobile application APP (1) on the personal terminal sends an application to the application server (5) through the communication server (4), the person real-name data of the database server (6) are called by the application server (5) to be compared, the comparison result is fed back to the application server (5), and finally the application server (5) sends a 'registration granting' or 'registration forbidding' instruction to the mobile application APP (1) on the personal terminal through the communication server (4) according to the comparison result, so that real-name authentication is finally achieved;
after the real-name authentication of the personnel is completed, the application server (5) automatically detects the authentication information of the mobile application APP (1) on the personal terminal of the login system at regular time and compares the authentication information with the real-name data of the personnel of the database server (6), when the personnel information is correct, the mobile application APP (1) on the terminal can be operated in the system, and when the personnel is cleared by the database server (6), the mobile application APP (1) on the terminal is forbidden to be used, so that the long-term supervision and operation of the real-name authentication management of the intelligent community is realized.

The intelligent community management mobile application service system of claim 1, wherein: the mobile application APP (1) provides an identity dynamic two-dimensional code of a registered user, when the registered user encounters a hardware management terminal (2) related to identity recognition in a smart community, the two-dimensional code is used for authentication recognition, in the process, the hardware management terminal (2) scans the dynamic two-dimensional code provided by the mobile application APP (1), and sends a request to the application server (5) through the communication server (4) after extracting the dynamic two-dimension code information, the application server (5) compares the request with the real-name data of the personnel allowed to pass through the hardware management equipment in the database server (6) to obtain the feedback of the comparison result, sending an instruction of ' permission or ' prohibition ' to the hardware management terminal (2) according to the feedback, and realizing system closure of an actual scene of the smart community and a simulated scene of the mobile application service system by relying on an identity dynamic two-dimensional code identification authentication function;
hardware management terminal (2) including but not limited to entrance guard's hardware identification equipment, parking stall hardware identification equipment, hardware identification equipment of having dinner, dormitory management hardware identification equipment, laboratory management hardware identification equipment, as the upgrading of "code authentication is swept to developments two-dimensional code", can use face identification equipment to implement more accurate and convenient authentication discernment.

The intelligent community management mobile application service system of claim 1, wherein: a common service demand solving module (7) is arranged in the mobile application APP (1) and the background management system (3), and the common service demand solving module (7) is composed of the common service module arranged in the mobile application APP (1) and a common service management platform of the background management system (3).

The intelligent community management mobile application service system of claim 4, wherein: the common service demand solving module (7) provides various notifications and information publishing windows required by intelligent community management, and the notifications and the information can be published in the form of characters and pictures through the background management system (3), and are displayed in corresponding windows in the mobile application APP (1).

The intelligent community management mobile application service system of claim 4, wherein: the common service requirement solving module (7) provides a common service item handling window with an application-approval-service flow, the common service item with the application-approval-service flow and a reporting flow can be formulated and issued through the background management system (3), the approval authority and the flow of the items are set in the background management system (3), when a registered user needs to obtain a certain common service with the application-approval-service flow, the registered user can log in the mobile application APP (1) through a mobile terminal of the registered user, enter a corresponding common service module to carry out online application, then the mobile application APP (1) sends a related instruction to the application server (5) through the communication server (4), the application server (5) automatically accepts the service or reminds a common service manager to accept the service through the background management system (3), ensuring that the application is accepted in time;
the common service requirement solving module (7) comprises but is not limited to property inquiry maintenance, meeting room inquiry use, library service, laboratory service and accommodation management.

The intelligent community management mobile application service system of claim 1, wherein: the mobile application APP (1) and the background management system (3) are internally provided with a business service demand solving module (8), and the business service demand solving module (8) is composed of the business service module internally arranged in the mobile application APP (1) and a business service management platform of the background management system (3).

The intelligent community management mobile application service system of claim 7, wherein: in the business service demand solving module (8), a community peripheral entity business O2O display window is provided, through the background management system (3), a community peripheral entity business unit can display the business services provided by the community peripheral entity business unit in the modes of pictures, characters, geographic positions, short videos and the like, and the service contents are displayed in corresponding modules in the mobile application APP (1) after being audited.
