the polyurethane elastomer is prepared from 1, 6-hexanediol adipate glycol, polyethylene glycol, ethoxy trimethylolpropane, a silane coupling agent KH-570 and hexamethylene diisocyanate, wherein the mass ratio of the five materials is 100: 70: 9: 4.2: 4.
in this embodiment, the preparation method of the polyurethane elastomer includes the following steps:
1) putting poly adipic acid 1, 6-hexanediol ester diol, polyethylene glycol and 2/3 hexamethylene diisocyanate into a reaction vessel, and stirring and mixing uniformly;
2) heating to 64 ℃, and continuously stirring to react for 30 min;

The ultra-soft ultra-bulky spunbonded nonwoven fabrics obtained in examples 2 to 4 of the present invention and the ordinary (pure) PET nonwoven fabric were subjected to the performance test, and the test results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from the above table, under the condition of the same thickness, compared with the common PET nonwoven fabric, the ultra-soft ultra-fluffy spunbond nonwoven fabric of the invention has the following advantages: the air permeability is far higher than that of the common PET non-woven fabric, the air permeability is excellent, and the fluffy comfort level is high; the waterproof performance is also obviously superior to that of the common PET non-woven fabric.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that the above preferred embodiment should not be considered as limiting the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention should be subject to the scope defined by the claims. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and adaptations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and these modifications and adaptations should be considered within the scope of the invention.
Claims (9)
1. The super-soft super-fluffy spunbonded non-woven fabric is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
55-65 parts of polyethylene terephthalate,
25-32 parts of polyurethane elastomer,
7-10 parts of poly (hexamethylene adipate),
5-7 parts of linear low-density polyethylene,
9-12 parts of metallocene linear low-density polyethylene,
4-6 parts of oxidized polyethylene;
the polyurethane elastomer is prepared from 1, 6-hexanediol adipate glycol, polyethylene glycol, ethoxy trimethylolpropane, a silane coupling agent KH-570 and hexamethylene diisocyanate, wherein the mass ratio of the five materials is 100: (62-70): (6-9): (3.5-4.2): (3.2-4).
2. The ultra-soft ultra-bulky spunbonded nonwoven fabric according to claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
60 parts of polyethylene glycol terephthalate,
28.5 parts of polyurethane elastomer,
8.5 parts of poly (hexamethylene adipate),
6 portions of linear low-density polyethylene,
10.5 parts of metallocene linear low-density polyethylene,
5 parts of oxidized polyethylene.
3. The ultra-soft ultra-fluffy spunbonded nonwoven fabric according to claim 2, characterized in that the polyurethane elastomer is prepared from 1, 6-hexanediol adipate diol, polyethylene glycol, ethoxytrimethylolpropane, a silane coupling agent KH-570 and hexamethylene diisocyanate, wherein the mass ratio of the five is 100: 66: 7.5: 3.8: 3.6.
4. the ultra-soft ultra-bulky spunbonded nonwoven fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that the polyurethane elastomer is prepared by a method comprising the following steps:
1) putting poly adipic acid 1, 6-hexanediol ester diol, polyethylene glycol and 2/3 hexamethylene diisocyanate into a reaction vessel, and stirring and mixing uniformly;
2) heating to 60-64 ℃, continuously stirring, and reacting for 30-40 min;
3) then adding ethoxy trimethylolpropane and the rest hexamethylene diisocyanate, heating to 82-85 ℃, continuously stirring, and continuing to react until the measured value of NCO value is lower than 0.38%;
4) then cooling to 74-76 ℃, adding a silane coupling agent KH-570, continuously stirring, and continuously reacting for 1.5-2 h; discharging to obtain the polyurethane elastomer.
5. The ultra-soft ultra-bulky spunbonded nonwoven fabric according to claim 1, further comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: antioxidant: 3-4 parts.
6. The ultra-soft ultra-bulky spunbond nonwoven fabric according to claim 5, wherein the antioxidant is antioxidant 1098.
7. The ultra-soft ultra-bulky spunbonded nonwoven fabric according to claim 1, further comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: anti-ultraviolet light agent: 2.5-4 parts.
8. The ultra-soft ultra-bulky spunbond nonwoven fabric according to claim 7, wherein the UV resistant agent is UV-2908, an ultraviolet absorber.
9. A method of preparing an ultra soft ultra bulky spunbond nonwoven as claimed in any of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
A. weighing the raw materials of the super-soft super-fluffy spun-bonded non-woven fabric according to the parts by weight, drying the raw materials respectively, and mixing the raw materials uniformly to obtain a mixture;
B. feeding the mixture into a double-screw extruder to be melted into a mixed melt;
and the mixed melt enters a spinning machine, is sprayed out from a spinneret plate to form filaments, and is bonded together to form a non-woven fabric primary product, and then the non-woven fabric primary product is reinforced through a hot air process to obtain the super-soft super-fluffy spunbonded non-woven fabric.
