一种新型水泥混凝土结构用自加热保温养护薄膜材料,所述的自加热保温养护薄膜材料自下而上依次铺设有吸水层、自加热层以及PVC薄膜层,各层之间设置有无纺布,其特征在于所述的吸水层由高分子吸水材料构成,自加热层主要由生石灰制备而成。本申请提供的一种新型水泥混凝土结构用自加热保温养护薄膜材料,可凭借自加热特性进行加热,拥有良好的保温、保湿功能,适用于三北地区、青藏高原等严寒地区以及日温差大的地区的混凝土养护,一次洒水即可满足养护用水分,简化养护施工步骤,节省人力,产生了较高的经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及道路工程技术领域,是一种新型水泥混凝土结构用自加热保温养护薄膜材料。
背景技术
公路是我国交通运输体系的重要组成部分,更是我国基础交通建设工程的重点。我国经济快速增长,人们生活水平不断提高,各种类型车量不断增加,这增加了公路使用压力,要求公路建设要以路面工程施工质量的提高为最终目标。在公路工程当中,水泥混凝土路面凭借其施工使用的材料成本低、技术易操作以及适用范围广等优点,逐渐成为了我国公路建设中的主流,并被广泛应用于公路工程建设中。
水泥混凝土路面由钢筋混凝土、混凝土材料、以及混凝土铺砌块等面板层组成,主要有素混凝土、钢筋混凝土、连续配筋混凝土、预应力混凝土等路面。水泥基混凝土承载力强,耐久性好及材料来源丰富。随着混凝土技术的发展,科研人员越来越倾向于高性能、高耐久混凝土。但由于较低的水灰比,混凝土会产生自干燥的倾向,导致混凝土早期收缩变形,极易产生开裂。因此,混凝土早期养护具有重要意义。
常用的混凝土养护方式分三种:即标准养护、自然养护、加温快速养护等,而在工程中最普遍使用的还是自然养护方法。目前,水泥混凝土路面自然养护方法主要有以下几种:洒水养护、覆盖养护(覆盖湿麻袋、草帘子、薄膜等)、喷洒养护剂等。
普通的养护方法对于普通平原地区而言基本能够满足混凝土路面早期养护条件,但是对于我国的西北部地区而言,洒水等普通养护方法并不能满足混凝土路面早期强度的发展。我国三北地区及青藏高原地区由于日温差低、低温天气多,混凝土结构采用普通养护措施很容易会产生温度裂缝和收缩裂缝等问题,最终导致混凝土早期强度发展不均衡而引起各种开裂问题,影响了结构稳定性和耐久性能。
因此,基于目前养护方法的现状以及西北部地区的气候地质条件,本发明提出一种新型水泥混凝土结构用自加热保温养护薄膜结构。该薄膜结构自身拥有良好的保温、保湿性能,且在一定程度上节约了人力、物力,为西北部地区混凝土路面的初期养护提供了一种新的方法。
发明内容
(1)技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种新型水泥混凝土结构用自加热保温养护薄膜材料,是一种具有良好的保温、保湿性的自加热保温养护薄膜材料,可以有效解决自然养护保温保湿效果不佳的问题,同时可降低施工难度,节约人力和物力,减少施工成本,提高混凝土路面的强度和耐久性。
(2)技术方案
为达到上述目的,本发明提出了一种新型水泥混凝土结构用自加热保温养护薄膜材料:
一种新型水泥混凝土结构用自加热保温养护薄膜材料,自上而下依次包括PVC薄膜层,自加热层及吸水层。

有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明采用高吸水性树脂作为吸水层材料,每克高吸水树脂能够在30秒内吸收数百克无离子水,无毒、无污染;吸水能力特强,保水能力特高且所吸水分不能被简单的物理方法挤出,可反复释水、吸水,因此一次洒水即可满足整个养护过程所需的水分,大大简化了施工流程,质量易于控制,节约了人力和物力,降低了施工成本,产生一定的经济效益。
2.本发明的自加热层通过生石灰的水化反应进行热量产出,同时铁粉与少量空气反应同样产生热量进行加热保温,适用于三北地区、青藏高原等严寒地区以及日温差大的环境条件下的混凝土路面养护。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图说明本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不限于以下具体的实施例。
如图1、图2所示,本发明提出了一种新型水泥混凝土结构用自加热保温养护薄膜材料,自上而下依次包括PVC薄膜层(11),自加热层(12)及吸水层(13)。
所述自加热层(12)主要由生石灰、铁粉、活性炭和盐组成。
所述吸水层(11)由高分子吸水性树脂聚丙烯酸钠构成,其粒径大小为100~120目。
所述自加热层(12)自加热反应时间控制在5~10小时之间。
所述吸水层(13)与自加热层(12)均采用无纺布(14)封装。
所述整体薄膜材料(1)的厚度在4~6mm之间。
其具体实施步骤如下:
(1)材料封装组合:根据路面的具体情况配置相应的自加热层(12)和吸水层(13),用无纺布(14)分别将自加热层(12),吸水层(13)封装粘合,粘合结束后将PVC薄膜层(11)置于自加热层(12)上,整体合成为新型水泥混凝土结构用自加热保温养护薄膜材料;
(2)覆膜:路面施工结束后,一次洒过量水后覆盖合成的新型水泥混凝土结构用自加热保温养护薄膜材料,用木条、沙土或泥土放在所有边缘和接缝处,直至养护结束后掀开薄膜。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上技术方案以及构思,做出其他各种相应的改变以及变形,而所有的这些改变和变形都应该属于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型水泥混凝土结构用自加热保温养护薄膜材料,其特征在于:所述吸水层(11)由高分子吸水性树脂聚丙烯酸钠构成,其粒径大小为100~120目。
