Technical Field

Background
The briquette adhesive is a blending agent which is used for bonding and reinforcing pulverized fuels such as coal dust and the like together and is beneficial to forming into blocks; powdery or liquid auxiliary raw material of the molded coal for ensuring the molded coal to have specific shape and performance after molding; is mainly applied to the briquette processing technology to play an auxiliary role. The briquette adhesive is a key auxiliary raw material for determining the quality of briquettes.
The briquette adhesive is formed by complex chemical reaction of inorganic substances and various organic chemical raw materials, and the addition of pulverized coal can quickly form a needle net structure, so that the briquette (briquette) has high cold and thermal mechanical strength and thermal stability; high moisture-proof and waterproof performance and water immersion strength; high combustion value after being put into the furnace, high heat strength after combustion, low falling breakage rate, no ash, no pollution and simple operation.
But the coal briquette adhesive in the prior art has poor solidification performance, high price of raw materials and high manufacturing cost.

s2, mixing, namely adding the quick-drying agent into a stirrer, then adding the catalyst, the sodium starch cellulose, the potato residue powder and the tackifier in proportion and sequence, and stirring for 15 minutes to fully and uniformly mix various materials;
s3, after being uniformly stirred, the mixture enters a grinder to be ground and grinded, so that various materials are fully fused;
and S4, crushing, feeding into a storage tank, and bagging.
