Abstract
The invention discloses a self-adhesive waterproof and drainage integrated plate for a tunnel, which comprises the following components in sequence: self-adhesive tape, self-adhesive glue layer, EVA drain bar body, HDPE sheet, polymer self-adhesive glued membrane and cover material layer. The invention also provides application of the self-adhesive drainage-preventing integrated plate for the tunnel, and the self-adhesive drainage-preventing integrated plate for the tunnel is applied to the waterproofing of the tunnel; paving a self-adhesive drainage-preventing integrated plate for the tunnel between the primary support and the secondary primary building of the tunnel; firstly, adhering a self-adhesive tape on a self-adhesive drainage-proof integrated plate for the tunnel with a primary support isolation layer to play a drainage role; and pouring secondary lining concrete, and bonding the high polymer self-adhesive film on the self-adhesive drainage-preventing integrated plate for the tunnel with post-pouring concrete, so that a drainage-preventing combination is achieved by eliminating a water channeling channel.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a self-adhesive drainage-proof integrated plate for a tunnel and application thereof.
Background
At present, the leakage rate of tunnels in China is high, and tunnel waterproofing is always an underground waterproof weak point and a technical difficulty. At present, the common tunnel waterproof and drainage plate mainly comprises a waterproof and drainage plate body, self-adhesive cloth and an adhesive tape.
The traditional waterproof and drainage plate body can not be combined with the waterproof concrete of the second lining of the tunnel, once the defect, the weak point or the damage point appear on the large surface of the coiled material body in the lap joint construction of the waterproof layer, water can permeate the waterproof and drainage plate body, a water channeling channel is directly formed between the waterproof and drainage plate and the waterproof concrete of the second lining of the tunnel, and once the water channeling channel encounters a crack of the concrete of the second lining of the tunnel, leakage is formed, so that the waterproof layer of the tunnel is invalid.

The high polymer self-adhesive film on the self-adhesive drainage-proof integrated plate for the tunnel is bonded with post-cast concrete, can be firmly bonded with a post-cast secondary lining concrete structure, has bonding peel strength not lower than 2.0N/mm, can effectively eliminate a water channeling channel, can not channel water everywhere between a waterproof layer and the secondary lining concrete even if a waterproof layer weak point appears in the later stage, and solves the waterproof problem of the mine tunnel.
