In an optional manner, obtaining a broker poster making request, where the poster requirement information and broker information are carried in the broker poster making request, further includes:
obtaining sharing request operation of a broker on the building exhibition data in the first application program;
acquiring the floor ID and broker information of the floor display data according to the sharing request operation;
and generating a broker poster making request according to the floor ID and the broker information.

determining the number, size and proportion of the building pictures according to the building picture information;
determining a picture module placeholder of a picture module corresponding to the building picture from the poster template character string;
modifying the number, the size and the proportion of the picture modules according to the number, the size and the proportion of the building pictures to obtain modified picture modules;
and replacing the placeholder of the modified picture module with the building picture.
In an optional mode, the poster requirement information comprises requirement description texts; determining a service data set corresponding to the target service type in a data center according to the target service type, wherein the service data set is a building data set, and the method further comprises the following steps:

acquiring a broker poster making request, wherein the poster requirement information and broker information are carried in the broker poster making request;
determining a target business type and at least one preset poster template character string according to the poster requirement information;
determining a service data set corresponding to the target service type in a data center according to the target service type, wherein the service data set is a building data set;
determining matched target floor data from the business data set according to the broker poster making request;
generating target file data according to the poster demand information, the broker information and the target floor data;
generating a target building poster character string according to the target file data, the target building data and the poster template character string, wherein the target building poster character string data comprises poster coordinate data, layout data and poster content data;
acquiring a corresponding target material according to the target building poster character string data;
and rendering to obtain the target floor poster according to the target floor poster character string data and the target material.
In an optional manner, obtaining a broker poster making request, where the poster requirement information and broker information are carried in the broker poster making request, further includes:

Claims (9)

1. A method of fabricating a floor poster, the method comprising:
acquiring a broker poster making request, wherein the broker poster making request carries poster demand information and broker information; the poster requirement information comprises a requirement description text;
determining a target business type and at least one preset poster template character string according to the poster requirement information;
determining a service data set corresponding to the target service type in a data center according to the target service type, wherein the service data set is a building data set;
performing semantic analysis on the requirement description text to obtain semantic information;
determining a service data requirement item according to the semantic information;
matching the service data set according to the service data requirement item to obtain a plurality of matched floor data to form a matched floor data list;
screening the floor data in the matched floor data list according to the text description information of the matched floor data and a preset screening rule to obtain the floor data with the preset number in the front sequence as target floor data; wherein, the preset screening rule is as follows: determining the sequence of the building data according to the comprehensive preference index of the building data, and screening the building data with the comprehensive preference index ranked in the front by a preset number as target building data; the comprehensive optimization index is obtained by weighted calculation according to the section, total price, area and school district of the building data;
generating target file data according to the poster demand information, the broker information and the target floor information;
generating a target building poster character string according to the target file data, the target building information and the poster template character string, wherein the target building poster character string data comprises poster coordinate data, layout data and poster content data;
acquiring a corresponding target material according to the target building poster character string data;
and rendering to obtain the target floor poster according to the target floor poster character string data and the target material.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining a broker poster production request, the broker poster production request carrying the poster demand information and broker information, further comprises:
obtaining sharing request operation of a broker on the building exhibition data in the first application program;
acquiring the floor ID and broker information of the floor display data according to the sharing request operation;
and generating a broker poster making request according to the floor ID and the broker information.

The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the target floor data comprises text description information, floor picture information and/or video information of the target floor; generating target file data according to the poster demand information, the broker information and the target floor data, wherein the target file data comprises:
extracting keywords from the text description information of the target building to obtain building description keywords;
extracting keywords from the poster requirement information to obtain poster requirement keywords;
determining the data of the building pattern according to the requirement keywords and the building description keywords;
and generating target file data according to the floor file data and the broker information.

The method of claim 3, wherein the poster template string includes a template placeholder; generating a target floor poster character string according to the target file data, the target floor data and the poster template character string, wherein the target floor poster character string data comprises poster coordinate data, layout data and poster content data, and the method comprises the following steps of:
determining the number, size and proportion of the building pictures according to the building picture information;
determining a picture module placeholder of a picture module corresponding to the building picture from the poster template character string;
modifying the number, the size and the proportion of the picture modules according to the number, the size and the proportion of the building pictures to obtain modified picture modules;
and replacing the placeholder of the modified picture module with the building picture.

The method of any one of claims 1-4, wherein generating a target floor poster string based on the target paperwork data, the target floor data, and the poster template string, wherein the target floor poster string data includes poster coordinate data, layout data, and poster content data, further comprises:
determining whether the poster template character string has a dynamic module according to a dynamic module identifier;
when a dynamic module is provided, determining the service subdata corresponding to the dynamic module; the service subdata is any one or more of the target building data;
and replacing the placeholders of the dynamic modules with the service subdata according to a preset editing sequence.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein a service data set corresponding to the target service type is determined in a data center according to the target service type, and the service data set is a building data set, further comprising:
determining whether the broker has promotional rights to the business data set based on the broker information;
and when the promotion right is available, determining a service data set corresponding to the target service type in a data center according to the target service type.
7. A floor poster making apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
