Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a drying method of a clothes dryer provided by an embodiment of the invention, and the embodiment can be combined with the alternatives in one or more of the above embodiments. In this embodiment, optionally, the method provided in this embodiment of the present invention further includes:
when the temperature in a roller in the clothes dryer is lower than a set temperature, controlling the rotating speed of the fan to be a preset target rotating speed;
the controlling the rotating speed of a fan in the clothes dryer according to the value of the metering parameter comprises the following steps:
and when the temperature in the drum in the clothes dryer is higher than the set temperature, controlling the fan to rotate at the rotating speed corresponding to the value of the metering parameter.
As shown in fig. 2, the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes:
s210: in the process of drying clothes by the clothes dryer, the drum is controlled to rotate at a preset rotating speed so as to turn over the clothes in the drum.
S220: determining a value of a metering parameter of laundry in the drum.
S230: and when the temperature in the drum in the clothes dryer is lower than the set temperature, controlling the rotating speed of the fan to be a preset target rotating speed.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the clothes dryer starts to work, the temperature of the roller in the clothes dryer is generally lower than the set temperature, and the rotating speed of the fan can be controlled to be the preset target rotating speed. The preset target rotating speed can be set according to needs.
S240: and when the temperature in the drum in the clothes dryer is higher than the set temperature, controlling the fan to rotate at the rotating speed corresponding to the value of the metering parameter.
In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, controlling the fan to rotate at a rotation speed corresponding to the value of the metering parameter includes: determining a metering level of the laundry according to a value of a metering parameter of the laundry; if the metering level of the clothes is small, controlling the fan to rotate at a low speed; if the metering grade of the clothes is medium, controlling the fan to rotate at a medium speed; and if the metering level of the clothes is a large amount, controlling the fan to rotate at a high speed. And when the preset target rotating speed is lower than the temperature in the roller and is higher than the set temperature, the rotating speed of the corresponding fan is set. Specifically, when the temperature in the drum of the clothes dryer is higher than the set temperature, the higher the metering level of the clothes is, the higher the rotation speed of the fan is controlled. For example, the greater the value of the weight of the laundry inside the drum, the greater the rotation speed of the control fan.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention is exemplified, and the rotary speed of a drum of the heat pump clothes dryer is fixed at 50rpm, and the rotary speed of a fan is 1000-3000rpm and is adjustable. When the dryer starts to operate, the value of the metering parameter of the laundry is determined, and the fan is controlled to operate at 2000 rpm. When the temperature in the drum of the clothes dryer reaches above 50 ℃, if the clothes metering level is judged to be a small amount, controlling the fan to operate at 2000 rpm; if the clothes metering grade is medium, controlling the fan to operate at 2200 rpm; if the clothes metering level is more, the fan is controlled to operate at 2400rpm, and the clothes can be stably dried by the clothes dryer through the method.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can achieve the effect of saving energy and reasonably utilize resources by controlling the fan to rotate at the preset target rotating speed when the temperature in the roller is lower than the set temperature, and can ensure stable air volume and air pressure in the roller and stable drying of the clothes dryer by controlling the fan to rotate at the rotating speed corresponding to the value of the clothes metering parameter when the temperature in the roller is higher than the set temperature.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a drying method of a clothes dryer according to an embodiment of the present invention, which may be combined with the alternatives in one or more of the above embodiments, where optionally, the controlling the rotation speed of the fan in the clothes dryer according to the value of the metering parameter includes:
when the temperature in a roller in the clothes dryer is lower than the set temperature, controlling the fan to rotate at a first rotating speed corresponding to the value of the metering parameter;
when the temperature in a roller in the clothes dryer is higher than the set temperature, controlling the fan to rotate at a second rotating speed corresponding to the value of the metering parameter; wherein the first rotational speed is less than the second rotational speed.
As shown in fig. 3, the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes:
s310: in the process of drying clothes by the clothes dryer, the drum is controlled to rotate at a preset rotating speed so as to turn over the clothes in the drum.
S320: determining a value of a metering parameter of laundry in the drum.
S330: and when the temperature in the drum in the clothes dryer is lower than the set temperature, controlling the fan to rotate at a first rotating speed corresponding to the value of the metering parameter.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the value of the metering parameter of the laundry may correspond to two rotation speeds of the fan, which are a first rotation speed and a second rotation speed, respectively, wherein the first rotation speed is less than the second rotation speed. And when the temperature in the roller is lower than the set temperature, controlling the fan to rotate at a first rotating speed. When the temperature in the roller is lower than the set temperature, the drying temperature of the clothes dryer is lower, the drying effect on clothes is limited, the rotating speed of the fan can be controlled to be the first rotating speed, the reasonable utilization of resources can be realized by reasonably utilizing the relation between the rotating speed and the temperature of the fan, and the effect of saving energy is achieved.
S340: when the temperature in a roller in the clothes dryer is higher than the set temperature, controlling the fan to rotate at a second rotating speed corresponding to the value of the metering parameter; wherein the first rotational speed is less than the second rotational speed.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the temperature of the drum in the clothes dryer is higher than the set temperature, the fan can be controlled to rotate at the second rotating speed corresponding to the value of the metering parameter. When the temperature of the roller in the clothes dryer is higher than the set temperature, the drying temperature of the clothes dryer is higher, the fan is controlled to rotate at the second rotating speed, clothes can be dried quickly, resources can be reasonably utilized, namely, when the temperature of the roller in the clothes dryer is higher than the set temperature, the fan can be controlled to rotate at the higher rotating speed, the resources are utilized at the maximum efficiency, and the quick drying of the clothes is realized.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, the method provided in any embodiment of the present invention may further include: after the temperature of the roller is kept in a set range for a set time, if the temperature in the roller is detected to be increased, the rotating speed of the fan is increased; and if the temperature in the roller is detected to be reduced, reducing the rotating speed of the fan. The setting range can be set according to needs, and the setting time can also be determined according to the value of the clothes metering parameter. If the temperature of the roller is kept in the set range for the set time, the temperature shows that the evaporation of the moisture in the clothes in the roller absorbs heat and reaches the heat balance with the heat release of the heating system in the clothes dryer. After the temperature of the drum is maintained within the set range for the set time, if the temperature rise is detected, it indicates that the moisture in the laundry is slowly decreasing, and the rotation speed of the blower may be increased to rapidly dry the laundry. When the moisture content in the clothes is less than the set content, the heating temperature of the heating system can be reduced, so that the temperature in the roller is reduced, and in order to save energy and reasonably utilize resources, the rotating speed of the fan can be reduced. For example, after the temperature of the drum is maintained in the set range for a set time, if a temperature increase of 10% is detected, the fan rotation speed is increased by 10%, and if the temperature decreases by 10%, the fan rotation speed decreases by 10%.
