Claims (8)
1. An automatic maintenance device for a steel wire rope is characterized in that: comprises a box body (1); one side of the box body (1) is opened and is detachably connected with a side cover plate (2); the lower surface of the box body (1) is detachably connected with an oil storage box (3);
one opposite side wall of the box body (1) is provided with a rectangular notch (10), and the inner side surface of the rectangular notch (10) is of a semicircular structure; a first semicircular shaft sleeve (101) is fixedly connected between the opposite side walls of the box body (1), and a transmission shaft (4) is rotatably connected; an oil filling pipe (102) is fixedly inserted into the side wall of the first semicircular shaft sleeve (101);
one opposite outer side wall of the box body (1) is fixedly connected with a fixing plate (103) in parallel and is rotatably connected with a travelling wheel (11); the bottom wall of the box body (1) is rotatably connected with a connecting shaft (104) and a rotating shaft;
a connecting column (105) is movably inserted into the fixing plate (103); the two connecting columns (105) are sleeved with springs (106); a lower roller (107) is rotatably connected between the two connecting columns (105) through a connecting rod;
the upper end of the connecting shaft (104) is connected with a connecting wheel (108); the upper end of the rotating shaft is connected with a driving wheel (109); the lower end of the rotating shaft penetrates through the bottom wall of the box body (1) and is connected with a driving device (110);
the side surface of the side cover plate (2) is fixedly connected with a side plate (201) matched with the rectangular notch (10); the side surface of the side plate (201) is provided with a semicircular notch, and the semicircular notch is matched with the semicircular inner side surface of the rectangular notch (10) to form a connecting round hole;
a second semicircular shaft sleeve (202) is fixedly connected between the two side plates (201); the second semicircular shaft sleeve (202) is matched with the first semicircular shaft sleeve (101) to form a complete shaft sleeve; the lower sides of the second semicircular shaft sleeve (202) and the first semicircular shaft sleeve (101) are both provided with sewage outlets (203); a power pipe (5) is rotationally connected in the shaft sleeve;
the peripheral side surface of the transmission shaft (4) is fixedly connected with a driven wheel (401) meshed with the driving wheel (109) and a transmission wheel (402) meshed with the connecting wheel (108); both ends of the transmission shaft (4) penetrate through the side wall of the box body (1) and are fixedly connected with output wheels (403);
the power pipe (5) is formed by splicing two semicircular pipes; a rectangular channel (501) is arranged on the outer wall of one end of the power pipe (5) in a circumferential array mode, and a through notch (502) is arranged on the side wall of the other end in a circumferential array mode; an annular notch (503) in clearance fit with the oil filling pipe (102) is formed in the outer wall of the power pipe (5), and the annular notch (503) is communicated with the rectangular channel (501);
oil holes (504) are uniformly distributed on the inner bottom surface of the rectangular channel (501); the inner wall of the power pipe (5) is fixedly connected with a lubricating brush (505) corresponding to the position of the rectangular channel (501) and a cleaning brush (506) arranged at intervals with the through notch (502);
two ends of the power pipe (5) extend out of connecting circular holes and are fixedly connected with a toothed ring (507) meshed with the output wheel (403); the gear ring (507) is in transmission connection with the traveling wheel (11) through a transmission mechanism;
the inner bottom surface of the oil storage box (3) is rotatably connected with a screw rod (301); the bottom of the oil storage box (3) is connected with an oil pipeline (302); the oil delivery pipe (302) is communicated with the oil filling pipe (102) through a connecting pipe;
the screw rod (301) is matched with a nut (303); the upper end of the screw rod (301) penetrates through the top wall of the oil storage box (3) and is connected with the connecting shaft (104); the nut (303) is fixedly connected with a pressing plate (304); the pressure plate (304) is matched with the inner side wall of the oil storage box (3).

The automatic maintenance device for the steel wire rope according to claim 1, wherein the lower end of the connecting shaft (104) penetrates through the bottom wall of the box body (1) and is fixedly connected with a spline shaft (1040); the upper end face of the screw rod (301) is provided with a spline hole (305) matched with the spline shaft (1040).

An automatic service device for steel cables as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said transmission mechanism comprises a fixed frame (6); the fixed frame (6) is rotatably connected with a worm (601); the worm (601) is connected with a rotating wheel (603) through a rotating shaft (602); the rotating wheel (603) is meshed with the gear ring (507); and a worm wheel (604) meshed with the worm (601) is fixedly connected to a roller shaft of the travelling wheel (11).

An automatic maintenance device for steel wire ropes according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that a herringbone blowdown pipe (7) is connected to the bottom wall of the tank (1); the upper end of the sewage discharge pipeline (7) corresponds to the sewage discharge port (203); the bottom wall of the box body (1) is provided with a sewage outlet (701) communicated with a sewage discharge pipeline (7).
5. An automatic maintenance device for steel wire rope according to claim 4, characterized in that a dirt collecting box (702) is detachably connected to the lower surface of the box body (1).

The automatic maintenance device for the steel wire rope according to the claim 1 or 2 or 3 or 5, characterized in that the inner bottom surface and the inner top surface of the rectangular notch (10) are provided with sliding grooves (1010); the upper surface and the lower surface of the side plate (201) are fixedly connected with sliding strips (204) matched with the sliding grooves (1010).

The automatic maintenance device for the steel wire rope according to the claim 1, 2, 3 or 5, characterized in that the inner walls of the second semicircular shaft sleeve (202) and the first semicircular shaft sleeve (101) are fixedly connected with semicircular rings (205); and an annular groove (508) matched with the semicircular ring (205) is formed in the peripheral side surface of the power pipe (5).
8. The automatic maintenance device for the steel wire rope according to claim 7, wherein locating pins (509) are uniformly distributed on the side surface of a semicircular pipe of the power pipe (5); and the side surface of the other half round pipe of the power pipe (5) is provided with a positioning hole matched with the positioning pin (509).
