The closed conveying device for the fish and animal wastes as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 5 is composed of a frame assembly, a driving assembly matched with the frame assembly, and a closed conveying assembly matched with the frame assembly and the driving assembly; the frame component comprises a bottom plate 1, a supporting block 2 arranged on the bottom surface of the bottom plate 1, a group of first vertical supporting plates 3 and a group of second vertical supporting plates 4 which are arranged on the end surface of one end of the bottom plate 1 and used in a matching way, an auxiliary supporting plate 5 respectively connected with the group of first vertical supporting plates 3 and the group of second vertical supporting plates 4, threaded groove fixing blocks 7 arranged on the end surfaces of four corners of the auxiliary supporting plate 5, vertical threaded supporting rods 6 respectively connected with the threaded groove fixing blocks 7, and a motor mounting plate 8 mounted at one end of each vertical threaded supporting rod 6 through four groups of locking nuts 23; the driving assembly comprises a motor 9 arranged on the motor mounting plate 8, a driving wheel 13 arranged on the motor 9, a speed reducer 10 arranged at one end of the bottom plate 1 and positioned below the auxiliary supporting plate 5, a driven wheel 14 arranged on the speed reducer 10, and a transmission belt 15 respectively connected with the driving wheel 13 and the driven wheel 14; the closed conveying assembly comprises a wear-resistant pump shell seat 16 installed at the other end of the bottom plate 1, a wear-resistant pump shell 20 installed on the wear-resistant pump shell seat 16, bearing seats 24 arranged at two ends of the wear-resistant pump shell 20, an inlet 17 arranged on the transverse side wall of one side of the wear-resistant pump shell 20, an outlet 19 arranged on the vertical side wall of the other side of the wear-resistant pump shell 20, a wear-resistant blade pump shaft 18 with two ends respectively connected with the bearing seats 24, a wear-resistant blade mounting shaft sleeve 25 arranged on the wear-resistant blade pump shaft 18, and a wear-resistant blade 21 arranged on the wear-resistant blade mounting shaft sleeve 25, wherein the speed reducer 10 is connected with the wear-resistant blade.
Further preferably, the wear-resistant pump shell 20 is made of a wear-resistant material, the inner geometry of the wear-resistant pump shell is an irregular eccentric circular hole, and the size of the space volume is changed in the up-and-down sliding process of the wear-resistant vanes 21, wherein the wear-resistant vanes 21 are arranged in a plate structure; and the wear-resistant blades 21 are arranged in a group and movably arranged on the wear-resistant blade mounting shaft sleeve 25, wherein the wear-resistant blade mounting shaft sleeve 25 is provided with a wear-resistant blade 21 mounting clamping groove.
