Abstract
The invention discloses a medical sterilization valve bag, which comprises a valve bag body with a cavity with at least one open end, wherein the valve bag body comprises a first side surface and a second side surface, the first side surface is a transparent plastic film, the second side surface is formed by splicing the transparent plastic film and medical dialyzing paper, and the length of the medical dialyzing paper is not more than half of the whole length of the valve bag; the medical sterilization valve bag provided by the invention overcomes the defect that the medical valve bag in the prior art is not easy to observe products in the cavity because one side of the medical valve bag is completely made of opaque medical dialyzing paper, and is beneficial to observing the products in the cavity because half of the medical dialyzing paper is used.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a medical sterilization valve bag and a production process thereof.
Background
The medical self-sealing bag is usually a disposable medical sterilization paper-plastic package which can be closed. The medical self-sealing bag body usually comprises medical dialyzing paper and a transparent plastic film. The medical dialyzing paper and the transparent plastic film are scalded to form a bag with three sealed sides and one open side. When in use, a product to be sterilized is put into the medical self-sealing bag, then the bag opening is bonded, and then the product to be sterilized and the medical self-sealing bag are sterilized by using a sterilization medium. The medical dialyzing paper can facilitate the entry and exit of a sterilizing medium, but can play a good role in blocking microorganisms. The medical dialysis paper is generally printed with a sterilization indicator which changes color when contacting a sterilization medium, so that sterilized and non-sterilized products can be distinguished according to the change of the color of the sterilization indicator. The plastic film is generally colorless and transparent, light green or light blue and transparent, cannot permeate liquid and gas, also has good microbial barrier function, and is convenient for observing the interior of the medical self-sealing bag. The medical self-sealing bag has the advantages of strong bacteria resistance, good visibility, sterilization indicating identification, no need of sticking an outer indicating adhesive tape, convenience in sealing and the like, and is deeply favored by users.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a medical sterilization valve bag, which overcomes the defect that the prior art is not favorable for observing products in a cavity because one side of the medical valve bag is completely opaque medical dialyzing paper, and is favorable for observing the products in the cavity by using half of the medical dialyzing paper.
The invention aims to provide a production process of a medical sterilization self-sealing bag, which is simple to operate, high in examination efficiency, large in cavity space and convenient for packaging medical articles.
The medical sterilization self-sealing bag comprises a self-sealing bag body with a cavity with at least one open end, wherein the self-sealing bag body comprises a first side surface and a second side surface, the first side surface is made of a transparent plastic film, and the second side surface is formed by splicing the transparent plastic film and medical dialysis paper.
Preferably, the length of the medical dialyzing paper is not more than half of the whole length of the valve bag.
Preferably, the width of the first side surface is larger than that of the second side surface, and the cavity is formed by the first side surface and is bulged away from the second side surface.
Preferably, the first side surface is adhered to the second side surface in a folded state.
Preferably, the three sides of the first side face and the second side face are bonded to form a cavity, the side edge which is not bonded is provided with a self-sealing strip, the self-sealing strip comprises a self-sealing mother strip and a self-sealing son strip, and the self-sealing mother strip and the self-sealing son strip are respectively arranged on the transparent plastic films on the first side face and the second side face.
Preferably, the inside and outside of cavity is equallyd divide and is provided with interior sterilization sign and outer sterilization sign respectively, interior sterilization sign and outer sterilization sign all are provided with two at least, and respectively outside equipartition setting in the cavity.
A production process of a medical sterilization valve bag comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing materials, and cutting the transparent plastic film on the first side surface, the transparent plastic film on the second side surface and the medical dialyzing paper according to the size of the self-sealing bag;
s2, preparing a second side surface, splicing and bonding the transparent plastic film of the second side surface and the medical dialyzing paper, and splicing the transparent plastic film and the medical dialyzing paper by using paper-plastic glue to obtain the second side surface;
s3, installing the self-sealing strip, firstly, utilizing hot-pressing equipment to fold the first side surface in a corrugated shape, wherein the width of the folded first side surface is adapted to that of the second side surface; then respectively installing the self-sealing mother strip and the self-sealing son strip on the first side surface and the second side surface;
s4, preparing a self-sealing bag, namely firstly, bonding the first side face and the medical dialysis paper side face of the second side face by using paper plastic; then, the transparent plastic films on the first side surface and the second side surface are bonded to form the self-sealing bag with an opening at one end;
s5, packaging, namely placing the product to be packaged in a self-sealing bag cavity for packaging, sealing the self-sealing strip, and then pressing the end parts of the first side surface and the second side surface outside the self-sealing strip by utilizing hot pressing;
and S6, sterilizing, namely sterilizing the product packaged in the self-sealing bag, namely the self-sealing bag, by using ethylene oxide.
The medical sterilization valve bag has the beneficial effects that:
1. the defect that in the prior art, one side of the medical self-sealing bag is completely opaque medical dialyzing paper, which is not beneficial to observing products in the cavity is overcome, and the half of the medical dialyzing paper is used, which is beneficial to observing the products in the cavity.
