the clamping and fixing assembly comprises a connecting block, the connecting block is respectively provided with a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod and an L-shaped bending block, one end of the first connecting rod is fixedly connected with the connecting block, the other end of the first connecting rod penetrates through a first strip-shaped hole and is connected with the connecting plate through a fixing piece, one end of the second connecting rod is fixedly connected with the connecting block, the other end of the second connecting rod penetrates through a second strip-shaped hole, and the bending block is movably connected with the end part of the connecting block.
