The LED floor tile display mask comprises a first toughened glass part, an optical adhesive layer and a second toughened glass part which are sequentially connected, wherein a step hole for installing a connecting piece is formed in one surface, far away from the optical adhesive layer, of the first toughened glass part, and the size of the part, close to the optical adhesive layer, of the step hole is larger than that of the other part; the LED floor tile comprises an LED display lamp panel, an LED floor tile display mask and a connecting piece matched with the step hole, wherein the connecting piece is installed in the step hole and connected with the LED display lamp panel, so that the second toughened glass portion is tightly attached to the LED display lamp panel. The LED floor tile display mask and the LED floor tile can ensure the installation flatness, have high strength and treading resistance, are simple and convenient to install and have low installation cost.

The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a display mask 100 for an LED floor tile, which includes a first tempered glass portion 10, an optical adhesive layer 20, and a second tempered glass portion 30 connected in sequence, wherein a stepped hole 11 for installing a connector is formed in a surface of the first tempered glass portion 10 away from the optical adhesive layer 20, and a portion of the stepped hole 11 close to the optical adhesive layer 20 is larger than other portions.
When the LED display lamp is used, the connecting piece is arranged in the step hole 11 to be connected with the LED display lamp panel and the mask consisting of two pieces of toughened glass, so that the whole strength is high, the trampling is resistant, and the trampling is not easy to damage; the toughened glass is directly contacted with the LED display lamp panel, the toughened glass and the LED display lamp panel are directly attached, the flatness is guaranteed, and the installation flatness can be adjusted by adjusting the angle of the connecting piece; the direct punching is realized in a mode of mounting through a connecting piece, the operation is simple, the technical requirement is low, the installation, debugging and disassembly can be quickly carried out in a large area, and the method is more suitable for temporary activity occasions; and do not influence the display effect of LED display lamp plate, the cost is also lower than the mounting means of support.
The stepped hole 11 can enable the connecting piece to be firmly installed inside, and prevent the connecting piece from loosening and falling. The stepped hole 11 in this embodiment is a stepped cylindrical hole adapted to the shape of the connecting member. The number of the step holes 11 can be one, two or more, and the LED display lamp panels are connected through connecting pieces in the step holes 11 more than two, so that the structure is firmer after connection.
In an embodiment, step hole 11 does not run through first toughened glass portion 10, can guarantee the intensity of first toughened glass portion 10 like this, does not influence again and connects the LED and show the lamp plate. Of course, when the first tempered glass portion 10 is thin, the stepped hole 11 may penetrate the first tempered glass portion 10.
The thicknesses of the first tempered glass portion 10 and the second tempered glass portion 30 can be adjusted according to the needs of the site.
In one embodiment, the second tempered glass portion 30 has a thickness greater than that of the first tempered glass portion 10. Thus, a person can better support the second tempered glass portion 30 by stepping on it. The first tempered glass portion 10 does not directly support the stepping of a person and can be made relatively thin. Of course, the thickness of the second tempered glass portion 30 may be less than or equal to the thickness of the first tempered glass portion 10.
An anti-glare film is attached to the surface of the second tempered glass portion 30 away from the first tempered glass portion 10. Therefore, when a person stands on the mask, the light emitted from the mask can not generate dizziness when the person looks into the mask, and the person can keep comfortable.
The optical adhesive layer 20 is a colored optical adhesive layer. The colored optical adhesive layer can generate a colored effect under the irradiation of light, and can decorate the effect of the LED floor tile. For example, the optical adhesive layer 20 is a tawny optical adhesive layer, which is not too beautiful, does not dilute the original light color, and can play a role of decoration, and the second tempered glass portion 30 can also be irradiated into tawny under the irradiation of light, so that the whole floor tile has a colorful effect.

the first glass part and the second glass part are bonded together through optical cement, the temperature is raised under the vacuum condition to melt the optical cement, and the first glass part and/or the second glass part are/is pressurized;
and cooling to obtain the LED floor tile display mask.
And tempering the first glass part and the second glass part by adopting a physical method until the hardness of the first glass part and the second glass part is not less than 6H. The hardness can better play a supporting role, and the glass cannot become brittle.
The optical cement is an optical cement layer with colors. The colored optical cement can generate a colored effect under the irradiation of light, and can decorate the effect of the LED floor tile. For example, the optical cement is an optical cement layer with a tawny color, the tawny color is not too bright, the original light color cannot be diluted, the decoration effect can be achieved, the second toughened glass part can be irradiated into the tawny color under the irradiation of light, and the whole floor tile is enabled to have a colorful effect.
The optical cement may be colored prior to application or may be colored during manufacture.
In one embodiment, the first glass portion and the second glass portion may be pressed together after the optical cement is applied. Thus, the optical cement can be better adhered to the first glass part and the second glass part under larger pressure so as to adhere the first glass part and the second glass part.
Referring to fig. 2, the present invention further provides an LED floor tile 200, which includes an LED display lamp panel 40, the LED floor tile display mask 100 and a connecting member 50 adapted to the stepped hole 11, i.e. the connecting member 50 is also stepped, the connecting member 50 is installed in the stepped hole 11 and connected to the LED display lamp panel 40, so that the second tempered glass portion 20 is tightly attached to the LED display lamp panel 40.
The preparation method of the LED floor tile 200 comprises the following steps: the LED floor tile display mask 100 is manufactured, the connecting member 50 is installed in the stepped hole 11, and then the connecting member 50 is inserted into the LED display lamp panel 40.
When first toughened glass portion 10 shows lamp plate 40 is uneven level relatively, can rock first toughened glass portion 10, take connecting piece 50 to rock the shift position, it flushes to show lamp plate 40 relatively to LED of first toughened glass portion 10, can guarantee whole LED ceramic tile 200's roughness like this.

coating optical cement on one surface, far away from the stepped hole, of the second toughened glass part or one surface of the first toughened glass part;
the first glass part and the second glass part are attached together through the optical cement, the temperature is raised under the vacuum condition to melt the optical cement, and the first glass part and/or the second glass part are/is pressurized;
and cooling to obtain the LED floor tile display mask.
