Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the relative arrangement of the components and steps, the numerical values and the like set forth in these embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention unless specifically stated otherwise. The following description of the exemplary embodiment(s) is merely illustrative and is not intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses.
Techniques, methods, and apparatus known to those of ordinary skill in the relevant art may not be discussed in detail but are intended to be part of the specification where appropriate.
The storage apparatus of the present invention includes a server 15 and a storage box 10. Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the overall structure of a storage case 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, in a state where a case cover is closed. Fig. 2 shows the storage compartment 10 in an open lid position with portions removed to more clearly show internal structure. Fig. 3 shows another perspective view of storage compartment 10. As shown, the storage box 10 includes a box body 11, a lock module 12, a communication module 13, and a sensing module 14. The case 11 includes an outer case 111 and an inner case 112.
FIG. 4 illustrates another perspective view of the storage compartment 10 of the embodiment of FIG. 1, with the outer shell 111 removed to more clearly show the structure inside the storage compartment 10.
Articles may be contained in the case 11. It should be noted that in the present invention, the terms "storage case", "case", etc. are not limited to only a narrow "case" structure as it is called in general life, but cover any closable structure capable of accommodating articles. For example, the box 11 may also refer to a cabinet of a locker, a bag body of a storage bag, or a box body of a storage box.
The case 11 may be a closable device that does not include an internal structure, and can be opened or closed. In other aspects, the housing 11 may also have an outer shell and an inner frame and inner housing disposed within the outer shell. The external structure of the box 11 can be made of EPP material, for example, which has the advantage of good thermal insulation to facilitate the storage of certain articles, such as health products or medicines. In this case, considering that the EPP material is not sufficiently strong, it is possible to add an additional frame, for example made of aluminum alloy, inside the structure made of EPP material to reinforce, thus making the tank lighter. A free type gas spring may be installed at the rear and the side. The housing includes an openable lid. When opening the case lid the free type air spring of both sides starts, slowly pushes up the case lid, and the semi-automatic hydraulic stem at box back starts simultaneously, slowly pushes away interior box to the top, and semi-automatization's unpacking can make user's participation feel stronger.
The total weight of the aluminum alloy inner frame is, for example, about 20 kg, and in order to support the raising and lowering of the inner frame, it is preferable that the hydraulic rod pressure is less than 20 kg. The total weight of the lid is preferably 3 kg, in which case the hydraulic lever pressure should be greater than 3 kg in order to be able to open the lid automatically. However, the hydraulic lever pressure cannot be too great, which would otherwise make it laborious to close the cover and may even cause deformation of the cover.
The storage case 10 is preferably provided with a built-in handle for easy handling and movement.
The lock module 12 includes: a lock that can be set in a locked state or an unlocked state according to a state setting instruction; and a control circuit capable of sending a state setting command to the lock. When the lock is in the unlocked state, the user can access the interior of the case 11 and deposit or remove items, while in its locked state, the user cannot access the interior of the case 11, cannot deposit or remove items, and therefore cannot change the amount of items in the case.
In particular, the articles stored in the case 11 may be medicines. For example, the stored items may be drugs that a patient with hypertension or coronary heart disease needs to take, which need to be taken out periodically for administration.
The communication module 13 may include, for example, a SIM card, which is capable of communicating with the terminal device, the lock module, the sensing module, and the server through a wireless network.
The sensing module 14 is capable of collecting item information associated with the items in the case, for example, collecting physical quantities associated with the items.
For example, the sensing module 14 may be a weight sensing module that may include any type of weight sensor capable of accurately measuring the weight of an item within a suitable range, such as a resistive strain gauge weight sensor, a capacitive weight sensor, a photoelectric weight sensor, and the like. Preferably, the sensing module 14 comprises a resistive strain gauge weight sensor.
The sensing module 14 may also be an infrared sensor that collects infrared information of the article, or an image sensor that collects image information of the article, or the like. In addition, the sensing module may also be a code acquisition module, such as a bar code or two-dimensional code scanning device, for acquiring a code associated with the item in order to obtain item information. It is also possible for the sensing module to employ other types of sensing devices, such as RFID sensing devices and the like, as long as the sensing device is capable of acquiring item information associated with the item.
