The container loading and transporting device according to claim 5, wherein the frame is provided with a width-side limiting mechanism and a second length-side limiting mechanism, the width-side limiting mechanism being in contact with the long side of the container, the second length-side limiting mechanism being in contact with the narrow side of the container;
the second length side limiting mechanism is inserted into two ends of the frame, and the second length limiting mechanism can extend or retract along the length direction of the frame.
7. A method of using a container carrier transport device according to claim 6, comprising the steps of,
s1, placing 1 20ft container on a bearing mechanism, and limiting the 20ft container by using a first length limiting mechanism and a width side limiting mechanism;
s2, arranging 2 20ft containers in a straight line, and limiting the 2 20ft containers by using a second length limiting mechanism and a width side limiting mechanism;
s3, placing 1 40ft container on a bearing mechanism, and limiting the 40ft container by using a second length limiting mechanism and a width side limiting mechanism;
s4, extending out of the telescopic beam in the bearing mechanism and extending out of the second length limiting mechanism, placing 1 45ft container in the bearing mechanism, and limiting the 45ft container by using the second length limiting mechanism and the width side limiting mechanism.
