Abstract
The invention designs a bottle blank injection molding model machining tool, which comprises a clamping part, an overhanging part, a tool bit and a blade, wherein the clamping part, the overhanging part, the tool bit and the blade are sequentially connected, the clamping part is circular in cross section, the diameter is 16mm, the length is 70mm, the cross section of the overhanging part is an ellipse with the major axis being 15mm and the minor axis being 10.5mm, the maximum length of the overhanging part is 55mm, the distance from the tail end of the overhanging part to the front end of the blade is 80mm, the tool bit is welded at the front end of the overhanging part, the blade is installed at the front end of the tool bit, and the distance from the tool bit of the blade to the axis. By using the processing cutter designed by the invention, the turning tool can be used for turning the ball head part of the whole cavity completely, thereby saving the processing procedure of a processing center and greatly saving the processing time. The coaxiality error (the precision is 0.005 mm) generated by twice clamping can be reduced, the grinding allowance of the universal mill during finish machining is further reduced, the working procedures are reduced, the machining time is saved, the cost consumed by a cutter is reduced, and therefore the efficiency of the whole technological process is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a model machining tool, in particular to a lathe tool for machining a ball head in a cavity and a method for machining a model.
Background
The bottle blank injection mold cavity is an important part in the whole set of bottle blank injection mold, particularly an internal forming part, and has the advantages of high precision requirement, special structure and long processing time.
In the prior art, when a formed part is semi-finished, due to special structure and precision requirements, the processing is limited, the main processing difficulty is in the ball head part at the depth of a cavity, the cavity is deep and small, a standard inner bore turning tool can only process the front half part and cannot reach the ball head part at all, although a plurality of profiling turning tools on the market can process the ball head, such as a medical boring bar of Shantevick, a damping boring tool bar of Mitsubishi and other standard tools, some of the tools can only process the ball head with the diameter phi of 25mm, and the requirements are not met, other tools can process the small ball diameter, but the tool length is not enough, only can process one part of the ball head, and cannot complete the turning of the whole ball head part. Meanwhile, all the available cutters have the problems that the cutter bar interferes with the inner wall of the workpiece, the flank face of the cutter interferes with the residual spherical surface, and the like. As shown in FIG. 1, the schematic diagram of the cavity turned by the Shantevick A16K-SDXCR 07-R standard tool is capable of turning the minimum spherical diameter R16, but the tool body interferes with the inner wall A of the workpiece, so that the spherical head part cannot be turned completely. Therefore, the existing ball head machining mode is to complete the second ball head milling machining through a machining center. Although the ball head can be machined in the mode, the coaxiality error is large due to the fact that two processes are carried out for clamping twice, so that machining allowance of a subsequent universal mill is increased, and machining working hours are increased invisibly.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a bottle blank injection molding model processing cutter and a method for processing a mold thereof, which can directly complete the processing in the deep part of a molding cavity on a lathe and ensure the processing precision and the service life.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention designs a bottle blank injection molding model processing cutter, which comprises a clamping part, an overhanging part, a cutter head and a cutter blade, wherein the clamping part, the overhanging part, the cutter head and the cutter blade are sequentially connected, the clamping part is a circle in cross section, the diameter is 16mm, the length is 70mm, the cross section of the overhanging part is an ellipse with the major axis being 15mm and the minor axis being 10.5mm, the maximum length of the overhanging part is 55mm, the distance from the tail end of the overhanging part to the front end of the cutter blade is 80mm, the cutter head is welded at the front end of the overhanging part, the cutter head is arranged at the front end of the cutter head, and the distance from the cutter.
The further proposal is that the centre lines of the clamping part and the overhanging part are concentric, and the tool tip of the blade is close to the projection on the cross section of the tool and is close to the end point of the minor axis top of the overhanging part.
Further, the clamping part and the overhanging part are made of hard alloy, and the cutter head is made of 3Cr13 material.
A model processing method using the bottle blank injection molding model processing cutter comprises the following steps:
a) clamping the processed model on a lathe, and finishing the turning part processing of the cavity part by a standard turning tool;
b) drilling a bottom hole at the bottom of the cavity by using an alloy drill;
c) and then finishing the ball head processing at the bottom of the forming cavity by using a bottle blank injection molding model processing cutter.
The further proposal is that the feeding line of the bottle blank injection mold machining cutter is circularly fed from outside to inside along the arc line of the ball head.
Compared with the prior art, the bottle blank injection mold processing cutter designed by the invention is designed in a targeted manner according to the structure of the bottle blank injection mold. The ball head part of the bottle blank injection molding model is analyzed, the ball diameter is R9.28MM, the size is smaller, the ball head part is arranged at the bottommost part of the whole cavity, the distance from the ball center to the end face is 68.18MM, the size from a turning tool to the bottommost part of the ball head is 68.18+9.28=77.46MM, namely the size that the turning tool overhangs outside the tool holder is larger than 77.46MM, and then the clamping part of the tool holder is calculated. If the diameter of the tool shank is too large, interference between the tool shank and the workpiece is caused, and if the diameter is too small, the rigidity of the tool is insufficient. According to these requirements, the tool is designed with a clamping portion mainly for clamping connection with a lathe, the overhanging portion is provided to enable the tool bit to penetrate into a cavity of a workpiece, and the cross section of the overhanging portion is designed to be oval in consideration of vibration, rigidity and interference with the cavity so as to avoid interference with the cavity. It is further noted that the overhanging part structure designed by the invention not only determines the major axis and the minor axis of the ellipse so as to determine the elliptical structure, but also designs the axial projection of the blade tip corresponding to the vertex on the minor axis of the ellipse so as to determine the connection form of the overhanging part with the elliptical section, the clamping part and the blade head. The rigidity of the cutter is ensured, and vibration is avoided. By using the processing cutter designed by the invention, the turning tool can be used for turning the ball head part of the whole cavity completely, thereby saving the processing procedure of a processing center and greatly saving the processing time. As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the present embodiment describes a bottle blank injection molding mold processing tool, which comprises a clamping portion 1, an overhang portion 2, a tool bit 3 and a blade 4, which are connected in sequence, wherein the clamping portion 1 is a circle in cross section, the diameter is 16mm, the length is 70mm, the cross section of the overhang portion 2 is an ellipse with a major axis of 15mm and a minor axis of 10.5mm, the maximum length of the overhang portion 2 is 55mm, the distance from the tail end of the overhang portion 2 to the front end of the blade 4 is 80mm, the tool bit 3 is welded at the front end of the overhang portion 2, the blade 4 is installed at the front end of the tool bit 3, and the distance from the tool tip 7 of the blade 4 to the axis of the tool is 5.25. As shown in fig. 4, the centre lines of the clamping part 1 and the overhang 2 are concentric, and the cutting tip 7 of the blade 4 is close to the end point of the short axis top of the overhang 2 in the projection on the cross section of the cutter. The clamping part 1 and the overhanging part 2 are made of hard alloy, and the cutter head 3 is made of 3Cr13 material.
A model processing method using the bottle blank injection molding model processing cutter comprises the following steps:

As shown in fig. 6, the feeding line of the bottle blank injection mold machining tool is circular feeding along the ball arc from outside to inside.