The lock module 12 and the sensing module 14 may comprise suitable circuit arrangements, including, for example, a microprocessor, a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or other circuitry suitable for performing the desired functions of logical operations, signaling other components, and the like. It may also include one or more suitable types of storage devices, such as Read Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EPROM), and the like.
The server 15 is a service point that provides data processing, databases, communication facilities, and the like. A server may refer to a single physical processor with associated communication and data storage and database facilities, or it may refer to an aggregation of networked or aggregated processors, associated network and storage devices. In some embodiments, the server may include hardware, software, embedded logic components, or a combination thereof to achieve suitable functionality.
Fig. 5 illustrates information transfer relationships between various components or devices according to one embodiment, which will be explained in more detail below in connection with specific embodiments.
When it is desired to set the lock on the box to the unlocked state or the locked state, the user can transmit lock control request information to the server 15 through the terminal device 16. The terminal device may be an electronic device including hardware, software, embedded logic components, or a combination thereof, and implements appropriate operations implemented by the terminal device. For example, the terminal device may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a smart wearable device, and the like. Various client applications may be installed on the terminal device 16 to help the user to interact with the terminal device, so that the storage box is more convenient to use. For example, the client application program may be a mobile phone APP or a wechat applet that is associated with the storage box.
The lockers 10 or their lock modules 12 have a code, such as a two-dimensional code, associated therewith to uniquely identify each locker 10 and its lock module 12.
In some embodiments, the user may cause the terminal device 16 to obtain information uniquely identifying each storage bin (or its lock module) by scanning a two-dimensional code associated with a particular storage bin (and thus a particular lock module) using the terminal device 16, or by entering a number or otherwise, and the terminal device 16 automatically sends the identification information to the server 15. User information, such as a user's micro-signal, a cell phone number, or an ID specific to each user, may also be included in the transmitted request message. The type of operation requested, i.e., the state to which the lock is desired to be set, may also be included in the request message. The information transmission of the terminal device may be realized by means of a wired or wireless network, for example, but not limited to, by means of a 5G network, a 4G network, Wifi, or the like.
When the server 15 receives the request information from the terminal device 16, the server 15 identifies the corresponding storage box 10 and a desired operation (e.g., whether unlocking or locking is desired) according to the request information, and may transmit a state setting signal to the communication module 13 of the corresponding storage box 10 through a wireless or wired network, and the communication module 13 then transfers the information to the lock module 12 so as to cause the control circuit of the lock module 12 to transmit a state setting instruction to the lock, thereby setting the state of the lock to a desired locked state or unlocked state. In another embodiment, the server 15 transmits a setting signal to the terminal device 16 after recognizing the corresponding storage box 10 and a desired operation, and the terminal device transmits a state setting signal to the communication module 13 after receiving the setting signal.
Therefore, the user can conveniently realize unlocking only by carrying out corresponding code scanning or input operation in the terminal device, and the trouble of mechanical operation such as key use is avoided.
Information binding a specific locker with a specific user, i.e., authority information of the user, may be stored in the server 15. The authority information includes personal information of the user, identification information of the lock module, and the like. For example, in the entitlement information, the code for a particular lock module may correspond to a micro-signal for a particular user. As previously described, the lock control request message transmitted by the terminal device 16 may include user information (e.g., a micro-signal of a user requesting to unlock/lock) and identification information of a lock module desired to be unlocked/locked. In this case, the server 15 verifies the lock control request information received from the terminal device 16, and the server 15 issues a state setting signal to set the state of the lock only when the lock identification information and the user micro signal in the lock control request information received by the server 15 match the authority information stored in the server 15. If the request information does not match the user information, it is considered that the user requesting unlocking/locking does not have the authority to set the lock state, and the server 15 does not transmit the information to set the lock state. Thereby, it is achieved that only a specific user can access the articles stored in the storage compartment 10, thereby better protecting private articles.
