Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cigarette equipment, in particular to a tipping paper air permeability online detection system and method.
Background
Laser drilling is the most extensive way for reducing tar content of cigarettes at present. The air permeability of the tipping paper after laser drilling is one of important indexes of cigarettes and is also an important factor for determining the quality of the cigarettes, and the international ISO2965 specifies a measuring method of the air permeability of cigarette paper: when the air permeability of the cigarette paper penetrates through a sample under a certain pressure difference, the ratio of air flow per unit sample surface area is that all laser-punched tipping paper air permeability online detectors in the market at present have the following two types:

Obviously, the method has large error and high cost of the image sensor, and is not beneficial to practical popularization.
The front of the object to be measured is illuminated by utilizing the photosensitive principle, the other side of the object to be measured receives a light intensity signal by utilizing the photosensitive sensor, and the air permeability value is compared by the sensor intensity signal. The method has the advantages that the standard value is difficult to calibrate in the using process, the requirements on the environment and the brightness stability of the instrument are high, the accuracy of the measured value cannot be guaranteed, and therefore, the method has no practical application so far.
