When the test board 7 and the test plug are adjusted to be above the wire harness at the corresponding position, the push rod 36 is pushed downwards, the test board 7 and the test plug are enabled to be close to the wire harness at the corresponding position, after the detection is finished, the push rod 36 is pulled, and under the action of the elastic force of the lower reset spring 35, the test board 7 and the test plug are restored to the original positions.
In order to limit the rotation angle of the first upper hinge strip 25 and the second upper hinge strip 26, a first limiting rod 37 and a second limiting rod 38 are fixed between the two groups of connecting plates 24, the first limiting rod 37 and the second limiting rod 38 are both positioned at the upper parts of the connecting plates 24, the first limiting rod 37 is positioned at one side of the first upper hinge strip 25, which is far away from the hinge seat 29, the second limiting rod 38 is positioned at one side of the second upper hinge strip, which is far away from the hinge seat 29, and the distance between the hinge shaft of the first upper hinge strip 25 and the hinge shaft of the second upper hinge strip 26 is smaller than the distance between the first limiting rod 37 and the second limiting rod 38. When the hinge base 29 is reset, after the first upper hinge strip 25 and the second upper hinge strip 26 rotate to a certain angle, the outer side of the first upper hinge strip 25 can contact with the outer side of the first limiting rod 37, and the outer side of the second upper hinge strip 26 can contact with the outer side of the second limiting rod 38, so that the hinge base 29 is prevented from being too far away from the projection plate 2 (refer to fig. 1).