When the lock of the lock module 12 switches state, the control circuit of the lock module 12 may record the time of switching state and may transmit the time to the terminal device 16 or the server 15. This enables the recording of the operations performed to facilitate observation and analysis.
The storage box 10 is further provided with a sensing module 14, and the sensing module 14 is used for acquiring article information related to the articles stored in the storage box 10 and transmitting the acquired article information to the communication module; the communication module transmits the sensing result to the server 15 and optionally also to the terminal device 16. The server can store the article information and perform related calculations, thereby monitoring changes in the article information. The item information collection and transmission can be performed in real time, so that the current status of the item in the storage box 10 can be known at any time through the server 15 and/or the terminal device.
For example, when the sensing module 14 is a weight sensing module, the weight sensing module is used for sensing the weight of the articles stored in the storage box 10 and transmitting the sensing result to the communication module; the communication module transmits the sensing result to the server 15 and optionally also to the terminal device 16. The server can store the object weight sensing result and perform related calculation to monitor the change of the object weight. The weight sensing and the transmission of the sensing result can be performed in real time, so that the current amount of the articles in the storage box 10 can be known through the server 15 and/or the terminal device at any time.
In some embodiments, it may be desirable to access the items in the case at a particular time. In this case, the access to the article may be alerted. For example, certain drugs may require regular administration by a patient. An explanation follows next for an exemplary embodiment of prompting a patient to take a medication on time. It should be noted that although the following description is given only with respect to monitoring the removal of a pharmaceutical product from a container, the solution of the invention is equally applicable to monitoring the process of depositing a product in a container, or removing other types of product.
The medicines to be taken regularly are stored in the case 11, and the user can set, for example, the time at which the medicine should be taken each time and the amount of the medicine to be taken each time, etc., in the associated terminal (for example, by means of a mobile phone application). The mobile phone 16 transmits the set administration time and the amount of the medicine to be administered to the server 15. Therefore, the server can judge whether the patient takes the medicine correctly or not by combining the article information collected by the sensing module.
The judgment of whether the medicine is taken correctly can be realized by the following steps: after setting the administration time and the relevant attributes of the administered medicines, according to the currently collected in-box article information, the server 15 compares the medicine information collected at the preset administration time with the expected medicine information (i.e., the medicine information which should be collected at the moment after the medicines are taken correctly), and if the actually collected medicine information corresponds to the expected medicine information (i.e., the difference between the two is within a preset range), it is determined that the user has taken the medicines correctly; if the actually collected medicine information does not correspond to the expected medicine information (i.e. the difference between the two is outside the preset range), it is determined that the user has not taken the medicine correctly. For example, depending on the type of the sensing module, the server 15 compares the acquired medicine image when taking medicine with the expected medicine image at that moment, and if the difference between the acquired medicine image and the expected medicine image is too large, it is determined that the user has not taken medicine correctly; or the server compares the RFID sensing or barcode scanning result with an expected result, and if the difference between the two results is too large, the server judges that the user does not take the medicine correctly, and the like.
In another embodiment, the determination may also be implemented as: the server calculates a change in the drug information in the storage box within a predetermined time period (referred to as a first time period) in the vicinity of the set administration time point, and determines that the user has taken the drug correctly if the change corresponds to an expected change in the drug information (i.e., the difference therebetween is within a preset range); if the change does not correspond to the expected change in the drug information (i.e., the difference between the two is outside the preset range), it is determined that the user has not taken the drug correctly.
More specifically, the following describes the case where the sensing module 14 is a weight sensing module more specifically as an example. After setting the time of administration and the amount of drug to be administered, the server 15 calculates, based on the currently measured weight of the in-box drug, the expected weight of the drug to be measured at each subsequent time in the case of correct administration. When the preset medicine taking time comes, the server 15 compares the medicine weight measured at the preset medicine taking time with the expected medicine weight (i.e., the medicine weight that should be measured at that time after the medicine is taken correctly), and if the actually measured medicine weight corresponds to the expected medicine weight (i.e., the difference between the two is within a preset range), it is determined that the user has taken the medicine correctly; if the actual measured weight of the medicine does not correspond to the expected weight of the medicine (i.e., the difference between the two is outside the preset range), it is determined that the user has not taken the medicine correctly.
