Description

High-temperature water ventilation method for marine generator
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ventilation of marine generators, in particular to a high-temperature water ventilation method for a marine generator.
Background
A circulating pipe is connected between a cooling cylinder sleeve used for cooling high-temperature water and inside the marine generator and the high-temperature water pump, so that the high-temperature water in the high-temperature water pump is mixed with low-temperature water in the cooling cylinder sleeve, and is mixed with an internal low-temperature water system to control the temperature of the high-temperature water and reduce the internal temperature of the generator. Generally, the temperature of the high-temperature water inside the generator is controlled at 85 ℃.
Since the temperature of the high-temperature water inside the generator is too high, air bubbles may be generated in the high-temperature water system. As shown in fig. 1, a vent pipe is directly connected between a vent outlet of a conventional generator and a low-temperature expansion water tank, air bubbles are introduced into the low-temperature expansion water tank through the vent pipe connected between the generator and the low-temperature expansion water tank, and meanwhile, the low-temperature expansion water tank is also used for replenishing water for a high-temperature water system of a marine generator. However, when the generator is operated for a long time, because the water in the ventilation pipe is not separated from the water in the low-temperature expansion water tank, the heat of the water in the ventilation pipe or the heat carried by the bubbles introduced into the low-temperature expansion water tank can be transferred to the low-temperature expansion water tank, so that the low-temperature expansion water tank is in a high-temperature condition. And if the design of the throttling orifice plate of the generator breathable outlet is unreasonable, the pressure of the generator breathable outlet is too high, high-temperature water in the internal circulating pipe of the generator can flow to the low-temperature expansion water tank through the breathable pipe, the water temperature in the low-temperature expansion water tank can be further increased, and the high-temperature condition of the low-temperature expansion water tank is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a high temperature water ventilation method for a marine generator, which is used to solve the above problems in the background art.
A high-temperature water ventilation method for a marine generator specifically comprises the following steps:
a vertical vent pipe is arranged at a vent outlet of the marine generator, a communicating pipe is arranged between the vent pipe and the low-temperature expansion water tank, and a check valve for blocking the high-temperature water in the vent pipe from flowing to the low-temperature expansion water tank is arranged on the communicating pipe;
the internal bubble that produces of marine generator passes through the permeability cell and discharges from the upper port of permeability cell, and when the liquid level in the permeability cell was less than the liquid level in the low temperature inflation water tank, the low temperature water in the low temperature inflation water tank flowed into the permeability cell through the check valve in order to supply water for marine generator.
Preferably, the upper pipe orifice of the vent pipe is positioned above the low-temperature expansion water tank.
Preferably, the upper end of the ventilation pipe is provided with a gooseneck-type elbow.
Preferably, the low-temperature expansion water tank is installed above the marine generator, and the installation height difference between the low-temperature expansion water tank and the marine generator is greater than the value obtained by subtracting the resistance of the throttle orifice plate from the water outlet pressure of the water pump inside the marine generator.
Preferably, the communicating pipe is horizontally arranged, and one end of the communicating pipe is connected with a lower water outlet of the low-temperature expansion water tank.
Preferably, a water level alarm is mounted at the lower part of the low-temperature expansion water tank, and when the water level in the low-temperature expansion water tank is lower than a set threshold value, the water level alarm gives an alarm prompt.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention effectively solves the problem that the high-temperature condition of the low-temperature expansion water tank occurs because the bubbles of the high-temperature water of the marine generator are introduced into the low-temperature expansion water tank, and the bubbles formed in the marine generator can be directly discharged into the external atmosphere from the vent pipe and cannot be introduced into the low-temperature expansion water tank by installing the check valve on the communicating pipe, so that the heat of the water in the vent pipe or the heat carried by the bubbles introduced into the low-temperature expansion water tank is prevented from being transferred to the low-temperature expansion water tank, and the high-temperature water in the marine generator cannot flow into the low-temperature expansion water tank through the vent pipe.

In the description of the present application, it should be understood that the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", and the like used in the embodiments of the present application are described with reference to the angles shown in the drawings, and should not be construed as limiting the embodiments of the present application. In addition, in this context, it will also be understood that when an element is referred to as being "on" or "under" another element, it can be directly on "or" under "the other element or be indirectly on" or "under" the other element through intervening elements.