2. The width of the first side face is larger than that of the second side face, the cavity is formed by the first side face protruding towards the direction far away from the second side face, the inner space of the cavity is increased, articles can be packaged conveniently, and the articles with large size can be packaged.
3. The first side is folded in a fold shape, the size of the cavity is ensured, the packaging of large-size articles is facilitated, the packaging difficulty is reduced, the operation difficulty of a too small cavity during packaging is avoided, the phenomenon that the integrity of the first side and the integrity of the second side of the self-sealing bag body are influenced due to the fact that the too small cavity is propped open by the articles during packaging is also avoided, and the first side and the second side are prevented from being broken by expansion.
According to the production process of the medical sterilization self-sealing bag, the process flow is simple, the first side face is folded in a fold-like manner through hot pressing equipment, the volume of the cavity is ensured, the packaging of large-volume articles is facilitated, the packaging difficulty is reduced, the difficulty in operating an undersized cavity during packaging is avoided, the condition that the undersized cavity is propped open by the articles during packaging is also avoided, the integrity of the first side face and the integrity of the second side face of the self-sealing bag body are influenced, and the first side face and the second side face are prevented from being broken by swelling.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. The embodiments of the present invention have been presented for purposes of illustration and description, and are not intended to be exhaustive or limited to the invention in the form disclosed. Many modifications and variations will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. The embodiment was chosen and described in order to best explain the principles of the invention and the practical application, and to enable others of ordinary skill in the art to understand the invention for various embodiments with various modifications as are suited to the particular use contemplated.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the medical sterilization valve bag according to the technical scheme of the invention comprises a valve bag body 1 having a cavity 2 with at least one open end, wherein the valve bag body 1 comprises a first side surface 13 and a second side surface 14, the first side surface 13 is a transparent plastic film, and the second side surface 14 is formed by splicing the transparent plastic film and medical dialyzing paper. The medical dialyzing paper is non-transparent, is mainly used for facilitating the entering and exiting of a sterilizing medium, but can play a good role in blocking microorganisms, and is convenient for sterilizing the self-sealing bag body 1 and articles packaged in the self-sealing bag body. The second side surface 14 is formed by splicing a transparent plastic film and medical dialyzing paper, the length of the medical dialyzing paper is not more than half of the whole length of the valve bag, the use of the medical dialyzing paper is shortened as much as possible on the premise of ensuring the entering and exiting of a sterilizing medium, on one hand, the observation of the articles in the valve bag body 1 is facilitated, and on the other hand, the cost of the valve bag is reduced.
As shown in fig. 4, the width of the first side 13 is greater than that of the second side 14, and the cavity 2 is formed by the first side 13 rising away from the second side 14. The first side 13 is glued to the second side 14 in folds 15. The folded first side 13 has two ends with width corresponding to the width of the second side 14 for easy bonding with the second side 14, and the middle part of the first side 13 is not bonded and can be pulled outwards to expand the width to the approximate width as shown in fig. 3. This forms a cavity having one side which is flat (the second side 14) and the other side which is convex (the first side 13).
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, and fig. 3, three sides of the first side 13 and the second side 14 are bonded to form a cavity 2, a self-sealing strip 3 is disposed on a side that is not bonded, the self-sealing strip 3 includes a self-sealing strip 31 and a self-sealing strip 32, and the self-sealing strip 31 and the self-sealing strip 32 are disposed on the transparent plastic films on the first side 13 and the second side 14, respectively. The inside and outside of cavity 2 is equallyd divide and is provided with interior sterilization indicator 41 and outer sterilization indicator 42 respectively, interior sterilization indicator 41 and outer sterilization indicator 42 all are provided with two at least, and respectively the inside and outside equipartition setting of cavity 2.

s1, preparing materials, and cutting the transparent plastic film on the first side surface, the transparent plastic film on the second side surface and the medical dialyzing paper according to the size of the self-sealing bag;
s2, preparing a second side surface, splicing and bonding the transparent plastic film of the second side surface and the medical dialyzing paper, and splicing the transparent plastic film and the medical dialyzing paper by using paper-plastic glue to obtain the second side surface;
s3, installing the self-sealing strip, firstly, utilizing hot-pressing equipment to fold the first side surface in a corrugated shape, wherein the width of the folded first side surface is adapted to that of the second side surface; then respectively installing the self-sealing mother strip and the self-sealing son strip on the first side surface and the second side surface;
s4, preparing a self-sealing bag, namely firstly, bonding the first side face and the medical dialysis paper side face of the second side face by using paper plastic; then, the transparent plastic films on the first side surface and the second side surface are bonded to form the self-sealing bag with an opening at one end;
s5, packaging, namely placing the product to be packaged in a self-sealing bag cavity for packaging, sealing the self-sealing strip, and then pressing the end parts of the first side surface and the second side surface outside the self-sealing strip by utilizing hot pressing;
and S6, sterilizing, namely sterilizing the product packaged in the self-sealing bag, namely the self-sealing bag, by using ethylene oxide.