Alternatively, the determination may also be made by: the server calculates a change value of the weight of the medicine in the storage box in a preset time period near the set administration time point, and if the change value corresponds to the set administration amount (namely, the difference between the two is in a preset range), the server judges that the user has taken the medicine correctly; if the variation value does not correspond to the set amount of medicine taken (i.e., the difference therebetween is outside the preset range), it is determined that the user has not taken the medicine correctly. For example, assume that the set dosing time is 10: 00, if the medicine amount to be taken is 2, the server monitors whether the change of the weight sensing result in the time period of 9:55-10:05 corresponds to the reduction of the weight of 2 tablets, if so, the user is judged to have taken the medicine correctly, otherwise, the user is judged not to have taken the medicine correctly.
If the judgment result is that the user does not take the medicine correctly, the server 15 sends a prompt signal to the mobile phone 16 so that the mobile phone 16 gives a prompt to the user. For example, a short message may be sent to the user's handset 16, or the handset may be caused to alarm, or the user's phone may be dialed. In addition, the server can also send out a prompt signal by lighting a warning lamp which can be seen by a guardian or sending out a prompt tone and the like.
In some embodiments, a time period for repeating the reminder (referred to as a second time period) may also be set. If after a second period of time has elapsed since the prompt was issued, the sensing module 14 senses that the drug information (e.g., the weight of the drug) still does not correspond to the expected drug information (e.g., the weight of the drug), or that the sensed change in the drug information (e.g., the calculated change in the weight of the drug) still does not correspond to the expected change in the drug information (e.g., the weight of the drug that should be taken), the prompt is issued again. The manner in which the user may retrieve a medication from the storage bin 10 by setting the state of the lock after receiving the prompt is described above.
In further embodiments, the medication prompt may also be implemented by: the time at which each medicine should be taken and the amount of medicine to be taken are set in the terminal application by the user, the terminal device 16 acquires the weight of the medicine in the storage box 10 from the server 15 or the communication module 13, and the terminal device determines whether the user has taken the medicine correctly by calculation. If it is determined that the user is not taking the medication properly, the terminal device 16 may prompt the user by issuing a visual or audible signal. Similarly, if the calculated weight change of the medicine does not correspond to the weight of the medicine to be taken after the second period of time has elapsed since the prompt was issued, the prompt may be re-issued.
Therefore, the control on the access progress of the articles is realized. Especially for the application of storing medicines in the storage box, the mode can prevent the user from forgetting to take medicines and prevent the user from taking medicines in wrong quantity to a great extent, and is of great significance to the health and safety of the user.
The above-described configuration of the server 15 makes it possible for other persons (e.g., service personnel) than the patient to monitor the current amount of medicine in the storage box 10 through the server 15, thereby finding out an abnormal state in time and selecting various and appropriate prompting means according to the situation, which is more flexible and reliable than monitoring and reminding by a terminal device carried by the patient himself without the server.
In some embodiments, it is possible to only have to control the unlocking process as described above, while the locking process is effected manually. For example, when the lock is switched from the locked state to the unlocked state to open the storage box 10, it is necessary for the authorized user to scan the two-dimensional code and unlock the lock. When the lock is closed, a user only needs to close the box cover, and the lock can be locked through a matched mechanical structure, so that the use of the storage box is further simplified. Such locking may be achieved using lock structures known in the art and will not be described further herein.
While the invention has been described in detail in connection with specific embodiments thereof, it should be understood that the described embodiments are merely illustrative and do not limit the scope of the invention. Those skilled in the relevant art will recognize that various equivalent modifications may be made within the scope of the present disclosure. The disclosure is to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the scope of the appended claims.