The invention provides a high-temperature water ventilation method for a marine generator, which specifically comprises the following steps:
first, the vertical vent pipe 1 is installed at the vent outlet 6 of the marine generator 5, and the upper nozzle of the vent pipe 1 is positioned above the low-temperature expansion water tank 7, that is, the upper nozzle of the vent pipe 1 is higher than the installation height of the low-temperature expansion water tank 7. The low-temperature expansion water tank 7 is installed above the marine generator 5, and the installation height difference between the low-temperature expansion water tank 7 and the marine generator 5 is larger than the difference value between the water outlet pressure of the high-temperature water pump 9 inside the marine generator and the resistance of the throttle orifice plate, namely the installation height difference between the low-temperature expansion water tank 7 and the marine generator 5 is larger than the value obtained by subtracting the resistance of the throttle orifice plate from the water outlet pressure of the high-temperature water pump 9 inside the marine generator.
Then, a communicating pipe 2 is installed between the vent pipe 1 and the low-temperature expansion water tank 7. Specifically, the communicating pipe 2 is horizontally arranged, one end of the communicating pipe 2 is connected with a lower water outlet of the low-temperature expansion water tank 7, and the other end of the communicating pipe 2 is communicated with the vent pipe 1.
And the communicating pipe 2 is provided with a one-way valve 3 for blocking the high-temperature water in the vent pipe 1 from flowing to the low-temperature expansion water tank 7.
Air bubbles generated inside the marine generator 5 are discharged from the upper port of the ventilation pipe 1 through the ventilation pipe 1.
When the liquid level (b) in the vent pipe 1 is lower than the liquid level (a) in the low-temperature expansion water tank 7, the low-temperature water in the low-temperature expansion water tank 7 flows into the vent pipe 1 through the check valve 3 to replenish the water for the marine generator 5, and the liquid level height in the vent pipe 1 is maintained. When the liquid level (b) in the vent pipe 1 is higher than the liquid level (a) in the low-temperature expansion water tank 7, the low-temperature water in the low-temperature expansion water tank 7 does not flow into the vent pipe 1.
Preferably, the upper port of the ventilation pipe 1 is provided with a gooseneck type elbow pipe.
In order to avoid that the water level in the low-temperature expansion water tank 7 is too low and influences the normal operation of the ship, the water level alarm 4 can be installed on the lower portion of the low-temperature expansion water tank 7, and when the water level in the low-temperature expansion water tank 7 is lower than a set threshold value (namely, the water level in the low-temperature expansion water tank 7 is lower than the installation position of the water level alarm 4), the water level alarm 4 can give an alarm to prompt a crew to find a problem.
According to the invention, the communicating pipe 2 is arranged between the vent pipe 1 and the low-temperature expansion water tank 7, and the one-way valve 3 is arranged on the communicating pipe 2, so that the problem that the low-temperature expansion water tank 7 generates a high-temperature condition due to the introduction of bubbles of high-temperature water of the marine generator 5 into the low-temperature expansion water tank 7 is effectively solved.
Because install check valve 3 on communicating pipe 2, check valve 3 can block the flow direction of water in the permeability cell 1 to low temperature inflation water tank 7, can only make the water in the low temperature inflation water tank 7 enter into permeability cell 1, water in the permeability cell 1 can not enter into low temperature inflation water tank 7, the bubble that forms like this in the marine generator 5 can be directly arranged to external atmosphere from permeability cell 1, can not let in low temperature inflation water tank 7, avoid the heat of the water in the permeability cell 1 or the heat transfer that the bubble that introduces in the low temperature inflation water tank 7 carried to low temperature inflation water tank 7, the inside high temperature water of marine generator 5 can not flow into low temperature inflation water tank 7 through permeability cell 1 yet. Meanwhile, when the water level in the vent pipe 1 is too low, water in the low-temperature expansion water tank 7 can flow into the vent pipe 1 through the check valve 3 to supplement water for the marine generator 5, and the liquid level height in the vent pipe 1 is maintained.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
